Disclosure of Invention
The invention overcomes the defects of the prior art and provides a water drop type multifunctional tweezers and a storage box thereof.
In order to achieve the aim, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is that the water drop type multifunctional tweezers comprise a control part, a first tweezers handle and a second tweezers handle, wherein the first tweezers handle and the second tweezers handle are connected with the control part;
the control part is of a water drop type structure, a water inlet and a water outlet are formed in the surface of the control part, and a channel communicated with the water inlet and the water outlet is formed in the control part; the control part is provided with a gear adjusting device for controlling an opening included angle between the first forceps handle and the second forceps handle, an internal channel is arranged in the second forceps handle, one end of the internal channel is provided with a hidden water outlet, and the other end of the internal channel is communicated with the channel;
The whole S-shaped structure of first tweezers handle with the second tweezers handle, first tweezers handle is close to one side of second tweezers handle is provided with lighting device, the one end of second tweezers handle is spoon type structure.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first forceps handle and the second forceps handle are provided with a plurality of grooves, and the width of each groove is larger than the width corresponding to the non-stretched thickest elastic band.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first forceps handle and the second forceps handle are rotatably connected.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a smooth mirror surface is disposed at the center of the concave surface of the spoon structure, for obtaining a local fine view.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a flow control unit is disposed in the built-in channel, for controlling the water flow rate at the working end of the second forceps handle.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first forceps handle and the second forceps handle are in an integral structure or a split structure.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first forceps handle is a flat-head forceps or has an upper concave surface, the second forceps handle is a lower concave surface, and the spoon structure is formed along the lower concave surface toward one side of the working end.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the groove is perpendicular to the long axis of the first forceps handle or the second forceps handle.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the spoon structure of the working end of the second forceps is foldable.
The invention provides a storage box which is used for storing the water drop type multifunctional tweezers, wherein the storage box is of a water drop type structure, a concave curved surface is arranged on the inner wall of the storage box, and the concave curved surface is attached to the surface of a second tweezers handle.
The invention provides a use method of a water-drop type multifunctional tweezers, which comprises the following steps:
s1, controlling an opening included angle between a first forceps handle and a second forceps handle by a gear adjusting device on a control part, so that one side of an S-shaped structure of the second forceps handle and the inner wall of an oral cavity form a support;
S2, connecting a water inlet on the surface of the control part with a water outlet of the tooth-flushing device, and enabling the water inlet to pass through the second forceps handles to reach the tail end of the tooth-flushing device through a channel in the control part;
s3, supporting the soft tissue surface of the oral cavity by the spoon-shaped structure at the working end of the second forceps handle, and releasing the suction cup negative pressure when the traction nail protective sleeve is taken out.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the flushing force control key on the control part is used for controlling the water flow of the working end of the second forceps handle, and a plurality of water flow flushing modes are realized by matching with the tooth flusher.
The invention solves the defects existing in the background technology, and has the following beneficial effects:
(1) The invention provides a drop-type multifunctional tweezers, which consists of a control part and two tweezers handles, wherein the area which is not well illuminated by a dental chair illuminating lamp is supplemented by an illuminating device on a first tweezers handle, and water flow from the control part is led to a corresponding part by a hidden water outlet at the working end of a second tweezers handle, so that the operation visual field and the positioning precision are improved.
(2) The S-shaped structure of the second forceps handle and the spoon-shaped structure of the working end form double fixation, the bending part of the S-shaped structure is designed to be attached to the soft tissue of the cheek portion of the lip and vertically contact radian, so that the bending part can form a support with the soft tissue of the cheek portion of the lip, stability of the second forceps handle in a cleaning process is improved, on one hand, the supporting surface of the spoon-shaped structure of the working end of the second forceps handle is large, suction cup negative pressure is relieved when a protective sleeve is taken out conveniently, sliding is reduced, stability is further improved, and on the other hand, damage to an oral cavity when the suction cup is pried open is reduced.
(3) According to the invention, the first forceps handle and the second forceps handle are provided with a plurality of grooves, the width of each groove 48 is designed to be slightly larger than the width of the thickest rubber band when not stretched, and the grooves are perpendicular to the long axis of the working end of the forceps, so that the rubber band can be fixed by lines to avoid slipping during operation. The design of the groove can form an included angle for fixing the first forceps handle and the second forceps handle, so that stability is improved.

