The active ingredients in the cosmetics are usually chemical compositions, the using effect is poor and unsafe, as the market of the cosmetics becomes mature, the consumer demand for the cosmetics tends to be rational, the safety of the cosmetics is emphasized when the effects such as beauty and the like are pursued, and particularly, the cosmetics which need to be used for a long time such as moisturizing, water controlling and wrinkle preventing are used.
The feet are the moving organs of the human body, the places where the meridians are concentrated, and a large number of blood vessels and nerves are distributed, which are called as the second heart of the human body. The soles of people do not have sebaceous glands, can not secrete grease, and the skin of feet is rough, dry and even chapped, which often troubles many people. Example 1: preparation of plant extract
The method comprises the following steps:
(1) adding plant materials into ethanol water solution, soaking, ultrasonic extracting, reflux extracting, filtering to obtain water-ethanol extract, and air drying the solid obtained by filtering;
(2) adding ethyl acetate into the solid obtained by filtering in the step (1), leaching, evaporating the ethyl acetate to obtain an extractum-shaped substance, dissolving the extractum-shaped substance in butanediol, and filtering to obtain an ethyl acetate extract;
(3) adding the hydroalcoholic extract obtained in the step (1) into the ethyl acetate extract obtained in the step (2), dissolving, and filtering to obtain a plant extract.
Example 2: DPPH free radical scavenging experiment
The plant extract obtained in example 1 was mixed with DPPH (final concentration: 100. mu.M) and reacted, 8 replicate wells were set, a drug-free blank control well and a Trolox positive control well were set, OD was measured at 30 ℃ for 1 hour with an enzyme reader, the detection wavelength was 515nm, and the oxidation resistance was calculated according to the following formula, and the results are shown in Table 1.
The oxidation resistance (%) (1-experimental well OD515 nm/blank well OD515nm) × 100%.
Plant extract samples were numbered as follows, depending on the plant material used in example 1:
sample No. 1: hemp leaf;
sample No. 2: hempseed leaf, centella asiatica, chamomile 1:1: 1;

TABLE 1 scavenging of free radicals by combination of various functional substances
Sample numbering | Sample No. 1 | Sample No. 2 | Sample No. 3 | Sample No. 4 | Sample No. 5 | Sample No. 6 | Sample No. 7 | Sample No. 8 | Positive control |
Clearance rate | 69.33% | 70.21% | 68.16% | 72.38% | 75.15% | 80.33% | 81.21% | 82.16% | 92.15% |
Analysis table 1 shows that the effect of scavenging free radicals is not the best when only the cannabis leaf extract is used, the effect is improved to different degrees when the cannabis leaf extract and other functional substances are combined, and the effect of scavenging free radicals is the best when only the cannabis leaf is combined with a compound extract of centella asiatica, chamomile flower and green tea, and is higher than that of the single cannabis leaf extract; from the samples No. 6-8, it can be seen that the radical clearance rate is significantly improved with the increase of the addition amount of the hemp leaves, but No. 7 is not greatly improved compared with No. 6, so the optimum addition amount is 1 part of the hemp leaf extract.
