After the connection is completed, the head of the second fixed connector 42 can be abutted against the sliding fit portion 11 and located in the sliding groove 221, so that the groove wall of the sliding groove 221 is utilized to play a limiting role on the second fixed connector 42, the second fixed connector 42 is prevented from falling off, the distance between the sliding fit portion 11 and the groove wall (such as the limiting plate 225) of the sliding groove 221 can be reduced by the second fixed connector 42, and the sliding fit portion 11 is prevented from shaking in the sliding groove 221. In some embodiments, the second fixing connector 42 may not pass through the second fixing hole 302, so that the wall surface of the accommodating cavity 101 is neat and beautiful, and the food material, the container or the user is prevented from being scratched. In some embodiments, the second fixed connection 42 may be a screw or bolt, or the like.
The connection manner of the reinforcing portion 30 and the sliding fit portion 11 includes, but is not limited to, connection via the second fixing connector 42, and only needs to satisfy the requirement of reliable connection. In some embodiments, the reinforcement portion 30 and the sliding fit portion 11 may be connected by clamping, welding, bonding, or the like.
In some embodiments, the reinforcement 30 may be a plastic piece. The plastic part is easy to machine and shape, can meet the special-shaped structure requirement of the reinforcing part 30, reduces the processing technology difficulty, has stronger hardness, can obtain a more stable structure by being matched with the sliding fit part 11, has light weight and low cost, ensures that the drawer body 10 is easy to pull, and has low production cost of the drawer assembly 100.
At least one of the sliding engagement portion 11 and the reinforcement portion 30 may be supported by the groove side wall of the sliding groove 221, thereby supporting the drawer body 10. As shown in fig. 5, in some embodiments, the sliding engagement portion 11 may be in line contact with the groove sidewall of the sliding groove 221, thereby reducing sliding friction resistance therebetween and making the drawing of the drawer body 10 smoother. In some embodiments, the lower surface of the first portion 31 may be supported on the groove sidewall of the sliding groove 221 to achieve line contact or surface contact, and the reinforcement portion 30 has a higher structural strength and is capable of supporting the drawer body 10 and the contents in the receiving cavity 101 with a greater weight. The flange 224 and the groove sidewall of the sliding groove 221 may be smoothly transited, and the first portion 31 of the reinforcing portion 30 may be supported at the connection portion of the flange 224 and the groove sidewall of the sliding groove 221, so as to reduce the contact area and reduce the sliding friction resistance. In embodiments where the reinforcement 30 is a plastic piece, the surface of the plastic piece is smoother to reduce sliding friction resistance.
The drawer assembly 100 according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, it being understood that the following description is illustrative only and is not to be construed as limiting the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the drawer assembly 100 includes a drawer body 10, a reinforcement 30, and a drawer bottom case assembly 20.
As shown in fig. 9 to 14, the left and right side walls of the drawer body 10 are respectively provided with two sliding engagement portions 11, and the two sliding engagement portions 11 are distributed in the front-rear direction, and the drawer body 10 can be drawn in the front-rear direction. The drawer body 10 is formed with a notch 102, and a sliding fit portion 11 is correspondingly arranged at the notch 102. The reinforcement 30 is a plastic piece and comprises a first portion 31 and a second portion 32. The second portion 32 is located inside the notch 102 of the drawer body 10, and the second portion 32 abuts against the inner side wall of the drawer body 10. The first portion 31 is triangular in cross section perpendicular to the drawing direction and comprises a first inclined surface 301 and a supporting plane. Wherein the first portion 31 may be extended out of the notch 102 so that the first inclined surface 301 may be fitted to the sliding fit portion 11. And the slip fit portion 11 is connected to the reinforcement portion 30 by the second fixed connection 42.
