Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a flotation collector for refractory gold ores, a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the flotation collector for refractory gold ores is prepared by limiting the components of the flotation collector and adopting a specific preparation method, the flotation collector can effectively solve the problems of poor selectivity and weak collecting capability of conventional xanthate and black gold collectors on fine gold, particulate gold or carbon robbed gold, meanwhile, the recovery rate and grade of fine-particle gold ore dressing can be effectively improved by regulating and controlling the foaming layer, and the method has remarkable effects of coarse-dressing pre-enrichment and floatation environment regulation optimization of low-grade, easily-floating and easily-slimed gold ores, and has the characteristics of small dosage of medicament, safety, environmental protection, wide raw material sources and simple preparation process.
The invention provides a flotation collector for refractory gold ores, which comprises, by weight, 25-30 parts of N-phenyl-2-mercaptobenzimidazole, 15-20 parts of a phenol black drug, 7.5-9 parts of a surfactant, 3-4 parts of an emulsifier, 1-2 parts of alkali, 1-2 parts of a defoaming agent, 2-3 parts of a foaming agent and 70-80 parts of water.
As a further improvement of the invention, the defoaming agent is tributyl phosphate, the foaming agent is terpineol oil, and the phenolic black medicine comprises one or more of No. 15 black medicine, no. 25 black medicine and No. 31 black medicine.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the emulsifier includes one or more of polysorbate 20, polysorbate 40, polysorbate 60, and polysorbate 80.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the surfactant includes one or more of sodium lauryl ether sulfate, sodium fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, and isooctyl alcohol phosphate.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the base includes one or more of sodium bicarbonate, sodium hydroxide, and potassium hydroxide.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the flotation collector for refractory gold ores, which comprises the following steps:
S1, mixing alkali and water, stirring at 25-35 ℃, sequentially adding N-phenyl-2-mercaptobenzimidazole and a surfactant to obtain a mixture, and continuously stirring to obtain a solution I;
S2, dissolving the emulsion in water, adding 0.3-0.5 times of the total weight of the phenolic black drug under stirring at 30-35 ℃, stirring for 15-20 min, adding the rest phenolic black drug, tributyl phosphate and pinitol oil, and continuing stirring for 1.5-2 h to prepare a milky solution II;
and S3, mixing the solution I prepared in the step S1 and the solution II prepared in the step S2 at 25 ℃, and stirring for 1.5-2 hours to obtain the flotation collector for refractory gold ores.
As a further improvement of the invention, in terms of parts by weight, in step S1, the water is 40-45 parts by weight, and in step S2, the water is 30-40 parts by weight.
As a further improvement of the invention, in the step S2, the stirring is a strong stirring process, and the rotating speed is 600-800 r/min.
As a further improvement of the invention, in the step S1, the stirring time at 25-35 ℃ is 10-15 min, and the stirring time of the mixture is 1.5-2 h.
The invention also provides application of the flotation collector for the refractory gold ores, wherein the flotation collector is applied to a roughing process in the gold ore flotation process, and the addition amount of the flotation collector is 100-200 g/t.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
1. The invention provides a flotation collector for refractory gold ores, a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the flotation collector consists of N-phenyl-2-mercaptobenzimidazole, phenol black, a surfactant, an emulsifying agent, alkali, a defoaming agent, a foaming agent and water, the flotation collector for refractory gold ores is prepared by limiting the components and the content of the flotation collector and adopting a specific preparation method. The gold ore flotation collector effectively solves the problems of poor selectivity and weak collecting capacity of the conventional xanthate and black drug gold collectors on fine gold, particulate gold or carbon robbed gold, and simultaneously effectively improves the recovery rate and grade of fine gold-particulate gold ore dressing by regulating and controlling a foaming layer, and has the characteristics of remarkable adjustment and optimization effects on roughing pre-enrichment and flotation environment of low-grade, easily-floated and easily-mud gold ores, small dosage of medicament, safety, environmental protection, wide raw material sources, simple preparation process and small environmental pollution, and has good market popularization value.
