Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine compositions, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating obesity as well as a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The western medicine considers that: obesity refers to excessive fat accumulation and/or abnormal distribution in the body, and is a common metabolic disease. Body Mass Index (BMI) is commonly used to assess whether obese. Body Mass Index (BMI) = weight (kg)/height (m) squared. If the body constitution index exceeds 24, overweight is determined, if the body constitution index exceeds 28, obesity is determined, if the body constitution index is between 24 and 28, obesity is determined, and the two categories of simple obesity and secondary obesity are determined according to the etiology. The western medicine for weight loss is fenfluramine, but the western medicine for weight loss is forbidden by the nation due to large side effect. Orlistat achieves weight loss by reducing fat absorption, but it can affect the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins, as well as gastrointestinal symptoms such as abdominal pain, diarrhea, anorexia, and even jaundice, which rebound quickly after withdrawal.
The traditional Chinese medicine has a long history of understanding obesity, but the understanding is scattered and no consensus is formed. The etiology considers the factors of constitution, innate endowment, improper diet, good and bad movement, seven emotions staying up all night and the like, the pathogenesis is considered from several aspects of phlegm dampness, stomach heat, spleen deficiency, qi deficiency, blood stasis and the like, and doctors in recent times consider the relation to turbid toxin. Syndrome type classification is eight, different experts have different classifications, more than ten, less than ten, also have several classifications, very messy and complicated, and no unified typing and unified treatment scheme is formed so far. The weight-reducing Chinese patent medicines comprise fat-reducing and weight-reducing tablets, toxin-expelling and fat-reducing capsules, weight-reducing and fat-reducing pills and the like, and the tablets are not a plurality of in variety, but are not classified completely, and mainly take the effects of strengthening spleen and eliminating dampness or removing blood stasis and reducing fat to reduce weight, but do not meet the real pathogenesis of obesity, so the curative effect is not satisfactory. The main reason for this is that the complex pathogenesis of obesity is really unknown and mastered, and the intrinsic nature of the complex constitution of the obese patient is not known and revealed. Therefore, no efficient prescription medicine aiming at the obesity with multi-pathogenesis compound constitution is developed, so that various medicines sold on the market at present have poor curative effect.
Obesity is related to physical constitution, which is well recognized. The inventor carries out deep innovation research, induction and classification on pathogenesis and constitution of the obesity according to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and summarizes the obesity through long-term clinical practice, so that the obesity is a disease with multiple pathogenesis and compound constitution, and the three types are obtained: (1) The pattern of spleen deficiency with no apparent heat is called spleen deficiency with phlegm-stasis and dampness-heat. The clinical manifestations are as follows: obesity, younger age, good appetite, dry mouth, bitter taste, bad breath, normal or dry stool or constipation or sticky stool, harder abdomen, yellow or greasy tongue coating. Female with small amount of menstruation and dark color; (2) The pattern of spleen deficiency with obvious cold is called spleen deficiency with phlegm-stasis and cold-dampness. The clinical manifestations are as follows: obesity, a large age, general or little diet, drowsiness, lassitude, aversion to moving, worsening of weakness with movement, or even asthma, and normal or loose stools with soft touch on the abdomen. Swollen tongue with teeth marks on the edge, white and greasy or slippery coating. Female with hypomenorrhea or disorder, dark color; (3) The pattern of spleen deficiency with cold-heat is called the pattern of spleen deficiency with phlegm-stasis and dampness-turbidity with mixed cold-heat. The clinical manifestations are as follows: obesity, drowsiness, lack of strength, a desire for appetite, dry mouth, bitter taste in the mouth, loose or normal stools, pale red tongue with teeth marks on the side, yellow greasy or thick greasy coating. Female with a small amount of menstrual blood and dark color.
Analysis of etiology and pathogenesis: the traditional Chinese medicine considers that the spleen governs transportation and transformation and is the source of qi and blood generation and transformation. Spleen deficiency leads to dysfunction of transportation and transformation, resulting in phlegm-dampness accumulation in qi system, blood stasis and turbidity generation in blood system, and accumulation of fat in local area along the meridian and muscles surface, leading to obesity. The spleen qi's function is different, so it is divided into the above three types of multi-pathogenesis composite constitutions. No one has refined and generalize the most basic pathogenesis of the obesity into five pathogenesis types of deficiency of the spleen, dampness, phlegm, stasis and turbidity to form a formula for treatment, and three pathogenesis composite body types are derived according to the difference of mixed cold, heat and cold-heat to construct the formula according to differentiation of symptoms and root causes, so that the problem of treating both principal and secondary aspects of obesity by differentiating body and losing weight is solved.
In view of this, the present invention is proposed.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating obesity as well as the preparation method and the application thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is solved by the following technical scheme:
a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating obesity comprises the following raw materials: corn stigma, coix seed, radish seed, hawthorn, lotus leaf, poria cocos, rhizoma alismatis and phaseolus calcaratus, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating spleen deficiency, phlegm stasis and damp-heat type or/and a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating spleen deficiency, phlegm stasis and damp-heat type, and raw materials of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating spleen deficiency, phlegm stasis and damp-heat type also comprise vinegar-processed rhubarb, gynostemma pentaphylla, mangnolia officinalis, semen cassiae, herba artemisiae scopariae and herba leonuri; the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating spleen deficiency, phlegm stasis, turbid phlegm and cold dampness also comprises herba lycopi, semen plantaginis, astragalus mongholicus, bighead atractylodes rhizome, orange peel and rhizoma atractylodis.
The traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating spleen deficiency phlegm, blood stasis and damp-heat type adiposis is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-60 parts of corn stigma, 10-60 parts of coix seed, 5-30 parts of radish seed, 10-60 parts of hawthorn, 10-50 parts of poria cocos, 10-60 parts of lotus leaf, 5-50 parts of rhizoma alismatis, 10-60 parts of phaseolus calcaratus, 5-30 parts of rheum officinale processed with vinegar, 10-30 parts of gynostemma pentaphylla, 5-30 parts of mangnolia officinalis, 5-30 parts of semen cassiae, 5-30 parts of oriental wormwood and 10-60 parts of motherwort.
