Description
Technical Field
The application discloses a composition and application thereof, in particular relates to a composition containing a wool She Beizhou flower and leaf extract and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of cosmetics.
Background
In recent years, climate change, air pollution and complexity of cosmetic types and components increase the possibility of appearance and stimulation of sensitive skin; in addition, the awareness of people on skin health is improved, and the perception rate and the attention of sensitive skin are gradually increased. Sensitive skin is often characterized by a high degree of intolerance to the skin, often accompanied by subjective symptoms such as burning, stinging, itching, and the like, and objective signs may be manifested as erythema, telangiectasia, and scaling. Although not threatening the life health, the quality of life and the mind of people are negatively affected.
The cause of sensitive skin is not the contact and action of a specific substance, but rather the structure of the skin itself and the established state of the sensory nerves. The causes include the following possible factors: (1) impaired skin barrier function: a microbial barrier imbalance; loss of intercellular lipids, sebaceous membrane components; low stratum corneum moisture content and high TEWL; abnormal physiological processes such as desquamation, updating and the like; the stratum corneum permeability is increased and foreign substances are more likely to enter the skin, causing irritation. (2) exacerbation of inflammatory response: the external stimulus substances permeate, skin synthesizes and releases a large amount of inflammatory mediators (such as IL-1, IL-8, TNF-alpha, PGE2 and the like), various immune cells enter an inflammatory region, a cascade inflammatory reaction is started, and the inflammatory mediators cause vasodilation, permeability increase and produce typical symptoms of red swelling and pain. (3) high nerve ending reactivity: the release of inflammatory agents following inflammation and tissue damage activates primary sensory neurons, which release peptides and neurotransmitters (PAR-2, CGRP, SP, etc.), leading to skin sensitivity and neurogenic inflammation (more receptive to inflammatory factor mediated pain signals).
Currently available cosmetics for sensitive skin lack the ability to effectively block skin irritation by exogenous factors, such as ultraviolet light. The skin irritation caused by exogenous factors can not be effectively blocked, and symptoms such as burning, stinging, itching and tightness can be continuously caused by sensitive skin, so that the cosmetic which can not only improve and repair sensitive skin and relieve discomfort, but also effectively block the skin irritation caused by partial exogenous factors and can not continuously induce continuous reddening is necessary to be provided.

