according to the direction consistency principle, regarding the vertical components with consistent directions as a class, and respectively extracting edge pixel points corresponding to each class of vertical components;
sequentially connecting the edge pixel points by using horizontal components according to a connection principle to obtain a tableware profile of the second tableware, and removing a maximum section circle on the tableware profile;
marking the rest part on the tableware outline and the chopsticks as points which are not easy to clean;
determining a coded washing area of the kitchen automatic washing system based on the location of the hard-to-wash points within the cookware storage system (10);
performing a primary washing operation on the dishware in the kitchenware storage system (10) according to the washing mode and the coded washing area;
detecting the current sewage turbidity of the washing water in the automatic kitchen washing system after the primary washing work;
judging the cleanness of tableware in the kitchenware storage system (10) according to the current turbidity;
generating a water temperature regulating quantity and a detergent regulating quantity according to the difference value between the cleaning degree and the standard cleaning degree;
generating water quantity regulating quantity according to the shape-quantity statistical list;
and performing advanced washing work on the tableware in the kitchenware storage system (10) based on the generated water temperature regulating quantity, the detergent regulating quantity and the water quantity regulating quantity.
