Abstract
The embodiment of the disclosure provides an online file processing method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: displaying a file list page, wherein the file list page comprises at least one online file and a preview adding control of a target file in the at least one online file; responding to an operation instruction of a preview adding control of the target file, and displaying the operation control of the target file in a preset area of a file list page; and responding to a file preview instruction of an operation control of the target file, and displaying a preview page of the target file. According to the method, the operation command of the control is added according to the preview of the target file, the operation control of the target file is displayed in the preset area in the file list page, and then the preview page of the target file is quickly displayed by executing the file preview command of the operation control, so that the preview page of the target file is more conveniently and quickly displayed, the file is more conveniently searched, and the working efficiency is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of computer technologies, and in particular, to an online file processing method and apparatus, an electronic device, a storage medium, and a computer program product.
Background
With the development of computer technology, office application programs based on computer technology are also rapidly developed, and file type applications such as online documents, online forms and the like are more and more popular. In daily office, it is often necessary to use multiple files simultaneously to handle work.
In the related art, a browser is usually used to open a browser tab for each online file, and when a certain online file needs to be searched, the browser tab can be opened one by one to perform operations. Therefore, in the prior art, when the number of online files to be processed is large, the situation of stacking of browser tab pages occurs, which not only increases the risk of browser crash, but also makes browsing and searching of online files difficult due to excessive browser tab pages, thereby affecting the working efficiency.

The embodiment of the disclosure provides a computer program product, a computer program/instruction, wherein the computer program/instruction is used for realizing the online file processing method of any one of the above items when being executed by a processor.
The online file processing method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can display the preview adding control of the target file in at least one online file in the file list page displaying at least one online file, and display the operation control of the target file in a predetermined area of the file list page by responding to the operation instruction of the preview adding control for the target file, so as to operate the operation control of the target file, and display the preview page of the target file by responding to the file preview instruction of the operation control of the target file. It can be seen that, in the online file processing method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, the preview adding control of the target file may be operated in the file list page, the operation control of the target file is displayed in a predetermined area in the file list page, and then a file preview instruction for the operation control of the target file is responded to quickly display the preview page of the target file, so that a user may quickly preview the preview page of the target file and quickly know the basic content of the target file to preview and search the file, thereby making file search more convenient and improving work efficiency.

In order to make the technical solutions of the present disclosure better understood by those of ordinary skill in the art, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and claims of the present disclosure and in the above-described drawings are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used is interchangeable under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments of the disclosure described herein are capable of operation in other sequences than those illustrated or described herein. Fig. 1 shows a schematic diagram of an exemplary system architecture to which the online file processing method of the disclosed embodiments may be applied.
As shown in fig. 1, the system architecture may include a server 101, a network 102, and a client 103. Network 102 serves as a medium for providing communication links between clients 103 and server 101. Network 102 may include various connection types, such as wired, wireless communication links, or fiber optic cables, among others.
In some alternative embodiments, the client 103 performing data transmission with the server 101 may include, but is not limited to, a smart phone, a desktop computer, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a smart speaker, a digital assistant, an AR (Augmented Reality) device, a VR (Virtual Reality) device, a smart wearable device, and other types of electronic devices, or the client 103 may be a personal computer such as a laptop computer, a desktop computer, and the like. Optionally, the operating system running on the electronic device may include, but is not limited to, an android system, an IOS system, linux, windows, and the like.
The server 101 may be an independent physical server, a server cluster or a distributed system formed by a plurality of physical servers, or a cloud server providing basic cloud computing services such as a cloud service, a cloud database, cloud computing, a cloud function, cloud storage, a web service, cloud communication, a middleware service, a domain name service, a security service, a CDN (Content Delivery Network), a big data and artificial intelligence platform. In some practical applications, the server 101 may also be a server of a network platform, and the network platform may be, for example, a transaction platform, a live broadcast platform, a social platform, or a music platform, which is not limited in this disclosure. The server may be one server or a cluster formed by a plurality of servers, and the specific architecture of the server is not limited in the present disclosure.
In some optional embodiments, the process of the client 103 for implementing the online file processing method may be: the client 103 displays a file list page, wherein the file list page comprises at least one online file and a preview adding control of a target file in the at least one online file; the client 103 responds to an operation instruction of the preview adding control for the target file and displays the operation control of the target file in a preset area of a file list page; the client 103 responds to a file preview instruction of the operation control for the target file and displays a preview page of the target file.

In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solution of the present disclosure, the steps of the online document processing method in the exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the drawings and the embodiment.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating an online file processing method according to an exemplary embodiment, and an execution subject of the method provided in the embodiment of fig. 2 may be any electronic device, for example, the client 103 in the embodiment of fig. 1, but the disclosure is not limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 2, the online file processing method may include the following steps.

In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the file list page may be a page opened by a user through an application program, where the page is displayed with at least one online file, and the application program may be, for example, a browser, office system software, file management system software, or the like. The online files in the file list page may be files in one or more formats, such as document files, form files, presentation files, image files, and the like. The target file can be one or more of the at least one online file, and the preview adding control of the target file can be used for generating an operation control of the target file after being operated and adding the operation control to a control in a preset area of the file list page.

The online file 302 with the file name "compute document" may be regarded as a target file, the preview addition control 305 is a preview addition control of the online file 302, and the preview addition control 305 may be configured to perform a preview addition operation on the online file 302, that is: when the preview addition control 305 is operated, an operation control of the online file 302 may be generated and added to a predetermined area of the file list page.
