技术领域
本发明涉及一种对防治各种有害真菌具有显著改善的效力的杀真菌组合物,和一种防治有害真菌的方法。
背景技术
专利文献1、2和3公开了下文所述的式(I)包括的化合物用作杀真菌剂,公开了它们可根据需要与其他杀真菌剂组合或作为与其他杀真菌剂的混合物使用。然而,并不知道当式(I)化合物与其他特定杀真菌剂以协同有效量组合使用时,式(I)化合物呈现显著优异的杀真菌效力。另外,专利文献4和5公开了下文给出的式(I)包括的化合物用作杀虫剂如杀线虫剂。

发明内容
本发明要解决的问题
下文给出的式(I)羧酸酰胺衍生物有时显示对某些病害实际上不足的防治效力,使得它们的防治效力取决于浓度范围或施用点,对于某些有害真菌而言不足,余效相对短,或抗雨性弱。
解决问题的方法
本发明发明人已进行研究以解决以上问题,并作为结果已发现,特别当下文给出的式(I)羧酸酰胺衍生物和某些特定杀真菌有效化合物混合使用时,与单独使用相应化合物的情况相比可得到意外的极好杀真菌活性。因此,本发明已基于此发现而实现。即本发明提供一种包含协同有效量的如下组分的杀真菌组合物:
(a)式(I)的羧酸酰胺衍生物或其盐:
其中B为可由Y取代的杂环基团;相互独立的R1和R2各自为C1-12烷基;X为卤素、C1-12烷基或C1-12烷氧基;Y为卤素、C1-12烷基或C1-12卤代烷基;n为0-5的整数;和
(b)至少一种选自下组的杀真菌化合物:唑类化合物、苯胺基嘧啶化合物、三唑并嘧啶化合物、嗜球果伞素类(strobilurin)化合物、N-卤代硫烷基化合物、吡啶胺化合物、碳酸氢盐、无机硫物质、二硫代氨基甲酸盐化合物、有机氯化合物、二羧酰亚胺化合物、胺化合物、苯基吡咯化合物、二苯甲酮化合物、哌啶化合物、二硝基苯化合物、吗啉化合物、氰基乙酰胺化合物、亚磷酸化合物、有机磷化合物、羧酰胺化合物、喹啉化合物、铜化合物、氨基甲酸酯化合物、抗生素、胍化合物、肟醚化合物、4-羟基喹啉衍生物化合物、氰基亚甲基化合物、喹唑啉酮(quinazolinone)化合物和苯甲酰基吡啶化合物。另外,本发明提供一种防治有害真菌的方法,其包括将杀真菌有效量的这种杀真菌组合物施用于有害真菌或它们生长的场所。另外,本发明提供一种防治有害真菌的方法,其包括将杀真菌有效量的(a)式(I)的羧酸酰胺衍生物或其盐和杀真菌有效量的(b)所述杀真菌化合物施用于有害真菌或它们生长的场所。
发明效果
包含协同有效量的(a)式(I)的羧酸酰胺衍生物或其盐和(b)所述杀真菌化合物的杀真菌组合物(下文简称为本发明组合物)能够防治,特别是以低剂量防治各种真菌如卵菌(Oomycetes)、子囊菌(Ascomycetes)、担子菌(Basidiomycetes)或半知菌(Deuteromycetes),且能够有效防治由其导致的各种植物病害。意外地,它们的杀真菌活性的效力大于它们的相应单独杀真菌活性的纯加和效力,即具有协同增效杀真菌活性。因此,与单独使用相应试剂的情况相比,含协同有效量的(a)式(I)的羧酸酰胺衍生物或其盐和(b)所述杀真菌化合物的本发明组合物可以以低剂量施用,因此,它还有效降低施用点或其周围的环境负荷。此外,可扩大杀真菌谱,另外,杀真菌活性将长期持续。

