The pesticide is mainly used for controlling hemiptera, coleoptera, diptera and some lepidoptera pests such as aphids, leafhoppers, thrips and plant hoppers, has the advantages of high efficiency, broad spectrum, small dosage, low toxicity, long efficacy duration, no phytotoxicity to crops, safe use, no interactive resistance with conventional pesticides and the like, and has excellent systemic and osmotic effects.
Carboxin, chinese alias 5, 6-dihydro-2-methyl-N-phenyl-1, 4-oxathiolane-3-carboxamide, a heterocyclic fungicide with systemic action. The pure product is white needle-like crystal. Is insoluble in water and soluble in organic solvents such as methanol, acetone, benzene, etc. Can be used for preventing and treating cereal smut such as jowar head smut, wheat rust disease, cotton grass disease, and maize disease
The defoamer is one or more of silicone, AF1500, fatty alcohol of C8-10, saturated fatty acid of C10-20 and esters thereof.
The film forming agent is one or more of acrylic resin modified casein film forming agent, chitosan, acrylic resin polyurethane copolymer resin, acrylic ester modified butadiene resin, polyurethane modified nitrocellulose, polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol and polyvinyl acetate.
Film forming agents are substances capable of forming a continuous film, and mainly play a role in protecting seeds in seed treatment suspending agents, and the decomposition speed of the film forming agents determines the absorption degree of nutrient substances in the seed coating agents by plants. When used in seed treatment, the active ingredient may adhere to the seed surface and form a continuous film of the drug.
The antifreezing agent is one or more of ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, glycerol, hexanediol, urea, ammonium sulfate, sodium chloride and calcium chloride.
Specifically, the antifreezing agent is an auxiliary agent which enables the suspending agent to be stably stored in a low-temperature environment.
The wetting agent is one or more selected from alkylphenol, fatty alcohol, polyoxyethylene, polypropylene vinyl ether and phosphate.
Specifically, the wetting agent can better improve the long-acting property and the slow-release property of the seed treatment suspending agent. It can also enhance the lubrication among particles, reduce the viscosity of the system and reduce the solubility of the raw material in the surfactant.
Other adjuvants include pH regulator, colorant, and antiseptic.
A preparation method of a sustained-release wheat seed treatment suspending agent comprises the following steps: the clothianidin, carboxin, dispersing agent, antifreezing agent, defoamer, preservative, partial thickener and water are prepared into uniform slurry, ground, and then the rest wetting agent, film forming agent, suspending agent, PH regulator and colorant are added to be uniformly mixed to obtain the suspending agent.
Example 1
The slow-release wheat seed treatment suspending agent comprises the effective components of clothianidin, carboxin, an auxiliary agent and water, wherein the mass percentage of the clothianidin is 15%, the mass percentage of the carboxin is 2.5%, and the auxiliary agent consists of the following components in percentage by weight: 2% of film forming agent, 2% of suspending agent, 1.5% of dispersing agent, 2.5% of thickening agent, 0.5% of antifreezing agent, 1.5% of wetting agent and 6% of other auxiliary agents, and the balance of water.
The defoamer is saturated fatty acid with 10-20 carbon atoms.
The film forming agent is acrylic resin modified casein film forming agent.
The antifreezing agent is a mixed preparation of hexanediol and urea.
The wetting agent is selected from polyvinyl ether.
Example two
The slow-release wheat seed treatment suspending agent comprises the active ingredients of clothianidin, carboxin, an auxiliary agent and water, wherein the mass percentage of the clothianidin is 20%, the mass percentage of the carboxin is 1.5%, and the auxiliary agent consists of the following components in percentage by weight: 1% of film forming agent, 3% of suspending agent, 2% of dispersing agent, 2.5% of thickening agent, 1.5% of antifreezing agent, 3% of wetting agent and 7% of other auxiliary agents, and the balance of water.
The defoamer is fatty alcohol with C8-10.
The film forming agent is acrylate modified butadiene resin.
The antifreezing agent is glycol.
The wetting agent is fatty alcohol.
The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention, but various modifications and variations can be made to the present invention by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (7)
1. The slow-release wheat seed treatment suspending agent is characterized by comprising the following active ingredients of clothianidin, carboxin and auxiliary agent and water, wherein the mass percentage content of the clothianidin is 15-20%, the mass percentage content of the carboxin is 1.5-2.5%, and the auxiliary agent consists of the following components in percentage by weight: 0.5-3% of film forming agent, 1-5% of suspending agent, 1-5% of dispersing agent, 0.5-5% of thickening agent, 0.2-3% of antifreezing agent, 1-5% of wetting agent and 2-10% of other auxiliary agent, and the balance of water.
2. The slow release wheat seed treatment suspension of claim 1, wherein the antifoaming agent is one or more of silicone, AF1500, fatty alcohols of C8-10, saturated fatty acids of C10-20 and esters thereof.
3. The slow-release wheat seed treatment suspending agent according to claim 1, wherein the film-forming agent is one or more selected from the group consisting of acrylic resin modified casein film-forming agent, chitosan, acrylic resin polyurethane copolymer resin, acrylic ester modified butadiene resin, polyurethane modified nitrocellulose, polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, and polyvinyl acetate.
4. The slow release wheat seed treatment suspending agent according to claim 1, wherein the antifreeze agent is one or more selected from the group consisting of ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, glycerol, hexylene glycol, urea, ammonium sulfate, sodium chloride, and calcium chloride.
5. The slow release wheat seed treatment suspension of claim 1, wherein the wetting agent is one or more selected from the group consisting of alkylphenols, fatty alcohols, polyoxyethylene, polyvinyl ethers, and phosphate esters.
6. The slow release wheat seed treatment suspension of claim 1, wherein the other adjuvants include PH modifiers, colorants, preservatives.
7. The method for preparing a sustained-release wheat seed treatment suspension as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the steps of: the clothianidin, carboxin, dispersing agent, antifreezing agent, defoamer, preservative, partial thickener and water are prepared into uniform slurry, ground, and then the rest wetting agent, film forming agent, suspending agent, PH regulator and colorant are added to be uniformly mixed to obtain the suspending agent.