Step S203, responding to the operation instruction of the preview add control for the target file, and displaying the operation control of the target file in a predetermined area of the file list page.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the operation instruction for the preview adding control of the target file may be any one or a combination of multiple operations such as clicking, double-clicking, long-pressing, hovering, and the like on the preview adding control, or may be a voice instruction or a gesture instruction for the preview adding control. The predetermined area of the file list page may be a preset area, for example, an area set in the software development process of the file management system, or an area set by the user, and the predetermined area of the file list page may be one or more areas in the file list page, for example, the right side of the file list page, or the upper right corner and the lower right corner of the file list page. In some practical applications, the operation control of the target file may be an icon which is related to the target file and can be operated; the operation control of the target file can be used for realizing convenient operation on the target file, for example, corresponding operation can be performed on the operation control to preview, view, open, delete and close the target file, so that a more convenient and faster operation mode can be provided for operating the target file.
For example, assuming that the target file is displayed on a desktop computer, a single-click operation may be performed on the preview addition control of the target file, so that the operation control of the target file is displayed in a predetermined area of a file list page; for another example, assuming that the mobile terminal is provided, a long-press operation may be performed with respect to the preview addition control of the target file, so that the operation control of the target file is displayed in a predetermined area of the file list page.
By the aid of the method and the device, the operation control of the target file can be displayed in the preset area in the file list page through simple and convenient operation of the preview adding control of the target file, so that convenient operation of the target file can be achieved through operation of the operation control in the page in subsequent steps, and operation of the online file is more convenient and faster.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram illustrating an interface of an operation control for displaying a target file in a predetermined area of a file list page according to an exemplary embodiment, and fig. 4 may be a schematic diagram based on the display of fig. 3, as shown in fig. 4, including: file list page 301, online file 302, online file 303, online file 304, where the target file is assumed to be online file 302. The method shown in fig. 4 may further include: a predetermined area 401 and an operation control 402 of the online file 302, where the predetermined area 401 is located at the right side of the file list page 301, and after an operation instruction (such as a single click) is executed with respect to the preview addition control 305 displaying the online file 302 in fig. 3, the operation control 402 of the online file 302 may be displayed in the predetermined area 401.
In some practical applications, after the operation control 402 of the online file 302 is displayed in the predetermined area 401, the preview addition control 305 of the online file 302 may be hidden, i.e., as shown in fig. 4. In still other practical applications, the preview addition control 305 of the online file 302 may also continue to remain in the file list page 301 after the operation control 402 of the online file 302 is displayed in the predetermined area 401.
Step S205, responding to a file preview instruction of the operation control for the target file, and displaying a preview page of the target file.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the file display instruction for the operation control of the target file is an instruction for displaying a preview page of the target file, and may be, for example, any one or a combination of multiple operations of clicking, double-clicking, long-pressing, hovering, circling, dragging, and the like performed on the operation control, or a voice instruction or a gesture instruction for operating the operation control. The preview page of the target file can be regarded as a page capable of representing the basic content of the target file, the preview page can display the contents of a file title, a file first screen and the like, and can also display the basic attributes of the file (such as contents of an author, last editing time, file size and the like), and the contents displayed on the preview page in practical application can be set according to practical requirements, which is not limited by the disclosure.
For example, if on a desktop computer, a file preview instruction for an operation control of a target file may be hovering over the operation control, and when there are multiple operation controls of the target file, a user may control a mouse pointer to hover over different operation controls, and control movement of the mouse pointer to hover over different operation controls, so that preview pages of different target files are displayed, and then display of different preview pages may be switched by movement of the mouse pointer over different operation controls, thereby implementing quick viewing and screening.
Through the embodiment of the disclosure, the preview page of the target file can be displayed through the file preview instruction of the operation control in the same page, so that the user can quickly preview the preview page of the target file and quickly know the basic content of the target file on the current page without switching the page, the user can preview and search the file, when the number of the target files is large, the files required by the user can be quickly screened out according to the displayed preview page, the file viewing efficiency is improved, and the working efficiency is improved.
It can be seen that, in the online file processing method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, the preview adding control of the target file may be operated in the file list page, the operation control of the target file is displayed in a predetermined area in the file list page, and then a file preview instruction for the operation control of the target file is responded to quickly display the preview page of the target file, so that a user may quickly preview the preview page of the target file and quickly know the basic content of the target file to preview and search the file, thereby making file search more convenient and improving work efficiency.
In some practical applications, a user can display an operation control of a target file in a preset area in a file list page without additionally opening a page for each online file for operation, and the target file is operated by operating the operation control, so that convenience and rapidness are realized; and because the occupation of the operation control can be small, the operation control of a plurality of target files can be displayed in the same page, and then the cooperative operation aiming at a plurality of online files can be realized in the same page, so that the browser crash caused by the condition that the label pages of the browser are stacked is avoided, the searching and browsing of the online files are more convenient, and the influence on the working efficiency caused by the excessively complicated process of searching the files is avoided.
In some embodiments, step S201 may further include: displaying a file list page, wherein the file list page comprises at least one online file; responding to a selected instruction aiming at a target file in at least one online file, and displaying an operation bar expansion control of the target file; and responding to the triggering operation of the expansion control of the operation bar aiming at the target file, and displaying an operation menu of the target file, wherein the operation menu comprises a preview adding control of the target file.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the selection instruction for the target file may be an operation instruction for determining the target file from at least one online file, and the selection operation may be any one or a combination of multiple operations such as clicking, double-clicking, long-pressing, hovering, circle-selecting, dragging, and the like, or may be a voice instruction or a gesture instruction. After the selection operation is performed on one or more online files in the at least one online file, the online file on which the selection operation is performed can be determined as a target file, and then an operation bar expansion control of the target file is displayed. The operation bar expansion control can be used for representing that a corresponding operation menu exists, namely can be a control used for triggering and displaying the operation menu by triggering operation, and the triggering operation can be any one or combination of multiple operations such as single click, double click, long press, hovering and the like on the operation bar expansion control, and can also be a voice instruction or a gesture instruction on the operation bar expansion control; the operation menu may include one or more operation controls for the target file, and in this embodiment, at least an operation control of a preview addition control for the target file is included.