2. According to the preparation method of the flotation collector for the refractory gold ore, the solution I and the solution II are prepared respectively, the surface active agent in the solution I can effectively reduce the surface tension and the surface free energy of N-phenyl-2-mercaptobenzimidazole in water and enhance the surface activity of a medicament, the emulsifying agent in the solution II can effectively reduce the interfacial tension of a phenol black medicament, an O/W type emulsion is formed under the strong stirring effect, the surface tension of the medicament is further reduced after the phenol black medicament, tributyl phosphate and the pinitol oil are continuously added, the oil substances are rapidly dispersed in an aqueous medium in the form of small liquid drops through the emulsification effect, the W/O type emulsion is formed through the action of a period of time, the surface of the liquid drops is formed due to the adsorbed redundant charges, and the stability of a mixed system is improved. The flotation collector prepared by fully and uniformly mixing the two solutions can effectively play a role in synergy among the agents, and the collision probability and the surface adsorption effect of the collector and the target minerals are enhanced.
3. According to the invention, tributyl phosphate and pinitol oil are mixed into the O/W emulsion in proportion, so that the flotation foam state can be obviously adjusted when gold ore with easy flotation and easy mud formation and high ore mud sensitivity is subjected to flotation, the stability, richness and selectivity of flotation foam are effectively ensured, the prepared gold flotation collector has higher selectivity and stronger collecting capacity on gold ore, the flotation foam is stable and firm, the upward flotation rate of fine-particle gold ore is accelerated, excellent flotation indexes are obtained, and particularly, when the Au grade of raw ore is low, the flotation collector shows good ore adaptability.
4. The flotation collector for the gold ores difficult to separate can be prepared at normal temperature and normal pressure, has simple process and good solubility, overcomes the defects of large pungent odor, large medicament dust, difficult configuration and addition and the like of the conventional gold ore flotation collector for the xanthate, and has the advantages of small medicament consumption and remarkable flotation effect.
5. The flotation collector is mainly used for flotation operation of the gold ore with low grade of raw ore and easy flotation and easy mud, the selectivity of the flotation collector to gold is enhanced by modifying and strengthening a mineralized foam layer, the roughing enrichment ratio is remarkably improved on the premise of keeping the stronger collection of the flotation agent, the circulation of the easy flotation gangue in a fine selection section is reduced, the dosage of the agent is reduced, and in addition, the related agent in the scheme has low price and wide sources and is green and environment-friendly.

The flotation collector for refractory gold ores comprises, by weight, 25-30 parts of N-phenyl-2-mercaptobenzimidazole, 15-20 parts of phenol black, 7.5-9 parts of a surfactant, 3-4 parts of an emulsifier, 1-2 parts of alkali, 1-2 parts of a defoaming agent, 2-3 parts of a foaming agent and 70-80 parts of water. Specifically, the defoaming agent is tributyl phosphate, the foaming agent is terpineol oil, and the phenol black medicine comprises one or more of No. 15 black medicine, no. 25 black medicine and No. 31 black medicine. The emulsifier comprises one or more of polysorbate 20, polysorbate 40, polysorbate 60, and polysorbate 80. The surfactant comprises one or more of sodium laurylether sulfate, sodium fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate and isooctyl alcohol phosphate. The alkali comprises one or more of sodium bicarbonate, sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide.
The prepared gold flotation collector has higher selectivity and stronger collecting capacity on gold minerals, the flotation foam is stable and firm, the floating rate of fine-fraction gold minerals is accelerated, excellent flotation indexes are obtained, and particularly when the grade of raw ore Au is lower, the flotation collector shows good ore adaptability.
The preparation method of the flotation collector for refractory gold ores comprises the following steps:
S1, mixing alkali and water, stirring at 25-35 ℃, sequentially adding N-phenyl-2-mercaptobenzimidazole and a surfactant to obtain a mixture, and continuously stirring to obtain a solution I;
S2, dissolving the emulsion in water, adding 0.3-0.5 times of the total weight of the phenolic black drug under stirring at 30-35 ℃, stirring for 15-20 min, adding the rest phenolic black drug, tributyl phosphate and pinitol oil, and continuing stirring for 1.5-2 h to prepare a milky solution II;
and S3, mixing the solution I prepared in the step S1 and the solution II prepared in the step S2 at 25 ℃, and stirring for 1.5-2 hours to obtain the flotation collector for refractory gold ores.
Specifically, in the step S1, the weight part of water is 40-45 parts, the stirring time at 25-35 ℃ is 10-15 min, and the stirring time of the mixture is 1.5-2 h. The surfactant in the solution I can effectively reduce the surface tension and the surface free energy of the N-phenyl-2-mercaptobenzimidazole in water, and enhance the surface activity of the medicament.
