Abstract
本发明公开了一种组合物,由有效成分quinofumelin和啶菌噁唑组成,quinofumelin与啶菌噁唑的质量比为1︰50~50︰1,该组合物增效作用明显,防效高,适合于防治瓜菜上的多种病害,尤其适合于防治灰霉病、菌核病,本发明的组合物通过显著协同增效来减少化学农药的施用量和施用次数,提高施用效率,延缓抗性发生,降低农药残留,保护农田生态环境及保障农产品食品安全。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种组合物,尤其涉及一种以quinofumelin与啶菌噁唑为主要成分的杀菌组合物。
背景技术
灰霉病是露地、保护地作物常见且比较难防治的一种真菌性病害,属低温高湿型病害,病原菌生长温度为20~30℃,温度20~25℃、湿度持续90%以上时为病害高发期。灰霉病由灰葡萄孢菌侵染所致,属真菌病害,花、果、叶、茎均可发病。番茄、黄瓜、草莓等均可被侵染危害,造成严重的产量损失。
菌核病是由核盘菌属(Sclerotinia)、链核盘菌属(Monilinia)、丝核属(Rhizoctonia)和小菌核属(Sclerotium)等真菌引起的植物病害。为害茎、叶和果荚,病部呈水渍状病斑,表面产生棉絮状菌丝。严重的导致全株枯死、腐烂。病株茎、叶基部或茎空腔内产生许多黑色鼠粪状菌核。
quinofumelin为是一种喹啉类杀菌剂,化学名称3-(4,4-二氟-3,4-二氢-3,3-二甲基异喹啉-1-基)喹啉,CAS号861647-84-9。化学结构式参照附图2,合成路线参照附图3。
此种杀菌剂,对灰霉病、稻瘟病、菌核病、炭疽病、疮痂病具有很好的防治效果。
但是quinofumelin目前的生产和使用成本均较高,并且长期单独使用也有很大的抗性风险。
将quinofumelin与其它结构的农药有效成分组合进行复配,是解决其单剂应用过程中成本和抗性问题的一种有效的方式。不同结构的农药有效成分混合后,通常表现出三种作用类型,即相加作用、增效作用和拮抗作用。复配增效很好的配方,能提高实际防治效果,降低农药的使用量,还有助于延缓病菌抗药性的产生,是综合防治的重要手段。
发明内容
农作物的病害防治存在如下持续需求:发现具有优异生物学特性的新化合物和新组合物,用于控制或预防植物病原性真菌对植物的侵染;例如,具有更高的生物活性、有利的活性谱、安全性增加、物理化学特性改进、生物降解性能增加,或具有更宽的活性谱、作物安全性改进、协同作用增强,或更快速作用起效或具有较长持久生物活性的组合物,或能够减少用于有效控制植物病原菌所需的化合物和组合物的施用量和/或降低施用率,从而实现有效的作物病害抗性管理实践,降低环境影响并且减少农药施用人员的暴露风险。
本发明的目的是提供一种增效作用明显,减少化合物和组合物的施用量,提高施用效率,减少施用次数,对多种病害防治效果好、成本低、抗性风险低的杀菌组合物。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种防治灰霉病或菌核病的方法。
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明的技术方案是这样解决的:一种组合物,含有有效成分quinofumelin与啶菌噁唑,quinofumelin与啶菌噁唑质量比为1︰50~50︰1,优选比例为1:20~20:1。
所述啶菌噁唑是甾醇合成抑制剂杀菌剂,属吡啶恶唑啉类,化学名称甲基-3-(4-氯)苯基-5-甲基-5-吡啶-3基-恶唑啉;结构式参照图1。
啶菌噁唑具独特作用机制和广谱杀菌活性,且同时具有保护和治疗作用,有良好的内吸性,通过根部和叶茎吸收能有效控制叶部病害的发生和危害。对灰霉病、早疫病、菌核病特效。
该组合物的有效成分与助剂和填料可以加工成农业上允许的任意剂型,较好的剂型有悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂。
本发明的杀菌组合物中,quinofumelin与啶菌噁唑的累积质量百分含量为5%~80%。
