s22: the emergency unlocking key is rotated to drive the locking pin 20 to rotate circumferentially, and the locking of the pin shaft 130 of the lockset is released;
the emergency unlocking key is in driving connection with the locking pin 20, an operator can drive the locking pin 20 to rotate circumferentially by rotating the emergency unlocking key, the pin shaft 130 of the lock exits the second chute 22 of the locking pin 20 and enters the first chute 21 of the locking pin 20, at the moment, the lock locking device is pulled by external force to be away from the lock along the axial direction of the locking pin 20, the pin shaft 130 slides in the first chute 21 and exits the first chute 21, and the lock is separated from the lock locking device;
s23: and judging that the state signal is inconsistent with the instruction code, and feeding back the abnormal unlocking state information to a user.
When the locking pin 20 rotates to the pin shaft 130 to exit the second chute 22, the switch 80 is shifted by the dial wheel 70 to generate state change, at this time, a state signal of the switch 80 is inconsistent with an instruction code of the control board 90, the control board 90 judges that the lock locking device is abnormally unlocked according to the state signal of the switch 80, the control board 90 feeds back abnormal unlocking state information to a user, and an operator confirms emergency unlocking through the user terminal.

s32: the driving component 30 drives the locking pin 20 to rotate, and the pin shaft 130 of the lockset is locked;
the driving component 30 drives the locking pin 20 to rotate circumferentially through the first transmission piece 32 and the second transmission piece 33 in sequence, and enables the pin 130 to enter the second chute 22 of the locking pin 20 from the first chute 21, and the pin 130 is stopped by the side wall of the second chute 22, so that the lockset and the lockset locking device are locked together;
s33: and judging that the state signal is consistent with the instruction code, and feeding back locking state information to a user.
When the locking pin 20 rotates until the pin shaft 130 extends into the second chute 22, the dial wheel 70 dials the trigger switch 80, and at this time, the state signal of the switch 80 is consistent with the instruction code of the control board 90, and the control board 90 judges that the lock locking device is locked according to the state signal of the switch 80;

Claims (15)

1. A lock lockout device, comprising:
a housing (10);
the locking pin (20) is rotatably arranged on the shell (10) in a penetrating mode, a first sliding groove (21) and a second sliding groove (22) are formed in the side wall, extending out of the shell (10), of one end of the locking pin (20), the first sliding groove (21) extends in the axial direction of the locking pin (20) and is communicated with the end face of the locking pin (20), and the second sliding groove (22) extends in the circumferential direction of the locking pin (20) and is communicated with the first sliding groove (21);

2. The lock blocking device according to claim 1, characterized in that the housing (10) has a rotation-blocking structure (11), which rotation-blocking structure (11) projects into a recess of the lock and blocks a circumferential rotation of the lock about the blocking pin (20).

The lock blocking device according to claim 2, characterized in that the housing (10) has a protrusion as the rotation stop (11), which protrusion can be inserted into a recess in the lock into which an unlocking key is inserted, and that the lock blocking device further comprises a coil (100), which coil (100) is located inside the protrusion and matches a code sheet inside the lock.

The lock blocking device according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises an emergency release assembly which can drive the blocking pin (20) out of engagement with the drive assembly (30) or out of engagement with a drive-fit component inside the drive assembly (30) and which can turn the blocking pin (20).
5. The lock lockout device of claim 4, wherein the emergency unlocking assembly comprises:
the emergency unlocking hole (41) is formed in the shell (10), and is positioned on the other side, opposite to the extending side of the locking pin (20), of the locking pin (41);
the emergency unlocking key can extend into the shell (10) from the emergency unlocking hole (41) and push the locking pin (20) or a part of the driving component (30) in an extruding mode, so that the locking pin (20) is separated from the driving component (30) or a part matched with the driving component in the driving component (30) is separated, and the emergency unlocking key can be in driving connection with the locking pin (20) to drive the locking pin (20) to rotate.

The lock lockout device of claim 4 further comprising a reset member (50), wherein the reset member (50) abuts the lockout pin (20) or the drive assembly (30) and drives the lockout pin (20) into abutment with the drive assembly (30) or drives an internal drive mating component of the drive assembly (30) into abutment.
7. The lock blocking device according to claim 5, characterized in that it further comprises a sealing plug (60), which sealing plug (60) is detachably arranged at the emergency unlocking hole (41) and is capable of blocking the emergency unlocking hole (41).
8. The lock lockout device of claim 1, wherein the drive assembly (30) comprises:
a drive motor (31);
the first transmission piece (32), the first transmission piece (32) is connected with the output end of the driving motor (31) in a driving way;
the second transmission piece (33) is in driving connection with the locking pin (20) and rotates synchronously with the locking pin (20), the first transmission piece (32) is in transmission fit with the second transmission piece (33), and the driving motor (31) drives the locking pin (20) to rotate through the first transmission piece (32) and the second transmission piece (33).
9. The lock lockout device of claim 1, further comprising:
the thumb wheel (70), the said thumb wheel (70) is set up on the said latching pin (20), and rotate with the said latching pin (20) synchronously;
the switch (80) is located on a rotating path of the thumb wheel (70), and when the locking pin (20) rotates to lock or unlock the lock, the thumb wheel (70) triggers or does not trigger the switch (80) so as to detect the state of the lock locking device.
10. The lock latching device according to claim 1, further comprising a coil (100), the coil (100) being capable of matching with a code sheet of the lock to detect the identity of the lock.

The lock locking device according to claim 9, further comprising a control board (90), wherein the control board (90) is electrically connected to the driving assembly (30) and the switch (80) and is capable of interacting with a user terminal to control the action of the lock locking device according to a user command and to feed back the state of the lock locking device to the user terminal.
12. A method of using a lock blocking device, the lock blocking device being as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 11, the method of use comprising a normal unlocking method, an emergency unlocking method and a blocking method.
13. The method of use of claim 12, wherein the normal unlocking method comprises:
s11: receiving an unlocking operation instruction, and controlling a driving component (30) to act according to the unlocking operation instruction;
s12: the driving component (30) drives the locking pin (20) to rotate, and the locking of a pin shaft (130) of the lockset is released;
s13: and judging that the state signal is consistent with the instruction code, and feeding back the unlocking state information of normal unlocking to the user.
14. Use according to claim 12, characterized in that the emergency unlocking method comprises:
s21: inserting an unlocking key into the emergency unlocking hole (41) to push the locking pin (20) or a part of the driving component (30) to release the limiting relation between the locking pin (20) and the driving component (30);
s22: the emergency unlocking key is rotated to drive the locking pin (20) to rotate circumferentially, and the locking of a pin shaft (130) of the lockset is released;
s23: and judging that the state signal is inconsistent with the instruction code, and feeding back the abnormal unlocking state information to a user.
