Abstract
The invention discloses a medium-level disinfectant wet tissue and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of object surface disinfection, and the medium-level disinfectant wet tissue and the preparation method thereof comprise the following raw materials: 90 parts of R0 reverse osmosis pure water, 0.5-2 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 0.1-1 part of surfactant, 0.05-2 parts of stabilizer, 0.1-1 part of synergist, 0.1-2 parts of corrosion inhibitor and spunlace nonwoven fabric. The medium-level disinfection wet tissue and the preparation method thereof have the advantages that the sterilization spectrum is wide, the corrosion inhibitor has no corrosion to stainless steel, has slight corrosion to metal aluminum, has moderate corrosion to copper, has severe corrosion to carbon steel, and can effectively remove stains on the surface of an object, improve the disinfection effect, play a role in cleaning and disinfection, and the synergist can improve the sterilization effect of hydrogen peroxide, achieve the medium-level disinfection effect, inactivate viruses, further expand the disinfection effect, and reduce the usage amount of hydrogen peroxide.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of object surface disinfection, in particular to a medium-level disinfection wet tissue and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the improvement of the hygiene awareness of people and the influence of epidemic outbreak in recent years, especially the new coronavirus epidemic situation outbreak at the end of 2019, wet tissues with a cleaning function alone cannot meet the demand, wet tissues with the cleaning and disinfecting functions are gradually favored, hydrogen peroxide is a peroxide disinfectant, the molecular composition of the hydrogen peroxide disinfectant is simple, the decomposition products are water and oxygen, the hydrogen peroxide disinfectant does not produce residual toxicity to the environment, the hydrogen peroxide has strong oxidizing capability and wide bactericidal spectrum, can effectively kill various bacteria propagules, fungi, tubercle bacillus and various viruses, and is widely applied in many fields, but the low-concentration hydrogen peroxide has slow sterilization speed and poor effect, and limits further wide application.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a medium-level disinfection wet tissue and a preparation method thereof. The intermediate level disinfection wet tissue and the preparation method thereof have the advantages that the hydrogen peroxide which is safe and environment-friendly is used as a bactericide, the molecular composition is simple, the decomposition products are water and oxygen, no residual toxicity is generated to the environment, the hydrogen peroxide has strong oxidizing power and wide bactericidal spectrum, various bacteria propagules, fungi, tubercle bacillus and various viruses can be effectively killed, the stabilizer can ensure that the stability of the disinfection wet tissue reaches 24 months, the corrosion inhibitor has no corrosion to stainless steel, slight corrosion to metallic aluminum and moderate corrosion to copper, severe corrosion to carbon steel, the surfactant can effectively remove stains on the surface of an object, improve the disinfection effect, play a role in cleaning and disinfection, the synergist can improve the sterilization effect of the hydrogen peroxide, achieve the intermediate level disinfection effect, and can kill intestinal pathogenic bacteria, pyogenic cocci, pathogenic yeasts, hospital infection common bacteria and mycobacteria, and can inactivate viruses.
In order to achieve the above effects, the present invention provides the following technical solutions: the medium-level disinfection wet tissue comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: sufficient R0 purified water, 0.5-2 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 0.1-1 part of surfactant, 0.05-2 parts of stabilizer, 0.1-1 part of synergist, 0.1-2 parts of corrosion inhibitor and spunlace nonwoven fabric.
A method of making a horizontally sterilized wet wipe as set forth in claim 1 comprising the steps of:
firstly, weighing the stabilizer, putting the stabilizer into RO purified water at 40-50 ℃ for dissolving, then adding the corrosion inhibitor and uniformly stirring, then sequentially adding hydrogen peroxide and the synergist, reacting for 1-2 hours at the constant temperature of 40-50 ℃, finally adding the surfactant and uniformly stirring to prepare the disinfectant wet tissue liquid;
step two, selecting spunlace non-woven fabrics with the specification of 26cm multiplied by 18cm and the gram weight of 40g-60 g;
and step three, cooling the disinfection wet tissue liquid to room temperature, and hermetically packaging the disinfection wet tissue liquid and the cut spunlace non-woven fabric according to the weight ratio of (1.7-5) to 1 to obtain the disinfection wet tissue.
Further, in the step one, the surfactant is one or more of isomeric fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, alkyl glycoside and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, and is mixed according to any proportion.
Further, in the first step, the stabilizer is an organic acid.
