The invention aims to overcome the defects or problems in the background art and provides a treating agent for improving the adhesion of PU (polyurethane) fabric type shoe uppers with pearl effect and a method for processing shoe uppers by using the treating agent.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the first technical scheme is as follows: a treatment agent for a pearly-luster effect PU fabric vamp comprises the following components in parts by weight: 38.8-48.5 parts of a first additive; 48.5 parts to 58.2 parts of a second additive and 3 parts of a third additive; the first additive comprises the following components: butanone, N-dimethylformamide, cyclohexanone, tetrahydrofuran and polyurethane resin; the second additive comprises the following components: butanone, dimethyl carbonate, acetone, ethyl acetate, methyl acetate and polyurethane resin; the third additive comprises the following components: ethyl acetate and isocyanate.
The second technical scheme is as follows: based on the first technical scheme, the type of the first additive is BW-5111; the model of the second additive is NP-86KN; the third additive is RFE.
The third technical scheme is as follows: a processing method of a vamp comprises a pearl effect PU fabric and an upper layer fabric; coating the treating agent of the pearlescent PU fabric vamp in the first or second technical scheme on one side of the pearlescent PU fabric, and drying or naturally air drying; compounding a layer of hot melt adhesive film on the surface of one side of the upper layer fabric; placing the upper fabric on the pearly-luster PU fabric, and enabling the surface of the upper fabric compounded with the hot melt adhesive film to be attached to the surface of the pearly-luster PU fabric printed with the treating agent of the pearly-luster PU fabric vamp; and putting the pearly-luster PU fabric and the upper fabric into a vamp fusing machine, and fusing the hot melt adhesive film to fuse the pearly-luster PU fabric and the upper fabric into a whole.
The fourth technical proposal is as follows: based on the third technical scheme, the treating agent for the pearly-luster-effect PU fabric vamp is coated on the surface of one side of the pearly-luster-effect PU fabric in a printing mode.
The fifth technical scheme is as follows: based on the third technical scheme, when the treating agent of the pearly-luster-effect PU fabric vamp is coated, a first interval is reserved between the boundary of the area, coated with the treating agent of the pearly-luster-effect PU fabric vamp, of the pearly-luster-effect PU fabric and the periphery of the pearly-luster-effect PU fabric; and a second interval is reserved between the periphery of the hot melt adhesive film and the periphery of the upper layer fabric.
The sixth technical proposal: based on the fifth technical scheme, the first interval and the second interval are both larger than or equal to 0.3mm.
The seventh technical proposal: based on the fourth technical scheme, the treating agent for the pearly-lustre PU fabric vamp adopts a printing screen with 140 meshes when being printed.

The formula of the treating agent for the pearly-luster-effect PU fabric vamp is coated on the surface on one side of the pearly-luster-effect PU fabric, and is dried or naturally air-dried, then a layer of hot melt adhesive film is compounded on the surface on one side of the upper layer fabric, and then the upper layer fabric is placed on the pearly-luster-effect PU fabric, so that the surface of the upper layer fabric compounded with the hot melt adhesive film is attached to the surface of the treating agent for the pearly-luster-effect PU fabric vamp printed with the pearly-luster-effect PU fabric vamp. Then the fabric is put into a vamp fusing machine, and the hot melt adhesive film is melted to fuse the upper layer fabric and the PU fabric with the pearl effect into a whole. Compared with the sewing machine processing, the sewing machine saves working hours and is more beautiful.
3. The treating agent for the pearly-luster PU fabric vamp is coated on the pearly-luster PU fabric in a printing mode, and is convenient and quick.
4. When the treating agent of the pearly-luster-effect PU fabric vamp is coated, a first interval is reserved between the boundary of the area of the pearly-luster-effect PU fabric vamp coated with the treating agent of the pearly-luster-effect PU fabric vamp and the periphery of the pearly-luster-effect PU fabric; and a second interval is reserved between the periphery of the hot melt adhesive film and the periphery of the upper layer fabric. By the arrangement, the situation that glue overflows from the vamp after the hot melt adhesive film is melted can be avoided.
