Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of disinfectants, in particular to an organic disinfectant based on ocean resources.
Background
In the daily life of human beings, various microorganisms and viruses are inevitably exposed, and the microorganisms and viruses can directly or indirectly cause harm to the human body, so that disinfection and sterilization are recognized as necessary measures for cutting off the transmission path of infectious diseases.
The existing disinfection products are mainly divided into environmental disinfection, conventional hand and foot disinfection liquid and wound disinfection liquid; the environment disinfection type disinfectant is mainly applied to conventional disinfection and sterilization in epidemic prevention and disaster areas, and disinfection of public places such as swimming pools, hotels, restaurants, families, schools, hospitals and the like, and comprises alcohol, 84 disinfectant, peracetic acid, and sodium bicarbonate, and the like, the traditional chemical disinfection products are not ideal in the aspects of sterilization effect, virulence factors and the like, and the disinfectant has weak quick killing capability, poor killing capability on viruses, spores and mixed bacteria, and poor anti-interference performance on organic matters.
Alcohol is inflammable and explosive, easily causes accidents such as fire disasters and the like, and is not suitable for large-area disinfection, and chlorine-containing disinfectants such as sodium hypochlorite have strong irritation and corrosivity, and are easy to generate toxic and harmful substances such as chlorine and the like if being diluted or used improperly, so that personnel are damaged, and the environmental safety and the object corrosion are influenced.
The effect of the compound formula of biological disinfector such as enzyme and peptide compound quaternary ammonium salt is better.
Therefore, the invention provides an organic disinfectant based on marine resources.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art and provides an organic disinfectant based on marine resources.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
an organic disinfectant based on marine resources, wherein each 1L of disinfectant comprises the following components in parts by weight: cationic peptide: 0.05 g to 0.2 g, lysozyme: 0.5 g-2 g, quaternary ammonium salt: 20-120 g, vitamin C: 0.2 g-20 g, low molecular chitosan: 0.1 g to 10 g, water: and (5) complementing the balance.
Preferably: the cationic peptides include, but are not limited to, protamine and antarctic krill cationic peptides.
Preferably: the molecular weight of the low molecular chitosan is less than 3000D.
Preferably: the quaternary ammonium salt is one or a mixture of 5-10 g of benzethonium chloride, 5-30 g of alkyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, 5-30 g of didodecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride and 10-50 g of benzalkonium chloride.
Preferably: the preparation method of the organic disinfectant comprises the following steps:
s1: weighing the materials according to the proportion and putting the materials into a reaction kettle;
s2: adding clear water 70-80% of the total amount;
s3: stirring under normal pressure, and heating the reaction kettle;
s4: keeping the temperature and standing for 0.2-1h, and fully dissolving and reacting the disinfectant components;
s5: and (5) supplementing the residual water amount, and stirring to obtain the compound disinfectant.
Preferably: in S3, the temperature is increased at a rate of 3-5 ℃/min.
Preferably: in the S3, the highest heating temperature is 70-80 ℃.
Preferably: in the S3, the stirring speed is 1000-1500 rpm.
Preferably: in the S5, the stirring speed is 300-500 rpm.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention uses one or two single-chain or double-chain quaternary ammonium salts of cation membrane-penetrating peptide (less than 30 amino acids), lysozyme and quaternary ammonium salt, has short time for killing virus, bacteria and fungi, takes effect quickly, is not flammable and has lower potential safety hazard.
2. The invention can effectively kill enveloped virus, bacteria (represented by staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli), fungi (represented by candida albicans) and the like. The surface air and object disinfecting and killing device can meet the large-scale air and object surface disinfecting and killing requirements of public places such as airports, stations, subways and the like, and is also suitable for households, offices, vehicles, pets and the like.
3. The invention adopts a common mixing form, but in the aspect of proportioning, a secondary water adding mode is adopted, the primary water is used as a solvent to dissolve various components, and the secondary water is used as a supplement, so that the influence of the dissolution of various components and the total volume of the disinfectant in the reaction process is reduced, and the conformity and the accuracy of various proportioning and the designed proportioning are improved.
