(6) Preparing the biomass disinfectant wet tissue containing the traditional Chinese medicine components: sterilizing the wet tissue by radiation, soaking in the mother solution of the sterilization extract, and performing soaking treatment at 30 deg.C for 4h to obtain the biomass sterilization wet tissue containing Chinese medicinal components.

(5) Preparing a disinfectant extract mother liquor: adding 3g of radix Sophorae Flavescentis extract, 2g of traditional Chinese medicine antibacterial extract, 120g of chitosan quaternary ammonium salt and 0.5g of aromatic oil into 10000mL of distilled water and 600mL of ethanol solvent, and uniformly dispersing to obtain the disinfectant extract mother liquor.
(6) Preparing the biomass disinfectant wet tissue containing the traditional Chinese medicine components: sterilizing the wet tissue by radiation, soaking in the mother solution of the sterilization extract, and performing soaking treatment at 50 deg.C for 6h to obtain the biomass sterilization wet tissue containing Chinese medicinal components.
Comparative example 1
(1) Preparation: grinding 2g of rhubarb, 0.6g of oriental wormwood, 2g of golden cypress, 2.5g of clove and 1.2g of liquorice into powder, adding the powder into 3000mL of distilled water and 250mL of ethanol solvent, heating and refluxing, carrying out an alcohol-water extraction process at 100 ℃ for 20h, carrying out centrifugal separation, taking the upper layer liquid, adding the ethanol solvent into the upper layer liquid to carry out centrifugal washing on the lower layer solid, taking the upper layer clear liquid, and carrying out reduced pressure distillation on the separated solution to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine disinfection extract.
(2) Preparing a disinfectant extract mother liquor: adding 1.5g of traditional Chinese medicine antibacterial extract, 80g of chitosan quaternary ammonium salt and 0.3g of aromatic oil into 6000mL of distilled water and 400mL of ethanol solvent, and uniformly dispersing to obtain the disinfectant extract mother liquor.
(3) Preparing the biomass disinfectant wet tissue containing the traditional Chinese medicine components: sterilizing the wet tissue by radiation, soaking in the mother solution of the sterilization extract, and performing soaking treatment at 40 deg.C for 5h to obtain the biomass sterilization wet tissue containing Chinese medicinal components.

(1) preparing a primary extract of radix sophorae flavescentis: grinding radix Sophorae Flavescentis into powder, adding into ethanol solvent, heating and refluxing, performing ethanol extraction, filtering, washing radix Sophorae Flavescentis residue with ethanol, collecting filtrate to obtain radix Sophorae Flavescentis extractive solution, and distilling under reduced pressure to remove solvent to obtain radix Sophorae Flavescentis primary extract;
(2) preparing a sophora flavescens secondary extract: placing radix Sophorae Flavescentis residue in supercritical extraction kettle, and performing CO extraction2Performing supercritical extraction with ethanol as entrainer, and taking out the extract from the extraction kettle to obtain radix Sophorae Flavescentis secondary extract;
(3) preparing a sophora flavescens extract: mixing radix Sophorae Flavescentis primary extract and radix Sophorae Flavescentis secondary extract, and aging to obtain radix Sophorae Flavescentis extract;
(4) preparing a traditional Chinese medicine disinfection extract: grinding radix et rhizoma Rhei, herba Artemisiae Scopariae, cortex Phellodendri, flos Caryophylli and Glycyrrhrizae radix into powder, adding into distilled water and ethanol solvent, heating and refluxing, performing alcohol-water extraction, centrifuging, collecting upper layer liquid, adding ethanol solvent to centrifugally wash lower layer solid, collecting supernatant, and distilling the separated solution under reduced pressure to obtain Chinese medicinal disinfectant extract;
(5) preparing a disinfectant extract mother liquor: adding radix Sophorae Flavescentis extract, Chinese medicinal antibacterial extract, chitosan quaternary ammonium salt, and aromatic oil into distilled water and ethanol solvent, and dispersing uniformly to obtain disinfectant extract mother liquor;
(6) preparing the biomass disinfectant wet tissue containing the traditional Chinese medicine components: sterilizing the wet tissue by radiation, and soaking the wet tissue in the mother solution of the sterilization extract for soaking treatment to obtain the biomass sterilization wet tissue containing the traditional Chinese medicine components.
2. The biomass disinfectant wet wipe containing traditional Chinese medicine components as claimed in claim 1, is characterized in that: the liquid-material ratio (g/mL) of the radix sophorae flavescentis and the ethanol in the step (1) is 0.5-20: 150-3000.
