In the present invention, the liquefied gas storage tank may be a C-Type (C-Type) tank, and thus a bracket for fixing is required. In the present invention, the wooden support 10 is used as the support.
The wood bracket can be a fixed bracket or a sliding bracket.
The fixing support is of a support structure as follows: with the liquefied gas storage tank cooling to ultra-low temperature, even along the upper and lower left and right sides direction repeated contraction and expansion several times, above-mentioned fixed bolster also can not change the position, plays the fixed axle effect.
The sliding support is of a support structure as follows: the tank can be contracted and expanded under the condition of thermal contraction and expansion without great stress by forming the sliding groove.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the wood bracket 10 may be formed by bonding a plurality of wood bracket blocks (wood support blocks) with Resin (Resin).
Hard heat insulating materials 20 are provided in contact with both side surfaces of the wooden holder 10.
The hard thermal insulation material 20 may be damaged by contraction and expansion of the wooden holder 10 due to a rapid temperature change of the liquefied gas storage tank.
In the present invention, the soft heat insulating material 40 is provided between the wood bracket 10 and the hard heat insulating material 20, so that the hard heat insulating material 20 is not directly bonded to the wood bracket 10, and thus, stress generated in the hard heat insulating material 20 due to thermal contraction and expansion of the wood bracket 10 caused by contraction and expansion of the liquefied gas storage tank can be reduced.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the hard heat insulating material 20 may be polyurethane foam (polyurethane foam), polystyrene foam, extruded polystyrene, or the like, and preferably may be polyurethane foam.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the soft heat insulating material 40 may be soft polyurethane foam (soft polyurethane foam).
In the present invention, a vapor barrier layer 30 is provided between the wooden holder 10 and the soft heat insulating material 40.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the vapor barrier layer may be a single-coating vapor barrier layer.
The single-coated vapor barrier layer is formed of a single coating material and serves as a double barrier to air inflow. The coating material can be ultralow temperature butyl adhesive, ultralow temperature butyl coating agent, steam barrier strip, silicon sealant and the like.
For example, the vapor barrier layer 30 may be formed by: fixing one end part of the L-shaped profile 50 at the lower part of two side surfaces of the wooden support 10; and forming a vapor barrier layer 30 on one end portion of the L-profile 50.
In the present invention, an L-profile 50(L-profile) is provided to extend from both side surfaces of the wood bracket 10 to a lower surface of the hard heat insulator 20 in an L-shape and support the lower surface of the hard heat insulator 20.
The hard thermal insulation material 20 may be formed and supported on the L-profile 50 through a spraying process. As an example, the polyurethane foam may be formed on the L-profile based on a spray process. In this case, the L-profile can be bonded to the polyurethane foam by the adhesive force of the polyurethane jet itself.
One end of the L-shaped profile 50 may be fixed to both side surfaces of the wood bracket 10 by fixing means. As an example, a tapping screw 80(SELF TAPPING SCREW) may be used as the fixing means.
By forming the L-profile 50 of such a structure, the hard thermal insulation material 20 can be prevented from being detached from the wooden support 10 even if the liquefied gas storage tank is contracted or expanded.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the L-profile 50 may be a Metal Sheet (Metal Sheet). For example, the metal plate may be a hot-dip galvanized steel plate (GAL' V Sheet).
In an embodiment of the present invention, the protection cover 70 is attached to the lower surface of the hard thermal insulation material 20 to protect the thermal insulation system from external environmental changes such as climate changes.