Further, the addition amount of the composition in the cosmetic is 0.5-15% of the total weight of the cosmetic.
The technical scheme provided by the application is as follows:
mao Shebei the extract of leaves of Kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside and rutin is rich in polyphenols as active ingredients, and has the following main effects: (1) Can down regulate the expression of CAMP (Cathelicidin antimicrobial peptide) and KLK-7 (kallikrein 7), and the over expression of CAMP and KLK-7 can lead the defensin LL-37 (a peptide containing 37 amino acids, belonging to natural immune defensin system) in skin to be over synthesized, thereby sounding an alarm for promoting inflammatory reaction, and can regulate the transduction of an alarm signal when the skin is stressed by UV, high temperature and the like after the down regulation of the expression of CAMP and KLK-7, so as to improve the skin redness symptom; (2) Inhibiting COX activity, reducing PGE2 synthesis, inhibiting IL-1α synthesis, and thereby reducing vasodilation; (3) Reducing the excessive synthesis of LTB4, a major inflammatory mediator, LTB4 induces infiltration of inflammatory cells (such as neutrophils) in the dermis, resulting in the formation of micro-abscesses in the epidermis, increasing vascular permeability and leukocyte adhesion.
Inulin and alpha-glucan oligosaccharide are easy to be absorbed by probiotics, but can not be utilized by harmful bacteria, and can promote the growth of resident saprophyte colony on skin, thereby indirectly inhibiting pathogenic bacteria, protecting, balancing and strengthening skin colony and enhancing skin microecological barrier function. The skin microecology consists of various microbial groups under different skin environments, the microbial groups planted in normal skin conditions and the skin form a good symbiotic relation, keratinocytes can specifically identify symbiotic microbial groups through PRR, the symbiotic microbial groups can inhibit invasion of external harmful microbial groups through spontaneous AMPs generation, and can regulate and induce the keratinocytes to secrete AMPs for inhibiting and killing harmful temporary microbial groups, so that the outermost microecological barrier of the skin is formed, and the immune barrier function is exerted. However, once the barrier is disturbed, dysbacteriosis induces various skin problems, the most common of which is the occurrence of sensitive skin. The physical barrier damage after the sensitive skin occurs can lead to further invasion of microorganisms into the deep layers of the skin, thereby exacerbating and worsening the symptoms of the sensitive skin.
The hydrolyzed Lac Regis Apis protein can inhibit the production of proinflammatory cytokines such as TNF-alpha, IL-6 and IL-1, and is effective in relieving skin irritation such as red, itching, pain caused by acid, alkali, antiseptic, surfactant, etc.
The glyceroglycosides are formed by connecting a molecule of glucose and glycerol through alpha-1, 2-glycosidic bonds. The glyceroglycosides are a purely natural small molecular substance derived from herba Selaginellae or salt-tolerant blue algae, and can protect cells from being damaged by severe environments such as high temperature, high permeability, drought, ultraviolet rays and the like. The glyceroglycosides have unique molecular structure and physicochemical properties, have the characteristics of low water absorption and high moisture retention, have the capability of scavenging hydroxyl free radicals, DPPH free radicals and superoxide anion free radicals, and can increase the moisture retention, elasticity and smoothness of skin.
Compared with the prior art, the application has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the composition provided by the application, the components of Mao Shebei axillary flower leaf extract, inulin, alpha-glucan oligosaccharide, hydrolyzed royal jelly protein, glyceroglycosides and the like are reasonably compounded, so that the skin barrier can be consolidated, the water content of the skin cuticle can be increased, the skin redness symptom can be effectively improved, and on the other hand, the composition has an obvious improvement effect on continuous redness;
2. the Mao Shebei axillary flower leaf extract in the composition provided by the application can improve skin redness, reduce vasodilation, increase vascular permeability and leukocyte adhesion, repair the micro-ecological barrier at the outermost periphery of skin by inulin and alpha-glucan oligosaccharides, play a role of immune barrier, prevent microorganisms from further invading deep layers of skin caused by damage of physical barriers after sensitive skin occurs, thereby aggravating and deteriorating symptoms of sensitive skin, effectively relieving skin irritation such as red, itching, pain and the like caused by acid, alkali, preservative, surfactant and the like by hydrolyzing royal jelly protein, and has the scavenging capability on hydroxyl free radicals, DPPH free radicals and superoxide anion free radicals by glycerol glucoside, and can increase skin moisture retention, elasticity and smoothness.

To better illustrate the advantages of the present application, the following provides a verification scheme:
1. human body patch safety test
45 volunteers aged 30-50 years were selected, the compositions of examples and comparative examples were added to other cosmetic bases to make a serum, and 20 μg was then individually taken into a qualified plaque tester. The patch containing the test sample was applied to the forearm of the subject on the curved side with a non-irritating tape, and applied to the skin with gentle palm pressure for 24 hours. After 24h the patch was removed and the skin reaction was observed at 0.5h, 24h, 48h of patch removal. The results showed that the compositions of examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-4 all showed negative reactions. According to the specification of cosmetic safety technology (2015 edition), the test sample can be regarded as causing no adverse reaction to the skin of the subjects in the batch, and the composition has better use safety. The grading standard of the skin reaction of the skin closed patch test is shown in a second table, and the specific test result is shown in a third table.

Table III, patch test result table
The third table shows that the composition obtained by the technical scheme provided by the application is mild and safe and has no stimulation to human bodies.
2. Efficacy testing
(1) Test sample: the compositions of examples and comparative examples were added to a conventional base of serum to prepare a test sample, while the conventional base of serum was used as a control.
(2) The testing method comprises the following steps: sensitive muscle subjects were screened for 45 by lactic acid stinging, 5 per group of sample subjects. The volunteer cleans the face and then applies the appropriate amount of the skin onto the test site and then applies the skin onto the skin uniformly for absorption. The test samples were used continuously for 28 days. The moisture retention, repair and soothing effects of the test samples were evaluated by comparing the moisture content of the stratum corneum, the rate of percutaneous moisture loss and the change in redness score of the subject before and after use. The site of the test is prohibited from using agents that affect improvement of the efficacy test by infusion, injection, oral or other form of intake. Specific test results are shown in tables four to six.
