Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, and relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Stomach cold refers to the condition of cold stagnation in the stomach due to spleen-yang deficiency, overeating raw cold, or cold evil and direct middle energizer. The symptoms are epigastric pain, pain relieving, vomiting, clear saliva, pale mouth with preference for hot drink, improper food, pale tongue with white and slippery coating, and deep and slow pulse. For warming stomach and dispelling cold.
The traditional Chinese medicine is different from western medicine in treating stomach diseases, and the traditional Chinese medicine divides stomach discomfort into stomach cold and stomach heat. The obvious symptoms of the cold-dampness in the stomach are white and greasy tongue coating, that is, white and thick tongue coating, which is not easy to scrape. The diseases of gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, chronic gastritis, gastroptosis, gastric neurosis, gastric mucosa prolapse and the like which are said by Western medicine belong to the category of gastric cavity pain in traditional Chinese medicine. For example, stomach ache is continuous, warm and press preference is given, no appetite, listlessness, pale tongue and general deficiency-cold
The traditional Chinese medicine holds that the spleen governs transportation and transformation, and patients with spleen deficiency usually show symptoms of sallow complexion, tiredness and hypodynamia, and are often accompanied with various discomforts such as anorexia, easy sweating, easy cold, low resistance and the like. In addition, patients with spleen deficiency are prone to discomfort such as tiredness, weakness, appetite loss, vomiting and clear water, and these symptoms are typical of spleen deficiency, and in daily life, if these symptoms occur, they should be slightly taken care of and conditioned. Patients with stomach cold often have spleen deficiency symptoms, and can show symptoms such as cold feeling, cold hands and feet, pale complexion and the like; patients with stomach cold are easy to repeatedly attack in winter, often have symptoms of stomach discomfort caused by cold weather, have symptoms of stomach cold and pain after eating uncooked food, and have symptoms relieved after getting warm, and the digestive function of the patients with stomach cold is often weaker, so that the absorption function of intestines and stomach is influenced, and once eating uncooked, stimulated and greasy food, symptoms of diarrhea appear, so that diseases such as chronic gastritis, gastric ulcer and the like can appear after the digestive system is disturbed, the health of the body is seriously influenced, and the stomach cold and spleen deficiency are often accompanied.
Blood lipids are a general term for various lipid substances in blood, of which cholesterol and triglycerides, also called neutral fats, are the most important, and other important lipids include lipoproteins, which in turn include low density lipoproteins and high density lipoproteins. The average blood cholesterol content of healthy people is between 2.8 and 5.17mmol/L, and the average blood triglyceride content is between 0.56 and 1.7 mmol/L. Whether the cholesterol level is increased, the triglyceride level is increased, or both, these are collectively referred to as hyperlipidemia.
The national health and family planning committee, report on nutrition and chronic diseases of Chinese residents, published at the beginning of 2015, shows that 40.40% of the prevalence of adult dyslipidemia in 2012 appears to be greatly increased compared with the prevalence level in 2002, wherein the prevalence of hypercholesterolemia is 4.9% and the prevalence of hypertriglyceridemia is 13.1%. The Chinese dyslipidemia is in a general exposure state of national dyslipidemia, and the Chinese dyslipidemia prevention and treatment work is more severely challenged.
Western medicines have quick response to stomach cold, spleen deficiency and high triglyceride, but are not easy to eradicate, and relapse is easy to occur after stopping taking medicines. The traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in treating stomach cold, spleen deficiency and high triglyceride. Therefore, there is still a strong clinical need for traditional Chinese medicine with good prevention and treatment of stomach cold, spleen deficiency and triglyceride elevation, and hyperlipidemia. Meanwhile, at present, no medicine which is based on the traditional Chinese natural medicine and is used for preventing or treating stomach cold, spleen deficiency and triglyceride elevation and even coronary heart disease by using a small amount of traditional Chinese medicine is available. Thus, social and market demands are enormous.
