Abstract
本发明公开了一种吡菌苯威杀菌组合物,由有效成分A和B组成,A为吡菌苯威,B为联苯吡菌胺或苯并烯氟菌唑,A与B的质量比为1︰50~50︰1。该组合物增效作用明显,防效高,适合于防治瓜果蔬菜上的多种病害,尤其适合于防治黄瓜、葡萄、草莓、番茄的灰霉病。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种杀菌组合物,尤其涉及一种以吡菌苯威为主要成分的杀菌组合物及其防治农作物病害的应用,属于农药技术领域。
背景技术
葡萄灰霉病又称灰腐病,是葡萄的主要病害之一,病原菌为灰葡萄孢菌(Botrytiscinerea),属半知菌亚门葡萄孢属真菌。该病原菌主要危害花序、幼果和将要成熟的果实。地势低洼,新梢徒长郁闭,通风透光差,管理粗放,杂草丛生,施肥不足,虫害严重的葡萄园,葡萄灰霉病发生较重。由于灰霉病会蔓延危害发生,常常会引起大面积植株死亡,导致产量下降,品质变劣,严重制约了葡萄生产的发展。目前主要使用化学药剂为速克灵、扑海因等。由于灰霉病菌有异常的遗传变异潜能而易发生抗药性突变,长期大量地使用该类化学杀菌剂可使田间病原菌对这些化学药剂产生抗药性,致使化学杀菌剂的用药量急剧增加,同时对环境造成了很大程度的污染,也增加了农民的用药成本。
吡菌苯威(pyribencarb),苄基氨基甲酸酯结构的新型杀菌剂,该杀菌剂通过破坏病原菌细胞中线粒体的电子传递系统,阻碍病原菌孢子萌发及防止孢子发芽后对寄主的侵染而发挥作用。该杀菌剂对农作物的灰霉病、轮纹病、菌核病、炭疽病、黑星病、轮纹病、斑点落叶病、稻瘟病等多种病害均有很好的效果。
但是吡菌苯威目前的生产和使用成本均较高,并且长期单独使用也有很大的抗性风险。
将吡菌苯威与其它结构的农药有效成分组合进行复配,是解决其单剂应用过程中成本和抗性问题的一种有效的方式。不同结构的农药有效成分混合后,通常表现出三种作用类型,即相加作用、增效作用和拮抗作用。复配增效很好的配方,能提高实际防治效果,降低农药的使用量,还有助于延缓病菌抗药性的产生,是综合防治的重要手段。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种增效作用明显,对灰霉病防治效果好、成本低、抗性风险低的杀菌组合物。
本发明的另一目的是提供该杀菌组合物的应用。
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明的技术方案是这样解决的:一种杀菌组合物,含有有效成分A和B,A为吡菌苯威,B为联苯吡菌胺或苯并烯氟菌唑,A与B的质量比为1︰50~50︰1,优选质量比为1:30~30:1。
所述联苯吡菌胺(bixafen),分子式Cl8H12Cl2F3N3O,分子量414.2,属于新一代琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂(SDHI)的新型吡唑羧酰胺杀菌剂。Bixafen对于作物中广泛存在的真菌疾病高度有效。Bixafen可有效防治灰霉病、北方玉米常见的玉米叶枯病和灰叶斑病,褐斑病和白霉病;谷物中的斑点叶斑病、条锈病和茎锈病;土豆中的早疫病和白霉病;油菜白霉病以及花生茎腐病、叶斑病、叶锈病和丝核菌病。
所述苯并烯氟菌唑(benzovindiflupyr),分子式Cl8H15Cl2F2N3O,分子量398.2,是吡唑酰胺类杀菌剂,属琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂。该化合物对小麦叶枯病、花生黑斑病、小麦全蚀病及小麦基腐病等均有很好的防治效果,尤其对小麦白粉病、玉米小斑病及灰霉病有特效,对大豆锈病具有杰出防效。与甲氧基丙烯酸酯类及三唑类杀菌剂无交互抗性。
该组合物的有效成分与助剂和填料可以加工成农业上允许的任意剂型,较好的剂型有乳油、微乳剂、水乳剂、悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂或水分散粒剂。
本发明的杀菌组合物中,有效成分的累积质量百分含量为5%~80%。
上述杀菌组合物的剂型除包括有效成分A与B之外,还包括助剂和其它有助于药效发挥的物质。乳油包括有机溶剂、助溶剂和乳化剂;微乳剂包括有机溶剂、乳化剂和水;水乳剂包括有机溶剂、分散剂、乳化剂和水;悬浮剂包括水、分散剂、增稠剂、防冻剂、润湿剂、消泡剂;可湿性粉剂包括润湿剂、分散剂和填料;水分散粒剂包括分散剂、崩解剂、填料和湿润剂。以上都是农药制剂中常用或允许使用的各种成分,并无特别限定,具体成分和用量根据配方要求通过简单试验确定。例如:
有机溶剂可选择异丙醇、二甲苯、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、环乙酮、甲苯、二甲基亚砜、甲醇、乙醇、三甲基环乙烯酮、N-辛基吡咯烷酮、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、丙醇、丁醇、乙二醇、二乙二醇、乙二醇甲醚、丁醚、乙酸乙酯、植物油中的一种或多种。
助溶剂可选择N-甲基吡咯烷酮、二甲基甲酰胺、乙醇、丙乙醇、丙酮中的一种或多种。
分散剂可选择木质素磺酸钠、木质素磺酸钙、拉开粉、十二烷基苯磺酸钙、聚羧酸盐、烷基苯磺酸钙盐、烷基磺酸钠盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、甘油脂肪酸酯聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或多种。