上述杀菌组合物的剂型除包括有效成分quinofumelin与啶菌噁唑之外,还包括助剂和其它有助于药效发挥的物质。乳油包括有机溶剂、助溶剂和乳化剂;微乳剂包括有机溶剂、乳化剂和水;水乳剂包括有机溶剂、分散剂、乳化剂和水;悬浮剂包括水、分散剂、增稠剂、防冻剂、润湿剂、消泡剂;可湿性粉剂包括润湿剂、分散剂和填料;水分散粒剂包括分散剂、崩解剂、填料和湿润剂。以上都是农药制剂中常用或允许使用的各种成分,并无特别限定,具体成分和用量根据配方要求通过简单试验确定。例如:
有机溶剂可选择异丙醇、二甲苯、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、环乙酮、甲苯、二甲基亚砜、甲醇、乙醇、三甲基环乙烯酮、N-辛基吡咯烷酮、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、丙醇、丁醇、乙二醇、二乙二醇、乙二醇甲醚、丁醚、乙酸乙酯、植物油中的一种或多种。
助溶剂可选择N-甲基吡咯烷酮、二甲基甲酰胺、乙醇、丙乙醇、丙酮中的一种或多种。
分散剂可选择木质素磺酸钠、木质素磺酸钙、拉开粉、十二烷基苯磺酸钙、聚羧酸盐、烷基苯磺酸钙盐、烷基磺酸钠盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、甘油脂肪酸酯聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或多种。
乳化剂可选择农乳600号(木质素磺酸钙)、农乳1601号(苯乙基酚聚氧乙基聚丙烯基醚)、农乳500号(烷基苯磺酸钙)、OP系列磷酸酯(聚萘甲醛磺酸钠盐磷酸酯)、600号磷酸酯(木质素磺酸钙磷酸酯)、苯乙烯聚氧乙烯米硫酸铵盐、烷基联苯醚二磺酸镁盐、三乙醇胺盐、农乳400号(苄基二甲酚聚氧乙基醚)、农乳700号(烷基酚醛树脂聚氧乙基醚)、宁乳36号(苯乙基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙基醚)、农乳1600号(苯乙基酚聚氧乙基聚丙烯基醚)、环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物、OP系列(聚萘甲醛磺酸钠盐)、农乳33号(烷基芳基聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚)、农乳34号(烷基芳基聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚)、司盘系列(山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯)、吐温系列(失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯聚氧乙烯醚)、AEO系列(肪醇醇聚氧乙烯醚)中的一种或多种。
防冻剂可选择丙三醇、尿素、乙二醇、丙二醇中的一种或多种。
湿润剂可选择甲基萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物、十二烷基硫酸钠、烷基萘磺酸钠、烷基苯磺酸钙、茶枯、皂角粉、蚕沙、无患子粉、月桂醇基硫酸钠、洗衣粉、拉开粉中的一种或多种。
崩解剂可选择硫酸铵、尿素、膨润土、氯化铝、柠檬酸、丁二酸、碳酸氢钠中的一种或多种。
增稠剂可选择黄原胶、羟甲基纤维素、甲基纤维素、硅酸铝镁、聚乙烯醇中一种或多种。
消泡剂如有机硅类消泡剂。
填料可选择白碳黑、岭土、轻质碳酸钙、滑石、蒙脱土或凸凹棒土、浮石、碎砖、海泡石或膨润土以及非吸附性钙质土或砂中的一种或多种。
本发明所描述的产物可以成品制剂形式提供,即组合物中各物质已经混合,组合物的成分也可以以单剂形式提供,使用前直接在桶或罐中直接混合,然后稀释至所需的浓度。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
1、组合物增效作用明显,防效与单剂相比显著提高;
2、药效提高后,田间的有效成分用量下降,降低了生产和使用成本,减少了农药残留和环境污染;
3、组合物由不同作用机制的有效成分组成,作用位点增加,有利于克服和延缓病菌抗药性的产生;
4、扩大了防治谱。

