And if the charging order information is correct, the vehicle-mounted terminal 1 displays the charging order information. If the charging order information is wrong, the vehicle-mounted terminal 1 acquires and sends the abnormal prompting information of the charging order to the charging server 3. The charging order information comprises charging certification information, and the charging certification information comprises leaving time information and leaving place information. For example, the leaving time information in the charge order information is 8 am, and the leaving location information of the vehicle is a shopping mall parking lot at this time, but the vehicle is in the shopping mall parking lot at 8 am in the driving record in the vehicle-mounted terminal 1, and since the same vehicle is in the same time and the leaving location information in the charge order information does not match the location information in the driving record, the vehicle-mounted terminal 1 determines that the charge order information is incorrect. Therefore, the payment system provided by the embodiment can avoid the condition that lawless persons use the fake plate to bring loss to car owners.
In an embodiment, the in-vehicle terminal 1 may be configured to display the charge order abnormality prompting information. The vehicle-mounted terminal 1 may further be configured to obtain, according to the charge certification information, vehicle-surroundings image information associated with the charge certification information stored in the vehicle-mounted terminal, and send the charge order abnormality prompt information and the vehicle-surroundings image information to the charging server 3. The charging server 3 may be configured to obtain vehicle image information corresponding to the charging certification information after receiving the charging order abnormality prompt information and the vehicle periphery image information, and store the vehicle image information and the vehicle periphery image information in an associated manner. Specifically, the billing terminal 2 may include at least one camera to capture an image of the vehicle and generate vehicle image information. In one embodiment, the vehicle image information and the vehicle surrounding image information may include time identification information and/or location identification information. Therefore, the payment system provided by the embodiment can store the certificate when the charging order is abnormal.
In an embodiment, the charging server 3 may be configured to send corresponding prompt information to a service provider terminal corresponding to the charging server 3 after receiving the abnormal prompt information of the charging order, so that the service provider can perform corresponding confirmation processing.
In an embodiment, the mobile terminal 4 may be configured to establish a connection with the vehicle-mounted terminal 1 through an NFC technology, and then may perform a fee payment to the vehicle-mounted terminal 1, and further, the vehicle-mounted terminal 1 may transfer the received fee to the charging server 3 to complete the whole payment process of the charging order. In other embodiments, the mobile terminal 4 may be configured to obtain the charging order information after establishing a connection with the in-vehicle terminal 1 through the NFC technology, and complete a payment operation to the charging server 3 according to a payment link in the charging order information. In addition, the mobile terminal 4 can also be used for logging in the charging server 3 in advance to perform a recharging operation, so that the mobile terminal 4 can establish a connection with the vehicle-mounted terminal 1 through an NFC technology under the condition of power failure and perform payment (namely payment in a bus card manner).
In an embodiment, the specific implementation manner and the beneficial effects of the payment system provided in this embodiment may refer to the payment method described in the first embodiment of the present invention, and will not be described herein again.
The payment system provided by the second embodiment of the invention comprises a charging terminal 2, a charging server 3, a vehicle-mounted terminal 1 and a mobile terminal 4. The charging terminal 2 is used for acquiring license plate information of a vehicle, generating and sending charging order information to the charging server 3 according to the license plate information, so that the charging server 3 sends the charging order information to the vehicle-mounted terminal 1 associated with the license plate information. The vehicle-mounted terminal 1 is used for receiving charging order information. The mobile terminal 4 is used for establishing connection with the vehicle-mounted terminal 1 through an NFC technology and performing payment operation according to the charging order information. Therefore, the payment system described in the second embodiment of the present invention can provide an intelligent, convenient and time-saving payment method to meet the needs of people.
The third embodiment:
fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a vehicle-mounted terminal according to a third embodiment of the present invention. For a clear description of the vehicle-mounted terminal provided by the third embodiment of the invention, please refer to fig. 4.
