and a fourth spring (84), wherein the fourth spring (84) is connected between the lower part of the third locking rod (83) on the left side and the inner top wall of the third connecting frame (82) on the left side, the fourth spring (84) is also connected between the lower part of the third locking rod (83) on the right side and the inner top wall of the third connecting frame (82) on the right side, the fourth spring (84) is wound on the third locking rod (83), and when the groove rotation on the notch ring (81) is aligned with the upper side of the third locking rod (83), the third locking rod (83) moves upwards under the action of the fourth spring (84), and the third locking rod (83) can be inserted into the groove on the notch ring (81), so that the rotation angle of the charging barrel (1) is fixedly limited.
