The conventional production method brings the following problems:
(1) The large curvature sheet skin is clamped according to tiling, an operator is required to use aluminum wires to bind the skin, and due to the large curvature of the skin, the degree of adhesion of the skin and a cube-shaped heat treatment charging basket is poor, the operator is required to use a plurality of aluminum wires for auxiliary fixation, and the clamping efficiency is low.
(2) The skin deformation of the large-curvature sheet skin after heat treatment is large, manual trimming is needed, and the deformation trimming increases the labor intensity of operators and affects the production efficiency because the hardness of the skin becomes large after heat treatment.
(3) The large-curvature sheet skin is mostly an aircraft fuselage structural member, the quality requirement is high, the deformation of the clamping skin is large according to a conventional mode, the heat treatment deformation trimming of the large-curvature sheet skin is extremely difficult, quality problems such as surface scratch and curvature out-of-tolerance of parts are easy to occur in repeated trimming, skin scrapping can be seriously caused, and the product quality and the production progress are influenced.

In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides the combined type flexible heat treatment charging basket for the large-curvature sheet skin, which can realize the efficient clamping of the various curvature sheet skins through flexible adjustment of the charging basket, reduce the clamping time, lighten the labor intensity, improve the production efficiency and improve the product quality.
