Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily chemical products, and particularly relates to a bacteriostatic easy-to-rinse detergent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the upgrade of consumer demand, detergent products are required to have not only good washing effect but also biodegradability, reduced domestic water, and degerming effect. Common tableware detergents generally have the characteristic of rich foam, but the foam is durable and is resistant to flushing, a large amount of domestic water is required to be used for flushing, and the tableware detergents generally have the anti-corrosion characteristic and do not have the sterilization effect, and the sterilizing operation needs to be carried out and a disinfectant is required to be used, so that the use inconvenience is brought to consumers, and the consumption experience and the life quality are reduced.
Currently, there are some related technologies for bacteriostasis, but there are some problems: for example, patent CN106967529B relates to a mild and non-irritating dishwasher detergent and a preparation method thereof, patent CN111234955a relates to a dishwasher detergent containing amino acid surfactant and a preparation method thereof, both of which respectively disclose purslane extract and tea tree oil and mulberry leaf extract as antibacterial agents, which provide antibacterial effects for products, but lack antibacterial data in the patent, the test method is a washing method, which simulates actual washing but cannot fully characterize antibacterial effects of the products; for another example, patent CN112852562a relates to a powdery tableware detergent based on modified mussel shell powder, which discloses an environment-friendly powdery tableware detergent developed based on mussel shell powder, which can effectively remove oil, inhibit bacteria on tableware, and has an obvious antibacterial effect, but the antibacterial rate is still lower and cannot meet the demands of consumers.
There are some related technologies for reducing water consumption, but all the technologies are from the production end: for example, patent CN111748421a relates to a paste-like dishwashing detergent, patent CN105695159a relates to a solvent-free highly concentrated dishwashing detergent and a preparation method thereof, patent CN112852562a relates to a powdery dishwashing detergent based on modified mussel shell powder, and the three respectively provide a paste-like, highly concentrated and powdery dishwashing detergent product scheme with high active substance content, wherein the product can reduce the amount of water for production in the production process, but the water consumption of a consumer in the cleaning process is far greater than the water consumption saved in the production process, and how to save the water consumption in the cleaning process is an important link for saving water. Therefore, the development of a tableware detergent with good decontamination effect, water saving and sterilization effect has important significance.

As a preferred example, the nonionic surfactant is one or a mixture of two or more of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether (AEO), alkyl glycoside (APG) and fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate (FMEE), and the specific nonionic surfactant is commercially available. By adopting the nonionic surfactant, the performances of permeation, emulsification and the like can be supplemented for the detergent formula, and the decontamination effect is improved. More preferably, the nonionic surfactant is an alkyl glycoside (APG), which can provide a richer starting foam for detergent formulations, is entirely natural in origin, and is very environmentally friendly.
As a preferred example, the amphoteric surfactant is one or a mixture of two of betaine-type surfactant and amine oxide-type surfactant, and the amphoteric surfactant is commercially available. The amphoteric surfactant can provide milder washing performance, emulsifying decontamination effect and thickening effect for the formula. More preferably, the amphoteric surfactant is Cocamidopropyl Amine Oxide (CAO).

The chelating agent can assist in decontamination, stabilizing the pH of a formula and softening water quality. More preferably, the chelating agent is tetrasodium glutamate diacetate (GLDA-4 Na), and the chelating agent is more environment-friendly. As a preferred embodiment, the neutralizing agent is one or a mixture of two of citric acid and sodium hydroxide.
As a preferred embodiment, the detergent formulation preferably contains 0.2 parts of polyquaternium regulator, 0.4 parts of bactericide, 11-20 parts of anionic surfactant, 0.5-2.0 parts of nonionic surfactant, 0.5-2.0 parts of amphoteric surfactant, 0.1-0.5 parts of chelating agent, 0.3-4.5 parts of neutralizer, 0.1-0.3 parts of polyquaternium regulator, 0.3-0.5 parts of bactericide and 67.4-86 parts of deionized water. The sterilizing effect, the foam adjusting effect and the irritation reducing effect of the detergent can be optimized by matching the polyquaternium and the bactericide with other components in the proportion.
As another preferred embodiment, the invention also provides a preparation method of the detergent, as shown in figure 1, which comprises the following steps:
S1, taking a certain amount of deionized water, controlling the water temperature to be 25-35 ℃, sequentially adding an anionic surfactant, a nonionic surfactant, a zwitterionic surfactant, a chelating agent and a neutralizing agent, starting a stirrer, stirring for 15-25 min at the rotating speed of 30-50 r/min, and fully and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution with the pH value of 8.0-9.0;
S2, sequentially adding the polyquaternium regulator and the bactericide into the mixed solution prepared in the step S1, continuously stirring for 10-20 min, and uniformly mixing to obtain the degerming easy-rinsing tableware detergent.
Preferably, in the step S2, inorganic salt and essence are also added, and stirring is started after the inorganic salt and the essence are added.
Wherein the components are added according to the following proportion (by mass): 11-20 parts of anionic surfactant, 0.5-2.0 parts of nonionic surfactant, 0.5-2.0 parts of amphoteric surfactant, 0.1-0.5 part of chelating agent, 0.3-4.5 parts of neutralizer, 0.1-0.3 part of polyquaternary ammonium salt regulator, 0.3-0.5 part of bactericide, 1.0-3.0 parts of other components (inorganic salt and essence) and 67.2-86.2 parts of deionized water. The proportion between the inorganic salt and the essence can be prepared according to actual needs, and the invention is not limited.
