Description

Multi-effect body repair composition, skin care preparation and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to the field of IPC A61K8, and more particularly relates to a multi-effect body repair composition, a skin care preparation and application thereof.
Background
Along with the improvement of living standard, people pursue beauty more and more, and in recent years, in addition to hair cosmetics and facial cosmetics, the demands of body cosmetics are obviously increased. The body lotion can play a role in moistening skin, can supplement water and nutrients for the skin, prevent the skin from drying and lack of water, and can form a layer of protective film on the surface of the skin to slow down the loss of the skin water. However, as the problems of working pressure, environmental pollution and the like are increasingly aggravated, skin problems such as red swelling, desquamation, itching and the like are likely to occur in most people, even more and more skin diseases such as body dermatitis eczema, xeroderma, psoriasis and the like occur in people, and the skin problems such as dermatitis eczema, xeroderma and psoriasis all have common problems such as dry skin, itching, sensitivity to physical stimulus, easiness in redness due to ultraviolet and UV injury and the like, and expert treatment suggests that skin cream with the effects of relieving, repairing and moisturizing are often used daily as an auxiliary treatment means. Thus, the body care product for moisturizing only can not meet the body care requirements of people.
In the prior art, the patent application document with the authority of publication number CN109223669B discloses a spray type moisturizing body lotion and a preparation method thereof, and the body lotion is prepared into a spray type, so that the body lotion is very convenient to carry when in use, can achieve the effect of refreshing and moisturizing for a long time, but has no obvious improvement on the skin repairing effect.
Patent document CN112043630B discloses a composition for preparing body milk, body milk containing the composition and a preparation method thereof, which can reduce melanin generation and delay skin aging by adding three components of bamboo leaf flavone, panthenol and shea butter, but the function of repairing skin and the stability of the product per se are not obviously improved.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention combines the forefront skin care concept and theoretical basis with the Chinese thousand years Chinese herbal medicine skin care experience, selects a plurality of plant compounds, and screens out the synergistic multi-effect body repair composition through scientific proportioning and experimental verification. The first aspect of the invention provides a multi-effect body repair composition, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.01-1.0 part of boswellia serrata resin extract, 0.1-2.0 parts of hydrogenated starch hydrolysate, 0.01-1.0 part of caper fruit extract, 0.01-1.0 part of citrus fruit extract, 0.01-0.2 part of blue eucalyptus oil and 0.01-0.2 part of carboxymethyl chitosan.
The water content of the horny layer is reduced, so that the horny layer is changed from full and tough under healthy state to flat and brittle, and the horny layer is easy to tilt and break. The skin is easy to generate scales from the surface of the skin, and the scales fall off after external friction, so that microscopic wounds invisible to naked eyes can be formed on the surface of the skin. For people with insufficient resistance, minor wounds can cause serious skin infections. For example, for diabetics, a tiny wound on the foot can cause bacterial infection, and finally the foot turns into diabetic foot, and serious people can even cause amputation and death, and the physical and mental effects of patients are seriously affected.
The inventor finds in experiments that the skin care preparation can bring an auxiliary treatment scheme for dermatitis eczema, psoriasis and xerosis cutis in the aspect of body care by adding the boswellia serrata resin extract, the hydrogenated starch hydrolysate, the cape jasmine fruit extract, the citrus fruit extract, the eucalyptus oil and the carboxymethyl chitosan and by optimizing active ingredients and scientific proportion, achieves the synergistic promotion of various effects of moisturizing, relieving and repairing, and has safe and easily obtained sources of raw materials of each active ingredient in the effect composition and good application prospect.
The Latin chemical name of the boswellia serrata is: boswellia species.
Preferably, the boswellia serrata resin extract comprises, by weight, 25-49.99% of boswellia serrata resin extract, 25-49.99% of lecithin, 25-49.99% of microcrystalline cellulose and 1-4.99% of silica.
In some preferred embodiments, the boswellia serrata resin extract is purchased from BOSEXIL boswellia serrata phospholipid complex manufactured by Qihai Hua Du daily fragrance and flavor (Shanghai) limited.
Preferably, the hydrogenated starch hydrolysate contains maltotriose, maltotriose alcohol, glycosyl trehalose and water.

The Latin chemical name of the caper is as follows: capparisspinosa l.
Preferably, the caper contains stachydrine, alkaloid, water, glycerol, 1, 2-hexanediol and ethylhexyl glycerol.
In some preferred embodiments, the caper fruit extract is purchased from Shanghai Jia Kai biotechnology Co., ltd.) in a Zhiyan (GMOIST CS).
The Latin chemical name of the citrus is as follows: citrus reticulata Blanco.
Preferably, the citrus fruit extract contains flavone, alkaloid, water and butanediol.
In some preferred embodiments, the citrus fruit extract is purchased from Yufuning (CALMNERV CR) manufactured by Shanghai Jia Kai Biotech Co.