5. The treating agent for the pearly-luster PU fabric vamp adopts a printing screen plate with 140 meshes when printing, so that the treating agent for the pearly-luster PU fabric vamp can better permeate into the pearly-luster PU fabric, and the adhesion force can be favorably improved.

The second additive is composed of polyester and polyether polyol, has smaller viscosity compared with oily glue, can better permeate into gaps of the PU fabric with the pearlescent effect, is mutually occluded with an adhered object after being solidified to form an anchoring effect, and improves the adhesion between the treating agent coating and the PU fabric with the pearlescent effect. The third additive is used for improving the intermolecular crosslinking degree of the polyurethane and accelerating the curing of the polyurethane, thereby improving the bonding property and enhancing the moisture releasing property of the polyurethane. Because the epoxy resin is attached to the surface of the PU fabric with the pearly-lustre effect, after the hot melt adhesive film of the upper fabric is melted, the upper fabric can be better adhered to the surface of the PU fabric with the pearly-lustre effect, the adhesion of the vamp is improved, the required standard is met, and the vamp of the PU fabric with the pearly-lustre effect can be processed by adopting the vamp fusing process.
TABLE 1.1
TABLE 1.2
TABLE 1.3
TABLE 1.4
The tensile data in the above table was tested in the following manner: cutting a cut piece with the width of 5mm from the vamp, testing the tension value of the cut piece when a plurality of point positions enable the pearly-lustre PU fabric and the upper fabric to be separated by using a tension machine, judging the adhesion force of the vamp by using the magnitude of the tension value, wherein the larger the tension value is, the larger the adhesion force is, and the smaller the tension value is, the smaller the adhesion force is. And calculating an average value according to the measured data to obtain final tension data, wherein the data in the table is the range of the tension value of the vamp obtained by testing for 3 times by adopting the method. According to the standard in the industry, the tensile force is qualified only if the tensile force is greater than or equal to 2.5.
Tables 1.1 and 1.2 show the tensile values of the shoe uppers produced by the method for processing shoe uppers provided by the embodiment, wherein the first additive and the second additive take different values within the value range.
Table 1.3 shows the tensile strength of the shoe upper produced by the shoe upper fusing process after only one layer of hot melt adhesive film is compounded on the upper surface material without using the treating agent for the shoe upper of the pearl effect PU fabric provided in this embodiment.
Table 1.4 shows the tensile values of the shoe uppers produced by the method for manufacturing shoe uppers according to the present embodiment, in which the values of the first additive, the second additive and the third additive are out of the value ranges.
According to the data in the table, the vamp of the pearly-luster PU fabric is not treated by the treating agent of the pearly-luster PU fabric vamp, the range of the tension value is 1.3-2.0N, and the qualified standard is not met. After the treating agent is adopted according to the tables 1.1-1.2, the two layers of fabrics of the vamp can not be separated, so that the tensile force values are improved and the qualified standard is achieved, and the vamp with the pearly-luster PU fabric can be processed by adopting a vamp fusing process. As can be seen from table 1.4, when the value ranges of the pearlescent effect PU fabric and the upper layer fabric are beyond the range provided in this embodiment, the tensile value when the two layers of fabrics are separated is 2.5 to 2.7N, and although the tensile value meets the qualified standard, compared with the case where the two layers of fabrics in tables 1.1 and 1.2 cannot be separated, the adhesion force is not as large as the value ranges of the pearlescent effect PU fabric and the upper layer fabric provided in this embodiment.
The description of the above specification and examples is intended to be illustrative of the scope of the present invention and is not intended to be limiting. Modifications, equivalents and other improvements which may occur to those skilled in the art and which may be made to the embodiments of the invention or portions thereof using a reasonable analysis, inference or limited experimentation based on the teachings of the invention or the embodiments described above, and/or the common general knowledge, knowledge of the ordinary skill in the art and/or the prior art, are intended to be included within the scope of the invention.
