Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of toilet paper, and particularly relates to environment-friendly toilet paper and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the improvement of living standard of people, the usage amount of daily paper for all people in China is increased year by year. The toilet paper is the most common household paper, and the toilet paper for toilet (short for toilet paper) belongs to the category of the household paper, is the most common type of the household paper, is the paper type most needed by everyone in daily life, and is the only functional paper product which can not be replaced by other related products in the household paper.
In the production process of toilet paper, short fiber wood pulp is used, so that paper wadding dust formed by the short fibers after the toilet paper is dried in the production process is very serious, the workshop operation environment is poor, and fire hazard is large. Meanwhile, the toilet paper has a single use, is only used for wiping dirt, is a disposable sanitary product, and needs to be flushed away with the dirt after being wiped once, or is burnt or buried as garbage. Functionally, the toilet paper product only needs to meet the use requirements and have qualified sanitary indexes, and whether the product is high in whiteness or not and whether the product is produced by 100% primary pulp or not is irrelevant, so that the cost is increased and the raw materials are wasted due to the fact that the bleached wood pulp is completely used for production. Therefore, on the basis of ensuring the product application of the toilet paper, the potential safety hazard of workshop production is solved, the production cost is reduced, and the development of new environment-friendly toilet paper is very necessary.
Polyester fiber (PET) is a main raw material for producing non-woven fabrics, and has the characteristics of moisture resistance, air permeability, flexibility, lightness, thinness, no toxicity, no odor, low price and the like. Unbleached chemical pulp generally refers to unbleached chemical pulp having a high lignin content, but the pulp fiber properties are substantially the same as those of chemical pulp, especially in softness, similar to bleached chemical pulp and far superior to mechanical pulp. The talcum powder is a common filler in the paper making process, is low in cost and easy to obtain, and is mainly used for cultural paper and packaging paper. The talcum powder is an inorganic substance, so that the talcum powder is not easy to generate bacterial breeding, and the addition of the filler does not influence the sterilization and disinfection of the toilet paper product, but is beneficial to improving the fine feeling of the surface of the toilet paper and improving the quality of the toilet paper.
Therefore, the unbleached chemical pulp is used, PET is used for replacing short fiber wood pulp, meanwhile, talcum powder is added to filler to produce brand new toilet paper, paper wadding dust generated in the toilet paper production process can be reduced, environment-friendly production is achieved, the production cost of the toilet paper can be reduced, and production of novel environment-friendly toilet paper is achieved.

Comparative example 1: in example 1, unbleached chemical wood pulp was replaced with bleached chemical pulp.
Comparative example 2: in example 1, PET fibers were replaced with hardwood bleached chemical pulp.
Comparative example 3: in example 1, PET fibers were replaced with hardwood chemical pulp and virgin chemical pulp was replaced with bleached chemical pulp.
Comparative example 4: in example 1, no talc was added.
The indexes of the main products of the environment-friendly toilet paper prepared by the embodiments and the comparative examples of the invention are shown in Table 1:
TABLE 1 index of environmental protection toilet paper product
As can be seen from table 1, the whiteness and tensile index of the toilet paper product are obviously improved under the condition that the single natural-color chemical wood pulp is replaced by the bleached chemical pulp;
under the condition that the single PET fiber is replaced by the broadleaf wood bleached chemical pulp, the whiteness and the tensile index of a toilet paper product are greatly improved, and the transverse imbibition height is improved;
under the condition of replacing hardwood chemical pulp and bleached chemical pulp at the same time, the whiteness, tensile index and transverse imbibition height of the toilet paper product are obviously improved;
without adding talcum powder, the whiteness of the toilet paper product is slightly reduced, and the tensile index is slightly improved. However, too high a tensile index is disadvantageous for toilet paper, and the above index needs to be in a reasonable range on the basis of solving the technical problems of the present invention.
The change of the components of the toilet paper product produces corresponding changes in indexes such as whiteness, tensile index, transverse imbibition height and the like, but the corresponding parameter changes are within the range of qualified products, so the environment-friendly toilet paper produced by the invention of the technology of replacing bleached pulp with unbleached pulp, replacing hardwood pulp with PET, adding talcum powder filler and the like is feasible, the reduction of paper floc dust generated in the production process of the toilet paper is realized, the environment-friendly production is realized, and the production cost of the toilet paper is also reduced.
The use of PET, which is not a conventional choice in the art given the combination of components, replaces hardwood pulp with PET, which is currently not a precedent for the production of toilet paper, and the current knowledge of those skilled in the art is that the addition of synthetic fibers in the production of toilet paper products using synthetic fibers will significantly reduce the strength of the paper, since PET is a synthetic fiber, has few surface hydroxyl groups, and has few hydrogen bonds formed between plant fibers, which will result in a significant reduction in the strength of the paper. Based on the components and the amount, 10-30 parts of natural-color chemical wood pulp, 30-40 parts of natural-color chemical reed pulp and 10-20 parts of PET fibers are added, the reasonable amount range increases hydrogen bonds formed among plant fibers, the strength index is not obviously reduced, the plant fibers can be in a better range, the comfort degree of finished toilet paper products is better, meanwhile, paper wadding dust generated in the production process of the toilet paper is reduced, the hidden danger of dust in a workshop is reduced, and environment-friendly production is realized. On the basis, the toilet paper product is ensured to meet the use requirement of the product.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that fall within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included therein.