The alkaloid is a nitrogenous basic organic compound existing in nature, has the property of being similar to alkali, most of the alkaloid has a complex annular structure, most of the alkaloid is contained in the ring, has obvious biological activity, is one of important effective components in Chinese herbal medicines, and can improve the anti-allergy and anti-inflammation effects of the product and simultaneously has a certain anti-irritation effect when the product containing the alkaloid is applied to the field of cosmetics. Most alkaloids are however hardly or poorly soluble in water. The inventor screens a plurality of plants containing alkaloid through a large number of experiments, most of substances and other active substances in the invention cannot be completely dissolved in water, and precipitation and layering occur. Finally, the inventor finds that the 'stachydrine' in caper fruits and citrus fruits can be completely water-soluble with other active substances in the invention, and the activity is exerted to the greatest extent. The Latin chemical name of the eucalyptus globulus is: eucalyptus globusLabill.
Preferably, the content of 1, 8-cineole in the eucalyptus globulus oil is more than or equal to 80wt%.
In some preferred embodiments, the eucalyptus oil is purchased from Pure Eucalyptus oil% eucalyptus oil 80% manufactured by the international trade company, fine Teng (Shanghai).
In some preferred embodiments, the carboxymethyl chitosan is purchased from MHA MICRO manufactured by Shanghai spring dew biochemistry limited.
Preferably, the weight ratio of caper fruit extract to boswellia serrata resin extract is (6-18): 1.
To reduce body water loss and regulate the damage degree of UV to skin, the inventor found in practice that when the weight ratio of caper fruit extract to boswellia serrata resin extract is (6-18): 1, the damage degree of UV to the damage can be regulated, the moisturizing and water locking passage can be intelligently regulated, the skin self-protection and repair mechanism under the conditions of high temperature, solar radiation and extreme drought can be realized, and the water loss of an organism can be reduced. The method is probably due to the synergistic effect between caper fruit extract rich in stachydrine and other alkaloids and boswellia serrata resin extract rich in boswellic acid and other terpenes, on one hand, the affinity of skin to boswellic acid can be improved through a phospholipid complex transfer system, so that the boswellic acid is better absorbed by the skin to exert the skin care effect, on the other hand, the method has a good repairing effect on tearing damage caused by mechanical and physical friction, is beneficial to timely repairing of micro wounds, and in addition, the effect of preventing and relieving UV damage and effectively improving eczema and psoriasis is achieved by the synergistic effect of the caper fruit extract and the boswellia serrata resin extract.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the eucalyptus globulus oil to the citrus fruit extract is 1: (6-20).
The inventors found in experiments that when the multi-effect body repair composition contains specific eucalyptus oil and citrus fruit extract, the weight ratio of eucalyptus oil to citrus fruit extract is 1: (6-20) not only can relieve external stimulus and bring a relaxed feeling, but also can improve the tolerance of the skin in question to various stimuli. This is probably because, on the one hand, the eucalyptus oil has a strong inhibition effect on suppurative bacteria and staphylococcus aureus, has a good inhibition effect on pseudomonas aeruginosa, escherichia coli, cholera suis, shigella flexneri, shigella sonnei and tubercle bacillus, and can reduce the probability of bacterial infection when a micro wound occurs, and on the other hand, the eucalyptus oil can also improve the effect of inhibiting TRPV1 activation of citrus fruit extracts, thereby reducing calcium ion inflow, relieving burning, redness and stinging generated when wounds and sensitive skin are stimulated, and simultaneously improving the tolerance and the comfort of the skin to various stimuli. In addition, the eucalyptus oil with the 1, 8-cineole content of more than or equal to 80 weight percent has pure and non-pungent taste, and can bring a plant medicine with pleasant feeling.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the hydrogenated starch hydrolysate to the citrus fruit extract is (2-8): 1.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the hydrogenated starch hydrolysate to the carboxymethyl chitosan is (40-110): 1.
Because the components of the multi-effect body repair composition contain various chemical components such as sugar alcohol (carboxymethyl chitosan), flavone (citrus fruit extract) and the like, the stability of the system can be influenced. The solubility of active ingredients such as plant flavone is poor; sugar alcohol is easy to crystallize, affects the stability of the system, and needs to be stable in suspension and an anti-crystallization system to achieve stability. Therefore, in order to ensure the stability of the product, the inventors have shown through a number of experiments that when the weight ratio of hydrogenated starch hydrolysate to citrus fruit extract is (2-8): 1, and the weight ratio of hydrogenated starch hydrolysate to carboxymethyl chitosan is (40-110): 1, the three raw materials can be cooperated, and the addition of a proper amount of hydrogenated starch hydrolysate can improve the moisturizing effect of the multi-effect body repair composition on one hand, and can inhibit the conditions of difficult dissolution and easy crystallization of sugar alcohol and flavone on the other hand, so that the stability of the multi-effect body repair composition can be improved.
