The invention relates to the technical field of air rings, in particular to an air ring for a film blowing machine, which comprises a spiral case and a plurality of air outlet rings, wherein the spiral case is provided with an air inlet and an air inlet duct, an air outlet gap is arranged between every two adjacent air outlet rings, the air inlet duct and the air outlet gap are sequentially communicated, the air inlet duct is provided with a plurality of air guide fins inclined towards the inner side of the air inlet duct corresponding to the air inlet, air guide gaps are arranged between every two adjacent air guide fins or the air guide fins and the inner side of the air inlet duct form the air guide gaps, airflow enters the air inlet duct along the air inlet, and the airflow passes through the air guide fins inclined towards the inner side of the air inlet duct, the airflow rotates along the inner side of the outer wall of the spiral case and forms a vortex fluid, and the vortex fluid uniformly flows out of the air outlet gap of each air outlet ring. Background
The traditional wind ring is provided with 4-8 air inlets so as to achieve the purpose of uniform air inlet. However, the uniformity (flow, drift diameter, curvature, length, etc.) of a plurality of air inlet pipes is difficult to ensure, so that the inconsistent air inlet amount is inevitable. Some traditional wind rings are designed with single wind inlets, and the single wind inlets avoid the defects. But it is very difficult to realize uniform air outlet on the circumference of the air outlet.

The invention aims to provide an air ring for a film blowing machine, which can uniformly blow air out so as to overcome the defects in the prior art.
The air ring for the film blowing machine comprises a volute and a plurality of air outlet rings, wherein the volute is provided with an air inlet and an air inlet duct, an air outlet gap is formed between every two adjacent air outlet rings, the air inlet duct and the air outlet gap are sequentially communicated, the air inlet duct is provided with a plurality of air guide fins inclined towards the inner side of the air inlet duct corresponding to the air inlet, a first air guide gap is formed between every two adjacent air guide fins, a second air guide gap is formed between each air guide fin and the inner side of the air inlet duct, airflow enters the air inlet duct along the air inlet duct and passes through the air guide fins inclined towards the inner side of the air inlet duct, the airflow rotates along the inner side of the outer wall of the volute and forms a vortex fluid, the vortex fluid uniformly flows out of the air outlet gap of each air outlet ring, the air inlet of the air inlet duct is provided with the plurality of air guide fins, the speed of the airflow flowing to the air outlet gap can be reduced, the air volume loss is reduced, and the air uniformly flows to each air outlet gap, and the air outlet is natural and uniform.
The included angle between each air guide fin and the inner side of the air inlet duct is 3-6 degrees, and air flow is forced to cling to the inner side of the air duct.
In the direction of the air flowing to the air outlet gap, the gap between each air guide fin and the inner side of the air inlet duct is gradually decreased, and the air flow is forced to cling to the inner side of the air duct, so that the air flow rotates and flows to form a vortex.
The air duct areas of the first air guide gap and the second air guide gap gradually decrease along with the length and the stroke of the air guide fins, and the air flow is further forced to cling to the inner side of the outer wall of the volute. The distance between the outer wall of the volute and the center of the air guide fin is gradually reduced to be in a vortex shape, and the section of the air channel is gradually reduced along with the lengthening of the flow of the air guide fin.
The air outlet rings comprise a first inner ring and a second inner ring which are positioned in the volute, the first inner ring and the second inner ring are arranged in a stacked mode, an air inlet gap is arranged between the first inner ring and the volute, a labyrinth type zigzag air inlet gap is arranged between the first inner ring and the second inner ring, and the air inlet duct, the air inlet gap and the zigzag air inlet gap are sequentially communicated. The labyrinth zigzag air inlet gap is beneficial to slowing down the speed of air flow, and further realizes uniform air outlet.
The plurality of air outlet rings further comprise a first air outlet ring and a second air outlet ring, the first air outlet ring is assembled with the first inner ring, the second air outlet ring is assembled with the second inner ring, the second air outlet ring is located on the outer side of the first air outlet ring, a first air outlet gap is formed between the first air outlet ring and the second air outlet ring, and the bent air inlet gap is communicated with the first air outlet gap.
A second air outlet gap is arranged between the first inner ring and the first air outlet ring, the first air outlet ring is provided with a first air vent, and the bent air inlet gap or the first air outlet gap is communicated with the second air outlet gap through the first air vent.

Through the improvement, the air outlet of the air ring is uniform finally, and the thickness of the film blown out by the air ring is uniform.

The invention is further described below with reference to the drawings and examples.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, an air ring for a film blowing machine includes a spiral case 3 and a plurality of air outlet rings, the spiral case 3 is provided with an air inlet 1 and an air inlet duct 2, an air outlet gap is provided between two adjacent air outlet rings, the air inlet 1, the air inlet duct 2 and the air outlet gap are sequentially communicated, the air inlet duct 2 is provided with a plurality of air guide fins 4 inclined to the inner side of the air inlet duct 2 corresponding to the air inlet 1, a first air guide gap 5 is provided between two adjacent air guide fins 4, a second air guide gap is formed between the air guide fins 4 and the inner side of the air inlet duct 2, an air flow enters the air inlet duct 2 along the air inlet 1, and the air flow passes through the air guide fins 4 inclined to the inner side of the air inlet duct 2, the air flow rotates along the inner side of the outer wall of the spiral case 3 to form a vortex fluid, and the vortex fluid uniformly flows out from the air outlet gap of each air outlet ring.
Although the present embodiment has only one air inlet 1, the present embodiment is an improvement on the existing wind ring design having only one air inlet 1. But is also applicable to a multi-inlet wind ring.
The included angle between each air guide fin 4 and the inner side of the air inlet duct 2 is 3-6 degrees.
In the direction of the air flowing to the air outlet gap, the gap between each air guiding fin 4 and the inner side of the air inlet duct 2 is gradually decreased progressively by each air guiding fin 4.
The air duct areas of the first air guiding gap 5 and the second air guiding gap gradually decrease with the length and the stroke of the air guiding fins 4.
The air outlet rings comprise a first inner ring 6 and a second inner ring 7 which are positioned in the volute 3, the first inner ring 6 and the second inner ring 7 are arranged in a stacked mode, an air inlet gap 8 is arranged between the first inner ring 6 and the volute 3, a labyrinth type zigzag air inlet gap 9 is arranged between the first inner ring 6 and the second inner ring 7, and the air inlet duct 2, the air inlet gap 8 and the zigzag air inlet gap 9 are sequentially communicated.
The plurality of air outlet rings further comprise a first air outlet ring 10 and a second air outlet ring 11, the first air outlet ring 10 is assembled with the first inner ring 6, the second air outlet ring 11 is assembled with the second inner ring 7, the second air outlet ring 11 is located on the outer side of the first air outlet ring 10, a first air outlet gap 13 is arranged between the first air outlet ring 10 and the second air outlet ring 11, and the bent air inlet gap 9 is communicated with the first air outlet gap 13.
