(a) Selecting fresh tartary buckwheat flowers in a flowering period, and performing freeze grinding on the tartary buckwheat flowers for 0.2h to obtain tartary buckwheat powder;
(b) Under the ultrasonic condition of 600W, according to the mass ratio of the tartary buckwheat powder to the extracting solution of 1:10, placing the tartary buckwheat powder into the extracting solution with the pH value of 8.8, extracting for 0.5h at room temperature, and filtering to obtain the tartary buckwheat extracting solution, wherein the extracting solution comprises the following components: ethanol, sodium sulfite and water; the volume concentration of ethanol in the extracting solution is 60 percent, and the mass concentration of sodium sulfite is 0.2 percent;
(c) Regulating the pH value of the tartary buckwheat extracting solution to 3.5, standing for 5 hours, and filtering to obtain a tartary buckwheat rutin crude product;
(d) Washing the crude product of the tartary buckwheat rutin with water and drying in vacuum to obtain the tartary buckwheat rutin.
Honeysuckle water extract: are commonly and commercially available;
tea polyphenols: are commonly and commercially available;
aqueous licorice extract: are commercially available in general.

0.2 part of tartary buckwheat rutin, 1.0 part of tea polyphenol, 3 parts of honeysuckle extract, 0.5 part of licorice extract, 40 parts of humectant, 2 parts of surfactant, 5 parts of thickener, 20 parts of friction agent, 1 part of sweetener, 1.5 parts of titanium dioxide, 2 parts of essence and 25 parts of water;
wherein the humectant is polyethylene glycol;
the surfactant is sodium dodecyl sulfate;
the thickener is carbomer resin;
the friction agent is calcium carbonate;
the sweetener is saccharin sodium;

(a) Weighing the components according to the weight parts;

Experimental example
90 patients with gingivitis are selected, the ages of the patients are 8-24 years, 42 men and 38 women are treated with gingivitis within 3 weeks; randomly dividing into 3 groups of 30 persons each, wherein the first group uses the toothpaste prepared in the example 3 to brush teeth, the second group uses the toothpaste prepared in the comparative example 1 to brush teeth, and the third group uses the toothpaste prepared in the comparative example 2 to brush teeth once in the morning and at night, each time is not less than 3 minutes, and a uniform toothbrush is adopted; treatment with no other drugs was performed during the experiment; brushing teeth continuously for 20 days;
the gum index and plaque index of each patient before and after brushing with the toothpastes of examples and comparative examples were measured according to the Loe-silness standard, and the measurement results are shown in table 1:

As can be seen from table 1:
the toothpaste prepared by the embodiment of the invention and the comparative example has the effect of improving gingivitis, however, compared with the comparative example, the toothpaste prepared by the invention has more excellent treatment effect.

Claims (9)
1. A toothpaste with periodontal disease improving effect, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
0.2 to 0.8 part of tartary buckwheat rutin, 0.5 to 1.0 part of tea polyphenol, 1 to 3 parts of honeysuckle extract, 0.5 to 1 part of licorice extract, 40 to 60 parts of humectant, 2 to 4 parts of surfactant, 3 to 5 parts of thickener, 15 to 20 parts of friction agent, 1 to 2 parts of sweetener, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of titanium dioxide, 1 to 2 parts of essence and 10 to 25 parts of water.
2. The toothpaste according to claim 1, wherein the toothpaste comprises the following components in parts by weight:
0.5 part of tartary buckwheat rutin, 0.8 part of tea polyphenol, 2 parts of honeysuckle extract, 0.8 part of licorice extract, 50 parts of humectant, 3 parts of surfactant, 4 parts of thickener, 18 parts of friction agent, 1.5 parts of sweetener, 1 part of titanium dioxide, 1.4 parts of essence and 17 parts of water.
3. The toothpaste according to claim 1, wherein the humectant is sorbitol and/or polyethylene glycol.
4. The toothpaste according to claim 1, wherein the surfactant is sodium dodecyl sulfate and/or sodium lauryl sulfate.
5. The toothpaste of claim 1, wherein the thickening agent is at least one of xanthan gum, hydroxyethyl cellulose, and carbopol resin.
6. The toothpaste of claim 1, wherein the abrasive is calcium carbonate or hydrated silica.
7. The toothpaste of claim 1, wherein the sweetener is sodium saccharin or erythritol.
8. The toothpaste of claim 1, wherein the honeysuckle extract and licorice extract are aqueous extracts.
9. A method of preparing a toothpaste according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
(a) Weighing the components according to the weight parts;
(b) Mixing the above materials, stirring to obtain paste, and packaging.
