Description
本发明涉及一种鱼皮鞣制方法。
美国专利4379708和法国专利72924公开一种鱼皮鞣制方法,但是用它们提供的方法加工的鱼皮革未达到皮革的柔软度和揉曲度。
本发明的目的是提供一种由鱼皮鞣制成柔软且具高强度的皮革的方法。
本发明的技术方案是设计,一种鱼皮鞣制方法,其特征是在微碱性(PH=8.5),温度为26℃--28℃的条件下用β脱脂酶浸泡鱼皮,在PH=6.8--7.2,加入无机酸、有机醇(1--4碳链)对鱼皮深层脱脂、去血色素,将脱脂、去血素后的鱼皮在碱性条件下用无机碱脱脂,用磺酸或苯磺酸对鱼皮脱脂,用氢氧化物浸泡脱脂后的鱼皮,在微碱性的条件下用高能氧[O]对鱼皮脱色,用无机碱浸泡膨胀软化鱼皮,软化鱼皮,在PH=8.5--9、温度在25℃--30℃的条件下用蛋白酶、胰酶、β淀粉酶浸泡,用酸液浸泡,用有机质鞣制,用矿物质鞣制,填充剂填充,用十八碳以下的较小分子的有机脂加脂,中和,在PH=2.8的条件下酸化,用三十二碳以上的较大分子的油填充。
本发明的优点是能将鱼皮鞣制成柔软且具高强度的鱼皮革。

- 一种鱼皮鞣制方法,其特征是(a)在微碱性(PH=8.5),温度为26℃--28℃的条件下用β脱脂酶浸泡鱼皮,(b)在PH=6.8--7.2,加入无机酸、有机醇(1--4碳链)对鱼皮深层脱脂、去血色素,(c)将脱脂、去血素后的鱼皮在碱性条件下用无机碱脱脂,(d)用磺酸或苯磺酸对鱼皮脱脂,(c)用氢氧化物浸泡脱脂后的鱼皮,(f)在微碱性的条件下用高能氧[O]对鱼皮脱色,(g)用无机碱浸泡膨胀软化鱼皮,软化鱼皮,(h)在PH=8.5--9、温度在25℃--30℃的条件下,用蛋白酶、胰酶、β淀粉酶浸泡,(i)用酸液浸泡,(j)用有机质鞣制,(k)用矿物质鞣制,(1)填充剂填充,(m)用十八碳以下的较小分子的有机脂加脂,(n)中和,(o)在PH=2.8的条件下酸化,(p)用三十二碳以上的较大分子的油填充,
