Abstract
本发明公开了一种纳米级二氧化硅除臭复合喷膜剂及其制备方法和应用,其特点是采用3.0~5.0%的聚乙烯醇为膜基材与1.0~1.5%的壳聚糖、0.5~0.7%的纳米级二氧化硅、1.0~3.0%丙三醇为增塑剂,1.0~1.5%的吐温为表面活性剂、20~60%的无水乙醇,0.5~1.0%的β‑苯乙醇为防蝇除臭剂和0.5~1.0%的香精配制成复合喷膜除臭剂。本发明与现有技术相比具有制备简单、价格低廉、使用方便、成膜迅速、易降解、无二次污染的优点,可广泛应用于垃圾资源化处理的短途运输环节,其喷洒量为生活垃圾质量的0.5‑1.0%。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及生活垃圾除臭技术领域,具体地说是一种聚乙烯醇-壳聚糖-纳米级二氧化硅除 臭复合喷膜剂及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
我国城市生活垃圾的产生量呈现逐年递增的趋势,生活垃圾成分复杂,其中H2S和NH3均 为有毒腐蚀性气体,不仅具有难闻气味,而且长期吸入对人体健康影响巨大。
存余垃圾资源化利用过程主要分为填埋场采选→短驳车转运→处理车间资源化利用 三个过程。传统恶臭气体的去除是基于恶臭气体有效收集为前提,但生活垃圾短途运输为 敞开无组织系统。实际的填埋场和转运过程中,常采用药剂喷洒和覆盖掩蔽法,但存在药 效时间短,恶臭去除率低,且造成二次污染的缺陷。针对填埋场恶臭气体处理现状,急需 研制一种成本低廉、操作简便、药效时间长、无二次污染的喷膜药剂。该种喷膜药剂兼具物理成膜和化学分解吸附的作用,并且以物理掩蔽为主,化学分解为辅。
目前,对于喷膜药剂的研究主要集中在医学和食品保鲜防腐方面。比如中国专利CN 201810860689.3中使用海藻酸钠、聚乙烯醇、纤维素制备的一种口腔溃疡喷膜剂。中国专 利CN106189534A《静电喷涂壳聚糖膜保鲜食品的方法》中使用乙酸溶解壳聚糖作为喷膜剂,对食品起到保鲜杀菌作用。但是,目前并没有一种渗透性强、标本兼治,在中途转运 过程中对恶臭气体(主要H2S和NH3)实现深层吸附去除和表面掩蔽的喷膜药剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足而提供的一种纳米级二氧化硅除臭复合喷膜剂 及其制备方法和应用,采用聚乙烯醇为膜基材与壳聚糖和纳米级二氧化硅制备的除臭喷膜 药剂,兼具物理成膜和化学分解吸附的作用,并且以物理掩蔽为主,化学分解为辅,实现 深层吸附去除恶臭气体(主要成份为H2S和NH3)和表面掩蔽,是一种生活垃圾短时喷膜靶向去除恶臭气体,制备简单、价格低廉、使用方便、成膜迅速、易降解、无二次污染的 优点,可广泛应用于垃圾资源化处理的短途运输环节,渗透性强、标本兼治,较好的解决 了生活垃圾填埋场和中途转运过程中恶臭气体(主要成份H2S和NH3)的去除问题。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种纳米级二氧化硅除臭复合喷膜剂,其特点是除臭复 合喷膜剂由下述组份按质量百分比配制而成:
无离子水余量。
一种纳米级二氧化硅除臭复合喷膜剂的制备方法,其特点是除臭复合喷膜剂的制备具 体包括下述步骤:
1)按质量百分比量取1.0~1.5%的壳聚糖加入含1.0%乙酸水中,加热搅拌溶解,冷却 后加入3.0~5.0%的聚乙烯醇为膜基材和0.5~0.7%纳米级二氧化硅充分溶解;
2)在上述混合溶液中加入1.0~3.0%的丙三醇为增塑剂、1.0~1.5%吐温80为表面活化 剂、20~60%的无水乙醇为溶剂、0.5~1.0%β-苯乙醇为防蝇除臭材料和0.5~1.0%百里香 酚为香精,超声震荡使其充分溶解混合,制得聚乙烯醇-壳聚糖-纳米级二氧化硅除臭复合 喷膜剂。
一种纳米级二氧化硅除臭复合喷膜剂的应用,其特点是所述复合喷膜剂用于生活垃圾 的处理,其喷洒量为生活垃圾质量的0.5~1.0%,均匀喷洒于垃圾表面,作为生活垃圾短时 喷膜靶向去除恶臭气体(主要成份为H2S和NH3)。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下显著的技术进步和优点:
1)本发明以药剂喷膜的物理掩蔽为基础,添加纳米级二氧化硅达到深层吸附恶臭气体 (主要成份H2S和NH3)的效果。相比较其他消臭剂,恶臭气体(主要成份H2S和NH3) 的截留率明显提高。添加表面活性剂和增塑剂,提高药剂的附着力和机械强度,保证中途 转运过程中膜机械性能要求。
2)制备简单、价格低廉,成膜快速,药效时间长,使用后可随垃圾进行降解,绿色环保,无二次污染。
3)该喷膜药剂添加杀菌消毒剂β-苯乙醇和香精百里香酚,不仅提高了恶臭气体(主 要成份H2S和NH3)的截留率,还具有一定的抑菌杀菌作用,更好的满足垃圾填埋场卫生处理的要求。

