Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is explained in detail in the following:
a method for detecting the packing of electric energy meters comprises a preparation stage before packing and an inspection execution stage after packing.
Before boxing, an electronic tag (such as an RFID tag, and also can be a tag in the form of a two-dimensional code) is attached to the electric energy meter, and the data corresponding to the electronic tag comprises the serial number of the electric energy meter.
In this embodiment, the number of the first electric energy meter in the batch is set to 001, the number of the first packing box is set to 01, and both numbers are sequentially numbered. Meanwhile, 20 electric energy meters are arranged in each packing box. That is, the electric energy meter number range corresponding to the box number 01 is 001-.
And (4) the boxing operation is manually completed, and a boxing worker finds the corresponding electric energy meter according to the corresponding relation between the box number and the electric energy meter number and puts the electric energy meter into the packaging box.
After each packing box is packed, the following checking steps are respectively executed:
step 1, reading data corresponding to electronic tags of all electric energy meters in the current packaging box by using tag reading equipment, and automatically sending the electronic tag data to an electronic computing device by the tag reading equipment.
When reading, the reading can be carried out in any order, and if the reading is not determined to be successful, the reading can be repeated.
And 2, identifying the serial number of the electric energy meter from the electronic tag data by the electronic computing device.
It should be noted that there may be multiple electronic tags on the electric energy meter, and different encoding rules are used for corresponding data on different electronic tags, for example, the encoding rule representing the electric energy meter number is XXX-001, and the encoding rule representing the electric energy meter model is XXX-X-01, etc. The electronic computing device needs to judge whether the data meets a preset electric energy meter numbering rule or not, if not, the label data is not required data and should be discarded.
Assuming that the read data is XXX-001, the electronic computing device can extract the electric energy meter number 001 according to the preset rule.
And 3, the electronic computing device removes the duplicate of the electric energy meter number identified by the current packing box to obtain a number set.
Specifically, the read electric energy meter numbers can be stored in the one-dimensional array, and the following operations are sequentially executed from the first number: and sequentially comparing the current number with the numbers which are positioned behind the number in the array, and deleting the number which is positioned behind the number and is equal to the number if the numbers are equal. And finally, the numbers of the remaining electric energy meters in the array form the number set.
Other duplication removal methods may also be used and are not described herein.
And 4, finding the minimum number and the maximum number in the number set.
Here, the numbers in the number set may be sorted in ascending order to obtain a number sequence, where the first number and the last number in the number sequence are the minimum number and the maximum number. The sorting, although not required, helps to quickly find where the error is if the next step finds a bin error.
And 5, judging whether the quantity of the electric energy meters in the current packaging box is complete and the serial numbers are continuous by the electronic computing device.
The specific judging steps are as follows:
subtracting the minimum number from the maximum number to obtain a difference value, and judging whether the following 2 conditions are met simultaneously:
the difference = that the electric energy meters in the package should be number-1, and the number of the numbers = that the electric energy meters in the package should be number.
If the number of the electric energy meters in the current packaging box is satisfied, the electric energy meters in the current packaging box are complete in number and continuous in serial number. That is, 20 consecutive positive integers are included in the current numbering sequence. At this time, step 6 is executed.
If the condition "difference = should be-1" for the electric energy meters in the package, it indicates that there is a problem with the first or last number, or possibly both.
If the condition 'number of numbers = number of electric energy meters due in the packaging box' is not met, the number of numbers in the current numbering sequence is not 20, and the problem of over-loading or missing-loading (possibly damaging the electronic tag) is inevitable. The problem of no serial number is generally caused by neglected loading or damage of the electronic tag.
No matter which condition is not met, sound or image prompts are given, and a numbering sequence is given, so that the further investigation of workers is facilitated.
And 6, calculating the box number of the packing box corresponding to the electric energy meter in the box by the electronic calculation device so as to judge whether the corresponding relation between the electric energy meter and the packing box is correct or not.
The specific method comprises the following steps:
subtracting the first serial number of the electric energy meter in the batch from the minimum serial number in the serial number sequence, dividing the difference value obtained by subtracting by the due number of the electric energy meters in the packaging box, if the obtained remainder is 0, the box number calculation result is equal to the quotient +1, and if the remainder is not 0, a box packing error is prompted.
Further, after the box number calculation result is obtained, the box number calculation result is notified to field personnel in a voice or image display mode so as to judge whether the corresponding relation between the electric energy meter and the packaging box is correct.
The following examples illustrate:
for example, let the minimum number in the number sequence be 061, the current box number be 04, and the first electric energy meter in the batch be 001. Then 061 + 001=60,60 divided by the nominal number of 20 per box, yields a quotient of 3 and a remainder of 0. At this time, the quotient 3+1=4, that is, the calculation result of the box number is 4, and the staff can determine that the corresponding relationship is correct after comparing the rest box numbers 04.
For another example, assume the numbering sequence of 060,061, … …, 079, for a total of 20 consecutive numbers. The current box number is 04, and the first electric energy meter in the batch is numbered 001. Then 060 001=59, 59 divided by the nominal number of 20 per package would result in a quotient of 2 and a remainder of 9. At this time, the remainder is not 0, and it is described that the first number (minimum number) in the number sequence should not be the number of the first electric energy meter in the packing box, and there is a packing error.
For another example, let the first number in the number sequence be 081, the current box number be 04, and the first electric energy meter in the batch be 001. Then 081-001=80,80 is divided by the nominal number 20 of each packing box to obtain a quotient of 4 and a remainder of 0. At this time, the quotient 4+1=5, that is, the calculation result of the box number is 5, and after the staff compares the rest box numbers 04, the staff finds that the box numbers are not consistent with each other, and can judge that the boxing staff wrongly loads all the electric energy meters of the 05 th box into the 04 th box.