Through the embodiment of the disclosure, an interactive mode for selecting a target file from at least one online file through a selected instruction and an interactive mode for displaying a preview adding control of the target file are provided.
FIG. 5 is an interface diagram illustrating an action bar expansion control displaying a target file, according to an example embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, including: a file list page 301, an online file 302, an online file 303, an online file 304, an action bar expansion control 501 and a file selection effect 502; the operation bar expansion control 501 may be displayed after a selection instruction (such as a single click) is executed on the online file 302, the file selection effect 502 may also be displayed after the selection instruction is executed on the online file 302, and the file selection effect 502 may be used to indicate a file on which the selection instruction is executed, so as to facilitate the operation of a user. In still other practical applications, after the selection instruction is executed on the online file 302, the file selection effect 502 may not be generated, and only the operation bar expansion control 501 appears, so that the page may be more concise.
It is to be understood that although the "instruct to manipulate the bar expansion control 501 is illustrated in fig. 5, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
Fig. 6 is a schematic interface diagram illustrating an operation menu for displaying a target file on the basis of fig. 5, according to an exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 6, the interface diagram may include: the online file 302 selected as the target file, the operation bar expansion control 501, the operation menu 601 of the online file 302, and the preview addition control 305 displayed in the operation menu 601, wherein the operation menu 601 may be displayed after a triggering operation (such as a single click) is performed on the operation bar expansion control 501 in fig. 5. Other controls may also be included in the operation menu 601, such as a new tab page open control, a favorite control, and a delete control shown in fig. 6, where the new tab page open control may be used to open a new tab page in which the target file is displayed, the favorite control may be used to favorite the target file, and the delete control may be used to delete the target file. In some practical applications, when there are multiple online files selected as target files, the same operation menu may be shared, and further, the operation instructions of the additional controls may be previewed in the same operation menu, so as to display the operation controls of the multiple target files in a predetermined area.
In some embodiments, step S201 may further include: displaying a document list page, the document list page may include at least one online document; responding to a selected instruction aiming at a target file in at least one online file, and displaying a selection control of the target file; and responding to the preset operation of the selection control of the target file, and displaying the preview addition control of the target file.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the selection instruction for the target file may be an operation instruction for determining the target file from at least one online file, and the selection operation may be any one or a combination of multiple operations, such as clicking, double-clicking, long-pressing, hovering, circle-selecting, dragging, and the like, or may be a voice instruction or a gesture instruction. After the selection operation is performed on one or more online files in the at least one online file, the online file on which the selection operation is performed may be determined as a target file, and then a selection control of the target file is displayed. The selection control may be a control for implementing reservation of the target file through a predetermined operation, the predetermined operation may be any one or a combination of multiple operations of clicking, double-clicking, long-pressing, hovering, circle-selecting, dragging and the like on the selection control, or may be a voice instruction or a gesture instruction on the selection control, and after the target file is reserved, the preview addition control of the target file may be displayed. Namely: firstly, a target file can be determined from at least one online file through a selection operation, and then a preview adding control of the target file which is executed with the predetermined operation is displayed through the predetermined operation.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, an interactive mode for selecting a target file from at least one online file through a selected instruction is provided, and another interactive mode for displaying a preview adding control of the target file is provided.
FIG. 7 is an interface diagram illustrating a selection control displaying a target file, according to an example embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7, including: a file list page 301, an online file 302, an online file 303, an online file 304, a selection control 701 of the online file 302, and a selection control 702 of the online file 303; wherein selection control 701 can be displayed upon execution of a selected instruction (e.g., a long press) on online file 302 and selection control 702 can be displayed upon execution of a selected instruction (e.g., a long press) on online file 303. It is to be understood that although the selection control 701 and the selection control 702 are illustrated in fig. 7 as being indicated by "□", the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
FIG. 8 is an interface diagram illustrating a preview add control for displaying a target file based on the display of FIG. 7, according to an illustrative embodiment, as shown in FIG. 8, including: an online file 302 selected to be a target file, an online file 303 selected to be a target file, a selection control 701 of the online file 302, a selection control 702 of the online file 303, a predetermined effect 801 of the selection control 701, and a preview addition control 305 of the online file 302; the preview addition control 305 of the online file 302 may be displayed after a predetermined operation (such as a click) is performed on the selection control 701 displaying the online file 302 in fig. 7, the predetermined effect 801 may also be displayed after a predetermined operation (such as a click) is performed on the selection control 701, and the predetermined effect 801 may be used to indicate the selection control on which the predetermined operation is performed, so as to facilitate the operation of the user. In still other practical applications, after the predetermined operation is performed on the selection control 701 of the online file 302, the predetermined effect 801 may not be generated, and only the preview addition control 305 appears, so that the page may be more concise. It is to be understood that, although the predetermined effect 801 is illustrated by "√" in fig. 8, the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
In some embodiments, step S203 may further include: and responding to an operation instruction of the preview adding control aiming at the target file, displaying a preview window in a preset area of the file list page, and displaying the operation control of the target file in the preview window.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the preview window may be a window interface of an operation control for bearing a target file. In some practical applications, if the operation control of the target file is the first operation control added to the preview window, the preview window may not be displayed in the file list page before that, that is: and when the preview adding control of the target file is operated for the first time, displaying a preview window in the file list page, and displaying the operation control of the target file in the preview window.
Through the embodiment of the disclosure, the preview window can be set as a carrier of the operation control, so that the operation is convenient for a user.
