Detailed Description
The mode for carrying out the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a box sheet 1 for a mattress (hereinafter referred to as a box sheet 1) of the present invention includes a1 st box sheet 1A and a2 nd box sheet 1B (see fig. 2 and 3) which are overlapped with each other as described later, and each of the box sheets 1A and 1B is formed into a box shape by an upper surface cloth 1A and a side surface cloth 1B.
The upper surface fabric 1a is formed in a rectangular shape in plan view having substantially the same area as the shape of the upper surface 2a of the bed mattress 2 shown in fig. 1 to which the box sheet 1 is attached, for example, and has a pair of longitudinal ends 1a1 and a pair of lateral ends 1a2 at the outer peripheral edge thereof. The side cloth 1b is formed in a strip shape having a width w (see fig. 7) which is the same as or slightly larger than the height h of the mattress 2 and which corresponds to the length of the entire end portions 1a1, 1a2 of the upper surface cloth 1a.
One end 1b1 (upper end in fig. 1) of the side cloth 1b in the width w direction (the height h direction of the mattress 2) is joined to the total four ends 1a1, 1a2 of the upper surface cloth 1a at joining portions 3a by joining means such as sewing, which will be described later. The pair of end portions 1b3 in the longitudinal direction, which are joining end portions of the side surface cloth 1b, are joined to each other at a position corresponding to a predetermined corner portion (corner portion) of the upper surface cloth 1a, which will be described later, by a joining portion 3b formed of a joining member substantially identical to the joining portion 3a, over the entire area of the side surface cloth 1b in the width w direction (height h direction).
Thus, the upper surface cloth 1a and the side surface cloth 1b are integrated, and a recess 4 (see fig. 2 and 3) is formed inside the upper surface cloth 1a and the side surface cloth 1b of the box sheet 1, and the box sheet 1 is attached to the mattress 2 by covering the upper surface 2a of the mattress 2 shown in fig. 1 with the box sheet 1 from above by the recess 4. For example, a gauze cloth having air permeability, hygroscopicity, or the like is used as the upper surface cloth 1a or the side surface cloth 1b, and of course, cotton, hemp, chemical fiber, knitted cloth, or the like may be used depending on the application of the box sheet 1.
The 1 st sheet 1A and the 2 nd sheet 1B are in a state in which the upper surface cloth 1A and the side surface cloth 1B are overlapped with 2 pieces (2 kinds) of the same cloth having different colors, patterns, or the like, for example. That is, as shown in fig. 2 to 5, each of the box sheets 1A and 1B is constituted by joining the 1 st upper surface cloth 1A-1 and the 2 nd upper surface cloth 1A-2 and the 1 st side surface cloth 1B-1 and the 2 nd side surface cloth 1B-2, which are formed of, for example, a gauze cloth having a thickness of 1mm or less, in the substantially same shape, as described above.
At this time, as shown in enlargement in fig. 4, the surfaces (outer surfaces) on the opposite sides of the inner surfaces where the 1 st upper surface cloth 1A-1 and 1 st side surface cloth 1B-1 overlap with the 2 nd sheet 1B of the 1 st sheet 1A are located on the outer surface side of the sheet 1. The 2 nd upper surface cloth 1A-2 and the 2 nd side surface cloth 1B-2 of the 2 nd sheet 1B are positioned on the concave portion 4 side (outer surface side) of the box sheet 1 in a state where the surface (outer surface) on the opposite side to the inner surface of the 1 st sheet 1A is in close contact with the box sheet 1.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, a rubber string 5 such as a flat rubber or a round rubber is disposed as a mounting string at the other end 1B2 in the width w direction of the side cloth 1B-1, 1B-2 of the box sheet 1A, 1B. As shown in fig. 5 enlarged, the rubber string 5 is held between the end portions 1b2 of the 1 st side cloth 1b-1 and the 2 nd side cloth 1b-2 by sewing or the like so as to be stretchable. The length of the rubber string 5 is set to be shorter than the entire length of the outer peripheral edge of the lower surface of the mattress 2 by a predetermined dimension. Fig. 4 and 5 are simply views showing structures such as end treatments of respective cloths including the sewing portion 6 at the joint portions 3a between the upper surface cloths 1a-1 and 1a-2 and the side cloths 1b-1 and 1b-2, and it is needless to say that the structures may be appropriately changed, for example, all the ends may be formed in a folded structure or the like.