在其中上式(I)中由X表示的取代基数大于1的情况下,这些取代基可相同或不同。作为B中所含的取代基的Y的取代数可为1或更多,在大于1的情况下,这些取代基可相同或不同。
在上式(I)中由B表示的取代基的杂环结构部分优选为含1-4个选自氧原子、硫原子和氮原子中的至少一类原子的3-6员杂环,可例如为3员杂环如环氧乙烷基;5员杂环如呋喃基、四氢呋喃基、噻吩基、吡咯基、吡咯啉基、吡咯烷基、二氧戊环基、唑基、异唑基、噻唑基、异噻唑基、咪唑基、咪唑啉基、咪唑烷基、吡唑基、吡唑啉基、吡唑烷基、三唑基、二唑基、噻二唑基或四唑基;或6员杂环如吡喃基、吡啶基、哌啶基、二烷基、嗪基、吗啉基、噻嗪基、哒嗪基、嘧啶基、吡嗪基、哌嗪基、三嗪基、二氢氧硫杂环己二烯基、二氢氧代氧硫杂环己二烯基、二氢二氧代氧硫杂环己二烯基、二氢吡喃基或二氢硫杂环己二烯基。其中,更优选含1个或2个选自氧原子、硫原子和氮原子中的至少一类原子的5或6员杂环基,最优选吡啶基、噻吩基或吡唑基。另外,由B表示的取代基的具体实例可例如为3-三氟甲基-2-吡啶基、3-甲基-2-噻吩基或1-甲基-3-三氟甲基-4-吡唑基。
在上式(I)中的烷基或烷基结构部分可为C1-12线性或支化烷基,例如甲基、乙基、正丙基、异丙基、正丁基、异丁基、叔丁基、正戊基、2-戊基、正己基、2-己基、3-己基、庚基、辛基、壬基、癸烷基、十一烷基或十二烷基。
上式(I)中的卤素或作为取代基的卤素可为氟、氯、溴或碘原子。作为取代基的卤素可为一个或多个,在大于1个的情况下,这些卤素可相同或不同。另外,这些卤素可在任何位置上取代。
上式(I)的羧酸酰胺衍生物的盐可以是任何盐,只要它是农业上可接受的。例如它可为碱金属盐如钠盐或钾盐;碱土金属盐如镁盐或钙盐;无机酸盐如盐酸盐、高氯酸盐、硫酸盐或硝酸盐;或有机酸盐如乙酸盐或甲磺酸盐。

上式(I)的羧酸酰胺衍生物或其盐可由上述专利文献1、2或3中公开的方法制备。
在上式(I)的羧酸酰胺衍生物中,优选下列那些。
(1)上式(I)的羧酸酰胺衍生物,其中B为可由Y取代的5或6员杂环基团。
(2)根据(1)的羧酸酰胺衍生物,其中关于B的杂环基团为含1个或2个选自氮原子、硫原子和氧原子中的至少一类原子的杂环基团。
(3)根据(1)的羧酸酰胺衍生物,其中关于B的杂环基团为吡啶基、噻吩基或吡唑基。

下面描述以上(b)的杀真菌化合物。在杀真菌化合物中,具有已由ISO(国际标准化组织)批准的通用名的那些由通用名表示。其他由化学名表示,具有ISO临时批准的通用名或向ISO申请批准的通用名的那些也通过通用名表示。

苯胺基嘧啶化合物可例如为嘧菌胺(mepanipyrim)、二甲嘧菌胺(pyrimethanil)、环丙嘧啶(cyprodinil)或嘧菌腙(ferimzone)。
三唑并嘧啶化合物可例如为5-氯-7-(4-甲基哌啶-1-基)-6-(2,4,6-三氟苯基)-[1,2,4]三唑并[1,5-a]嘧啶(化合物α)。

本发明组合物用作能够以低剂量防治有害真菌的杀真菌组合物,特别是用作农业或园艺杀真菌组合物。当用作农业或园艺杀菌剂组合物时,本发明的组合物能防治有害真菌,如卵菌(Oomycetes),子囊菌(Ascomycetes),担子菌(Basidiomycetes),半知菌(Deuteromycetes),并特别有效地用于防治属于如子囊菌(Ascomycetes)或半知菌(Deuteromycetes)的有害真菌。

另外,本发明组合物还有效地预防性或治疗性防治由植物病原体如镰孢霉(Fusarium)、腐菌(Pythium)、丝核菌(Rhizoctonia)、轮枝孢(Verticillium)和根肿菌(Plasmodiophora)引起的土壤病害。
还有,本发明组合物也有效地防治各种耐杀菌剂的病原体,所述杀菌剂如苯并咪唑类、嗜球果伞素类、二羧酰亚胺类、苯基酰胺类和麦角固醇生物合成抑制剂类。
此外,本发明组合物具有优异的渗透迁移性能,当将含本发明组合物的农药施用到土壤时,可以防治茎叶上的有害真菌,同时防治土壤中的有害真菌。