Fig. 9 is an interface diagram illustrating an operation control for displaying a preview window in a predetermined area of a document list page and displaying a target document in the preview window, according to an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, including: a file list page 301, an online file 302, an online file 303, an online file 304, a predetermined area 401, a preview window 901, and an operation control 402, wherein the operation control 402 may be an operation control of the online file 302 assuming that the target file is the online file 302. The user can execute a file preview instruction to the operation control 402 in the preview window 901, and then a preview page of the online file 302 is displayed. It is understood that the shape of the preview window 901 can be set according to actual requirements, such as a circle, a triangle, etc., which is not limited by the present disclosure.
In some embodiments, the file list page in step S203 may further include a preview window, and the preview window may be located in the predetermined area; step S203 may further include: and responding to an operation instruction of the preview adding control of the target file, and displaying the operation control of the target file in the preview window. Through the embodiment of the disclosure, another display mode of the preview window is provided, and the operation of a user is facilitated.
In some practical applications, when no operation control exists in the preview window, an empty preview window may be displayed. In still other practical applications, when there is no operation control in the preview window, the preview window may also be displayed in a contracted state, and referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is an interface diagram illustrating a preview window without an operation control in a predetermined area of a document list page according to an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, including: a file list page 301, an online file 302, an online file 303, an online file 304, a predetermined area 401, and an empty preview window 1001 displayed in a contracted state.
Referring again to fig. 11, fig. 11 is a schematic interface diagram illustrating an operation control for displaying a preview window of an existing operation control in a predetermined area of a document list page and displaying a target document in the preview window of the existing operation control, according to an exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 11, the interface diagram includes: a file list page 301, an online file 302, an online file 303, an online file 304, a predetermined area 401, a preview window 1101, an operation control 402, an operation control 1102, and an operation control 1103. It is assumed that the online file 302, the online file 303, and the online file 304 are all target files, the operation control 402, the operation control 1102, and the operation control 1103 may be operation controls corresponding to the online file 302, the online file 303, and the online file 304, respectively, and further, a user may implement an operation on a corresponding target file by operating the operation control in the preview window 1101.
In some practical applications, the shape and/or size of the preview window may be adaptively displayed according to the number of operation controls included therein, for example, the preview window including 3 operation controls may be longer than the preview window including 1 operation control, for example, refer to the preview window 1001 shown in fig. 10 and the preview window 1101 shown in fig. 11.
In some embodiments, the online file processing method may further include: responding to a closing control display instruction of an operation control of the target file, and displaying a first closing control of the operation control of the target file in a second association area of the operation control of the target file; and responding to a trigger instruction of a first closing control of the operation control aiming at the target file, and hiding the operation control of the target file.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the close control display instruction for the operation control of the target file is an instruction for displaying the first close control of the operation control, and may be, for example, any one or a combination of multiple operations such as clicking, double-clicking, long-pressing, hovering, circle-selecting, and dragging on the operation control, or a voice instruction or a gesture instruction, after the close control display instruction is executed on the operation control, the first close control of the operation control may be displayed in the second associated area of the executed operation control, and then, the corresponding operation control may be hidden by a trigger instruction for the first close control (even if the operation control of the target file no longer appears in the predetermined area of the file list page), that is, the first close control may be a control for hiding the corresponding operation control after being triggered. The triggering instruction of the first closing control of the operation control for the target file may be any one or a combination of multiple operations such as clicking, double-clicking, long-pressing, hovering, circle-selecting, dragging and the like on the first closing control, or a voice instruction or a gesture instruction on the first closing control, which is not limited in this disclosure.
In some practical applications, the close control display instruction for the operation control of the target file may also be executed on multiple operation controls at the same time, for example: two operation controls can be selected by using a circle selection operation to generate a closing control display instruction for the two operation controls, so that the second association areas of the two operation controls display the first closing control of each operation control.
Referring to fig. 12, fig. 12 is a schematic diagram illustrating a first closing control displaying an operation control of a target file in a second association area of the operation control of the target file according to an exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 12, the method includes: a preview window 901, an operation control 402 of the target file, a second association area 1201 of the operation control 402, and a first closing control 1202 of the operation control 402; the first closing control 1202 is located in the second associated area 1201, and the first closing control 1202 in the second associated area 1201 may appear after a closing control display instruction (e.g., a single click) is executed on the operation control 402 of the target file. In this display diagram, the second association area 1201 of the operation control 402 is displayed in the upper right corner of the operation control 402, and in some practical applications, the second association area may be set according to practical situations, for example, the second association area may be set on the right side or the upper side of the operation control, and the disclosure does not limit this.
In some embodiments, step S205 may include: and responding to a file preview instruction of the operation control of the target file, and displaying a preview page of the target file in a first associated area of the operation control of the target file.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the first association area may be an area that is preset and is related to a position where the operation control of the target file is located, for example, a left side or a right side of the operation control of the target file.
In this embodiment, the preview page of the target file may be displayed in the first association area of the operation control of the target file through the file preview instruction for the operation control of the target file, so that the user may quickly preview the preview page of the target file in the first association area of the operation control and quickly obtain the basic content of the target file in the current page without switching pages, so that the user may preview and search the file, when the number of the target files is large, the file required by the user may be quickly screened out according to the displayed preview page, so that file search is more convenient and faster, and work efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 13, fig. 13 is a schematic diagram illustrating a preview page of a target file displayed in a first associated area of an operation control of the target file according to an exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 13, the method includes: a preview window 901, an operation control 402 of the target file, a first associated area 1301 of the operation control 402, and a preview page 1302 of the target file; the preview page 1302 of the target file in the first association area 1301 may appear after a file preview instruction (e.g., hovering) is performed on the operation control 402 of the target file. In the present display diagram, the first association region 1301 of the operation control 402 is displayed on the left side of the operation control 402, and in some practical applications, the first association region may be set according to practical situations, for example, the first association region may be set on the left side or the lower side of the operation control, and the disclosure does not limit this.
