The rotating mechanism (4) comprises a fixed ring (41), a movable cabinet (42), a connecting round head plate (43), a torsion spring (44) and a limiting block (45), wherein the left side and the right side of the inside of the frame (1) are respectively and rotatably connected with the movable cabinet (42), one sides of the movable cabinets (42) close to each other are all open, one sides of the front parts of the movable cabinets (42) close to each other are respectively and uniformly connected with the connecting round head plate (43) from top to bottom, the left side and the right side of the front parts of the frame (1) are respectively and uniformly connected with the fixed ring (41), the fixed ring (41) is positioned above the connecting round head plate (43), the torsion spring (44) is respectively and uniformly connected between the lower side of the fixed ring (41) and the movable cabinet (42), the torsion spring (44) is wound on the frame (1), the right side of the rear upper part of the left movable cabinet (42) is connected with two limiting blocks (45) in a sliding manner, the two limiting blocks (45) are symmetrically arranged on the upper and lower sides, the left side of the rear upper part of the right movable cabinet (42) is provided with two limiting grooves which are symmetrically arranged on the upper and lower sides, the connecting round head plate (43) drives the movable cabinet (42) to rotate forwards by ninety degrees, the opening on the movable cabinet (42) faces forwards, the two movable cabinets (42) are attached, then the limiting blocks (45) move backwards and are clamped into the limiting grooves on the right movable cabinet (42), two movable cabinets (42) are limited.