In the step S2, the weight part of water is 30-40 parts, the stirring is a strong stirring process, and the rotating speed is 600-800 r/min. The emulsifier in the solution II can effectively reduce the interfacial tension of the phenol black drug, O/W emulsion (oil-in-water emulsion) is formed under the strong stirring effect, the surface tension of the medicament is further reduced after the phenol black drug, tributyl phosphate and pinitol oil are continuously added, the oil substances are rapidly dispersed in an aqueous medium in the form of small liquid drops through emulsification, the W/O emulsion (water-in-oil emulsion) is formed after a period of time, and an electric double layer is formed on the surface of the liquid drops due to the adsorbed redundant charges, so that the stability of a medicament system is improved.
In the preparation method, the solution I and the solution II are prepared separately, so that the surface activity of the prepared reagent is higher, the collision effect of the reagent in the preparation process is avoided, the reagent system is more stable, and the flotation collector prepared by fully and uniformly mixing the two solutions can effectively play a role in synergy among the reagents, enhance the collision probability and the surface adsorption effect of the collector and the target mineral, and obtain the gold mine collector with strong collecting effect and selectivity.
The invention also provides application of the flotation collector for the refractory gold ores, wherein the flotation collector is applied to a roughing process of a gold ore flotation process, the addition amount of the flotation collector is 100-200 g/t, and the addition amount of the flotation collector is specifically 1 ton of raw ore dry basis and 100-200 g of the flotation collector can be added. The collector has good foaming capacity, high selectivity and strong collecting capacity for gold minerals, is applied to the field of gold ore floatation, and effectively solves the problems of low Au grade, complex ore properties and low floatation recovery rate of refractory gold ores with high carbonaceous matter content.
In the actual gold ore flotation process, not only the flotation collector provided by the invention is added, but also other types of medicaments are matched according to the types of raw ores or the requirements of products to perform flotation on the gold ores so as to obtain the products meeting the requirements.
Example 1
Embodiment 1 provides a preparation method of a flotation collector for refractory gold ores and application of the flotation collector, wherein the preparation method specifically comprises the following steps of:
S1, mixing 2 parts of sodium hydroxide with 40 parts of water, stirring for 15min at 25 ℃, sequentially adding 25 parts of N-phenyl-2-mercaptobenzimidazole and 4 parts of sodium lauryl ether sulfate to obtain a mixture, and continuously stirring for 1.5h to obtain a solution I;
S2, dissolving 3 parts of polysorbate 80 in 35 parts of water at a temperature of 35 ℃, starting strong stirring, adding 5 parts of No.25 black medicine while stirring at a stirring speed of 800r/min, adding 10 parts of No.25 black medicine, 2 parts of tributyl phosphate and 2 parts of pinitol oil after stirring for 15min, and continuing stirring for 1.5h to prepare a milky solution II;
and S3, mixing the solution I prepared in the step S1 and the solution II prepared in the step S2 at 25 ℃ and stirring for 2 hours to obtain the flotation collector for refractory gold ores.
Referring to FIG. 1, the flotation collector for refractory gold ore is applied to the roughing process of the gold ore flotation process, and the addition amount of the flotation collector is 100g/t. The raw ore is Yunnan certain high-carbon quartz pulse type gold ore with the grade of 1.88g/t, and the specific process flow is shown in figure 1.

Comparative example 1 the same grade high carbon quartz vein type gold ore of example 1 was subjected to flotation, butyl xanthate was used as gold collector in roughing, and the process flow was the same as in example 1.
Comparative example 2
Comparative example 2 provides a method for preparing a flotation collector for refractory gold ores and application of the flotation collector, which is different from example 1 in that a solution is not prepared in steps, all raw materials are directly mixed at 25 ℃ to prepare the flotation collector, and the rest is substantially the same as example 1, and is not repeated herein.
Comparative example 3
Comparative example 3 provides a method for preparing a flotation collector for refractory gold ores and application of the flotation collector, which is different from example 1 in that 2 parts of tributyl phosphate is not added in step S2, and the rest is substantially the same as example 1, and is not repeated here.
After the collectors of example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were applied to gold ore flotation, the Au rough concentrate yield, grade and Au recovery were measured, and the results obtained are shown in the following table.