The method can prepare the degerming easy-rinsing detergent with the required components and the proportion, and maintain the PH of the degerming easy-rinsing detergent to be 8.0-9.0, thereby ensuring the good sterilization effect of the bactericide and simultaneously keeping the skin irritation of the formula to be low.
The following are examples of the invention.
1) Test of detergency, foamability and easy-to-rinse Property
Decontamination performance test: the method comprises the steps of evaluating the decontamination performance according to a foam position method and an arbitration method in GB/T9985 'detergent for hand dishwashing', recording the dish washing number and the oil removal rate data of each embodiment, and calculating the ratio of the obtained data to the dish washing number and the oil removal rate data of the national standard dish washing detergent respectively, wherein the ratio is more than 1, and the decontamination performance is superior to that of the national standard dish washing detergent; a ratio of less than 1 indicates that the detergency performance is weaker than that of the national standard dishwashing detergent.
Foaming property test: foaming performance was evaluated and foaming data recorded for each case as described in GB/T7462-1994 modified Ross-Miles method for determination of foaming force of surfactants.
Easy rinse performance test: reference is made to the Ross-Miles method in GB/T13173, method for surfactant detergent test. In the test, 200ml of test solution is filled up by a suction method for the drip tube, and the test solution is placed at the upper opening of the graduated tube. The tap of the drip tube was opened to allow the solution to flow down and the initial foam height was read when the flow of the solution in the drip tube was completed. In this way, the liquid is fed 3 times successively with 250ppm of hard water and the final foam height is recorded. The results of the detergency performance, foamability performance and easy rinse performance tests are shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1 test results of detergency, foamability and easy-rinse Properties
From the data of examples 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 and comparative examples 1 and 2, it is known that when the addition amount of the polyquaternium regulator is 0.1% -0.3% of the formula of the LAS-based system and the AES-based system which are commonly used at present, the addition of the polyquaternium has no obvious influence on the foaming effect and the foam stability from the foaming force data, and the formula added with the polyquaternium is easier to foam from the data of the initial foam and the final foam which are easy to rinse and test, so that a better water-saving effect can be achieved. In addition, the design scheme of the invention slightly reduces the number of the dishes, but does not influence the use effect of the product.
2) Antibacterial property test
Referring to the method of quantitative sterilization test of suspension of-2.1.1.7.4 in 2002 edition of sterilizing technical Specification, the sample stock solution is subjected to a bacteriostasis test, the bacteriostasis time is 15min, and the bacteriostasis performance test results are shown in Table 2.
Table 2 results of antibacterial property test
The data results of examples 1, 4, 7 and 8 show that the scheme of the invention has better killing effect on common kitchen strains (staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli, pseudomonas aeruginosa and aspergillus niger) and the sterilizing rate is more than 99.99 percent. The data of comparative examples 1, 4, 7 and 8 and comparative examples 1 and 5 show that the bactericide and the polyquaternium regulator play a key role in bacteriostasis, and the polyquaternium regulator not only plays a role in regulating foam, but also can realize a synergistic effect through compounding with the bactericide, so that the sterilization rate of the detergent is improved, the sterilization rate is far higher than that of the detergent added with the bactericide, and the use requirement of a user on the high sterilization rate of the detergent is met.
3) Irritation test
TABLE 3 results of the irritation test
Reference is made to the test method described in "application of zein method in shampoo stimulation study" ("science of daily chemicals, 12 th year 2021, authors: deng Zhengqiao, liu Congying): the sample to be tested is prepared as an aqueous solution with an active content of 0.20% while the pH is adjusted to 6±0.15 with citric acid. Taking 50g of solution, adding 0.2-0.5 g of Zein (Zein, value a), magnetically stirring at room temperature for 2h, standing for 1.5h, suction filtering, and placing undissolved Zein in a 40 ℃ oven for drying for 3 days. The amount of Zein (value b) after drying was weighed, the mass of Zein dissolved was calculated, and the sample irritation was expressed as Zein value, and the calculation formula was: zein value (g/g) = (a-b)/0.625. The lower the Zein value, the lower the irritation and the irritation test results are shown in table 3.
From the test data of examples 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, the detergents designed according to the present invention were less irritating. The test data of comparative examples 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and comparative examples 6 and 7 show that the formulation of the present invention can effectively reduce the irritation of the detergent and improve the mildness of the product compared with the existing detergent.
In conclusion, compared with the prior common tableware detergent composition, the tableware detergent disclosed by the invention can finish flushing operation by using less water, does not influence the deoiling effect, has a better antibacterial effect under the combined action of the bactericide and the polyquaternium regulator, and meets the use requirement of high antibacterial rate. In addition, the polyquaternium modulator has the effect of reducing the irritation of the surfactant. Therefore, the detergent product of the invention has the characteristics of convenient use, easy rinsing, water saving, powerful deoiling, mildness and the like, and can be completely used for hand washing.
It will be readily appreciated by those skilled in the art that the foregoing description is merely a preferred embodiment of the invention and is not intended to limit the invention, but any modifications, equivalents, improvements or alternatives falling within the spirit and principles of the invention are intended to be included within the scope of the invention.