In some practical applications, the same operation can be used to simultaneously trigger a close control display instruction and a file preview instruction of a shortcut control for a target file; for example, when a cursor is hovered over a shortcut control of a target file on a desktop, or when a click operation is performed on the shortcut control of the target file, a close control display instruction of the shortcut control of the target file may be triggered, and a file preview instruction of the target file may be triggered at the same time, so that a first close control of the shortcut control of the target file and a preview page of the target file are displayed at the same time.
Referring to fig. 14, fig. 14 is a schematic diagram illustrating a first close control of an operation control of a target file being displayed in a second associated area of the operation control of the target file, and simultaneously displaying a preview page of the target file in the first associated area of the operation control of the target file, according to an exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 14, the method includes: the method comprises the following steps of (1) previewing a window 901, operating a control 402 of a target file, operating a second associated area 1201 of the control 402, operating a first closing control 1202 of the control 402, operating a first associated area 1301 of the control 402, previewing a page 1302 of the target file, and selecting an effect 1401 by the control; the first closing control 1202 in the second association area 1201 and the preview page 1302 of the target file in the first association area 1301 may be displayed simultaneously after the operation control 402 of the target file is subjected to a single click operation; the control selection effect 1401 may also be displayed after the single click operation is performed on the operation control 402 of the target file, and the control selection effect 1401 may be used to indicate the operation control on which the single click operation is performed, so as to facilitate the operation of the user. In other practical applications, the control selection effect 1401 may not be generated after the single-click operation is performed on the operation control 402, so that the page is more concise.
With continued reference to fig. 14, in some practical applications, in a case where the first closing control 1202 of the operation control 402 of the target file and the preview page 1302 of the target file are simultaneously displayed, a trigger instruction for the first closing control 1202 may also be responded, and the operation control 402 of the target file and the preview page 1302 of the target file are simultaneously hidden.
Further, in some embodiments, the online file processing method may further include: and responding to a file display instruction of the operation control aiming at the target file or responding to a file display instruction of a preview page aiming at the target file, and displaying the target file.
In this embodiment, the file display instruction for the operation control of the target file or the file display instruction for the preview page of the target file is an instruction for displaying specific content of the target file, and may be, for example, one of a single click and a double click on the operation control or the preview page, or a voice instruction or a gesture instruction. Taking fig. 9 as an example, the online file 302 as the target file may be displayed by double-clicking the operation control 402 in fig. 9; taking fig. 12 as an example, by performing a single-click operation on the operation control 402 in fig. 12, a corresponding target file may be displayed; taking fig. 13 as an example, a corresponding target file may be displayed by performing a single-click operation on the preview page 1302 in fig. 13; taking fig. 14 as an example, the corresponding target file may be displayed by performing a single-click operation on the operation control 402 in fig. 14 or performing a single-click operation on the preview page 1302.
By the embodiment, under the condition that the operation control of the target file exists in the file list page, a plurality of operation modes can be provided to display the target file.
In some practical applications, the content of the target file may be directly displayed in the file list page, or a file browsing window may be displayed in the file list page, and then the content of the target file is displayed in the file browsing window.
In some embodiments, when the number of operation controls of the target file existing in the predetermined area is greater than one, the online file processing method further includes: and responding to the dragging operation of the first operation control of the first target file in the operation controls of the target files, and adjusting the position of the first operation control of the first target file in the operation controls of the plurality of target files.
Further, in some embodiments, the step of adjusting the position of the first operation control of the first target file in the operation controls of the plurality of target files in response to the drag operation of the first operation control of the first target file in the operation controls of the target files includes: responding to the dragging operation of a first operation control of a first target file in the operation controls aiming at the target file, and displaying insertion position indication information; and displaying the first operation control of the first target file at the position corresponding to the insertion position indication information.
The insertion position indication information may be information for indicating an insertion position of the dragged first operation control in the operation controls, the insertion position indication information may be, for example, a highlight bar of a preset color (such as yellow, blue, etc.), indication information of a preset shape (such as a triangle, an arrow), indication information of a text (for example, "insert here"), and the like, and the insertion position indication information may further have a preset display effect, for example, may have a brightness flashing effect, a shape size changing effect, and the like.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the position of the first operation control in the plurality of operation controls may be adjusted by a drag operation for the first operation control in the plurality of operation controls. Specifically, a continuous touch signal of a first operation control of a first target file in operation controls of the target files may be received, and a drag operation on the first operation control of the first target file may be started; in the process of the dragging operation, the insertion position indication information can be displayed according to the relative positions of the first operation control of the first target file and the operation controls of other target files; and responding to the disappearance of the touch signal, stopping the dragging operation, and further displaying the first operation control of the first target file at the position corresponding to the insertion position indication information.
In some practical applications, when the number of the operation controls of the target file existing in the predetermined area is greater than one, the operation controls of a plurality of target files may be displayed in a column, for example, refer to the display diagram 15.
Fig. 15 is a schematic diagram illustrating displaying insertion position indication information in adjusting a position of a first operation control of a first target file in operation controls of a plurality of target files according to an exemplary embodiment, where, as shown in fig. 15, the method includes: a preview window 901, a first operation control 1501 of a first target file, a second operation control 1502 of a second target file, a third operation control 1503 of a third target file, a fourth operation control 1504 of a fourth target file, and insertion position indication information 1505; the first operation control 1501 of the first target file is an operation control on which a drag operation is being performed, and the insertion position indication information 1505 may be displayed in response to the drag operation, as shown in the drawing, where the insertion position indication information 1505 is located between the second operation control 1502 of the second target file and the third operation control 1503 of the third target file. As shown in fig. 15, when the drag operation on the first operation control 1501 of the first target file is stopped, the first operation control 1501 of the first target file may be displayed between the second operation control 1502 of the second target file and the third operation control 1503 of the third target file.