防冻剂可选择丙三醇、尿素、乙二醇、丙二醇中的一种或多种。
湿润剂可选择甲基萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物、十二烷基硫酸钠、烷基萘磺酸钠、烷基苯磺酸钙、茶枯、皂角粉、蚕沙、无患子粉、月桂醇基硫酸钠、洗衣粉、拉开粉中的一种或多种。
崩解剂可选择硫酸铵、尿素、膨润土、氯化铝、柠檬酸、丁二酸、碳酸氢钠中的一种或多种。
增稠剂可选择黄原胶、羟甲基纤维素、甲基纤维素、硅酸铝镁、聚乙烯醇中一种或多种。
消泡剂如有机硅类消泡剂。
填料可选择白碳黑、岭土、轻质碳酸钙、滑石、蒙脱土或凸凹棒土、浮石、碎砖、海泡石或膨润土以及非吸附性钙质土或砂中的一种或多种。
本发明所描述的产物可以成品制剂形式提供,即组合物中各物质已经混合,组合物的成分也可以以单剂形式提供,使用前直接在桶或罐中按比例混合,然后稀释至所需的浓度。
本发明与现有技术相比,其优点是:1、组合物增效作用明显,防效与单剂相比显著提高;2、药效提高后,田间的有效成分用量下降,降低了生产和使用成本,减少了农药残留和环境污染;3、组合物由不同作用机制的有效成分组成,作用位点增加,有利于克服和延缓病菌抗药性的产生。4、扩大了防治谱。
具体实施方式
本发明组合物对葡萄灰霉病菌具有明显的协同增效作用,而不仅仅是两种药剂作用的简单相加,这可从下面的室内毒力测定实验和田间药效试验的结果中很清楚地看出。
生物测定实例1:组合物对葡萄灰霉病菌的室内毒力测定试验
试验对象为葡萄灰霉病菌(Botrytis cinerea)
试验采用菌丝生长速率法。取5ml配好的实验药液加入到装有45ml热培养基(PDA培养基,45-50℃)的锥形瓶中,摇匀后,迅速倒入直径90mm玻璃培养皿,每个培养皿倒入带药培养基12ml,每个处理4个重复,水平静置,冷却后即成平板。用直径5mm打孔器从培养5d的供试菌边缘切取菌饼,用挑针将带有菌丝的一面接到带毒培养基上,所有操作均在超净工作台进行无菌操作。处理后将平板放在25℃的恒温无菌培养箱中培养,5d后采用十字交叉法分别测量各处理的菌落直径,计算各处理菌落直径的平均值、菌落直径的平均净生长量和菌丝生长抑制率。