An example of the method for producing the box sheet 1 will be described with reference to fig. 6 and 7. First, the 1 st upper surface cloth 1a-1 and the 2 nd upper surface cloth 1a-2 shown in fig. 7 (a) are processed by cutting cloth of gauze cloth or the like (S1). In addition, similarly to the upper surface cloths 1a-1 and 1a-2, the 1 st side cloth 1b-1 and the 2 nd side cloth 1b-2 having a predetermined length are processed with the width w shown in fig. 7 (b) (S2).
After the respective cloths 1A-1, 1A-2, 1b-1, 1b-2 are processed, as shown in fig. 7 (c), one end 1b1 in the width w direction of the 1 st side cloth 1b-1 is joined to the respective ends 1A1, 1A2 of the outer peripheral edge of the 1 st upper surface cloth 1A-1 at the sewing site 6, and a pair of joining ends 1b3 of both ends in the longitudinal direction of the 1 st side cloth 1b-1 are joined to each other at the sewing site 6 (S3), whereby the 1 st upper surface cloth 1A-1 and the 1 st side cloth 1b-1 are integrated to produce a1 st bed sheet 1A.
Similarly, as shown in fig. 7 (d), one end 1B1 of the 2 nd side fabric 1B-2 in the width w direction is joined to each of the ends 1a1, 1a2 of the outer peripheral edge of the 2 nd upper surface fabric 1B-2 at the sewing site 6, and a pair of joining ends 1B3 of both longitudinal ends of the 2 nd side fabric 1B-2 are joined to each other at the sewing site 6 (S4), whereby the 2 nd upper surface fabric 1a-2 and the 2 nd side fabric 1B-2 are integrated to produce the 2 nd sheet 1B. In fig. 7 (c) and 7 (d), the 1 st sheet 1A and the 2 nd sheet 1B are shown upside down for convenience of explanation.
However, as shown in fig. 4, it is preferable that the joining of the respective cloths in the 1 st and 2 nd sheets 1A and 1B is performed by folding back the joining end portion of at least one cloth, bringing the joining end portion of the other cloth into contact with the folded back portion, and sewing the sewing portion 6 from the back (inner surface) side of the joining portion 3a to the surface (outer surface) side of the "lock seam" or "joint seam" or the like so that no seam mark appears. Thus, the stitches of the joint portion 3a are located on the inner surface side (back surface side) of each cloth, and it is difficult to clearly see the stitches of the joint portion 3a from the surface (outer surface) side of the cloth. The joining (sewing) method is also similar to that of the joining portion 3b or the like of the joining end portion 1b3 in the longitudinal direction of the side fabrics 1b-1, 1 b-2.
After the 1 st and 2 nd sheets 1A and 1B are produced, as shown in fig. 7 (e), the other end portions 1B2 of the side fabrics 1B-1 and 1B-2 of the two sheets 1A and 1B are joined to each other over the entire circumference, that is, the end portions 3a2 of the side fabrics 1B-1 and 1B-2 of the 1 st and 2 nd sheets 1A and 1B are joined to each other at the sewing portion 6, for example, in the same manner as the joining portion 3a (S5). Thus, the other end 1B2 of the side fabrics 1B-1, 1B-2 of the two sheets 1A, 1B are joined together, and the integrated sheet 1C is formed in a state in which the concave portions 4 of the respective sheets 1A, 1B are substantially closed.
Next, as shown in fig. 7 (f), for example, the 1 st sheet 1A, which is one of the integrated sheets 1C, is pressed into the recess 4 of the 2 nd sheet 1B by hand or by using an appropriate jig or the like, and the 1 st sheet 1A is stored in the 2 nd sheet 1B. Thus, the upper surface cloth 1A-1 and the inner surface of the side cloth 1B-1 of the 1 st sheet 1A are in substantially close contact with the upper surface cloth 1A2 and the inner surface of the side cloth 1B-2 of the 2 nd sheet 1B, and a sheet material of the 2 cases in which the 2 cases 1A and 1B are integrated is produced.
At this time, since the cloths of the respective case sheets 1A and 1B are thin and have air permeability, when the 1 st case sheet 1A is stored in the recess 4 of the 2 nd case sheet 1B, air in the recess 4 is automatically discharged to the outside, and the cloths are attracted to each other by the attraction force of the inner surfaces of the cloths and the like, so that a state of being substantially in close contact with each other is easily obtained. In this integration, it is preferable that the joint portion 3B of the side cloths 1B-1, 1B-2 of the 1 st sheet 1A and the 2 nd sheet 1B be set to be located at any one of the four corner portions of the upper surface of the mattress 2, for example.
