3. The firming plant extract composition of claim 1, wherein the plant extract comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 parts of dwarf lilyturf tuber, 10 parts of red date, 10 parts of tremella, 20 parts of liquorice and 15 parts of myrobalan.

The firming plant extract composition according to claim 1, wherein said plant extract is prepared by the following method: adding radix Ophiopogonis, fructus Jujubae, Tremella, Glycyrrhrizae radix, and fructus Chebulae into water, soaking, heating, decocting, cooling, separating to obtain filtrate, standing, and refining to obtain plant extract.

9. A process for preparing the firming plant extract composition of claim 8, comprising the steps of: mixing the plant extractive solution and antiseptic, sealing, and packaging.
10. Use of the firming plant extract composition of any one of claims 1 to 8 in cosmetics.
