背景技术
fluchlordiniliprole为我公司自主研发的化合物,化合物专利(CN106977494B)已于2021年4月30日获得授权。fluchlordiniliprole属于苯甲酰胺类杀虫剂,能够高效激活昆虫鱼尼丁受体进而过度释放细胞中钙库中的钙离子,导致昆虫瘫痪死亡。其化学名称:3-溴-1-(3-氯吡啶-2-基)-N-[4,6-二氯-3-氟-2-(甲氨基甲酰基)苯基]-1H-吡唑-5-甲酰胺,分子式:C17H10BrCl3FN5O2,相对分子质量(按2009年国际相对原子质量计):521.56,熔点:238℃~240℃,水中溶解度为0.711mg/L,化学结构式为:
式(Ⅰ)所示的化合物的化学名为N-(1-甲基环丙基)-2-(3-吡啶基)-2H-吲唑-4-甲酰胺,英文化学名称为N-(1-methylcyclopropyl)-2-(3-pyridinyl)-2H-indazole-4-carboxamide,其化学结构式为:
在农业生产的实际过程中,单一用药很容易导致害虫产生抗药性。不同品种成分进行复配,是防治抗性害虫很常见的方法,不同成分进行复配,根据实际应用效果,来判断某种复配是增效、加和还是拮抗作用。绝大多数情况下,农药的复配效果都是加和作用,真正增效作用较少,尤其是增效作用非常明显、共毒系数很高的复配就更少了。经过发明人的复配研究,发现将fluchlordiniliprole与式(Ⅰ)所示的化合物复配后均能产生很好的增效作用,并且关于fluchlordiniliprole与式(Ⅰ)所示的化合物复配的相关报道尚未公开。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有协同增效作用、使用成本低、防效好的含fluchlordiniliprole的杀虫组合物。
一种含fluchlordiniliprole的杀虫组合物,包含活性成分A和活性成分B,活性成分A为fluchlordiniliprole,活性成分B为式(Ⅰ)所示的化合物;结构式如下:
所述的活性成分A和活性成分B的质量比为1:40~36:1;

本发明的杀虫组合物配制可由通常的本领域技术人员所公知的加工方法制备,即将活性成分与液体溶剂或固体载体混合后,再加入表面活性剂如润湿剂、分散剂、乳化剂、增稠剂、崩解剂、防冻剂、消泡剂、溶剂、稳定剂、渗透剂和载体等中的一种或几种;

本发明还提供了如上述的含fluchlordiniliprole的杀虫组合物在防治农业、林业、园艺植食性害虫中的应用;

