Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a box sheet for a mattress that is detachably attached to various mattresses used in hotels, hospitals, general homes, and the like, and a method for manufacturing the same.
Background
Conventionally, for example, patent document 1 discloses a box-shaped sheet (box sheet) attached to a bed mattress. The sheet is formed of a sheet main body covering the upper surface of the mattress and a pair of stretchable sections joined to the outer peripheral portion of the sheet main body in the longitudinal direction, and each stretchable section has a linear outer edge section, two linear corner sections, and a concave inner curved section.
The sheet body has edge portions in the longitudinal direction and the left and right inner sides thereof, and has linear inclined portions at corner portions (four corners) thereof. Further, by joining the corner portions and the inner curved portions of the stretchable portion to the edge portion in the longitudinal direction of the sheet main body and the pair of inclined portions continuous to the edge portion, when the box sheet is attached to the mattress, the apex portion of the stretchable portion is positioned substantially corresponding to the corner portion on the upper surface side of the mattress.
Patent document 1: japanese patent laid-open publication No. 2017-99591
However, in such a sheet box, since the sheet main body has the inclined portions at the edge portions in the longitudinal direction and the four corners, which are the edge portions on the left and right inner sides, and the pair of stretchable portions has 2 corner portions and an inner curved portion, respectively, the number of joining (sewing) portions of the sheet main body and the stretchable portions increases, the work becomes complicated, the shapes of the sheet main body and the stretchable portions themselves become complicated, the production itself becomes troublesome, the production cost becomes high, the cost is disadvantageous, and the appearance of the joining portions tends to deteriorate.
Further, since the stretchable units are provided at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the mattress, each stretchable unit covers only substantially both ends in the longitudinal direction of the lower surface of the mattress, and it is difficult to completely cover the entire outer peripheral area such as both side surfaces and the lower surface of the mattress, and the stability of the box sheet is also deteriorated when the box sheet is attached to the mattress.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a mattress box sheet 1 (hereinafter referred to as a box sheet 1) according to the present invention includes a1 st box sheet 1A and a2 nd box sheet 1B (see fig. 2 and 3) which are overlapped with each other as described later, and each of the box sheets 1A and 1B is configured in a box shape by an upper surface cloth 1A and a side surface cloth 1B.
The upper surface cloth 1a is formed in a rectangular shape having substantially the same area as the shape of the upper surface 2a of the bed mattress 2, for example, as shown in fig. 1 to which the box sheet 1 is attached, in a plan view, and has a pair of longitudinal end portions 1a1 and a pair of lateral end portions 1a2 at the outer peripheral edge thereof. The side cloth 1b is formed in a long belt shape having a width w (see fig. 7) substantially equal to or slightly larger than the height h of the mattress 2 and substantially corresponding to the entire length of the end portions 1a1 and 1a2 of the upper cloth 1 a.
One end 1b1 (upper end in fig. 1) in the width w direction (height h direction of the mattress 2) of the side fabric 1b is joined to the four total ends 1a1 and 1a2 of the upper fabric 1a at a joint 3a by joining means such as sewing, which will be described later. The pair of end portions 1b3 in the longitudinal direction, which are the joining end portions of the side surface fabric 1b, are joined to each other by a joining portion 3b made of a joining member substantially identical to the joining portion 3a at a position corresponding to a predetermined corner portion (corner portion) of the upper surface fabric 1a, which will be described later, over the entire width w direction (height h direction) of the side surface fabric 1 b.
Thereby, the top sheet 1a and the side sheet 1b are integrated, the concave portion 4 (see fig. 2 and 3) is formed inside the top sheet 1a and the side sheet 1b of the box sheet 1, and the box sheet 1 is covered from above on the top surface 2a of the mattress 2 shown in fig. 1 by the concave portion 4, whereby the box sheet 1 is attached to the mattress 2. As the upper surface cloth 1a or the side surface cloth 1b, for example, a gauze cloth having air permeability or moisture absorption property is used, but cotton, hemp, chemical fiber, knitted cloth, or the like may be used depending on the use of the box sheet 1.