The water-drop type multifunctional forceps 4 are matched with the interjaw traction nails in the prior art. As shown in fig. 1, a schematic view of the structure of the interjaw traction nail is shown. The interjaw traction nail comprises a traction nail body and a traction nail protection sleeve 1. The traction nail body comprises a traction nail tip, a traction nail cap body connected with the traction nail tip, a traction nail neck connected with the traction nail cap body, and a traction nail head connected with the traction nail neck. The surface of the traction nail tip is provided with threads. The traction nail protection sleeve 1 comprises a protection sleeve head part, a protection sleeve neck part and a protection sleeve cap body part, and a sucker 2 arranged at the bottom of the protection sleeve cap body part.
The head of the protective sleeve is matched and connected with the head of the traction nail 3, the neck of the protective sleeve is matched and connected with the neck of the traction nail, and the cap of the protective sleeve is matched and connected with the cap of the traction nail, so that the protective sleeve body wraps the surfaces of the head, the neck and the cap of the traction nail. The sucker 2 is a sucker 2 with an arc surface, and the sucker 2 is a thin layer and can adsorb gums. The contact surface of the tissue surface at the bottom of the sucker 2 and the gum is provided with a long-acting slow-release silver ion material, which exists in the form of powder mixture and the like.
After the traction nails are planted in the prior art, food residues are required to be cleaned frequently, and anti-inflammation or antibacterial materials at the bottom of the sucker 2 are required to be replaced. In the process of cleaning the oral cavity, the dental washer in the prior art often has the dead angle of the oral cavity, so that food residues hidden near the traction nails cannot be removed, and the local inflammatory reaction, ulcer, obvious pain and the like of gum tissues are caused. In order to solve the problems, the invention provides the following technical scheme.
As shown in fig. 2, a schematic perspective view of a water-drop type multifunctional tweezer 4 according to the present invention is shown. The water-drop type multifunctional forceps 4 include a control portion 41, and a first forceps handle 42 and a second forceps handle 43 connected to the control portion 41.
In the invention, the control part 41 is of a water drop type structure, the surface of the control part 41 is provided with a water inlet 45 and a water outlet, and the inside of the control part 41 is provided with a channel communicated with the water inlet 45 and the water outlet. The water inlet 45 is connected to the water outlet of the dental irrigator, and the channel is provided inside the forceps and has anti-blocking design and rapid cleaning functions so as to irrigate the operative field before operation.
The control part 41 is provided with a gear adjusting device 47 for controlling the opening angle between the first forceps handle 42 and the second forceps handle 43. By adjusting the gear adjusting device 47 of the size of the forceps opening, the gear (0, 1,2, 3.) is sequentially adjusted by pressing the gear adjusting device 47, and the device has a structural shape which forms a water drop together with the control part 41.
The control part 41 of the invention is provided with a flushing force control button 46 for controlling the water flow of the working end of the second forceps handle 43. The flushing force control key 46 is not limited to two, three or more gears, and the flushing force control key 46 is matched with a tooth flusher to realize a plurality of water flushing modes, so that oral flushing in different scenes is realized.
The first forceps handle 42 and the second forceps handle 43 in the invention are both of an S-shaped structure. The first forceps handle 42 is flat-headed forceps or has an upper concave surface, and the second forceps handle 43 has a lower concave surface, and a spoon structure 44 is formed along the lower concave surface toward the working end side, as shown in fig. 3. The upper concave surface and the lower concave surface of the first forceps handle 42 and the second forceps handle 43 may be mutually attached, that is, the included angle between the first forceps handle 42 and the second forceps handle 43 is 0, so that the first forceps handle 42 and the second forceps handle 43 are convenient to be stored.
It should be noted that the S-shaped structure of the second forceps handle 43 is convenient for the operator to hold and store, and on the other hand, the bending part of the S-shaped structure of the second forceps handle 43 is designed to be attached to the soft tissue of the cheek and contact the radian in the vertical direction, so that the bending part and the soft tissue of the cheek can form a support, and the stability of the second forceps handle 43 in the cleaning process is improved.
In the invention, an illumination device is arranged on one side of the first forceps handle 42, which is close to the second forceps handle 43, and is used for supplementing the area where the dental chair illumination lamp cannot illuminate well during intraoral operation.
