The upper body bedrails 6 and the lower body bedrails 7 are two and are respectively located on two sides of the bed board 3, the two short sides of the top bed frame 2 are respectively provided with a head bedrail 14 and a foot bedrail 15, and the head bedrail 14 and the foot bedrail 15 are both fixedly connected to the bottom bed frame 2.

As a possible embodiment, two driving pieces 71 are arranged between the lower body bed rail 7 and the top bed frame 2, the center lines of the two driving pieces 71 are parallel to each other, the top ends of the driving pieces 71 are hinged to the bottom end of the lower body bed rail 7, the bottom ends of the driving pieces 71 are hinged to the outer side surface of the top bed frame 2, a lower body bed rail driving rod 72 is arranged at the hinge position of each driving piece 71 and the top bed frame 2, the lower body bed rail driving rod 72 penetrates through the top bed frame 2, one end of the lower body bed rail driving rod 72, which extends into the top bed frame 2, is connected to a lower body bed rail steering gear 73, the lower body bed rail steering gear 73 and the top bed frame 2 can rotate relatively, the lower body bed rail steering gear 73 is fixedly connected to the inner side wall of the top bed frame 2, and the lower body bed rail driving rod 72 can be driven to rotate by the lower body bed rail steering gear 73, so as to drive the driving pieces 71, and thus drive the lower body bed rail 7 to move; the lower body bedrail steering gear 73 is connected with and controlled by the controller 8, when the upper body bedrail 6 of the hospital bed rotates a certain angle along with the upper body bed plate 31 when turning upwards, the lower body bedrail 7 interferes with the upper body bedrail 6 if not rotating, so that when the upper body bed plate 31 turns upwards, the lower body bedrail steering gear 73 also drives the lower body bedrail to rotate 90 degrees, as shown in fig. 12, when the button three 93 is pressed, the lower body bedrail steering gear 73 also rotates 90 degrees, and the height of the lower body bedrail 7 at the moment is still higher than that of the bed plate 3, so that a certain bed-falling prevention effect is achieved; when a patient in bed needs to get off the bed, the fourth key 94 can be pressed, and at this time, the steering engine 73 of the lower body bedrail directly rotates 180 degrees to drive the lower body bedrail 7 to fall to the lowest position, as shown in fig. 13, the highest point of the lower body bedrail 7 is lower than the bed plate 3, and at this time, the patient is convenient to get off the bed.
As a possible implementation manner, the control key module 9 is connected with the controller 8, a single chip microcomputer is arranged in the controller 8, the control key module 9 sends a control signal to the single chip microcomputer in the controller 8, and the single chip microcomputer processes the control signal and then controls the electric push rod 47, the assisted electric push rod 5, the upper body bed fence steering engine 63 and the lower body bed fence steering engine 73 to make corresponding length changes or rotations; the control key module 9 is provided with five keys, namely a key I91, a key II 92, a key III 93, a key IV 94 and a key IV 95, wherein the key I91 controls the electric push rod 47 to shorten, the key II 92 controls the electric push rod 47 to extend, the key III 93 controls the auxiliary electric push rod 5 to ascend, the upper body bedrail steering gear 63 and the lower body bedrail steering gear 73 rotate by a certain angle, the key IV 94 controls the lower body bedrail steering gear 73 to rotate by a certain angle so that the lower body bedrail 7 is lowered to the lowest position, the key IV 95 controls the upper body bedrail steering gear 63 and the lower body bedrail steering gear 73 to rotate by a certain angle so that the lower body bedrail 7 and the upper body bedrail 6 are reset, controls the auxiliary electric push rod 5 to descend so that the upper body bedrail 31 is restored to be flat, and the whole sickbed is restored to the state as shown in fig. 1; the control key module 9 is fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the upper body bedrail 6 positioned on the right hand side of the patient when lying on the back, so that the patient can conveniently use keys.
The patient can control the sickbed to get on or off the sickbed by operating the key, and the sickbed can play a role of preventing falling off the sickbed for the patient in rest, when the height of the patient is high, the sickbed is controlled to rise by the first key 91, and the sickbed can be controlled to fall by the second key 92, so that the sickbed is suitable for the patients with different statures, and the height can be adjusted as required when the patient gets on or off the sickbed; through the third key 93, the upper body bed board 31 can be lifted by a certain angle, and meanwhile, the upper body bedrail 6 can also turn by a certain angle, so that a sickbed can have an effect of assisting in rising, and can still have an anti-falling bed effect on a patient who can assist in rising, when the upper body bedrail 6 turns, the lower body bedrail 7 can also turn by 90 degrees outwards, so that the lower body bedrail 7 is prevented from interfering with the upper body bedrail 6, and the lower body bedrail 7 which turns by 90 degrees is still higher than the bed board 3, so that a certain anti-falling bed effect is still achieved; the lowest point of the lower body bedrail 7 descending is controlled through the fourth key 94, the highest point of the lower body bedrail 7 at the moment is lower than the bed plate 3, so that the patient can get out of the bed conveniently, and the bed is convenient to use when the patient needs to get out of the bed to walk; the sickbed can be reset to the state shown in figure 1 through the five key-press 95, and the patient can conveniently continue to rest.
The sickbed can be controlled by a single patient through the control key module 9, the patient can control the bed rail to lift by himself or herself under the condition that the anti-falling bed rail is arranged, free getting on and off of the sickbed can be achieved, the help of accompanying personnel is not needed, the height of the sickbed can be adjusted, the convenience of getting off the sickbed can be improved, and the sickbed can be suitable for patients of different statures; aiming at patients who are difficult to get up, the upper body bed board can be turned over for a certain angle so as to assist the patients to get up, and the upper body bedrail can also be turned over for a certain angle when the upper body bed board is turned over, so that the patients who assist in getting up also have a protection effect; aiming at some specific conditions, when a rising patient needs to be fixed, the patient can be fixed in an auxiliary way by utilizing the fixing band, the workload of accompanying personnel is reduced, and the self-care ability of the patient is enhanced.