The 1 st sheet 1A and the 2 nd sheet 1B are in a state in which 2 (2 types) of cloth materials different from each other, for example, in color, pattern, and the like are superimposed on the upper surface cloth material 1A and the side surface cloth material 1B. That is, as shown in fig. 2 to 5, each of the bed sheets 1A and 1B is configured by joining the 1 st upper surface cloth 1A-1 and the 2 nd upper surface cloth 1A-2, which are substantially the same shape and are made of, for example, a thin gauze cloth having a thickness of 1mm or less, to the 1 st side surface cloth 1B-1 and the 2 nd side surface cloth 1B-2 as described above.
At this time, as shown in fig. 4 in an enlarged scale, the surface (outer surface) of the 1 st upper surface cloth 1A-1 and the 1 st side surface cloth 1B-1 of the 1 st box sheet 1A on the opposite side of the inner surface which overlaps with the 2 nd box sheet 1B is located on the outer surface side of the box sheet 1. The 2 nd upper surface cloth 1A-2 and the 2 nd side surface cloth 1B-2 of the 2 nd sheet 1B are positioned on the recessed portion 4 side (outer surface side) of the sheet 1 so that the surface (outer surface) opposite to the inner surface to which the 1 st sheet 1A is closely attached is positioned.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, a rubber string 5 as an attachment string such as flat rubber or round rubber is disposed on the other end portion 1B2 in the width w direction of the side surface cloths 1B-1, 1B-2 of the box sheets 1A, 1B. As shown in fig. 5 in an enlarged scale, the rubber string 5 is fixed in an extensible state by sewing or the like in a state of being sandwiched between the respective end portions 1b2 of the 1 st side fabric 1b-1 and the 2 nd side fabric 1 b-2. The length of the rubber string 5 is set to be shorter than the entire length of the outer peripheral edge of the lower surface of the mattress 2 by a predetermined dimension. Fig. 4 and 5 are simplified diagrams, and it is needless to say that the structure of the joining portion 3a between the upper surface cloths 1a-1 and 1a-2 and the side surface cloths 1b-1 and 1b-2, including the end treatment of each cloth of the sewing portion 6, may be appropriately changed, and for example, all the ends may be folded back.
Here, an example of the method for manufacturing the bed sheet 1 will be described with reference to fig. 6 and 7. First, the 1 st upper surface fabric 1a-1 and the 2 nd upper surface fabric 1a-2 shown in fig. 7 (a) are processed by cutting a piece of gauze fabric or the like (S1). Further, similarly to the respective top fabrics 1a-1 and 1a-2, the 1 st side fabric 1b-1 and the 2 nd side fabric 1b-2 are processed to have a predetermined length with a width w shown in fig. 7 (b) (S2).
After the fabrics 1A-1, 1A-2, 1b-1, and 1b-2 are processed, as shown in fig. 7 (c), one end 1b1 in the width w direction of the 1 st side fabric 1b-1 is joined to each end 1A1, 1A2 of the outer periphery of the 1 st upper surface fabric 1A-1 at the sewing site 6, and a pair of joining ends 1b3 at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the 1 st side fabric 1b-1 are joined to each other at the sewing site 6 (S3), whereby the 1 st upper surface fabric 1A-1 and the 1 st side fabric 1b-1 are integrated to produce the 1 st box sheet 1A.
Similarly, as shown in fig. 7 (d), the 2 nd upper surface cloth 1a-2 and the 2 nd side surface cloth 1B-2 are integrated to produce the 2 nd box sheet 1B by joining the one end portion 1B1 in the width w direction of the 2 nd side surface cloth 1B-2 to the respective end portions 1a1, 1a2 of the outer peripheral edge of the 2 nd upper surface cloth 1B-2 at the sewing site 6 and joining the pair of joining end portions 1B3 at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the 2 nd side surface cloth 1B-2 to each other at the sewing site 6 (S4). In fig. 7 (c) and 7 (d), for convenience of explanation, the 1 st sheet 1A and the 2 nd sheet 1B are shown upside down.
