Abstract
The invention discloses a composition beneficial to the stability of a PCMX sterilizing liquid. The composite material consists of the following components in percentage by mass: 3-6% of ricinoleic acid amide polyoxyethylene ether, 15-30% of fatty acid salt and the balance of water; wherein, the ricinoleic acid amide polyoxyethylene ether comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 15-60% of ricinoleic acid amide polyoxyethylene ether with the addition number of the ethylene oxide being 1-5; 30-80% of ricinoleic acid amide polyoxyethylene ether with the addition number of ethylene oxide being 15-20. Also discloses a sterilization liquid containing PCMX. The composition can help the stability of PCMX under lower dosage, reduce the content of double bonds of castor oil in a system, and reduce the problem of discoloration of the sterilizing liquid caused by oxidation of the double bonds of the castor oil.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of daily chemical disinfection and sterilization, and particularly relates to a composition beneficial to the stability of a PCMX (prestressed concrete cylinder pipe) degerming liquid and the degerming liquid containing the PCMX.
Background
The sterilization products are widely used, wherein the sterilization agent p-chlorom-xylenol (PCMX) has low toxicity and good sterilization and bacteriostasis capability, and is widely used in the sterilization products. PCMX is poorly soluble in water and in organic solvents such as isopropanol and ethanol. The current general technical method is to add castor oil soap and solvents such as terpineol, ethanol or isopropanol into the formulation of the degerming product to form a relatively stable PCMX aqueous solution. However, when the sterilized product is stored for a long time or when the temperature is changed, the stability of the system is challenged, and problems of high-temperature delamination or low-temperature precipitation occur. The prior technical proposal for solving the stability of the PCMX aqueous solution is to add a large amount of non-aqueous solvent, thereby increasing the cost and material consumption of the degerming product.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on this, a first object of the present invention is to provide a composition beneficial for the stability of PCMX antiseptic solutions, which effectively solves the drawbacks of the prior art.
The second object of the present invention is to provide a PCMX-containing antibacterial solution.
In order to achieve the first object, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a composition beneficial to the stability of a PCMX antibacterial solution comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 3-6% of ricinoleic acid amide polyoxyethylene ether, 15-30% of fatty acid salt and the balance of water; wherein, the ricinoleic acid amide polyoxyethylene ether comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 15-60% of ricinoleic acid amide polyoxyethylene ether with the addition number of the ethylene oxide being 1-5; 30-80% of ricinoleic acid amide polyoxyethylene ether with the addition number of ethylene oxide being 15-20.
Preferably, the fatty acid salt comprises castor oil soap. Further, the mass percentage of the castor oil soap in the fatty acid salt is 70-100%. The castor oil soap comprises castor oil potassium soap, castor oil sodium soap, castor oil magnesium soap and castor oil monoethanolamine soap, wherein the castor oil potassium soap is preferred.
Preferably, the fatty acid salt further comprises oleate. Further, the mass percentage of the oleate in the fatty acid salt is 0-30%. The oleic acid soap comprises oleic acid potassium soap, oleic acid sodium soap, oleic acid magnesium soap and oleic acid monoethanolamine soap, wherein oleic acid potassium soap is preferred.
Further preferably, the mass ratio of the ricinoleic acid amide polyoxyethylene ether to the fatty acid salt is preferably 1:5.
preferably, the composition is prepared as follows: 1) Uniformly mixing 1/3 part of ricinoleic acid amide polyoxyethylene ether and fatty acid salt; 2) Adding water with the formula amount into the mixture obtained in the step 1), and stirring until the water is completely dissolved; 3) Adding the rest 2/3 parts of ricinoleic acid amide polyoxyethylene ether into the step 2), and uniformly mixing.

Preferably, the fatty acid salt comprises castor oil soap. Further, the mass percentage of the castor oil soap in the fatty acid salt is 70-100%. The castor oil soap comprises castor oil potassium soap, castor oil sodium soap, castor oil magnesium soap, castor oil monoethanolamine soap, preferably castor oil potassium soap.

The high temperature stability test method is that the sample is placed in a 48 ℃ incubator for 30 days, taken out and observed to see whether layering exists. The low temperature stability test method is that the sample is placed in a constant temperature box at 5 ℃ for 30 days, and is taken out to observe whether layering or precipitation exists.

As can be seen from Table 2, the composition of the present invention helps to reduce the amount of solvent used and to improve the high and low temperature stability of the antiseptic solution, as compared to a PCMX antiseptic solution with only castor oil soap.
Claims (9)
1. A composition beneficial to the stability of a PCMX antiseptic solution, characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 3-6% of ricinoleic acid amide polyoxyethylene ether, 15-30% of fatty acid salt and the balance of water; wherein, the ricinoleic acid amide polyoxyethylene ether comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 15-60% of ricinoleic acid amide polyoxyethylene ether with the addition number of the ethylene oxide being 1-5; 30-80% of ricinoleic acid amide polyoxyethylene ether with the addition number of ethylene oxide being 15-20.
2. The composition of claim 1, wherein the fatty acid salt comprises castor oil soap.
3. The composition according to claim 2, wherein the castor oil soap is present in the fatty acid salt in a mass percentage of 70-100%.
4. A composition according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the fatty acid salt comprises an oleate salt.
5. The composition according to claim 4, wherein the oleate is 0-30% by mass of the fatty acid salt.
6. Composition according to claim 1, characterized in that the mass ratio of ricinoleic acid amide polyoxyethylene ether to fatty acid salt is preferably 1:5.