After the production of the box sheet material, for example, as shown in fig. 5, a rubber string 5 is attached to the other end 1b2 of the 1 st side cloth 1b-1 (or the 2 nd side cloth 1 b-2) (S7). As a result, the cassette sheet 1 of the present invention is completed, and the sewn portions 6 of the stitches of the joint portions 3a, 3b at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the upper surface cloth 1a and the side surface cloth 1b are located on the inner surface side of each cloth, so that the cassette sheet 1 is difficult to see from the outer surface side, and the appearance of the cassette sheet 1 is not impaired.
The inner surfaces of the upper surface cloths 1A-1 and 1A-2 and the inner surfaces of the side surface cloths 1B-1 and 1B-2 of the 1 st and 2 nd sheets 1A and 1B are substantially in close contact with each other, and the surfaces of the upper surface cloths 1A-1 and 1A-2 are positioned on the outer surface side, so that the cassette sheet 1 can be used in a reversible manner. That is, in the case of fig. 7 (f) in which the 1 st upper surface cloth 1A-1 of the 1 st sheet 1A is positioned in the concave portion 4 of the 2 nd sheet 1B, the upper surface cloth 1A-2 of the 2 nd sheet 1B can be positioned on the upper surface 2a of the mattress 2 as the uppermost surface by reversing the entire sheet 1 upward and downward (front and back) in the direction of the reverse arrow "i" from the position of fig. 7 (f).
When the side fabrics 1B-1, 1B-2 of the respective box sheets 1A, 1B are folded back in the arrow "i" direction from the state of fig. 7 (f), the upper surface fabric 1A-1 of the 1 st box sheet 1A becomes the uppermost surface of the box sheet 1 and can be positioned on the upper surface 2a of the mattress 2. In addition, since the side cloths 1b-1, 1b-2 and the upper surface cloths 1a-1, 1b2 of the box sheet 1 are cloths, their folding back and the like can be easily performed.
That is, by performing such operations as folding the side fabrics 1B-1, 1B-2 of the cassette sheet 1 in the directions of the upper surface fabrics 1A-1, 1A-2, either one of the upper surface fabrics 1A-1, 1A-2 of the cassette sheet 1A, 1B can be turned over for use as the uppermost surface, and for example, by making the colors of the fabrics of the 1 st cassette sheet 1A and the 2 nd cassette sheet 1B different, one cassette sheet 1 can be used in two colors, and the cassette sheet 1 having an excellent appearance can be obtained. The manufacturing process shown in fig. 6 is not limited to the illustrated process sequence, and may be performed with a predetermined step advanced or retarded as appropriate according to the scale of the factory, the equipment, or the like.
In this way, according to the box sheet 1, since the side surface cloth 1b is integrated with the upper surface cloth 1a by joining the end 1b1 in the width direction of the strip-shaped side surface cloth 1b having a length corresponding to the entire length of the outer peripheral end portion of the upper surface cloth 1a and a width w corresponding to the height h of the mattress 2, and joining the joining end 1b3 in the length direction, the joining portion between the upper surface cloth 1a and the side surface cloth 1b joined to the outer peripheral end portion is minimized, the design value of the appearance, design, and the like of the box sheet 1 can be improved, and the shape of each cloth can be extremely simplified, and the processing work or the joining (sewing) work can be easily performed, thereby obtaining the box sheet 1 advantageous in terms of cost.
Further, since the upper surface cloth 1a and the side surface cloth 1b are set to be two (two), and the upper surface cloth 1a-1, 1a-2 and the side surface cloth 1b-1, 1b-2 are positioned on the outer side so that the inner surfaces are substantially in close contact with each other, the upper surface cloth 1a-1, 1a-2 and the side surface cloth 1b-1, 1b-2 are integrated, the cassette sheet 1 can be used on both the front and back surfaces, that is, can be turned over and used, the convenience in use of the cassette sheet 1 is excellent, and by overlapping 2 cloths, the skin touch can be improved and the durability can be improved as compared with the case of 1 cloth, and the cassette sheet 1 which can be used stably for a long period of time can be obtained.
