Abstract
本发明公开了一种废弃多层含胶塑料膜的剥离剂,包括剥离剂,所述剥离剂为中性剥离剂,由下述重量百分比成分组成:二甘醇11~24%、甘油12~25%、乙二醇二乙酸酯4~13%、乙二醇单甲醚7~15%、乙二醇苯醚8~17%、N‑甲基吡咯烷酮9~18%、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚3~10%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2~9%、十二烷基硫酸钠6~12%、聚丙烯酰胺2~7%、羧甲基纤维素2~6%、水0~34%。该剥离剂可剥离包含常见的环氧树脂、聚氨酯、有机硅、聚醋酸乙烯、丙烯酸酯类水溶型和溶剂型胶黏剂的多层塑料膜,使这些胶黏剂溶胀甚至溶解,实现多层膜之间的有效分离,以便于后续的脱胶清洗回收利用。

技术领域
本发明涉及剥离剂技术领域,具体涉及一种废弃多层含胶塑料膜的剥离剂。
背景技术
多层塑料膜相比单层塑料膜具有更多的功能,被广泛应用于包装、印刷、显示、装潢等领域。为了让多层塑料膜的各膜层之间连接紧密且又不影响各膜层的功能,通常会在制膜工艺过程中引入高粘结性的特殊胶黏剂,但这些胶黏剂的添加也会导致多层塑料膜粘结紧密,难以剥离,使后期对多层塑料膜的回收利用变得困难。以目前在液晶显示器、液晶电视等电子显示设备广泛使用的偏光片为例,偏光片是由离型膜、保护膜和偏光片基材构成的多层膜,这些膜层之间包含了大量的胶黏剂,且胶黏剂组分不单一,这就导致废弃偏光片的剥离回收难度很大,现有的偏光片废弃料都是直接焚烧处理,处置成本高,污染环境大,资源浪费严重。废弃偏光片中的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)膜层附加值较高,是重要的工业原材料,但由于偏光片多层膜中含大量胶黏剂,导致PET膜层与偏光片中的其它膜层粘结紧密,分离难度大,需进行剥离才能进行后续脱胶清洗回收。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种废弃多层含胶塑料膜的剥离剂,该剥离剂中有机组分毒性小、沸点高、难挥发,环境友好,对设备腐蚀小,剥离效率高,多层膜分离效果好。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:一种废弃多层含胶塑料膜的剥离剂,包括剥离剂,所述剥离剂为中性剥离剂,由下述重量百分比成分组成:二甘醇11~24%、甘油12~25%、乙二醇二乙酸酯4~13%、乙二醇单甲醚7~15%、乙二醇苯醚8~17%、N-甲基吡咯烷酮9~18%、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚3~10%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2~9%、十二烷基硫酸钠6~12%、聚丙烯酰胺2~7%、羧甲基纤维素2~6%、水0~34%。
所述剥离剂用于剥离包含常见的环氧树脂、聚氨酯、有机硅、聚醋酸乙烯、丙烯酸酯类水溶型和溶剂型胶黏剂的多层塑料膜,剥离效率,按照重量百分比计算达到95%以上。
与现有技术相比,本发明有益效果如下:
本发明为中性剥离剂,对设备的腐蚀小;剥离剂中有机组分毒性小、沸点高、难挥发,环境友好;剥离剂组分比例灵活可调,可剥离含不同类型胶黏剂的多层塑料膜,使这些胶黏剂溶胀甚至溶解,实现多层膜之间的有效分离,以便于后续的脱胶清洗回收利用;多层膜分离效果好。

实施例1
一种废弃多层含胶塑料膜的剥离剂,包括剥离剂,所述剥离剂为中性剥离剂,由下述重量百分比成分组成:二甘醇16%、甘油15%、乙二醇二乙酸酯8%、乙二醇单甲醚12%、乙二醇苯醚10%、N-甲基吡咯烷酮18%、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚3%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2%、十二烷基硫酸钠6%、聚丙烯酰胺4%、羧甲基纤维素3%、水3%。
所述剥离剂可剥离包含常见的环氧树脂、聚氨酯、有机硅、聚醋酸乙烯、丙烯酸酯类水溶型和溶剂型胶黏剂的多层塑料膜,剥离效率(重量百分比)可达到98.7%。
实施例2
一种废弃多层含胶塑料膜的剥离剂,包括剥离剂,所述剥离剂为中性剥离剂,由下述重量百分比成分组成:二甘醇18%、甘油13%、乙二醇二乙酸酯4%、乙二醇单甲醚7%、乙二醇苯醚13%、N-甲基吡咯烷酮15%、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚8%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5%、十二烷基硫酸钠9%、聚丙烯酰胺6%、羧甲基纤维素2%、水0%。
所述剥离剂可剥离包含常见的环氧树脂、聚氨酯、有机硅、聚醋酸乙烯、丙烯酸酯类水溶型和溶剂型胶黏剂的多层塑料膜,剥离效率(重量百分比)可达到99.5%。
实施例3
一种废弃多层含胶塑料膜的剥离剂,包括剥离剂,所述剥离剂为中性剥离剂,由下述重量百分比成分组成:二甘醇11%、甘油16%、乙二醇二乙酸酯7%、乙二醇单甲醚8%、乙二醇苯醚10%、N-甲基吡咯烷酮9%、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚4%、十二烷基硫酸钠7%、聚丙烯酰胺3%、羧甲基纤维素6%、水14%。
所述剥离剂可剥离包含常见的环氧树脂、聚氨酯、有机硅、聚醋酸乙烯、丙烯酸酯类水溶型和溶剂型胶黏剂的多层塑料膜,剥离效率(重量百分比)可达到97.6%。
实施例4
一种废弃多层含胶塑料膜的剥离剂,包括剥离剂,所述剥离剂为中性剥离剂,由下述重量百分比成分组成:二甘醇11%、甘油12%、乙二醇二乙酸酯4%、乙二醇单甲醚7%、乙二醇苯醚8%、N-甲基吡咯烷酮9%、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚3%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2%、十二烷基硫酸钠6%、聚丙烯酰胺2%、羧甲基纤维素2%、水34%。
所述剥离剂可剥离包含常见的环氧树脂、聚氨酯、有机硅、聚醋酸乙烯、丙烯酸酯类水溶型和溶剂型胶黏剂的多层塑料膜,剥离效率(重量百分比)可达到95.3%。

1.一种废弃多层含胶塑料膜的剥离剂,其特征在于,包括剥离剂,所述剥离剂为中性剥离剂,由下述重量百分比成分组成:二甘醇11~24%、甘油12~25%、乙二醇二乙酸酯4~13%、乙二醇单甲醚7~15%、乙二醇苯醚8~17%、N-甲基吡咯烷酮9~18%、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚3~10%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2~9%、十二烷基硫酸钠6~12%、聚丙烯酰胺2~7%、羧甲基纤维素2~6%、水0~34%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种废弃多层含胶塑料膜的剥离剂,其特征在于,所述剥离剂用于剥离包含常见的环氧树脂、聚氨酯、有机硅、聚醋酸乙烯、丙烯酸酯类水溶型和溶剂型胶黏剂的多层塑料膜。
