A massage type cold compress instrument convenient to wear comprises a shell (1) and a cold compress instrument body (2) and is characterized in that a driving mechanism (3) is arranged at the top end inside the shell (1), the cold compress instrument body (2) is arranged at the bottom end of the driving mechanism (3), pushing plates (4) are arranged on two sides of the bottom end of the driving mechanism (3), the two pushing plates (4) are respectively positioned on two sides of the cold compress instrument body (2), supporting plates (12) are fixedly connected to two side walls of the shell (1), the two pushing plates (4) penetrate through the supporting plates (12) through corresponding mounting holes (13), a clamping mechanism (5) is arranged between the two supporting plates (12), an ejection mechanism (6) is arranged at the bottom end of the two pushing plates (4), side blocks (7) are fixedly connected to two sides of the bottom end of the shell (1), a watchband (11) and a watch buckle (10) are respectively connected to the bottom ends of the two side blocks (7) through a binding band (9), the watchband (11) is matched with the watch buckle (10).