In some practical applications, a dragging operation may also be performed on an operation control of the target file in the predetermined area, so as to adjust a position of the dragged operation control displayed in the predetermined area; taking the display of fig. 4 as an example, for the operation control 402 of the target file located above the predetermined area 401, the position of the operation control 402 may be adjusted to be below the predetermined area 401 through a drag operation, so as to meet the requirement of the user in actual use.
In some embodiments, the predetermined area further comprises a folding control; the online file processing method further comprises the following steps: and responding to an operation instruction aiming at the folding control, folding the operation control of the target file of each file type according to the file type of the target file corresponding to the operation control in the preset area, and displaying the folding operation control of each file type in the preset area.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the folding control in the predetermined area may be a control for generating a folding process on the operation control in the predetermined area after being operated. The operation instruction for the folding control may be any one or a combination of multiple operations of single-click, double-click, long-press, and the like for the folding control, or may be a voice instruction or a gesture instruction for the folding control, for example, the folding control may be single-click, or the operation of sliding the touch folding control upwards or sliding the touch folding control downwards may be performed. In addition, the file types can include document files, table files, presentation files, image files and the like, the target files of different file types can correspond to the operation controls of different styles, the types of the corresponding target files can be distinguished by the operation controls of different styles, and the user can distinguish and use the target files conveniently. Further, after the operation control of the target file of each file type is folded and displayed as the folding operation control, the folding operation control of each file type may also have different styles, so as to facilitate the distinction of the user. For example, when a user needs a file of a specific file type, the user only needs to check or screen the file according to the operation control corresponding to the specific file type or according to the folding operation control corresponding to the specific file type, so that the checking and screening time is saved, and the effect of improving the working efficiency is achieved.
In some practical applications, one or more predetermined regions may exist in the document list page, each predetermined region may have a folding control, and the folding control of each predetermined region may act on the operation control in the predetermined region where the predetermined region is located. In still other implementations, where a preview window is included in a predetermined area of the document list page, the collapsing control may also be located on the preview window, for example, as may be seen in FIG. 16.
FIG. 16 is a schematic diagram illustrating a display of a collapse control in a preview window, as shown in FIG. 16, including: a preview window 901, a first operation control 1601 of a first target file, a second operation control 1602 of a second target file, a third operation control 1603 of a third target file, and a collapse control 1604. As shown in fig. 16, the first target file and the second target file are of the same file type (e.g., document files), the third target file is of another file type (e.g., table file), and when an operation instruction (e.g., a click) is executed with respect to the folding control 1604 in fig. 16, the three operation controls (1601, 1602, 1603) in fig. 16 may be folded according to the file types of the corresponding target files, and are shown as the schematic diagrams shown in fig. 17 or fig. 18. It is to be appreciated that while the folding control 1604 is illustrated in fig. 16 as being indicated by a ", the present disclosure is not so limited.
Fig. 17 is a diagram illustrating a folding operation control for displaying file types on the basis of the display diagram 16, according to an exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 17, the diagram includes: a preview window 901, a fold operation control 1701 for a first file type (e.g., document file), and a fold operation control 1702 for a second file type (e.g., spreadsheet file). In the embodiment shown in fig. 16 and 17, the first operation control 1601 of the first target file, the second operation control 1602 of the second target file are folded into the folding operation control 1701 of the first file type, and the third operation control 1603 of the third target file is folded into the folding operation control 1702 of the second file type.
Fig. 18 is a diagram illustrating another folding operation control displaying file types on the basis of the display diagram 16 according to an exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 18, the diagram includes: preview window 901, a collapse operation control 1801 for a first file type (e.g., document file), a collapse operation control 1802 for a second file type (e.g., spreadsheet file), and an expand control 1803. In the embodiment shown in fig. 16 and 18, the first operation control 1601 of the first target file, the second operation control 1602 of the second target file are collapsed into the collapse operation control 1801 of the first file type, and the third operation control 1603 of the third target file is collapsed into the collapse operation control 1802 of the second file type. As shown in fig. 18, the folding operation control 1801 of the first file type may also display the number of target files folded under the type (for example, "2" may be displayed in the lower left corner of the folding operation control 1801 in this embodiment), and the folding operation control 1802 of the second file type may also display the number of target files folded under the type (for example, "1" may be displayed in the lower left corner of the folding operation control 1802 in this embodiment).
In addition, as shown in fig. 18, an expansion control 1803 is further included, and the expansion control 1803 may be changed after the folding control 1604 in fig. 16 is executed with an operation instruction (e.g., single click), that is: after an operation instruction (e.g., a single click) is executed for the folding control 1604 in the display image 16, not only the three operation controls (1601, 1602, 1603) in the display image 16 may be folded, but also the folding control 1604 may be converted into an unfolding control 1803 as shown in the display image 18; when an operation instruction (e.g., a single click) is executed with respect to the expansion control 1803 in fig. 18, the diagram may be displayed as shown in fig. 16. Further, in some embodiments, the online file processing method further includes: and responding to a selected instruction of the target folding operation control of the target file type in the folding operation controls of all the file types, and displaying a second closing control of the target folding operation control in a third related area of the target folding operation control of the target file type.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the instruction for selecting the target folding operation control of the target file type may be any one or a combination of multiple operations such as clicking, double-clicking, long-pressing, hovering, circle-selecting, and dragging the target folding operation control, or may be a voice instruction or a gesture instruction, after the target folding operation control is selected, a second closing control of the target folding operation control may be displayed in a third association region of the selected target folding operation control, and the second closing control may be a control for hiding a corresponding target folding operation control after the second closing control is selected.