In the invention, a built-in channel is arranged in the second forceps handle 43, one end of the built-in channel is provided with a hidden water outlet, and the other end of the built-in channel is communicated with the channel. A flow control unit may be disposed in the internal channel to control the water flow rate at the working end of the second forceps handle 43. The control of the water flow speed is regulated and controlled by the flushing force control button 46 of the control part 41.
It should be noted that, one end of the tweezers in the prior art is flat or has a sharp chamfer, which makes the tweezers have poor supporting effect and easily damage the oral cavity when releasing the negative pressure of the sucker 2;
The spoon-shaped structure 44 at the working end of the second forceps handle 43 has a large supporting surface, is convenient for releasing the negative pressure of the sucker 2 when the protective sleeve is taken out, reduces sliding, and reduces damage to the oral cavity when the sucker 2 is pried open.
The scoop 44 is configured to retract inside and to provide a seamless, invisible design when retracted.
The concave center of the scoop structure 44 in the present invention is provided with a smooth mirror surface for obtaining a local fine view. The smooth mirror is not limited to use with round, oval or other shaped structures and is prepared from a high degree of finish.
The first forceps handle 42 and the second forceps handle 43 are of an integral structure or a split structure. When the first forceps handle 42 and the second forceps handle 43 are in an integrated structure, the first forceps handle 42 and the second forceps handle 43 are pressed by the gear adjusting device 47, so that an opening included angle between the first forceps handle 42 and the second forceps handle 43 is controlled. When the first forceps handle 42 and the second forceps handle 43 are in a split structure, the first forceps handle 42 and the second forceps handle 43 may be connected in a rotating manner, or at least one of the first forceps handle 42 and the second forceps handle 43 may be connected in a fixed manner.
In the invention, the first forceps handle 42 and the second forceps handle 43 are provided with a plurality of grooves 48, the width of each groove 48 is designed to be slightly larger than the width corresponding to the thickest rubber band when not stretched, and the grooves 48 are perpendicular to the long axis of the working end of the forceps, so that the rubber band can be fixed by lines to avoid slipping during operation. In addition, the design of the groove 48 can form a fixed included angle between the first forceps handle 42 and the second forceps handle 43, so that stability is improved.
The invention provides a use method of a water-drop type multifunctional tweezers, which comprises the following steps:
s1, controlling an opening included angle between a first forceps handle and a second forceps handle by a gear adjusting device on a control part, so that one side of an S-shaped structure of the second forceps handle and the inner wall of an oral cavity form a support;
S2, connecting a water inlet on the surface of the control part with a water outlet of the tooth-flushing device, and enabling the water inlet to pass through the second forceps handles to reach the tail end of the tooth-flushing device through a channel in the control part;
s3, supporting the soft tissue surface of the oral cavity by the spoon-shaped structure at the working end of the second forceps handle, and releasing the suction cup negative pressure when the traction nail protective sleeve is taken out.
Specifically, when the multifunctional forceps 4 with water drops is used, the gear adjusting device 47 on the control part 41 controls the opening included angle between the first forceps handle 42 and the second forceps handle 43, so that one side of the S-shaped structure of the second forceps handle 43 forms a support with the inner wall of an oral cavity, the two forceps handles 42 and 43 are fixed through the rubber band in the corresponding groove 48, the water outlet of the dental irrigator is connected through the water inlet of the surface of the control part 41, the water outlet of the dental irrigator passes through the second forceps handle to reach the tail end through the channel in the control part 41, the water flow of the working end of the second forceps handle 43 is controlled through the flushing force control button 46 on the control part 41, a multi-stage multiple water flow flushing mode is realized by matching with the dental irrigator, meanwhile, the lighting device on the first forceps handle 42 provides a locally good illumination view, the soft tissue surface of the oral cavity is supported through the spoon-shaped structure of the working end of the second forceps handle 43 when the sucking disc needs to be disassembled, and the negative pressure of the sucking disc 2 is relieved when the protective sleeve is taken out.
The invention provides a storage box which is of a water drop type structure, wherein a concave curved surface is arranged on the inner wall of the storage box, and the concave curved surface is attached to the surface of a second forceps handle 43. The storage case is preferably made of a titanium alloy material in conformity with the materials of the first forceps handle 42, the second forceps handle 43 and the traction nail.