As shown in fig. 15-19, the drawer bottom assembly 20 may include a bottom shell 21 and two support slides 22. Wherein, two supporting sliders 22 may be connected to left and right inner sidewalls of the bottom chassis 21, respectively, through first fixing connectors 41. The supporting sliding piece 22 defines a sliding groove 221, a flange 224, a first limiting protrusion 222 and a second limiting protrusion 223 are arranged on the side wall, close to the drawer body 10, of the sliding groove 221, a limiting plate 225 is arranged on the side wall, far away from the drawer body 10, of the sliding groove 221, and the first limiting protrusion 222 and the second limiting protrusion 223 are respectively located on two sides of the flange 224 and on two sides of the limiting plate 225 in the drawing direction.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the sliding engagement portions 11 at both sides of the drawer body 10 may be respectively inserted into the corresponding sliding grooves 221. The support plane of the first portion 31 of the reinforcement portion 30 is supported at the transition junction of the side wall of the sliding groove 221 and the flange 224.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the sliding groove 221 may guide the sliding engagement portion 11 and the reinforcement portion 30 in the front-rear direction to achieve drawing of the drawer body 10; the first and second limiting protrusions 222 and 223 limit the sliding engagement portion 11 and the reinforcement portion 30 in the front-rear direction to limit the range of travel of the drawer body 10; the stopper plate 225 and the side walls of the slide groove 221 can limit the slide engaging portion 11 and the reinforcing portion 30 in the up-down direction, and the two side walls of the slide groove 221 can limit the slide engaging portion 11 in the left-right direction to prevent the slide engaging portion 11 from coming out of the slide groove 221.
The reinforcing part 30 is formed into a plastic support, the sliding fit part 11 is formed into a drawer flanging, the supporting sliding piece 22 is formed into a sheet metal supporting piece, a sliding structure is formed, the sliding function is realized, the characteristics of the sheet metal piece and the plastic are utilized to realize the sliding function, the ball sliding rail structure in the related art is replaced, and the cost and the later maintenance cost are reduced.
Other constructions and operations of the drawer assembly 100 and the oven according to embodiments of the present invention are known to those of ordinary skill in the art and will not be described in detail herein.

Claims (11)

1. A drawer assembly, comprising:
the drawer comprises a drawer body, wherein an accommodating cavity is formed in the drawer body, and two opposite outer side walls of the drawer body are respectively provided with a sliding fit part extending outwards and downwards in an inclined manner;
the drawer bottom shell assembly comprises a bottom shell and two supporting sliding parts, the two supporting sliding parts are fixed on two opposite inner side walls of the bottom shell, each supporting sliding part is provided with a sliding groove with an open top, the sliding matching parts extend into the sliding grooves on the corresponding sides, and the sliding matching parts are in sliding fit with the supporting sliding parts so that the drawer body can be pulled out;
in the drawing direction of the drawer body, at least one supporting sliding piece is provided with a first limiting protrusion and a second limiting protrusion which are arranged at intervals, and the sliding fit part is abutted against the first limiting protrusion or the second limiting protrusion to be matched with the first limiting protrusion or the second limiting protrusion so as to limit the drawing stroke of the drawer body;
the part of the side wall of the sliding groove, which faces the sliding fit part, is provided with a downward bent flanging, and the flanging is positioned between the first limiting protrusion and the second limiting protrusion.
2. The drawer assembly of claim 1, wherein a limiting plate is provided on a side wall of the sliding channel remote from the sliding engagement portion, the limiting plate being located above the sliding engagement portion to limit upward displacement of the sliding engagement portion.
3. The drawer assembly of claim 1, wherein the support slide is an integrally formed metal piece, the support slide being secured to the bottom shell by a first securing connection.
4. The drawer assembly of claim 1, wherein each of the outer side walls of the drawer body is provided with a plurality of the sliding engagement portions, the plurality of sliding engagement portions on the same side extending into the sliding grooves on the respective sides.
5. The drawer assembly of any of claims 1-4, further comprising a reinforcement portion secured to the drawer body and/or the slip fit portion, the reinforcement portion in contact with the slip fit portion to enhance the strength of the slip fit portion.
6. The drawer assembly of claim 5, wherein a portion of the drawer body is separated from the remaining portion and bent outwardly to define the slip fit portion, the reinforcement portion being secured to an inner wall of the slip fit portion.
7. The drawer assembly of claim 6, wherein the reinforcement portion is provided with a first inclined surface, an inclination angle of the first inclined surface is the same as an inclination angle of the sliding engagement portion, and the first inclined surface is disposed in contact with the sliding engagement portion.
8. The drawer assembly of claim 6, wherein the drawer body is provided with a notch corresponding to the slip fit portion, the reinforcement portion includes a first portion and a second portion, the first portion extends out of the notch to contact the slip fit portion, and the second portion is located inside the notch and rests against an inner wall of the drawer body.
9. The drawer assembly of claim 8, wherein the slip fit portion is provided with a first securing hole and the reinforcement portion is provided with a second securing hole, and a second securing connector passes through the first securing hole and mates with the second securing hole to fixedly connect the slip fit portion and the reinforcement portion.
10. The drawer assembly of claim 9, wherein the reinforcement is a plastic piece.
11. An oven comprising a drawer assembly according to any one of claims 1-10.