A vehicle-mounted terminal 1 according to a third embodiment of the present invention includes: a processor a101 and a memory a201, wherein the processor a101 is configured to execute the computer program a6 stored in the memory a201 to implement the steps of the payment method as described in the first embodiment.
In an embodiment, the in-vehicle terminal 1 provided in this embodiment may include at least one processor a101 and at least one memory a 201. Wherein, at least one processor A101 may be referred to as a processing unit A1, and at least one memory A201 may be referred to as a memory unit A2. Specifically, the storage unit a2 stores a computer program a6 that, when executed by the processing unit a1, causes the in-vehicle terminal 1 provided by the present embodiment to implement the steps of the payment method described above, for example, step S12 shown in fig. 1 in which the in-vehicle terminal receives charge order information.
In one embodiment, the in-vehicle terminal 1 provided in the present embodiment may include a plurality of memories a201 (referred to as a storage unit A2 for short), and the storage unit A2 may include, for example, a Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or a cache memory and/or a Read Only Memory (ROM), and the like.
In one embodiment, the in-vehicle terminal 1 further includes a bus connecting different components (e.g., the processor a101 and the memory a201, the touch display screen A3, the NFC module a7, and the like).
In an embodiment, the in-vehicle terminal 1 in this embodiment may further include a communication interface (e.g., an I/O interface a4), and the communication interface may be used for communicating with an external device, for example, the NFC module a7 may be externally connected via the communication interface.
In one embodiment, when the terminal is externally connected with the NFC module a7 through the communication interface, the mounting position of the NFC module a7 on the vehicle may include at least one of the back of the seat in the vehicle, the center console of the vehicle, and the door handle in the vehicle. It should be understood that the mounting location of NFC module a7 includes, but is not limited to, mounting on the back of the seat back of a seat in a vehicle, on the center console of a vehicle, at the door handle in a vehicle, etc. Therefore, in the payment method of the present embodiment, the mobile terminal can establish an NFC connection with the in-vehicle terminal 1 by making a single touch with the NFC module a7 at any location or a certain location on the vehicle.
In one embodiment, the in-vehicle terminal 1 provided in this embodiment may further include a communication device a 5.
The vehicle-mounted terminal 1 provided by the third embodiment of the present invention includes a memory a101 and a processor a201, and the processor a101 is configured to execute the computer program a6 stored in the memory a201 to implement the steps of the payment method described in the first embodiment, so that the vehicle-mounted terminal 1 provided by this embodiment can implement and provide an intelligent, convenient and time-saving payment method to meet the needs of people.
The third embodiment of the present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program a6, which computer program a6 when executed by the processor a101 implements the steps of the payment method as in the first embodiment, for example, the steps shown in fig. 1 are S11 to S13.
In an embodiment, the computer readable storage medium provided by the embodiment may include any entity or device capable of carrying computer program code, a recording medium, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk, flash memory, and the like.
The computer program a6 stored in the computer-readable storage medium provided by the third embodiment of the present invention can be executed by the processor a101 to provide an intelligent, convenient and time-saving payment method to meet the needs of people.
The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any modification, equivalent replacement or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A method of payment, the method comprising:
the method comprises the steps that a charging terminal obtains license plate information of a vehicle, generates and sends charging order information to a charging server according to the license plate information, so that the charging server sends the charging order information to a vehicle-mounted terminal related to the license plate information;
the vehicle-mounted terminal receives the charging order information;
and the mobile terminal establishes connection with the vehicle-mounted terminal through an NFC technology and carries out payment operation according to the charging order information.
2. The payment method of claim 1, wherein before the step of obtaining the license plate information of the vehicle by the charging terminal, generating and sending the charging order information to the charging server according to the license plate information, so that the charging server sends the charging order information to the vehicle-mounted terminal associated with the license plate information, the method comprises:
and the vehicle-mounted terminal sends a fee-deducting service registration request comprising the license plate information to the charging server, so that the charging server associates the license plate information with the vehicle-mounted terminal and activates a fee-deducting function of the vehicle-mounted terminal.
