Abstract

Technical Field
The invention relates to a heat insulation system for a wood bracket of an ultralow-temperature liquefied gas storage tank.
Background
The common wood bracket spraying heat insulation system of the liquefied gas storage tank is to bond spraying foam on a wood bracket, and the problem that the spraying foam is damaged exists because the shrinkage and expansion of the wood bracket of the storage tank can be caused by the temperature change from normal temperature to ultralow temperature or from ultralow temperature to normal temperature.

Disclosure of Invention

In accordance with still another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for manufacturing an insulation system for a liquefied gas storage tank wooden support, including the steps of: fixing one end part of the L-profile at the lower parts of two side surfaces of the wooden support; forming a vapor barrier layer on one end of the L-profile; a soft heat insulating material is arranged on the steam barrier layer; and providing a hard heat insulating material on the L-profile through a spraying process.
The insulation system for the wooden support of the ultralow temperature liquefied gas storage tank can prevent the liquefied gas storage tank from being directly bonded with the wooden support by forming the soft insulation material layer at the contact part of the liquefied gas storage tank and the wooden support, thereby reducing the stress generated on the wooden support due to the contraction and expansion of the liquefied gas storage tank and preventing the bonding between the wooden support and the sprayed foam from being damaged by arranging the L-profile.

In the present invention, a vapor barrier layer 30 is provided between the wooden holder 10 and the soft heat insulating material 40.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the vapor barrier layer may be a single-coating vapor barrier layer.
The single-coated vapor barrier layer is formed of a single coating material and serves as a double barrier to air inflow. The coating material can be ultralow temperature butyl adhesive, ultralow temperature butyl coating agent, steam barrier strip, silicon sealant and the like.
For example, the vapor barrier layer 30 may be formed by: fixing one end part of the L-shaped profile 50 at the lower part of two side surfaces of the wooden support 10; and forming a vapor barrier layer 30 on one end portion of the L-profile 50.
In the present invention, an L-profile 50(L-profile) is provided to extend from both side surfaces of the wood bracket 10 to a lower surface of the hard heat insulator 20 in an L-shape and support the lower surface of the hard heat insulator 20.
The hard thermal insulation material 20 may be formed and supported on the L-profile 50 through a spraying process. As an example, the polyurethane foam may be formed on the L-profile based on a spray process. In this case, the L-profile can be bonded to the polyurethane foam by the adhesive force of the polyurethane jet itself.
One end of the L-shaped profile 50 may be fixed to both side surfaces of the wood bracket 10 by fixing means. As an example, a tapping screw 80(SELF TAPPING SCREW) may be used as the fixing means.

a vapor barrier layer and a soft heat insulating material are sequentially arranged at the lower part of two side surfaces of the wood bracket, which are contacted with the hard heat insulating material, the vapor barrier layer is formed on the wood bracket, the soft heat insulating material is formed on the vapor barrier layer, and an L-contour is arranged in the insulation system for the wood bracket of the liquefied gas storage tank, extends from the two side surfaces of the wood bracket to the lower part surface of the hard heat insulating material to form an L shape and is used for supporting the lower part surface of the hard heat insulating material.
2. The heat insulation system for wooden frames of liquefied gas storage tanks according to claim 1, wherein the wooden frame is formed by resin-bonding a plurality of wooden frame blocks.
3. The insulation system for wooden frames of liquefied gas storage tanks according to claim 1, wherein the liquefied gas storage tank is a C-type tank.
4. The heat insulation system for a wooden support of a liquefied gas storage tank as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rigid heat insulating material is polyurethane foam, polystyrene foam or extruded polystyrene.
5. The heat insulation system for a liquefied gas storage tank wooden holder according to claim 1, wherein the soft heat insulating material is a soft polyurethane foam.
6. The insulation system for wooden frames of liquefied gas storage tanks according to claim 1, wherein the vapor barrier is a single-coated vapor barrier.
7. The insulation system for wooden support of liquefied gas storage tank according to claim 1,
the vapor barrier layer is formed by the following steps:
fixing one end part of the L-profile at the lower parts of two side surfaces of the wooden support; and
a vapor barrier layer is formed on one end portion of the L-profile.
8. The insulation system for wooden frames of liquefied gas storage tanks according to claim 1, wherein the L-profile is a metal plate.
9. The heat insulation system for a wooden support of a liquefied gas storage tank according to claim 1, wherein one end portion of the L-shaped profile is fixed to both side surface portions of the wooden support by fixing means.
10. The heat insulation system for a wooden holder for a liquefied gas storage tank according to claim 1, wherein a protective cover is attached to a lower surface of the hard heat insulating material.
11. A method for manufacturing a heat insulation system for a wooden support of a liquefied gas storage tank, comprising the steps of:
fixing one end part of the L-profile at the lower part of two side surfaces of the wooden support;
forming a vapor barrier layer on one end of the L-profile;
disposing a soft heat insulating material on the vapor barrier layer; and
a hard thermal insulation material is provided on the L-profile by a spraying process.
12. The method of manufacturing an insulation system for a liquefied gas storage tank for wooden support according to claim 11, further comprising the steps of: a protective cover is attached to the lower surface of the hard thermal insulation material.
