the vehicle state information acquisition module is used for acquiring state information of a vehicle in a parking space and judging whether the vehicle is ready to leave a corresponding parking space according to the state information of the vehicle in the parking space;
and the first payment information sending module is used for sending the information containing the vehicle parking fee value and the payment two-dimensional code to the corresponding client if the vehicle parking fee value and the payment two-dimensional code are the same.

the payment information acquisition module is used for acquiring parking fee payment information;
the payment time judging module is used for judging whether the vehicle owner pays the parking fee in a preset time according to the parking fee payment information;
and the second payment information sending module is used for retransmitting the information containing the vehicle parking fee value and the payment two-dimensional code to the corresponding client if not.

In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, and the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 8. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, and a database connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, computer programs, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The database of the computer equipment is used for storing ETC electronic account information of the approaching vehicles, parking information of the vehicles, thermal energy information of parking spaces and lamplight information of the parking spaces. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program, when executed by a processor, implements a method for paying parking fees for a parking lot based on an ETC device.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the steps of when executing the computer program:
acquiring ETC electronic account information of the approach vehicle;
judging whether the ETC electronic account can be charged by a parking lot or not according to the ETC electronic account information of the vehicle;
acquiring vehicle parking information;
judging whether the vehicle finishes parking in a parking lot or not according to the parking information of the vehicle;
and when the ETC electronic account is judged not to be deducted by the parking lot and the vehicle is judged to finish parking in the parking lot, sending information containing the state of the ETC electronic account to a corresponding client.
In one embodiment, a computer readable storage medium is provided having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of:
acquiring ETC electronic account information of the approach vehicle;
judging whether the ETC electronic account can be charged by a parking lot or not according to the ETC electronic account information of the vehicle;
acquiring vehicle parking information;
judging whether the vehicle finishes parking in a parking lot or not according to the parking information of the vehicle;
and when the ETC electronic account is judged not to be deducted by the parking lot and the vehicle is judged to finish parking in the parking lot, sending information containing the state of the ETC electronic account to a corresponding client.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that implementing all or part of the above described methods may be accomplished by way of a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, which when executed, may comprise the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the various embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory. The nonvolatile memory can include Read Only Memory (ROM), programmable ROM (PROM), electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), dynamic RAM (DRAM), synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), memory bus direct RAM (RDRAM), direct memory bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM), among others.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, only the above-described division of the functional units and modules is illustrated, and in practical application, the above-described functional distribution may be performed by different functional units and modules according to needs, i.e. the internal structure of the apparatus is divided into different functional units or modules to perform all or part of the above-described functions.

Claims (7)
1. A method for paying parking fees for a parking lot based on ETC equipment, the method comprising:
acquiring ETC electronic account information of the approach vehicle;
judging whether the ETC electronic account can be used for deducting fees in a parking lot according to the ETC electronic account information of the vehicle;
acquiring vehicle parking information;
judging whether the vehicle finishes parking in a parking lot or not according to the parking information of the vehicle;
when the ETC electronic account is judged not to be deducted by the parking lot and the vehicle is judged to finish parking in the parking lot, sending information containing the state of the ETC electronic account to a corresponding client;
the parking fee payment method for the parking lot further comprises the following steps:
when the vehicle is identified to be parked in the parking space, judging that the vehicle is parked in the parking space;
analyzing the position of the head of the vehicle through the camera recognition device, and then screening out thermal energy information corresponding to the position of the head of the vehicle from the thermal energy information of each position of the parking space, so as to obtain the thermal energy information of the engine position of the vehicle;
acquiring state information of a vehicle in a parking space, and judging whether the vehicle is ready to leave a corresponding parking space according to the state information of the vehicle in the parking space;
if yes, information containing the vehicle parking fee value and the payment two-dimensional code is sent to a corresponding client;
the method for acquiring the state information of the vehicle in the parking space and judging whether the vehicle is ready to leave the corresponding parking space according to the state information of the vehicle in the parking space specifically comprises the following steps:
acquiring heat energy information of a parking space;
when a thermal energy value is detected, subtracting the thermal energy value before the preset time from the thermal energy value, then calculating a thermal energy change value in the preset time, judging whether the thermal energy change value is in a preset change range threshold value or not, and further judging whether the vehicle engine is started or not;
if so, the state information of the vehicle in the parking space is judged to be that the vehicle is ready to drive out of the corresponding parking space.
2. The ETC device-based parking fee payment method according to claim 1, wherein the acquiring the status information of the vehicle in the parking space, and determining whether the vehicle is ready to leave the corresponding parking space according to the status information of the vehicle in the parking space, specifically comprises:
acquiring parking space lamplight information;
judging whether the light intensities of the front end and the rear end of the parking space simultaneously fall in a preset range according to the light information of the parking space;
if so, the state information of the vehicle in the parking space is judged to be that the vehicle is ready to drive out of the corresponding parking space.
3. The ETC device-based parking fee payment method according to claim 2, wherein if the vehicle is in a parking space, the method includes, after the state information of the vehicle in the parking space is determined that the vehicle is ready to drive out of the corresponding parking space:
transmitting information containing inquiry about whether to leave the field to a corresponding client;
acquiring response information of a client;
and when the response information of the client is that the client does not leave the parking space, the lamplight information of the parking space is acquired again.
4. The ETC device-based parking fee payment method for a parking lot according to claim 3, further comprising:
acquiring parking fee payment information;
judging whether the car owner pays the parking fee in a preset time according to the parking fee payment information;
if not, retransmitting the information containing the vehicle parking fee value and the payment two-dimensional code to the corresponding client.
5. Parking fee payment device for parking lot based on ETC equipment, characterized in that the parking fee payment device for parking lot comprises:
the account information acquisition module is used for acquiring ETC electronic account information of the approaching vehicle;
the parking lot deduction judging module is used for judging whether the ETC electronic account can be deducted by the parking lot according to the ETC electronic account information of the vehicle;
the parking information acquisition module is used for acquiring the parking information of the vehicle;
the vehicle parking judging module is used for judging whether the vehicle finishes parking in the parking lot or not according to the parking information of the vehicle;
the system comprises an account state information sending module, a client and a client, wherein the account state information sending module is used for sending information containing the state of the ETC electronic account to the corresponding client when the ETC electronic account is judged not to be deducted by a parking lot and the vehicle is judged to finish parking in the parking lot;
the parking fee payment device for the parking lot further includes:

the first payment information sending module is used for sending information containing the vehicle parking fee value and the payment two-dimensional code to the corresponding client if the vehicle parking fee value and the payment two-dimensional code are the same;
the vehicle state information acquisition module includes:
the thermal energy information acquisition sub-module is used for acquiring thermal energy information of the parking space;
the thermal energy change judging sub-module is used for subtracting the thermal energy value before the preset time from the thermal energy value when detecting one thermal energy value, then calculating the thermal energy change value in the preset time, judging whether the thermal energy change value is in a preset change range threshold value or not, and further judging whether the vehicle engine is started or not;
and the first vehicle state judging submodule is used for judging that the vehicle is ready to leave the corresponding parking space according to the state information of the vehicle in the parking space if the vehicle is in the parking space.

A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor, when executing the computer program, carries out the steps of the ETC device based parking lot parking fee payment method according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
7. A computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program, characterized in that the computer program when executed by a processor implements the steps of the ETC device-based parking lot payment parking fee method according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