具体实施方式
实施例一
本发明组合物对番茄灰霉病菌、油菜菌核病菌具有明显的协同增效作用,而不仅仅是两种药剂作用的简单相加,这可从下面的毒力测定实验和田间试验的结果中很清楚地看出。
试验名称:组合物对番茄灰霉病菌的室内毒力测定
试验对象为番茄灰霉病菌(Botrytiscirerea)。
试验采用菌丝生长速率法。取5ml配好的实验药液加入到装有45ml热培养基(PDA培养基,45-50℃)的锥形瓶中,摇匀后,迅速倒入直径90mm玻璃培养皿,每个培养皿倒入带药培养基12ml,每个处理4个重复,水平静置,冷却后即成平板。用直径5mm打孔器从培养5d的供试菌边缘切取菌饼,用挑针将带有菌丝的一面接到带毒培养基上,所有操作均在超净工作台进行无菌操作。处理后将平板放在25℃的恒温无菌培养箱中培养,5d后采用十字交叉法分别测量各处理的菌落直径,计算各处理菌落直径的平均值、菌落直径的平均净生长量和菌丝生长抑制率。

从表1可以看出,quinofumelin与啶菌噁唑按质量比1︰50~50︰1混配,对番茄灰霉病菌均有增效作用,尤其是配比在1︰20~20︰1之间时,增效更显著,共毒系数均在170以上。

田间应用实施例
田间应用实施例a组合物防治番茄灰霉病田间试验
试验地点:浙江杭州蔬菜大棚。于发病初期开始施药。每个药剂处理四个小区重复。每小区面积20个平方。田间试验方法及评价参照杀菌剂防治蔬菜灰霉病GB/T17980.28-2000。药前和药后调查病指,每小区采用五点取样,每点调查两株,每株调查所有叶片,以病斑面积占整个叶面积的百分率来分级记载。计算各处理病情指数和防治效果。
分级标准:
0级:无病斑;
1级:病斑面积占整个叶面积的5%以下;
3级:病斑面积占整个叶面积的6%-15%;
5级:病斑面积占整个叶面积的16%-25%;
7级:病斑面积占整个叶面积的26%-50%;
9级:病斑面积占整个叶面积的50%以上。
药效计算方法:
结果与分析
由表3可以看出:quinofumelin、啶菌噁唑单剂对番茄灰霉病的防效分别为76.8%、73.8%,而本发明实施例杀菌组合物在防效上均有显著提高,最低防效为86.6%,最高为92.7%。田间试验的结果充分表明,quinofumelin与啶菌噁唑复配后对番茄灰霉病具有显著的协同增效作用,组合物在亩有效成分用量比单剂减少的情况下,防治效果大幅提高。因此,本发明组合物具有降低成本、减少施药次数和农药残留、提质增效、延缓抗性的作用。

田间应用实施例b组合物防治油菜菌核病田间试验
试验地点:湖南常德澧县。于发病初期开始施药,间隔7天1次,共施药两次。试验方法及药效统计分析方法依照杀菌剂防治油菜菌核病田间药效试验准则GB/T17980.35-2000。
结果与分析
由表4可以看出:quinofumelin、啶菌噁唑单剂对油菜菌核病的防效分别为76.9%、73.4%,而本发明实施例杀菌组合物在防效上均有显著提高,最低防效为86.0%,最高为92.3%。田间试验的结果充分表明,quinofumelin和啶菌噁唑复配后对油菜菌核病具有显著的协同增效作用,组合物在亩有效成分用量比单剂减少的情况下,防治效果大幅提高。因此,本发明组合物具有降低成本、减少施药次数和农药残留、提质增效、延缓抗性的作用。

上述对本发明进行了示例性描述,显然本发明具体实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本发明的方法构思和技术方案进行的这种非实质改进,或未经改进将本发明的构思和技术方案直接应用于其他场合的,均在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (5)
1.一种杀菌组合物,其特征在于:有效成分为quinofumelin和啶菌噁唑,所述quinofumelin和所述啶菌噁唑的质量比为1:50~50:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:所述quinofumelin和所述啶菌噁唑的质量比为1:20~20:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:所述quinofumelin和啶菌噁唑在所述杀菌组合物中的总含量为5~80%。
4.一种杀菌制剂,其特征在于:采用如权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的组合物制备,所述制剂的剂型为乳油、微乳剂、水乳剂、悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂或水分散粒剂。
5.一种防治番茄灰霉病或油菜菌核病的方法,其特征在于:采用权利要求1-3中所述的杀菌组合物或者权利要求4中所述的杀菌制剂的至少一种施用以防治由番茄灰霉病菌(Botrytis cirerea)引起的番茄灰霉病或油菜菌核病菌(Sclerotinia sclerotiorum)引起的油菜菌核病。