Fig. 19 is a schematic diagram illustrating a second close control displaying a target folding operation control in a third associated region of the target folding operation control of a target file type, according to an example embodiment, and as shown in fig. 19, including: a preview window 901, a fold operation control 1901 of a first file type, a fold operation control 1902 of a second file type, a third associated region 1903 of the fold operation control 1901 of the first file type, and a second close control 1904 of the fold operation control 1901 of the first file type.
Assuming that the first file type is used as the target file type, the folding operation control 1901 of the first file type may be used as a target folding operation control of the target file type; in the present display, the second closing control 1904 is located in the third associated area 1903, and the second closing control 1904 may appear after a selection instruction (e.g., a click) is performed on the folding operation control 1901 of the first file type, as shown in the figure, the third associated area 1903 of the folding operation control 1901 of the first file type is displayed in the upper right corner of the folding operation control 1901 of the first file type. In still other practical applications, the third associated area may be set according to practical situations, for example, the third associated area may be set on the right side or the upper side of the folding operation control, and the disclosure does not limit this.
Further, in some embodiments, the target folding operation control of the target file type may also be hidden in response to a trigger instruction (e.g., an operation instruction such as a single click or a double click, a voice instruction, or a gesture instruction, etc.) of the third closing control for the target folding operation control of the target file type.
In some embodiments, the online file processing method further comprises: and responding to a selected instruction of a target folding operation control of a target file type in the folding operation controls of all file types, and displaying a preview page of each target file corresponding to the target file type in a fourth association area of the target folding operation control of the target file type.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, after the selection instruction is executed for the target folding operation control of the target file type, the preview pages of each target file corresponding to the target file type may be displayed at the same time, and when the number of the target files corresponding to the target file type exceeds the number threshold, the preview pages of each target file corresponding to the target file type may also be displayed in the form of a sliding list.

Fig. 20 is a schematic diagram illustrating a preview page of each target file corresponding to the target file type is displayed in a fourth associated area of the target folding operation control of the target file type, according to an exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 20, the method includes: the preview window 901, the folding operation control 1901 of the first file type, the folding operation control 1902 of the second file type, the fourth associated region 2001 of the folding operation control 1901 of the first file type, and the preview page 2002 and the preview page 2003 of each of the two target files corresponding to the first file type.

By the embodiment, the target file can be displayed in an operation mode under the condition that the folding operation control is displayed in the file list page.
FIG. 23 is a block diagram illustrating an online file processing apparatus according to an example embodiment. Referring to fig. 23, an online file processing apparatus 2300 provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure may include:
a display module 2310 configured to execute displaying a document list page, the document list page including at least one online document and a preview add control of a target document in the at least one online document; the display module 2310 is further configured to execute an operation control for displaying the target file in a predetermined area of the file list page in response to the operation instruction for the preview addition control for the target file; the display module 2310 is further configured to execute a file preview instruction in response to the operation control for the target file, and display a preview page of the target file.
It can be seen that, with the apparatus shown in fig. 23, the preview adding control of the target file can be operated in the file list page, the operation control of the target file is displayed in the predetermined area in the file list page, and then the file preview instruction for the operation control of the target file is responded to quickly display the preview page of the target file, so that the user can quickly preview the preview page of the target file and quickly know the basic content of the target file, so as to preview and search the file, thereby making the file search more convenient and improving the work efficiency.
In some practical applications, a user can display an operation control of a target file in a preset area in a file list page without additionally opening a page for each online file for operation, and a preview page of the target file is displayed by executing a file preview instruction on the operation control, so that convenience and rapidness are realized; and because the occupation of the operation control can be smaller, the operation control of a plurality of target files can be displayed in the same page, so that the quick preview of a plurality of online files can be realized in the same page, the file viewing efficiency is improved, and the working efficiency is improved. .
In some embodiments, the displaying module 2310 performs the step of displaying a preview page of the target file in response to a file preview instruction of the operation control for the target file, including: and responding to a file preview instruction of the operation control of the target file, and displaying a preview page of the target file in a first associated area of the operation control of the target file.
In some embodiments, the display module 2310 is further configured to perform: and responding to a file display instruction of the operation control aiming at the target file or responding to a file display instruction of a preview page aiming at the target file, and displaying the target file.
In some embodiments, the display module 2310 is further configured to perform: responding to a closing control display instruction of the operation control of the target file, and displaying a first closing control of the operation control of the target file in a second associated area of the operation control of the target file; and responding to a trigger instruction of a first closing control of the operation control aiming at the target file, and hiding the operation control of the target file.
In some embodiments, when the number of operation controls of the target file existing in the predetermined area is greater than one, the online file processing apparatus further includes an adjust location module 2320, and the adjust location module 2320 is configured to perform: and responding to the dragging operation of the first operation control of the first target file in the operation controls of the target files, and adjusting the position of the first operation control of the first target file in the operation controls of the plurality of target files.
In some embodiments, the adjusting the position module 2320 performs the step of adjusting the position of the first operation control of the first target file in the operation controls of the plurality of target files in response to the drag operation of the first operation control of the first target file in the operation controls of the target files, including: responding to the dragging operation of a first operation control of a first target file in the operation controls aiming at the target file, and displaying insertion position indication information; and displaying the first operation control of the first target file at the position corresponding to the insertion position indication information.

In some embodiments, the display module 2310 performs the step of displaying a document list page, the document list page including at least one online document and a preview add control of a target document in the at least one online document, including: displaying a file list page, wherein the file list page comprises at least one online file; responding to a selected instruction aiming at a target file in at least one online file, and displaying an operation bar expansion control of the target file; and responding to the triggering operation of the expansion control of the operation bar aiming at the target file, and displaying an operation menu of the target file, wherein the operation menu comprises a preview addition control of the target file.