Further, since the joining portions 3a and 3b of the upper surface cloth 1a and the side surface cloth 1b are joined by sewing which is difficult to see from the front surface side of each cloth, for example, the sewing portion 6 such as a lock seam is located on the back surface side of each cloth, and the joining portions 3a and 3b are difficult to see from the front surface side, so that the box sheet 1 having a more excellent appearance can be easily obtained.
Further, since the rubber string 5 is provided at the other end portion 1b2 of the side surface cloth 1b in the width w direction, the other end portion 1b2 of the side surface cloth 1b can be positioned at the outer peripheral end portion of the lower surface of the mattress 2 by the rubber string 5 in a state where the upper surface 2a of the mattress 2 and the entire side surface 2b are completely covered with the box sheet 1, and the box sheet 1 can be easily attached to the mattress 2 in a stable state, and the attached box sheet 1 can be detached from the mattress 2 by the rubber string 5, and the replacement work of the box sheet 1 can be easily performed.
In particular, since the width w of the side cloth 1b joined to the entire outer peripheral end portion of the upper surface cloth 1a is set to be larger than the height h of the mattress 2, the entire surface and a part of the lower surface of the side surface 2b of the mattress 2 can be covered stably, and the cassette sheet 1 can be prevented from easily coming off the mattress 2 reliably with a necessary minimum cloth area.
Further, since the box sheet 1 is manufactured by having the steps S1 and S2 of processing the upper surface cloth 1a and the side surface cloth 1b and the step S5 of joining the end portions 1b3 of the side surface cloth 1b in the longitudinal direction while joining the end portions 1b1 of one of the width direction of the side surface cloth 1b to the entire outer peripheral end portion of the processed upper surface cloth 1a, the joining portion between the upper surface cloth 1a and the side surface cloth 1b joined to the outer peripheral end portion thereof can be minimized, and the shape of each cloth can be simplified, and the processing work and the joining (sewing) work can be performed easily. As a result, the appearance design value of the box sheet 1, such as design, can be improved, a box sheet advantageous in terms of cost can be obtained, and the box sheet 1 that can stably cover substantially the entire area of the side surface 2b and the lower surface end portion of the mattress 1 can be easily manufactured by the side surface cloth 1b joined to the entire area of the outer peripheral end portion of the upper surface cloth 1a.
The other ends of the 1 st and 2 nd sheets 1A and 1B having the upper surface cloths 1A-1 and 1A-2 and the side cloths 1B-1 and 1B-2, respectively, in the width w direction of the side cloths 1B-1 and 1B-2 are joined in a joining step S5, and after the joining, the following step S6 is provided: since the 1 st sheet 1A and the 2 nd sheet 1B are pressed into the recess 4 of the other, and the two sheets 1A and 1B are integrated, the sheet 1 can be used on both front and back surfaces, that is, turned over, and is excellent in convenience of use, touch feeling, and the like, and durability is improved, so that the sheet 1 can be easily manufactured and used stably for a long period of time.
In the above embodiment, the 1 st and 2 nd sheets 1A and 1B are formed of the same gauze cloth and are overlapped and used, but the present invention is not limited to this configuration, and for example, the respective cloths of the 1 st and 2 nd sheets 1A and 1B may be made different in material other than color, or the like.
The joining method of the respective cloths of the box sheet 1 in the above embodiment is not limited to the lock stitch or the joint stitch, and for example, other sewing methods using a flat sewing machine or the like, or a suitable sewing (joining) method in which sewing does not occur as much as possible on the front surface side using a joining structure such as sewing and an adhesive or the like may be employed.
Further, although the mattress 2 has been described as a bed mattress having a relatively high height h in the above embodiment, the mattress 2 of the present invention can be applied to, for example, a low rebound mattress or a high rebound mattress using a rebound material having a predetermined elasticity or restoring force, which is widely used in general households. Since the rebound mattress is used in a state of being placed on a bed mattress or a mattress, the box sheet 1 may be set to cover only the height h of the rebound mattress or to cover both the rebound mattress and the bed mattress.
The shape such as the area and thickness of the side cloth, the structure of the attachment string, or the attachment structure thereof in the above embodiment is an example, and for example, a general cloth yarn or the like is used as the attachment string, and an appropriate structure may be adopted within a range not departing from the gist of each invention.
Industrial applicability
The present invention is not limited to bed mattresses used in hotels, hospitals, general homes, and the like, and may be applied to all mattresses such as mattresses used in a single body.