以下结合实施例及验证试验对本发明的生活垃圾复合除臭剂及其制备和使用方法做进一 步的说明。
实施例1
按质量百分比量取1.0g的壳聚糖加入含1.0%乙酸水中,加热搅拌溶解,冷却后分别加 入3.0g的聚乙烯醇和0.5g纳米级二氧化硅,充分溶解后依次加入1.0g的丙三醇作增塑剂、 1.0g吐温80为表面活化剂、20g的无水乙醇为溶剂、0.5gβ-苯乙醇为防蝇除臭材料和0.5g 百里香酚为香料,然后进行超声震荡至完全混合,制得聚乙烯醇-壳聚糖-纳米级二氧化硅 除臭复合喷膜剂。
实施例2
按质量百分比量取1.5g的壳聚糖加入含1.0%乙酸水中,加热搅拌溶解,冷却后分别加入 5.0g的聚乙烯醇和0.7g纳米级二氧化硅,充分溶解后依次加入3.0g的丙三醇作增塑剂、 1.5g吐温80为表面活化剂、60g的无水乙醇为溶剂、1.0gβ-苯乙醇为防蝇除臭材料和1.0g 百里香酚为香料,然后进行超声震荡至完全混合,制得聚乙烯醇-壳聚糖-纳米级二氧化硅 除臭复合喷膜剂。
实施例3
按质量百分比量取1.25g的壳聚糖加入含1.0%乙酸水中,加热搅拌溶解,冷却后分别加入 4.0g的聚乙烯醇和0.6g纳米级二氧化硅,充分溶解后依次加入2.0g的丙三醇作增塑剂、 1.25g吐温80为表面活化剂、50g的无水乙醇为溶剂、0.75gβ-苯乙醇为防蝇除臭材料和0.75g 百里香酚为香料进行超声震荡至完全混合,制得聚乙烯醇-壳聚糖-纳米级二氧化硅除臭复 合喷膜剂。
实施例4
参阅图1,将实施例1制备的除臭药剂喷洒到模拟升流式反应器4的橡胶颗粒5表面进行除恶臭气体的应用。
实验装置参考生物滴滤塔构造,设计为直径100mm,高600mm的有机玻璃圆柱体,在距柱体底部200mm,400mm处分别放置孔径为1.5mm的两层布气板8。将橡胶颗粒5 均匀平铺于距柱体底部400mm处的第一层布气板上,保证橡胶填料层高度为50mm。H2S、 NH3气体均由浓度为70mg/m3的H2S标气气瓶1和NH3标气气瓶2提供,用转子流量计3 控制气瓶出口气体流速为0.5L/min。使用50ml小型喷枪为实验室模拟喷洒装置6,每次 均匀喷洒10~15ml复合喷膜剂于橡胶颗粒5的填料层表面。每组实验运行时间为30min, 每次气体测量时间为1min,每隔5min测量一次,使用手持泵吸式流量计测量对应出口处 7的H2S和NH3浓度。
上述验证试验的H2S和NH3去除率见下表1:

通过上述检测结果可以看出,实施例1制备的喷膜药剂,具有较高的恶臭气体(主要 成份H2S和NH3)截留率,且药效时间长,短途运输30min内截留率均保持在95%以上, 可以初步满足填埋场以及垃圾转运过程中的恶臭掩蔽去除要求。
实施例5
将实施例1制备的除臭药剂喷洒到厨余垃圾、塑料及橡胶、纸张、活性污泥等生活垃圾, 试验装置和方法同实施例4,其生活垃圾样品物料及其质量配比详见下表2:

将实施例1的除臭药剂喷洒到生活垃圾样品上,分为对照组和实验组,每份垃圾样品 为2kg,喷洒量为垃圾重量的0.5%。每隔5min测试硫化氢和氨气的截留率,其H2S和NH3去除率见下表3:

通过上述检测结果可以看出,本发明的喷膜药剂,具有较高的恶臭气体(主要成份H2S 和NH3)截留率,且药效时间长,短途运输30min内截留率均保持在95%以上,可以初步满足填埋场以及垃圾转运过程中的恶臭掩蔽去除要求。
但是本领域的技术人员应当理解,这些仅是举例说明,本发明的保护范围是由所附权 利要求书限定的。本领域的技术人员在不背离本发明的原理和实质的前提下,可以对这些 实施方式进行多种变更或修改,但这些变更和修改均落入本发明的保护范围。
Claims (3)
1.一种纳米级二氧化硅除臭复合喷膜剂,其特征在于除臭复合喷膜剂由下述组份按质量百分比配制而成:
聚乙烯醇 3.0~5.0%;
壳聚糖 1.0~1.5%;
纳米级二氧化硅 0.5~0.7%;
丙三醇 1.0~3.0%;
吐温80 1.0~1.5%;
无水乙醇 20~60%;
β-苯乙醇 0.5~1.0%;
百里香酚 0.5~1.0%;
无离子水余量。
2.一种权利要求1所述纳米级二氧化硅除臭复合喷膜剂的制备方法,其特征在于除臭复合喷膜剂的制备具体包括下述步骤:
1)按质量百分比量取1.0~1.5%的壳聚糖加入含1.0%乙酸水中,加热搅拌溶解,冷却后加入3.0~5.0%的聚乙烯醇和0.5~0.7%纳米级二氧化硅充分溶解;
2)在上述混合溶液中加入1.0~3.0%的丙三醇、1.0~1.5%吐温80、20~60%的无水乙醇、0.5~1.0%β-苯乙醇和0.5~1.0%百里香酚,超声震荡使其充分溶解混合,制得聚乙烯醇-壳聚糖-纳米级二氧化硅除臭复合喷膜剂。
3.一种权利要求1所述纳米级二氧化硅除臭复合喷膜剂的应用,其特征在于所述复合喷膜剂均匀喷洒于生活垃圾表面进行喷膜靶向去除恶臭气体的处理,其喷洒量为生活垃圾质量的0.5~1.0%。
