Fig. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a thermal insulation system for a wooden support of a stationary liquefied gas storage tank according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a thermal insulation system for a sliding liquefied gas storage tank according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 3 is an enlarged partial view of a thermal insulation system for a wooden support of a liquefied gas storage tank according to an embodiment of the present invention.
In the present invention, the liquefied gas storage tank may be a Type C (C-Type) tank, and thus a bracket for fixing is required. In the present invention, a wooden stand 10 is used as a stand.
The wooden support can be a fixed support or a sliding support.
The fixing support is of a support structure as follows: with the cooling of the liquefied gas storage tank to ultra-low temperature, the fixing bracket does not change position and plays a role of a fixing shaft even if repeatedly shrinking and expanding for a plurality of times along the up-down and left-right directions.
The sliding support is of a support structure as follows: the tank is made shrink-expandable without great stress by forming the sliding grooves.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the wood stent 10 may be formed by bonding a plurality of wood stent blocks (Wooden support block) with a Resin (Resin).
The wooden stand 10 is provided with a hard heat insulating material 20 on both side surfaces thereof in contact with each other.
The hard heat insulating material 20 may be damaged by shrinkage and expansion of the wooden support 10 due to a rapid temperature change of the liquefied gas storage tank.
The present invention can prevent the hard heat insulating material 20 from being directly adhered to the wooden support 10 by providing the soft heat insulating material 40 between the wooden support 10 and the hard heat insulating material 20, and thus can reduce stress generated in the hard heat insulating material 20 due to thermal contraction and expansion of the wooden support 10 caused by contraction and expansion of the liquefied gas storage tank.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the hard thermal insulation material 20 may be polyurethane foam (polyurethane foam), polystyrene foam, extruded polystyrene, etc., and preferably may be polyurethane foam.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the soft thermal insulation material 40 may be a soft polyurethane foam (soft polyurethane foam) or the like.
In the present invention, a vapor barrier layer 30 is provided between the wooden support 10 and the soft heat insulating material 40.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the vapor barrier layer may be a single-coated vapor barrier layer.
The single-coating steam barrier layer is formed by a single coating material and plays a role of doubly blocking air inflow. The coating material can be an ultra-low Wen Dingji adhesive, an ultra-low Wen Dingji coating agent, a vapor barrier strip, a silicon sealant and the like.
As an example, the vapor barrier layer 30 may be formed by the steps of: fixing one end of the L-profile 50 at lower portions of both sides of the wooden support 10; and a vapor barrier layer 30 is formed on one end of the L-profile 50.
In the present invention, an L-profile 50 (L-profile) is provided, which extends from both side surfaces of the wooden support 10 to the lower surface of the hard insulating material 20 in an L-shape and supports the lower surface of the hard insulating material 20.
The hard insulating material 20 may be formed and supported on the L-profile 50 by a spraying process. As an example, polyurethane foam may be formed on the L-profile based on a spraying process. In this case, the L-profile and the polyurethane foam may be bonded by the adhesive force of the polyurethane spray itself.
One end of the L-profile 50 may be fixed to both side portions of the wooden stand 10 by fixing means. As an example, the self-tapping screw 80 (SELF TAPPING SCREW) may be used as the fixing unit.
By forming the L-profile 50 of such a structure, the hard insulating material 20 is prevented from being detached from the wooden support 10 even if the liquefied gas storage tank contracts or expands.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the L-profile 50 may be a metal plate (METAL SHEET). As an example, the metal plate may be a hot dip galvanized steel Sheet (GAL' V Sheet).
In an embodiment of the present invention, the insulation system may be protected from external environmental changes such as climate change by attaching the protective cover portion 70 to the lower surface of the hard insulation material 20.
The protective cover 70 may be made of a Gel-coated fiber reinforced plastic (Gel-coated FRP).
Still another embodiment of the present invention provides a method for manufacturing an insulation system for a liquefied gas storage tank wooden support, comprising the steps of: fixing one end of the L-profile at the lower parts of two side surfaces of the wood bracket; forming a vapor barrier layer on one end of the L-profile; a soft heat insulating material is arranged on the steam barrier layer; and providing a hard heat insulating material on the L-profile by a spraying process.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the method may further include the following steps: a protective cover 70 is attached to the lower surface of the hard insulating material 20.