However, as for the joining of the respective cloths in the 1 st sheet 1A and the 2 nd sheet 1B, as shown in fig. 4, it is preferable that the joining end portion of at least one cloth is folded back, the joining end portion of the other cloth is brought into contact with the folded-back portion, and the sewn portion 6, for example, is sewn from the back surface (inner surface) side of the joining portion 3a to the surface (outer surface) side of the "lock seam" or the "seam knot" so that no seam appears. Therefore, the stitches of the joining portions 3a are positioned on the inner surface side (back surface side) of each fabric, and it is difficult to clearly see the stitches of the joining portions 3a from the front surface (outer surface) side of the fabric. This joining (sewing) method is also the same for the joining portion 3b of the joining end portion 1b3 in the longitudinal direction of each side cloth 1b-1, 1b-2, and the like.
After the 1 st sheet 1A and the 2 nd sheet 1B are produced, as shown in fig. 7 (e), the entire periphery of the other end portion 1B2 of the side surface cloths 1B-1 and 1B-2 of the two sheets 1A and 1B, respectively, i.e., the end portions 3a2 of the side surface cloths 1B-1 and 1B-2 of the 1 st sheet 1A and the 2 nd sheet 1B are joined to each other at the sewn portion 6, for example, in the same manner as the joining portion 3a (S5). Thus, the other end portion 1B2 of the two side surface cloths 1B-1, 1B-2 of the two box sheets 1A, 1B is joined and integrated to form the integrated box sheet 1C in which the concave portions 4 of the box sheets 1A, 1B are substantially closed.
Next, as shown in fig. 7 (f), the 1 st cassette sheet 1A, which is one of the integrated cassette sheets 1C, is pressed into the concave portion 4 of the 2 nd cassette sheet 1B manually or by using an appropriate jig or the like, and the 1 st cassette sheet 1A is stored in the 2 nd cassette sheet 1B. Thus, the inner surfaces of the upper surface cloth 1A-1 and the side surface cloth 1B-1 of the 1 st sheet 1A and the inner surfaces of the upper surface cloth 1A2 and the side surface cloth 1B-2 of the 2 nd sheet 1B are brought into close contact with each other, and a sheet material in which the 2 sheets 1A and 1B are integrated is produced.
At this time, since the cloths of the sheet 1A and 1B are thin and air-permeable, when the 1 st sheet 1A is accommodated in the concave portion 4 of the 2 nd sheet 1B, the air in the concave portion 4 is automatically discharged to the outside, and the cloths are attracted to each other by the attraction force of the inner surfaces of the cloths, and the like, so that a state in which the cloths are substantially in close contact with each other is easily obtained. In this integration, the joining portions 3B of the side cloths 1B-1, 1B-2 of the 1 st sheet 1A and the 2 nd sheet 1B are preferably set to be at the corner positions of any one of the four corners of the upper surface of the mattress 2, for example.
After the box sheet material is produced, for example, as shown in fig. 5, the rubber string 5 is attached to the other end 1b2 of the 1 st side surface cloth 1b-1 (or the 2 nd side surface cloth 1b-2) (S7). Thus, the production of the box sheet 1 according to the present invention is completed, and in the box sheet 1, since the sewn portions 6 as the stitches of the joining portions 3a of the upper surface cloth 1a and the side surface cloth 1b and the joining portions 3b at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the side surface cloth 1b are located on the inner surface side of each cloth, the sewn portions are hardly visible from the outer surface side, and the appearance as the box sheet 1 is not impaired.
