The invention discloses an automatic continuous discharging control device, a control method and a car loader, wherein the automatic continuous car loader control device is arranged at the head part of a ground belt of the car loader and comprises the following components: the bin is arranged above the head part of the ground belt of the car loader; the buffer bin is arranged below the discharge port of the storage bin, and the material falls into the buffer bin from the discharge port of the storage bin; the jaw type bucket door is arranged at the discharge port of the buffer bin and used for controlling the discharge of the buffer bin, so that the materials are uniformly dropped on a ground belt of the car loader; the belt weigher is arranged at the bottom of a ground belt of the car loader below the jaw type hopper door and used for measuring the weight of materials in real time; the input end of the PLC is connected with the belt scale, the output end of the PLC is connected with the jaw type bucket door, the PLC judges according to the material weight measured in real time, the preset carriage tonnage and the preset advance, and the control of the discharging weight of the buffer bin is realized by controlling the opening and closing of the jaw type bucket door. Background
The early loading operation is that a bucket wheel machine takes materials from bulk cargo piles in a yard, the materials pass through a belt conveyor, reach a loading machine and finally fall to a train carriage, and because 24 sections of trains are generally operated by one train, a neutral gear of 0.5-3 meters is arranged between each section of the train, in order to avoid the materials falling to the neutral gear between the carriages, an operator of the bucket wheel machine needs to calculate the accumulated value of a small belt scale of the bucket wheel machine and the material tonnage of the carriage to calculate the material taking amount, then stop taking the materials for 10-15 seconds, then take the materials of the next carriage, and circularly take 24 sections of carriages, but because the quality of operators is uneven, calculation errors often occur or the accumulated value is not timely observed, so that the carriages are overflowed to stop, and the operation efficiency is greatly influenced.
The existing loading operation has the following defects: the requirement on the attention and the computing capacity of a bucket wheel machine operation driver is high during discharging, and errors are easily caused; the tonnage precision of the loading material is low, and the metering precision is low because the small belt of the bucket wheel machine is influenced by the oblique angle; long loading time and low efficiency.

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides an automatic continuous discharging control device, a control method and a car loader, which can automatically and continuously discharge materials, avoid material overflowing and halt caused by manual calculation of discharging errors and greatly improve the car loading operation efficiency. The materials are conveyed to a discharge opening of the car loader through a ground belt of the car loader, and the car is loaded through the discharge opening.