本发明组合物可通过通常使用的施用方法施用,如铺展(铺展,喷雾,细雾化,雾化,颗粒扩散或水表面施用),土壤施用(如混合或灌溉)或表面施用(如涂敷,粉剂涂敷或覆盖)。此外,也可以用所谓的超低容量法施用。在该方法中,配制剂可以包含100%活性成分。在其施用中,可任选选择施用于有害真菌或它们生长的场所(施用可为这种有害真菌的出苗前或出苗后施用)。另外,组分(a)和(b)可分开配制,并在施用时可将它们混合并施用。另外,它们可一起配制并施用。配制剂可直接或在稀释以后施用,例如用水稀释以后。
本发明组合物的剂量取决于气候条件、作物植物、使用方法、配制剂等而变化且不能一概而论。然而,在叶面处理的情况下,本发明组合物的施用使得作为活性成分的组分(a)和(b)的总量将通常为0.1-10,000ppm,优选1-4,000ppm,更优选1-2,000ppm的浓度,在土壤处理的情况下,本发明组合物的施用使得作为活性成分的组分(a)和(b)的总量将通常为10-100,000g/ha,优选200-20,000g/ha。
另外,本发明组合物可与其他农用化学品、肥料或植物毒性-降低剂混合或组合使用,由此有时可以获得协同效应或活性。这样的其它农用化学品,可例如为杀真菌剂、杀虫剂、杀螨药、杀线虫剂、除草剂、抗病毒剂、引诱剂、植物激素和植物生长调节剂。
在这样的其它农用化学品中的杀菌剂活性成分化合物(通用名;包括一些在申请名火日本植物保护协会的试验码)可例如为:

测试实施例1:对小麦白粉病的保护效果的试验
将小麦(栽培品种:Norin-61-go)在直径为7.5cm的塑料盆中培育,并当其达到1.5-叶龄期时,通过喷枪以10ml/秧苗的量施用混合化学溶液,该化学溶液含有已经调节到预定浓度的相应试样化合物。在该化学溶液干燥后,撒粉并接种禾白粉菌(Erysiphegraminis)的分生孢子的悬浮液,并保持在20℃的恒温室中。在接种后7-8天,观察孢子形成的面积,并通过如下等式得到相对于未处理部分的病害面积比。结果显示于表1-1至1-101中。

测试实施例3:对小麦颖枯病的保护效果的试验
将小麦(栽培品种:Norin-61-go)在直径为7.5cm的塑料盆中培育,并当其达到1.5-叶龄期时,通过喷枪以10ml/秧苗的量施用混合化学溶液,该化学溶液含有已经调节到预定浓度的相应试样化合物。在该化学溶液干燥后,撒粉并接种颖枯壳针孢(Septorianodorum)的分生孢子的悬浮液,并保持在20℃下7天(前3天保持在高湿度条件下)。其后,观察损伤面积,由如下等式得到相对于未处理部分的病害面积比。结果显示于表3-1至3-14中。

测试实施例4:对菜豆灰霉病的保护效果的试验
将菜豆(栽培品种:Taisyou Kintoki)在直径为12.0cm的塑料盆中培育,并当其达到2.5-叶龄期时,通过喷枪以10ml/秧苗的量施用混合化学溶液,该化学溶液含有已经调节到预定浓度的相应试样化合物。在该化学溶液干燥后,切掉叶,并将滤纸圆盘(直径8mm)放在叶上。然后将120μl灰葡萄孢(Botrytis cinerea)的孢子悬浮液(1.0×106孢子/ml)滴于其上并接种。将体系保持在20℃,湿度条件下3天,由此观察损伤面积,以如测试实施例3中相同的方式得到相对于未处理部分的病害面积比。结果显示于表4-1至4-19中。
另外,理论值通过Colby公式计算并显示于表4-1至4-19中的括号()内。由于相对于未处理部分的病害面积比(试验值)比理论值低,因此可以说本发明组合物具有协同增效效果。