将菌丝生长抑制率换算成几率值(y),药液浓度(μg/ml)转换成对数值(x),以最小二乘法计算毒力方程和抑制中浓度EC50,依孙云沛法计算药剂的毒力指数及共毒系数(CTC)。

评价标准:CTC≤80为拮抗作用,80<CTC<120为相加作用,CTC≥120为增效作用。
从表1和表2中的试验结果可以看出,吡菌苯威与联苯吡菌胺或苯并烯氟菌唑按质量比1︰50~50︰1混配,对葡萄灰霉病菌均有显著的增效作用,尤其是配比在1︰30~30︰1之间时,增效更显著,共毒系数均在170以上。

乳油实施例
将农药活性组分、乳化剂、部分溶剂按比例混合,在调制釜中混合搅拌,待完全溶解后,再把剩余的溶剂缓慢地加入,充分搅拌后得到均匀的油相,制成乳油产品。

田间应用实施例
田间应用实施例1 组合物防治葡萄灰霉病田间试验
试验于辽宁营口某葡萄基地进行。该葡萄地灰霉病常年发生。各处理随机区组排列,每5株葡萄为一小区,小区面积约20m2,重复4次。采用喷雾法于葡萄开花前6d、幼果期、套袋前各施药1次,药液量1 125L/hm2。第1次施药时未见发病,末次施药后10d调查总果数和病果数。调查方法和病害分级参照《农药田问药效试验准则(一)》标准,计算防效。
结果与分析
由表3可以看出:吡菌苯威、联苯吡菌胺单剂对葡萄灰霉病的防效分别为76.5%和73.7%,而本发明实施例杀菌组合物在防效上均有显著提高,最低防效为86.3%,最高为90.2%。田间试验的结果充分表明,吡菌苯威和联苯吡菌胺复配后对葡萄灰霉病具有显著的协同增效作用,在有效成分用量比单剂减少的情况下,防治效果大幅提高。因此,本发明组合物具有降低成本、减少施药次数和农药残留、延缓抗性的作用。

田间应用实施例2 组合物防治葡萄灰霉病田间试验
试验在浙江金华某葡萄基地进行。试验方法和调查方法同田间应用实施例1。
由表4可以看出:吡菌苯威、苯并烯氟菌唑单剂对葡萄灰霉病的防效分别为77.5%和75.2%,而本发明实施例杀菌组合物在防效上均有显著提高,最低防效为86.9%,最高为91.3%。田间试验的结果充分表明,吡菌苯威和苯并烯氟菌唑复配后对葡萄灰霉病具有显著的协同增效作用,在有效成分用量比单剂减少的情况下,防治效果大幅提高。因此,本发明组合物具有降低成本、减少施药次数和农药残留、延缓抗性的作用。

Claims (5)
1.一种吡菌苯威杀菌组合物,其特征在于:有效成分为A和B,A为吡菌苯威,B为联苯吡菌胺或苯并烯氟菌唑,A与B的质量比为1︰50~50︰1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:有效成分A与B的质量比为1︰30~30︰1。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:组合物中有效成分的累积质量百分含量为5%~80%。
4.根据权利要求3所述杀菌组合物,其特征在于:剂型为乳油、微乳剂、水乳剂、悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂或水分散粒剂。
5.权利要求1所述杀菌组合物用于防治灰霉病的用途。