In addition, the inner surfaces of the upper surface cloths 1A-1 and 1A-2 and the inner surfaces of the side surface cloths 1B-1 and 1B-2 of the 1 st sheet 1A and the 2 nd sheet 1B are in a substantially close contact state, respectively, and the surfaces of the upper surface cloths 1A-1 and 1A-2 are located on the outer surface side, so that the sheet 1 can be used in an inverted state. That is, in the case of fig. 7 (f) where the 1 st upper surface cloth 1A-1 and the like of the 1 st box sheet 1A are located in the concave portion 4 of the 2 nd box sheet 1B, the upper surface cloth 1A-2 of the 2 nd box sheet 1B can be located on the upper surface 2a of the mattress 2 as the uppermost surface by reversing the entire box sheet 1 from the position of fig. 7 (f) in the direction of the reverse arrow "イ" upward and downward (front and back).
When the side surface cloths 1B-1 and 1B-2 of the respective box sheets 1A and 1B are folded back in the direction of arrow イ from the state of fig. 7 (f), the upper surface cloth 1A-1 of the 1 st box sheet 1A becomes the uppermost surface of the box sheet 1 and can be positioned on the upper surface 2a of the mattress 2. In addition, since the side surface cloths 1b-1, 1b-2 and the upper surface cloths 1a-1, 1b2 of the box sheet 1 are cloth materials, the folding back and the like thereof can be easily performed.
That is, by turning back the side surface cloths 1B-1 and 1B-2 of the box sheet 1 toward the upper surface cloths 1A-1 and 1A-2, any one of the upper surface cloths 1A-1 and 1A-2 of the box sheets 1A and 1B can be used as the uppermost surface by turning over, and for example, by making the colors of the cloths of the 1 st box sheet 1A and the 2 nd box sheet 1B different, one box sheet 1 can be used in two colors, and a box sheet 1 with excellent appearance can be obtained. The manufacturing process shown in fig. 6 is not limited to the illustrated process sequence, and may be performed in advance or after a predetermined step as appropriate depending on the scale of a plant, equipment, and the like.
As described above, according to the sheet case 1, the side surface cloth 1b is integrated with the upper surface cloth 1a by joining the widthwise end portion 1b1 of the belt-shaped side surface cloth 1b having the length corresponding to the entire length of the outer peripheral end portion of the upper surface cloth 1a and the width w corresponding to the height h of the mattress 2 substantially to the entire outer peripheral end portion of the upper surface cloth 1a and joining the lengthwise joining end portion 1b3, so that the joining portion between the upper surface cloth 1a and the side surface cloth 1b joined to the outer peripheral end portion thereof is minimized, the design value such as the appearance and design of the sheet case 1 can be improved, the shape of each cloth is extremely simplified, the processing work or the joining (sewing) work can be easily performed, and the sheet case 1 advantageous in cost can be obtained.
Further, since the upper surface cloth 1a and the side surface cloth 1b are set to two types (two sheets), and the upper surface cloths 1a-1 and 1a-2 and the side surface cloths 1b-1 and 1b-2 are integrated with the side surface cloths 1b-1 and 1b-2 in a state where the inner surfaces are substantially closely attached with the surface sides thereof positioned on the outer sides, the sheet 1 can be used on both the front and back surfaces, that is, turned over, and the sheet 1 is excellent in usability, and the sheet 1 can be used stably for a long period of time by overlapping 2 sheets, as compared with the case of 1 sheet, by improving the touch feeling to the skin and improving the durability.
Further, since the joining portions 3a and 3b of the upper surface cloth 1a and the side surface cloth 1b are joined by sewing which is difficult to see from the front surface side of each cloth, for example, the sewing portion 6 such as a lock seam can be positioned on the back surface side of each cloth, the joining portions 3a and 3b can be difficult to see from the front surface side, and the box sheet 1 having more excellent appearance can be easily obtained.
Further, since the rubber string 5 is disposed on the other end portion 1b2 in the width w direction of the side surface cloth 1b, the other end portion 1b2 of the side surface cloth 1b can be positioned at the outer peripheral end portion of the lower surface of the mattress 2 by the rubber string 5 in a state where the upper surface 2a and the entire side surface 2b of the mattress 2 are completely covered with the box sheet 1, and the box sheet 1 can be easily attached to the mattress 2 in a stable state, and the replacement work of the box sheet 1 and the like can be easily performed by detaching the attached box sheet 1 from the mattress 2 by the rubber string 5 and the like.
