in an embodiment, after the alarm information is generated when the difference between the second quantity information and the first quantity information is out of the specified range, the method further includes: step 301, determining additional production information according to the second quantity information and the product information, wherein the additional production information at least comprises additional production quantity; step 302, generating a complementary product instruction according to the complementary product information, where the complementary product instruction is used to instruct to produce a second printing medium corresponding to the complementary product number.
In steps 301-302 of the embodiment of the present invention, when the loss is too large, it is determined that the subsequent production is most likely to cause insufficient productivity, so that the complementary production information is generated, thereby prompting the user to timely complementary production of the second printing medium; the supplementary product information comprises supplementary product quantity, the supplementary product quantity is determined by the second quantity information and the product information, specifically, the required quantity of the printed product in the second printing medium is determined according to the product information, so that the supplementary product quantity is determined by combining the second quantity information, then the specific working procedure information of the second printing medium is judged according to the production information, all working procedures before the second printing medium are determined, and the supplementary product information is determined by combining the supplementary product quantity; generating a supplementary product instruction according to the supplementary product information so as to instruct a user to carry out supplementary product on the second printing medium, and ensuring that the quantity of the final printing products meets the requirement. Specifically, all working procedures from the second printing medium to the printed product are determined, the loss value of each working procedure is determined according to the working procedures, and all the loss values and the product quantity of the printed product are accumulated to obtain the minimum quantity of the second printing medium. In addition, the quantity of the original materials can be obtained by adding the estimated loss value of all the working procedures to the quantity of the products.

In an embodiment, in step 107, after the difference between the second quantity information and the first quantity information is within the specified range and the qualified information is generated, the method further includes: step 401, if the second printing medium corresponds to the second process information, generating a working instruction according to the qualified information, wherein the working instruction is used for instructing to process the second printing medium; in step 402, if the second print medium does not have the corresponding second process information, a completion instruction is generated according to the qualified information, the completion instruction being used to instruct printing to be completed.
In steps 401 to 402 of the embodiment of the present invention, after obtaining the qualified information, the production condition of the second printing medium is determined, and when the second printing medium corresponds to the second process information for processing the second printing medium, that is, the second printing medium is a semi-finished product, a production working instruction indicates that the second printing medium is continuously processed; and when the second printing medium does not have the corresponding second procedure information, namely the second printing medium is the final printing product, generating a finishing instruction to indicate finishing of printing.

Another aspect of the embodiments of the present invention provides a tracing device in a printing process, where the device includes: an obtaining module 501, configured to obtain product information corresponding to a first print medium, where the product information includes first quantity information and first process information; the identifying module 502 is configured to identify a first print medium, and obtain a first thickness corresponding to the first print medium; a determining module 503, configured to determine a thickness of the sheet according to the first thickness and the first quantity information; the processing module 504 is further configured to process the first print medium according to the first process information to obtain a second print medium; an obtaining module 501, configured to obtain a second thickness corresponding to a second print medium; a determining module 503, configured to determine second quantity information corresponding to the second print medium according to the second thickness and the thickness of the single sheet; the generating module 505 is configured to generate eligibility information when the difference between the second quantity information and the first quantity information is within a specified range, where the eligibility information is used to characterize eligibility of the second quantity information.
In an embodiment, the determining module 503 is further configured to determine the offset thickness according to the first process information when the first process information is specific first process information; the thickness of the single sheet is modified according to the deviation thickness, and a correction thickness is obtained; and determining second quantity information corresponding to the second printing medium according to the correction thickness and the second thickness.
In one embodiment, the first print medium is bound with a first label; correspondingly, the obtaining module 501 is further configured to identify a first tag, and obtain storage information corresponding to the first tag; the stored information is determined as product information corresponding to the first print medium.
In an embodiment, the apparatus further comprises: the acquiring module 501 is used for acquiring related information, wherein the related information is used for representing related information in the production process; the generation module 505 is configured to generate binding information according to the qualified information, where the binding information is used to bind the related information with the first tag; the related information includes at least one of: personnel information, material information, customer information, process information, loss information, second quantity information, time information, equipment information, and mold information.
In an embodiment, the apparatus further comprises: a determining module 503, configured to determine, according to the first process information and the product information, position information of the first process information in the process route; the generating module 505 is configured to generate display information according to the position information, the first process information, and the related information, where the display information is used to display the production status of the first print medium in real time.
In an embodiment, the apparatus further comprises: the generating module 505 is further configured to generate alarm information when the difference between the second quantity information and the first quantity information exceeds a specified range, where the alarm information is used to characterize that the second quantity information is disqualified.
In an embodiment, the apparatus further comprises: the determining module 503 is further configured to determine additional production information according to the second quantity information and the product information, where the additional production information at least includes an additional production quantity; the generating module 505 is further configured to generate a benefit instruction according to the benefit information, where the benefit instruction is used to instruct to produce a second print medium corresponding to the benefit amount.
In an embodiment, the apparatus further comprises: a generating module 505, configured to generate a working instruction according to the qualified information if the second printing medium corresponds to the second process information, where the working instruction is used to instruct to process the second printing medium; the generating module 505 is further configured to generate a completion instruction according to the qualified information if the second printing medium does not have the corresponding second process information, where the completion instruction is used to instruct printing to complete.
In an embodiment, the apparatus further comprises: the obtaining module 501 is further configured to obtain accident information, where the accident information is used to characterize a production accident in a production process; acquiring relevant information corresponding to the tag according to the tag; the related information at least comprises personnel information; and determining the responsible person information corresponding to the personnel information according to the accident information, the product information and the related information.

Determining a single sheet thickness according to the first thickness and the first quantity information;
processing the first printing medium according to the first procedure information to obtain a second printing medium;
acquiring a second thickness corresponding to the second print medium;
Determining second quantity information corresponding to the second printing medium according to the second thickness and the single thickness;
And generating qualified information when the difference value between the second quantity information and the first quantity information is in a specified range, wherein the qualified information is used for representing that the second quantity information is qualified.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining a second number of information corresponding to the second print medium based on the second thickness and the sheet thickness comprises:
When the first process information is specific first process information, determining a deviation thickness according to the first process information;
modifying the thickness of the single sheet according to the deviation thickness to obtain a corrected thickness;
and determining second quantity information corresponding to the second printing medium according to the correction thickness and the second thickness.

Generating a working instruction according to the qualified information if the second printing medium corresponds to the second procedure information, wherein the working instruction is used for indicating the processing of the second printing medium;
