When the seed treatment suspending agent provided by the invention is used for seed treatment, especially wheat seed treatment, the combined action of clothianidin and carboxin flexible components can be used for remarkably preventing and controlling insect pests and diseases of crops, especially aphids and banded sclerotial blight of wheat, and has remarkable effect.