In particular, since the width w of the side surface cloth 1b joined to the entire peripheral end portion of the upper surface cloth 1a is set to be larger than the height h of the mattress 2, the entire surface and a part of the lower surface of the side surface 2b of the mattress 2 can be stably covered, and the box sheet 1 can be reliably prevented from easily falling off from the mattress 2 with a minimum necessary cloth area.
Further, since the cassette sheet 1 is manufactured by the steps S1 and S2 of processing the upper surface cloth 1a and the side surface cloth 1b and the step S5 of joining the one end portion 1b1 in the width direction of the side surface cloth 1b to the entire outer peripheral end portion of the processed upper surface cloth 1a and joining the joining end portions 1b3 at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the side surface cloth 1b, the joining portion between the upper surface cloth 1a and the side surface cloth 1b joined to the outer peripheral end portion thereof can be minimized, the shape of each cloth can be simplified, and the processing work and the joining (sewing) work can be easily performed. As a result, the value of the design of the sheet 1, such as the appearance and design, can be increased, and a sheet 1 that is advantageous in terms of cost can be obtained, and the sheet 1 that can stably cover the side surface 2b and substantially the entire area of the lower surface end of the mattress 1 can be easily manufactured by the side surface cloth 1b joined to the entire area of the outer peripheral end of the upper surface cloth 1 a.
In addition, the other end of the 1 st box sheet 1A and the 2 nd box sheet 1B, which have the upper surface cloths 1A-1 and 1A-2 and the side surface cloths 1B-1 and 1B-2, respectively, corresponding to each other in the width w direction of the side surface cloths 1B-1 and 1B-2 is joined in the joining step S5, and after the joining, the following step S6 is provided: since the 1 st sheet 1A and the 2 nd sheet 1B are integrated by pressing one of the sheets into the recess 4 of the other sheet, the sheets 1A and 1B can be used on both the front and back surfaces, that is, turned over, and the sheet 1 is excellent in convenience of use, feeling of touch, and the like, has improved durability, and can be easily manufactured to be used stably for a long period of time.
In the above embodiment, the bed sheet 1 has the 1 st bed sheet 1A and the 2 nd bed sheet 1B made of the same gauze cloth, and these sheets are used in a stacked manner, but the present invention is not limited to this configuration, and may be made of only one (single) upper surface cloth and side surface cloth, or may be made of different materials other than color, for example, the 1 st bed sheet 1A and the 2 nd bed sheet 1B.
The method of joining the fabrics of the box sheet 1 in the above embodiment is not limited to the lock stitch and the knot stitch, and for example, another sewing method using a flat bed sewing machine or a suitable sewing (joining) method in which a joint structure using both sewing and an adhesive or the like is used and the like is not formed as much as possible on the front surface side may be adopted.
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the mattress 2 has been described as a bed mattress having a relatively high height h, but the mattress 2 of the present invention can be applied to, for example, a low-bounce mattress or a high-bounce mattress using a rebound material having a predetermined elastic force or restoring force, which is widely used in general households. In this case, the rebound mattress is used in a state of being placed on a bed mattress or a mattress, and therefore the box sheet 1 may be set to a height dimension h that covers only the rebound mattress or may be set to a height dimension h that covers both the rebound mattress and the bed mattress.
In the above embodiments, the shape such as the area and thickness of the side cloth, the structure of the attachment cord, the attachment structure thereof, and the like are examples, and for example, a normal cloth yarn or the like is used as the attachment cord, and an appropriate structure can be adopted within the scope not departing from the gist of each invention of the present invention.
Industrial applicability
The present invention is not limited to bed mattresses for hotels, hospitals, general homes, and the like, and may be applied to all mattresses such as single body use mattresses.
