Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of pressure devices, in particular to a pressure indicator indication error testing device and a testing method, wherein the testing device comprises a first resistance plate and a second resistance plate which are connected with each other to form a bridge circuit; a plurality of groups of resistor pairs are arranged on the first resistor plate; a plurality of resistors are arranged on the second resistance board; further comprises: a first band switch connected with a plurality of groups of resistor pairs on a first resistor plate; the second band switch is connected with a plurality of resistors on the second resistor plate; an alternating current power supply connected with the first resistance plate; and (5) an operation interface. According to the invention, through the set test equipment and test method, the measurement of the product indication error is achieved, the products are ensured to accurately reflect the pressure of each system of the aircraft, and the error operation of the aircraft caused by the product indication deviation is avoided; through adopting self-control wire winding resistance, wave band switch design, according to the corresponding gear of different test points adjustment wave band switch of product for the operation is directly perceived, convenient, has improved work efficiency.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pressure devices, in particular to a pressure indicator indicating error testing device and a testing method.
Background
The pressure indicator is a Su series aircraft product and is used for indicating the pressure of an aircraft hydraulic system, an accumulator system and a brake system, and mainly comprises a current ratio meter, a resistor, a dial plate assembly and the like. The working principle of the pressure indicator is as follows: see fig. 1 (1 is a metal diaphragm, 2 is a transmission rod, 3 is a movable iron core, 4 is a fixed iron core, and 5 is a wire frame), when the metal diaphragm experiences pressure to generate deformation, the movable iron core is driven to move through the transmission rod, the size of a gap between the movable iron core and the fixed iron core is changed, the inductance of two coils is changed, the current ratio of the two wire frames in the indicator is changed, and the pointer is enabled to indicate corresponding pressure on the dial under the interaction of the combined magnetic field of the two wire frames and the movable magnet.
A product is provided with a plurality of test points, and the error of each test point is required to be +/-1.5 percent and +/-2 percent, so that the problem of error test indicated by the pressure indicator is solved. The closest patent at present is "a pressure indicator", patent number: CN202020195859.3, but the pressure indicator and the testing method shown in this patent are not applicable to the technical problems mentioned in the present invention.

The technical problems to be solved by the invention are realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
a pressure indicator indicating error testing device comprises a first resistance plate and a second resistance plate which are connected with each other to form a bridge circuit;
the first resistance board is provided with a plurality of groups of resistance pairs which are calculated according to the test point theory of the test product, and the plurality of groups of resistance pairs correspond to the test points of the test product;
the second resistance board is provided with a plurality of resistors calculated according to the test product indication error theory, and the plurality of resistors are sequentially connected in series;
further comprises:
the first band switch is connected with a plurality of groups of resistor pairs on the first resistor plate and is used for selecting test points of a test product, and different gears represent different test points of the test product;
the second band switch is connected with a plurality of resistors on the second resistance board and is used for selecting an error value of a certain test point of a test product, and different gears represent different indication errors of the certain test point;
the alternating current power supply is connected with the first resistor plate and detects the indication error of the pressure indicator in a mode that alternating current passes through a first wave band switch and a second wave band switch to generate different current ratios at a certain gear;
and the operation interface is connected with an alternating current power supply.
Preferably, six groups of resistor pairs are arranged on the first resistor plate, and the resistor pairs are respectively 40 omega-0, 30.8 omega-9.2 omega, 23.6 omega-16.4 omega, 16.5 omega-23.5 omega, 9.1 omega-30.9 omega and 0-40 omega.
Preferably, twelve resistors are arranged on the second resistance board, and the resistance values are all 0.18Ω.
Preferably, the indication errors corresponding to the twelve resistors on the second resistance board are +/-0.5%, +/-1%, +/-1.5%, +/-2%, +/-2.5%, +/-3% respectively.
Preferably, the first band switch is a double-throw band switch.
Preferably, the second band switch is a single throw band switch.
Preferably, the operation interface comprises an alternating current power supply setting switch, a power supply indicator lamp and a power supply voltage display gauge head.

Further, in the step (two), the corresponding wave bands of the second wave band switch are K2, K3, K4, K5, K6 and K7 respectively.

Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 2 to 4, a pressure indicator indicates an error testing device, the design concept of the invention is mainly to adopt the design of a bridge circuit according to the principle of products, theoretically calculate resistance pairs according to test points of the products, each group of resistance pairs consists of two paired resistance values, and each test point of the products corresponds to one group of resistance pairs; the product indication error is theoretically converted into corresponding resistors, the corresponding resistors are uniformly segmented according to the product precision requirement level, the corresponding resistors are converted into a plurality of resistors which are connected in series, and the self-made wire winding resistors are adopted for all the resistors, so that the product indication error can be accurately reflected.
Specifically, the ac power supply device mainly includes an ac power supply 11, a first resistor plate 22, a second resistor plate 33, a first band switch 44, a second band switch 55, and an operation interface 66. The ac power supply 11 is respectively connected to the first resistive plate 22 and the operation interface 66, the first resistive plate 22 is respectively connected to the second resistive plate 33 and the first band switch 44, the second resistive plate 33 is connected to the second band switch 55, and the first band switch 44 and the second band switch 55 are connected to the operation interface 66.
The ac power supply 11 outputs ac power of 36v and 400hz, and detects an indication error of the pressure indicator by generating different current ratios through a certain gear of the first band switch 44 and the second band switch 55.
Six groups of resistor pairs are arranged on the first resistor plate 22, each group of resistor pairs consists of two paired resistor values, the resistor is a self-made wire-wound resistor, decimal of the resistor value can be accurately achieved, each group of resistor pairs corresponds to different test points of a product, the test points of the product are respectively 0, 60, 120, 180, 240 and 300, and according to measurement and calculation, the resistor pairs of the device are set to 40 omega-0, 30.8 omega-9.2 omega, 23.6 omega-16.4 omega, 16.5 omega-23.5 omega, 9.1 omega-30.9 omega and 0-40 omega.
Twelve self-made resistors are arranged on the second resistance plate 33, and the resistance values are the same and are 0.18Ω; twelve resistors are connected in series in sequence corresponding to different indication errors of the test products, and the indication errors corresponding to the twelve resistors are +/-0.5 percent, +/-1 percent, +/-1.5 percent, +/-2 percent, +/-2.5 percent and +/-3 percent respectively according to the error range of each test point, wherein the errors are in a tendency of being less positive or less negative than the error range of each test point.
The first band switch 44 is a double-throw band switch, the first band switch 44 has more gears than the test points of the test product, and is connected to six resistor pairs on the first resistor plate 22 for selecting the test points of the test product, and different gears represent different test points of the test product.
The second band switch 55 is a single-throw band switch, the gear of the second band switch 55 is more than the indication error of the test product, twelve resistors for indicating the error can be selected independently, and different gears represent different indication errors of a certain test point.
The operation interface 66 includes an ac power setting switch, a power indicator, and a power voltage display header.
The testing method of the pressure indicator indicating error testing equipment is applied to the pressure indicator indicating error testing equipment and comprises the following specific steps:
and (I) connecting the pressure indicator indicating error testing equipment with the pressure indicator to be tested, adjusting RT on the front panel of the pressure indicator indicating error testing equipment, displaying 36V communication by a voltmeter, and selecting test points by the first band switch 44, wherein the test points are respectively 0, 60, 120, 180, 240 and 300.
The second band switch 55 is adjusted to corresponding bands, wherein the corresponding bands are K2, K3, K4, K5, K6 and K7 respectively, so that the pointer of the pressure indicator to be tested indicates the standard value of the dial test point of the pressure indicator to be tested;
and (III) reading the value of the second band switch 55 at the moment, namely indicating error of the pressure indicator.

the first resistance plate (22) is provided with a plurality of groups of resistance pairs which are calculated according to the test point theory of the test product, and the plurality of groups of resistance pairs correspond to the test points of the test product;
the second resistance plate (33) is provided with a plurality of resistors calculated according to the test product indication error theory, and the plurality of resistors are connected in series in sequence;
further comprises:
a first band switch (44) connected with a plurality of resistor pairs on the first resistor plate (22) and used for selecting test points of a test product, and different gears represent different test points of the test product;
a second band switch (55) connected with a plurality of resistors on the second resistance board (33) and used for selecting the error value of a certain test point of the tested product, and different gears represent different indication errors of the certain test point;
an alternating current power supply (11) is connected with the first resistance board (22), and the indication error of the pressure indicator is detected in a mode that alternating current passes through different test points of the first band switch (44) and different gears of the second band switch (55) to generate different current ratios;
test points of the first band switch (44) are respectively 0, 60, 120, 180, 240 and 300;
the corresponding wave bands of the second wave band switch (55) are K2, K3, K4, K5, K6 and K7 respectively;
an operation interface (66) connected to the AC power source (11).

A pressure indicator indicating error testing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: six groups of resistor pairs are arranged on the first resistor plate (22), and the resistor pairs are 40 omega-0, 30.8 omega-9.2 omega, 23.6 omega-16.4 omega, 16.5 omega-23.5 omega, 9.1 omega-30.9 omega and 0-40 omega respectively.
3. A pressure indicator indicating error testing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: twelve resistors are arranged on the second resistance plate (33), and the resistance values are all 0.18Ω.
4. A pressure indicator indicating error testing apparatus according to claim 3, wherein: the indication errors corresponding to twelve resistors on the second resistance plate (33) are +/-0.5 percent, +/-1 percent, +/-1.5 percent, +/-2 percent, +/-2.5 percent and +/-3 percent respectively.
5. A pressure indicator indicating error testing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the first band switch (44) is a double throw band switch.
6. A pressure indicator indicating error testing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the second band switch (55) is a single-throw band switch.
7. A pressure indicator indicating error testing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the operation interface (66) comprises an alternating current power supply setting switch, a power supply indicator lamp and a power supply voltage display gauge head.
8. A method for testing a pressure indicator indicating error testing device, characterized by: use of a pressure indicator according to any one of claims 1 to 7 to indicate an error testing apparatus, comprising the following specific steps:
step one, connecting pressure indicator indicating error testing equipment with a pressure indicator to be tested, adjusting RT on a front panel of the pressure indicator indicating error testing equipment, wherein a voltmeter value is 36V, and a first band switch (44) selects a test point;