测试实施例7:对灰霉病病原体的抗真菌活性的试验
将灰葡萄孢(Botrytis cinerea)的孢子悬浮液(孢子浓度:2×106孢子/ml)以300μl/皮氏培养皿的量涂在皮氏培养皿中的马铃薯蔗糖琼脂介质上并干燥。将在化合物No.2的化学溶液(30ppm)中浸过的滤纸和在氟啶胺(fluazinam)的化学溶液(30ppm)中浸过的滤纸相互交叉置于其上(相应滤纸为0.7cm×8cm的风干滤纸)。将体系保持在20℃下4天,然后观察灰葡萄孢的菌丝体生长(图1中的照片)。在图1中,横向放置的滤纸为在化合物No.2中浸过的滤纸,纵向放置的滤纸为在氟啶胺中浸过的滤纸。白色浑浊部分为增生扩散的灰葡萄孢部分。
横向放置的滤纸两端部分与灰葡萄孢的菌丝体生长区域接触,因此表明通过单一使用化合物No.2(30ppm),不能观察足够的防治效果。而纵向放置的滤纸两端部分不与灰葡萄孢的菌丝体生长区域接触,因此表明通过单一使用氟啶胺(30ppm),得到一定的防治效果。而在滤纸交叉点附近,滤纸在宽范围内不与灰葡萄孢的菌丝体生长区域接触,因此表明当组合使用化合物No.2和氟啶胺时,可得到极好的防治效果。
此防治效果用数字表示。即,在四个部分测量相应于单一使用氟啶胺部分的纵向放置的滤纸两端至灰葡萄孢菌丝体生长区域的距离(图2中的箭头部分)并平均得到5mm。另一方面,在四个部分测量相应于混合使用化合物No.2和氟啶胺部分的滤纸相互交叉部分至灰葡萄孢菌丝体生长区域的距离(图3中的箭头部分)并平均得到17mm。
测试实施例8:对灰霉病病原体的抗真菌活性的试验
试验以与测试实施例7中相同的方式进行,不同之处在于将30ppm氟啶胺(fluazinam)换成30ppm oxpoconazole富马酸盐。作为结果,相应于单一使用oxpoconazole富马酸盐部分的纵向放置的滤纸两端至灰葡萄孢菌丝体生长区域的距离(平均值)为7.5mm。而相应于混合使用化合物No.2和oxpoconazole富马酸盐部分的滤纸相互交叉部分至灰葡萄孢菌丝体生长区域的距离(平均值)为13.3mm。
现在将描述本发明组合物的配制剂实施例,但应当理解在本发明中,混合组分、混合比、配制剂类型等不限于如下实施例。
配制剂实施例1
将以上组分的混合物、式(I)化合物和氧唑菌(epoxiconazole)以8:1:1的重量比混合以得到可润湿粉末。
配制剂实施例2
向以上组分中加入造粒所需的适量水,其后混合并造粒以得到颗粒。
配制剂实施例3
(a)式(I)化合物 2重量份
(b)氧唑菌(epoxiconazole) 3重量份
(c)滑石 95重量份
将以上组分均匀混合以得到粉剂。

Claims (4)
1.一种包含协同有效量的如下组分的杀真菌组合物:
(a)选自下组的羧酸酰胺衍生物:N-[(3’,4’-二氯-1,1-二甲基)苯甲酰甲基]-3-甲基-2-噻吩甲酰胺、N-[[2’-甲基-4’-(2-丙基氧基)-1,1-二甲基]苯甲酰甲基]-3-三氟甲基-2-吡啶甲酰胺、N-[[2’-甲基-4’-(2-丙基氧基)-1,1-二甲基]苯甲酰甲基]-3-甲基-2-噻吩甲酰胺、N-[[4’-(2-丙基氧基)-1,1-二甲基]苯甲酰甲基]-3-三氟甲基-2-吡啶甲酰胺、N-[[4’-(2-丙基氧基)-1,1-二甲基]苯甲酰甲基]-3-甲基-2-噻吩甲酰胺和N-[[4’-(2-戊基氧基)-1,1-二甲基]苯甲酰甲基]-3-三氟甲基-2-吡啶甲酰胺,和
(b)至少一种选自下组的杀真菌化合物:氰霜唑、土菌消、嘧菌腙、5-氯-7-(4-甲基哌啶-1-基)-6-(2,4,6-三氟苯基)-[1,2,4]三唑并[1,5-a]嘧啶、唑菌胺酯、克菌丹、灭菌丹、碳酸氢钾、硫、代森锰锌、百菌清、杀菌利、异丙定、螺茂胺、氟菌、苯菌酮、苯锈啶、meptyldinocap、烯酰吗啉、丁苯吗啉、清菌脲、亚磷酸钾、藻菌磷、甲基立枯磷、氟酰胺、环酰菌胺、喹氧灵、王铜、多氧霉素、春雷霉素、双胍辛醋酸盐、环氟菌胺、2,3-二甲基-6-叔丁基-8-氟-4-乙酰基喹啉、2-(2-氟-5-(三氟甲基)苯硫基)-2-(3-(2-甲氧基苯基)噻唑烷-2-亚基)乙腈、丙氧喹啉、4-(2,3,4-三甲氧基-6-甲基苯甲酰基)-2,5-二氯-3-三氟甲基吡啶、4-(2,3,4-三甲氧基-6-甲基苯甲酰基)-2-氯-3-三氟甲基-5-甲氧基吡啶、3-(2,3,4-三甲氧基-6-甲基苯甲酰基)-5-溴-4-氯-2-甲氧基吡啶和3-(2,3,4-三甲氧基-6-甲基苯甲酰基)-5-氯-2-甲氧基-4-甲基吡啶。
2.根据权利要求1的组合物,其中(a)羧酸酰胺衍生物或其盐与(b)杀真菌化合物的混合重量比为1:70,000-70,000:1。
3.一种防治有害真菌的方法,其包括将如权利要求1中定义的组合物施用于有害真菌或它们生长的场所。
4.一种防治有害真菌的方法,其包括将如权利要求1中定义的(a)羧酸酰胺衍生物或其盐和(b)杀真菌化合物施用于有害真菌或它们生长的场所。