In some embodiments, the display module 2310 performs the step of displaying a document list page, the document list page including at least one online document and a preview add control of a target document in the at least one online document, including: displaying a file list page, wherein the file list page comprises at least one online file; responding to a selection instruction aiming at a target file in at least one online file, and displaying a selection control of the target file; and responding to the preset operation of the selection control of the target file, and displaying the preview addition control of the target file.
In some embodiments, the displaying module 2310 performs the step of displaying the operation control of the target file in a predetermined area of the file list page in response to the operation instruction of the preview add control for the target file, including: and responding to an operation instruction of the preview adding control aiming at the target file, displaying a preview window in a preset area of the file list page, and displaying the operation control of the target file in the preview window.
In some embodiments, the file list page further comprises a preview window, the preview window being located in the predetermined area; the step of the display module 2310 executing an operation instruction of responding to the preview addition control for the target file and displaying the operation control for the target file in a predetermined area of the file list page includes: and responding to an operation instruction of the preview adding control of the target file, and displaying the operation control of the target file in the preview window.
With regard to the apparatus in the above-described embodiment, the specific manner in which each module performs the operation has been described in detail in the embodiment related to the method, and will not be elaborated here.
An electronic device 2400 according to such an embodiment of the present disclosure is described below with reference to fig. 24. The electronic device 2400 shown in fig. 24 is only an example, and should not bring any limitations to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 24, the electronic device 2400 is represented in the form of a general purpose computing device. The components of electronic device 2400 may include, but are not limited to: the at least one processing unit 2410, the at least one memory unit 2420, a bus 2430 connecting the various system components (including the memory unit 2420 and the processing unit 2410), and a display unit 2440.

The storage unit 2420 may also include a program/utility 2424 having a set (at least one) of program modules 2425, such program modules 2425 including, but not limited to: an operating system, one or more application programs, other program modules, and program data, each of which, or some combination thereof, may comprise an implementation of a network environment.
The bus 2430 can be any of several types of bus structures including a memory unit bus or memory unit controller, a peripheral bus, an accelerated graphics port, a processing unit, or a local bus using any of a variety of bus architectures.
The electronic device 2400 may also communicate with one or more external devices 2470 (e.g., a keyboard, a pointing device, a bluetooth device, etc.), with one or more devices that enable a user to interact with the electronic device 2400, and/or with any devices (e.g., a router, a modem, etc.) that enable the electronic device 2400 to communicate with one or more other computing devices. Such communication may occur over input/output (I/O) interface 2450. Also, the electronic device 2400 may communicate with one or more networks (e.g., a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN), and/or a public network such as the internet) via the network adapter 2460. As shown, the network adapter 2460 communicates with the other modules of the electronic device 2400 over a bus 2430. It should be appreciated that although not shown in the figures, other hardware and/or software modules may be used in conjunction with the electronic device 2400, including but not limited to: microcode, device drivers, redundant processing units, external disk drive arrays, RAID systems, tape drives, and data backup storage systems, to name a few.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will readily understand that the exemplary embodiments described herein may be implemented by software, or by software in combination with necessary hardware. In an exemplary embodiment, a computer program product is also provided, which comprises a computer program and/or instructions, which when executed by a processor, implement the online file processing method in the above-mentioned embodiments.

Claims (10)
1. An online file processing method, comprising:
displaying a file list page, wherein the file list page comprises at least one online file and a preview adding control of a target file in the at least one online file;
responding to an operation instruction of a preview adding control of the target file, and displaying the operation control of the target file in a preset area of the file list page;
and responding to a file preview instruction of the operation control aiming at the target file, and displaying a preview page of the target file.
2. The method for processing the online file according to claim 1, wherein the displaying the preview page of the target file in response to the file preview instruction of the operation control of the target file comprises:
and responding to a file preview instruction of the operation control of the target file, and displaying a preview page of the target file in a first associated area of the operation control of the target file.
3. The online document processing method according to claim 2, further comprising:
and responding to a file display instruction of an operation control aiming at the target file, or responding to a file display instruction of a preview page aiming at the target file, and displaying the target file.
4. The online document processing method according to claim 1, further comprising:
responding to a closing control display instruction of the operation control of the target file, and displaying a first closing control of the operation control of the target file in a second association area of the operation control of the target file;
and responding to a trigger instruction of a first closing control of the operation controls aiming at the target file, and hiding the operation controls of the target file.
5. The online document processing method according to claim 1, wherein when the number of operation controls of the target document existing in the predetermined area is greater than one, the online document processing method further comprises:
and responding to the dragging operation of the first operation control of the first target file in the operation controls of the target files, and adjusting the position of the first operation control of the first target file in the operation controls of the plurality of target files.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the predetermined area further comprises a folding control; the online file processing method further comprises the following steps:
and responding to the operation instruction aiming at the folding control, folding the operation control of the target file of each file type according to the file type of the target file corresponding to the operation control in the preset area, and displaying the folding operation control of each file type in the preset area.
7. An online document processing apparatus, comprising:
the display module is configured to execute displaying of a file list page, wherein the file list page comprises at least one online file and a preview adding control of a target file in the at least one online file;
the display module is further configured to execute an operation instruction of responding to a preview adding control aiming at the target file, and display an operation control of the target file in a preset area of the file list page;
the display module is further configured to execute a file preview instruction in response to the operation control for the target file, and display a preview page of the target file.
8. An electronic device, comprising:
a processor;
a memory for storing the processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to execute the executable instructions to implement the online file processing method of any of claims 1 to 6.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, wherein instructions, when executed by a processor of an electronic device, enable the electronic device to perform the online file processing method of any of claims 1 to 6.
10. A computer program product comprising a computer program, characterized in that the computer program realizes the online file processing method of any one of claims 1 to 6 when executed by a processor.