As shown in Table 1, the grade of the Au rough concentrate and the recovery rate of Au are highest in the example 1, compared with the comparative example 1, the grade of the Au rough concentrate is higher than 19g/t, the recovery rate of Au is improved by about 3%, the yield of the Au rough concentrate is lower, the yield of the Au rough concentrate is higher, the Au grade and the recovery rate of Au are higher, the gold collecting agent obtained by the preparation method of the example 1 of the invention shows higher selectivity and higher collecting capacity for gold minerals, and the tributyl phosphate adopted by the invention can promote flotation foam to be stably compacted and accelerate the floating rate of fine-fraction gold minerals in combination with the comparative example 3.
Example 2
Embodiment 2 provides a preparation method of a flotation collector for refractory gold ores and application of the flotation collector, wherein the preparation method specifically comprises the following steps:
s1, mixing 2 parts of sodium bicarbonate with 45 parts of water, stirring for 10min at 30 ℃, sequentially adding 30 parts of N-phenyl-2-mercaptobenzimidazole and 4 parts of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate to obtain a mixture, and continuously stirring for 2h to obtain a solution I;
s2, dissolving 4 parts of polysorbate 60 in 30 parts of water at a temperature of 30 ℃, starting strong stirring, adding 8 parts of No. 15 black medicine while stirring at a stirring speed of 700r/min, adding 10 parts of No. 15 black medicine, 1 part of tributyl phosphate and 3 parts of pinitol oil after stirring for 15min, and continuing stirring for 1.5h to prepare a milky solution II;
And S3, mixing the solution I prepared in the step S1 and the solution II prepared in the step S2 at 25 ℃ and stirring for 1.5h to obtain the flotation collector for refractory gold ores.
S4, applying the flotation collector of the refractory gold ore to the roughing process of the gold ore flotation process with the same grade as that of the embodiment 1, wherein the addition amount of the flotation collector is 100g/t.
Example 3
Embodiment 3 provides a preparation method of a flotation collector for refractory gold ores and application of the flotation collector, wherein the preparation method specifically comprises the following steps:
s1, mixing 6 parts of potassium hydroxide with 40 parts of water, stirring for 15min at 25 ℃, sequentially adding 25 parts of N-phenyl-2-mercaptobenzimidazole, 2 parts of sodium polyoxyethylene fatty alcohol sulfate and 2 parts of isooctanol phosphate to obtain a mixture, and continuously stirring for 2h to obtain a solution I;
S2, dissolving 3 parts of polysorbate 40 in 30 parts of water at a temperature of 30 ℃, starting strong stirring, adding 8 parts of No. 31 black medicine while stirring at a stirring speed of 800r/min, adding 10 parts of No. 31 black medicine, 2 parts of tributyl phosphate and 3 parts of pinitol oil after stirring for 15min, and continuing stirring for 1.5h to prepare a milky solution II;
And S3, mixing the solution I prepared in the step S1 and the solution II prepared in the step S2 at 25 ℃ and stirring for 1.5h to obtain the flotation collector for refractory gold ores.
S4, applying the flotation collector of the refractory gold ore to the roughing process of the gold ore flotation process with the same grade as that of the embodiment 1, wherein the addition amount of the flotation collector is 100g/t.
After the collectors prepared in examples 2 to 3 were applied to gold ore flotation, the yield, grade and recovery rate of Au rough concentrate were measured, and the obtained results are shown in the following table.

As can be seen from Table 2, the flotation collector prepared by the invention can obtain high-grade Au rough concentrate by adding a small amount of medicament when being applied to gold ore flotation, and improves the recovery rate of Au, so that the pressure of the subsequent process in the gold ore flotation process can be reduced, or the subsequent redundant process flow can be shortened, the flotation efficiency is accelerated, and the process cost is reduced.
In summary, the invention provides a flotation collector for refractory gold ores, a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the flotation collector consists of N-phenyl-2-mercaptobenzimidazole, phenol black drug, surfactant, emulsifier, alkali, defoamer, foaming agent and water, and the refractory gold ores are prepared by limiting the components and the content of the flotation collector and adopting a specific preparation method. The flotation collector has the advantages of good foaming capacity, high selectivity and strong collection capacity for gold minerals, effectively solves the problems of low Au grade, complex ore properties and low flotation recovery rate of refractory gold ores with high carbonaceous content, and has the characteristics of small dosage of agents, safety, environmental protection, wide raw material sources, simple preparation process and low environmental pollution during application, and has good market popularization value.