However, when the multi-effect body repair composition prepared by the application is applied to skin care preparations, the main chemical components of the boswellia serrata resin extract are diterpene and triterpene, so that the boswellia serrata resin extract is not easy to dissolve in water and easy to crystallize, and serious consequences such as precipitation, layering and the like are easily caused by direct addition in the preparation, thus influencing the stability of the preparation. The eucalyptus oil is an oil-soluble component and cannot be directly compatible with water-soluble components in the composition, and a stable system can be formed after emulsification. Thus, to ensure product stability, the compositions of the present application must be designed to incorporate specific emulsifiers or stabilizers into body milk formulations or other formulations.

TABLE 1
TABLE 2
Performance test method
1. Centrifugal acceleration test
The skin care formulations prepared in examples 1 to 12 were evaluated for whether the skin care formulations satisfied no precipitation, no delamination of the color of the botanical composition by a plurality of centrifugal acceleration tests, and specific parameters and results are shown in Table 3.
TABLE 3 Table 3
Table 3 shows that examples 1-3 and examples 10-12 meet 3 accelerated centrifugation, examples 1-3 and examples 10-12 have good compatibility and stability with respect to the multi-effect body-care composition and its skin care formulation, and can meet the market demand, examples 4 and example 6 do not add glyceryl stearate citrate, example 5 add less glyceryl stearate citrate, example 7 and example 8 add less hydrogenated starch hydrolysate, but relatively speaking, example 8 is added in an amount closer to the range to be protected by the present application, so that its centrifugation at 2000rpm is OK, but 3000rpm and above begins layering; the absence of the addition of hydrogenated starch hydrolysates in example 9 has affected the stability of multi-effect body repair compositions and skin care formulations thereof.
The emulsifiers, stabilizers and other formulation ingredients in examples 4, 5, 6 and 7 are all classical ingredients commonly used in the industry, but after the multi-effect body repair composition related to the invention is added, how to make the formulation product meet multiple centrifugation experiments and high-low temperature damage experiments becomes a point of easy failure in the research and development process of the industry, and is also a technical difficulty to be solved in the industry. The inventor proves that a large number of experiments prove that the technical difficulties can be solved only by scientifically proportioning specific raw materials and playing the synergistic effect of the raw materials.
2. Temperature stability
The skin care preparations prepared in examples 1 to 3, 8 and 10 to 12 were placed at-15℃and 42℃and room temperature (25 ℃) for 30 days, 60 days and 90 days, respectively, and whether the preparation system did not precipitate, did not separate out the plant composition color was observed, and the test results are shown in Table 4.
TABLE 4 Table 4
The results in Table 4 show that examples 1-3 and examples 10-12 maintain good stability at low, normal and high temperatures, and can meet the market demand, also due to the synergistic effect between the stabilizers and emulsifiers in the feed. The amount of hydrogenated starch hydrolysate in example 8 is outside the scope of the present application and therefore affects the high and low temperature stability of the multi-effect body repair composition and its skin care formulation.
3. Safety experiment
Zebra fish is one of the alternative species currently used in human health and ecological hazard assessment, and the toxic response of zebra fish can be predictive of the toxic response of mammals. When the skin is exposed to living environment, skin inflammation to a certain extent can be caused after the skin is contacted with toxic and harmful substances, and skin reddening, itching and the like can occur. Sodium dodecyl sulfonate (SLS) is a common positive control for human skin irritant model patch test, and can induce epidermal inflammatory cell infiltration after SLS stimulation, and the irritant enters the zebra fish body to induce inflammatory reaction. The median lethal concentration (LC 50) of the samples was determined by mortality of zebra fish under stimulation of SLS. The greater the LC50 value, the higher the sample safety. The experimental steps are as follows:
1. zebra fish were randomly selected in 6-well plates with 30 tails per well.
2. The water-soluble administration of SLS establishes a zebra fish skin inflammation model.
3. The samples of examples 1-3 and examples 10-12 were given water-soluble, respectively, with a 3mL per well capacity.
Incubate at 4.28℃for 18h in the absence of light.
5. After the end of the experiment, the mortality of each group of zebra fish was counted, analyzed with SPSS 26.0 software and LC50 was calculated. The results are shown in Table 5.
TABLE 5
As can be seen from table 5, under the present experimental conditions, the LC50 under SLS stimulation of examples 1,2, 3, 10, 11, 12 was 3.05%, 1.86%, 1.19%, 0.9%, 2.18%, 2.95%, respectively; the LC50 values for example 1 and example 6 were highest, presumably when the weight ratio of caper fruit extract to boswellia serrata resin extract was (6-18): 1, the weight ratio of eucalyptus globulus oil to citrus fruit extract is 1: (6-20) can improve the safety of the multi-effect body repair composition and the skin care preparation thereof and reduce the occurrence probability of adverse reactions.