3. The payment method of claim 1, wherein before the step of obtaining the license plate information of the vehicle by the charging terminal, generating and sending the charging order information to the charging server according to the license plate information, so that the charging server sends the charging order information to the vehicle-mounted terminal associated with the license plate information, the method comprises:
the charging terminal acquires license plate information of the vehicle, and when the vehicle is detected to be positioned at an entrance of a parking lot, the charging terminal sends position information of an idle parking space to the charging server, so that the charging server sends the position information of the idle parking space to the vehicle-mounted terminal;
and the vehicle-mounted terminal acquires and displays the position information of the idle parking space.
4. The payment method as claimed in claim 3, wherein after the step of the vehicle-mounted terminal acquiring and displaying the free parking space position information, the method comprises the following steps:
the vehicle-mounted terminal acquires parking space selection parameter information, automatically selects an idle parking space according to the parking space selection parameter information and the idle parking space position information, generates automatic parking control information, and sends the automatic parking control information to an automatic driving module so as to control the vehicle to automatically drive to the idle parking space and automatically park, wherein the parking space selection parameter information comprises at least one of destination and gender.
5. A payment method as recited in claim 1, wherein the step of receiving the charge order information at the in-vehicle terminal comprises:
the vehicle-mounted terminal displays the charging order information, starts timing, and sends unpaid information to the charging server when the timing duration exceeds a preset duration and the payment information of the mobile terminal is not received;
the charging server calculates corresponding late payment according to a first charging amount in the charging order information to generate a second charging amount, updates the first charging amount in the charging order information to the second charging amount, and sends the updated charging order information to the vehicle-mounted terminal;
and the vehicle-mounted terminal acquires and displays the updated charging order information.
6. A payment method as recited in claim 1, wherein the charge order information includes charge certification information including departure time information and departure location information;
the step of receiving the charging order information by the vehicle-mounted terminal comprises the following steps:
the vehicle-mounted terminal receives the charging order information and judges whether the charging order information is correct or not according to the charging certification information in the charging order information and the driving record stored in the vehicle-mounted terminal;
if the charging order information is correct, the vehicle-mounted terminal displays the charging order information;
and if the charging order information is wrong, the vehicle-mounted terminal acquires and sends abnormal prompting information of the charging order to the charging server.
7. The payment method according to claim 6, wherein the step of acquiring and sending the abnormal prompt message of the charge order to the charging server by the vehicle-mounted terminal comprises the following steps:
the vehicle-mounted terminal displays the charging order abnormal prompt information;
the vehicle-mounted terminal acquires the vehicle-cycle image information which is stored by the vehicle-mounted terminal and is associated with the charging certification information according to the charging certification information, and sends the charging order abnormity prompt information and the vehicle-cycle image information to the charging server;
and after receiving the charge order abnormity prompt information and the vehicle periphery image information, the charging server acquires vehicle image information corresponding to the charge certification information and stores the vehicle image information and the vehicle periphery image information in an associated manner.
8. A payment system, the system comprising: the system comprises a charging terminal, a charging server, a vehicle-mounted terminal and a mobile terminal;
the charging terminal is used for acquiring license plate information of a vehicle, generating and sending charging order information to the charging server according to the license plate information, so that the charging server sends the charging order information to the vehicle-mounted terminal related to the license plate information;
the vehicle-mounted terminal is used for receiving the charging order information;
and the mobile terminal is used for establishing connection with the vehicle-mounted terminal through an NFC technology and carrying out payment operation according to the charging order information.
9. A vehicle-mounted terminal is characterized by comprising a memory and a processor;
the processor is for executing a computer program stored in the memory for implementing the steps of the payment method as claimed in any one of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, which computer program, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the payment method according to any one of claims 1-7.