本发明的优点在于:
(1)fluchlordiniliprole与式(Ⅰ)所示的化合物复配后,具有明显的增效和持效作用;
(2)对农作物咀嚼式、刺吸式、锉吸式口器害虫均具有较高的防效;
(3)减少了农药用药量,降低了农药在作物上的残留量,减轻了环境污染;
(4)对人畜安全,环境友好。
具体实施案例
制备例1:
18%fluchlordiniliprole·式(Ⅰ)化合物悬浮剂(1:8)
配方:fluchlordiniliprole 2%,式(Ⅰ)化合物16%,聚醚3.5%,苯乙基酚聚醚磷酸酯盐2.5%,格尔伯特醇聚氧乙烯醚1.5%,硅酸镁铝1%,黄原胶0.2%,丙二醇5%,苯并异噻唑啉酮0.02%,有机硅消泡剂0.4%,去离子水补足余量;
制备方法:按配方比例,将活性成分、表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂依次置于反应釜中,加水混合均匀,经高速剪切,湿法砂磨,最后匀质过滤即得悬浮剂。
制备例2:
34%fluchlordiniliprole·式(Ⅰ)化合物悬浮剂(2:15)
配方:fluchlordiniliprole 4%,式(Ⅰ)化合物30%,聚醚2%,聚羧酸盐1.5%,萘磺酸盐amol NN 89063%,异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚2%,硅酸镁铝1%,黄原胶0.2%,丙二醇5%,苯甲酸0.1%,有机硅消泡剂0.4%,去离子水补足余量;
制备方法:同制备例1。
制备例3:
32%fluchlordiniliprole·式(Ⅰ)化合物悬浮剂(1:7)
配方:fluchlordiniliprole 4%,式(Ⅰ)化合物28%,木质素磺酸盐2%,聚羧酸盐2.5%,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯盐3%,硅酸镁铝1%,黄原胶0.3%,丙三醇4.5%,苯甲酸0.1%,有机硅消泡剂0.4%,去离子水补足余量;
制备方法:同制备例1。
制备例4:
33%fluchlordiniliprole·式(Ⅰ)化合物水分散粒剂(1:10)
配方:fluchlordiniliprole 3%,式(Ⅰ)化合物30%,木质素磺酸钠8%,烷基芳基聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚8%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠4.5%,白炭黑4.5%,淀粉24%,高岭土补足余量;
制备方法:按实施例配方比例,将活性成分加入载体中,并在其中加入表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂,混合,经气流粉碎后加10~25%的水,然后经捏合、造粒、干燥、筛分制得水分散粒剂产品。
制备例5:
40%fluchlordiniliprole·式(Ⅰ)化合物水分散粒剂(1:9)
配方:fluchlordiniliprole 4%,式(Ⅰ)化合物36%,木质素磺酸钠4%,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物硫酸盐3%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠5%,2.5%十二烷基硫酸钠,3%白糖,15%淀粉,高岭土补足余量;
制备方法,同制备例4。
制备例6:
26%fluchlordiniliprole·式(Ⅰ)化合物可分散油悬浮剂(1:12)
配方:fluchlordiniliprole 2%,式(Ⅰ)化合物24%,2.5%木质素磺酸盐,12%烷基芳基聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚,3%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,2%十二烷基苯磺酸钙,1%二氧化硅,1%有机膨润土,20%200#溶剂油,油酸甲酯补足余量;
制备方法:按配方比例,将活性成分、表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂依次置于反应釜中,加入溶剂油混合均匀,经高速剪切,湿法砂磨,最后匀质过滤即得可分散油悬浮剂产品。
对照例1
18%fluchlordiniliprole·N-(1-甲基乙基)-2-(3-吡啶基)-2H-吲唑-4-甲酰胺悬浮剂(1:8)
配方:fluchlordiniliprole 2%,N-(1-甲基乙基)-2-(3-吡啶基)-2H-吲唑-4-甲酰胺16%,聚醚3.5%、苯乙基酚聚醚磷酸酯盐2.5%,格尔伯特醇聚氧乙烯醚1.5%,硅酸镁铝1%,黄原胶0.2%,丙二醇5%,苯并异噻唑啉酮0.02%,有机硅消泡剂0.4%,去离子水补足余量;
制备方法,同制备例1。
供试药剂:90%式(I)所示化合物原药、89%N-(1-甲基乙基)-2-(3-吡啶基)-2H-吲唑-4-甲酰胺原药,90%fluchlordiniliprole原药,以上原药均由集团研发中心提供。
室内活性试验案例:
试验方法:
缨翅目成虫:玻璃滚管法;
供试虫龄:采用室内饲养多代的敏感种群,选取健康一致的缨翅目雌成虫。
玻璃管用250ul药液滚均匀后,用打孔器将甘蓝叶片打成直径1.5cm圆片后,用镊子将新鲜甘蓝片置于药液中浸渍10s后取出,待药液自然晾干后将甘蓝片置于玻璃管中,将15头缨翅目雌成虫用吸虫器吸入玻璃管中,用200目纱网封口。
每个处理4次重复,以空白处理作为对照。处理后的试虫置于26±1℃,光照时间L:D=16h:8h,相对湿度为60%的人工智能培养室进行饲养。
鳞翅目幼虫:浸叶和浸虫相结合的方法;
供试虫龄:采用室内饲养多代的敏感种群,选取健康一致的鳞翅目二龄幼虫。
用镊子将新鲜甘蓝片置于药液中浸渍10s后取出,待药液自然晾干后将甘蓝片置于垫有保湿滤纸的培养皿中,将20头鳞翅目二龄幼虫置于药液中5s后,用滤纸吸取多余药液,将试虫放入相应浓度浸叶的培养皿中。
每个处理4次重复,以空白处理作为对照。处理后的试虫置于26±1℃,光照时间L:D=16h:8h,相对湿度为60%的人工智能培养室进行饲养。
药剂处理后分别于48h调查试虫死亡情况,判断试虫死亡标准为虫体明显收缩或针刺不能正常爬动,记录死虫数。
数据统计与分析:空白对照死亡率小于5%无需校正;空白对照死亡率5%~10%,需进行校正死亡率;空白对照死亡率10%以上,则需重新进行试验。
计算公式如下:
以LC50值相对小的药剂为标准药剂,其毒力指数TI为100。
混剂的理论毒力指数TTI=TIA×PA+TIB×PB
式中:PA、PB分别为活性成分A、B在组合物中所占的重量比。
用IBM Spss statistics 20软件进行数据统计分析。
室内实施例1

由表1可知,fluchlordiniliprole与式(Ⅰ)化合物对西花蓟马在1:40~36:1时,共毒系数均大于80,说明两者混配在1:40~36:1范围内混配均表现出相加或增效作用,未出现拮抗作用。
当fluchlordiniliprole与式(Ⅰ)化合物混配重量比在1:36~20:1时,共毒系数均大于120,说明两者混配在该重量比范围内表现为增效作用;当fluchlordiniliprole与式(Ⅰ)化合物混配重量比为1:28~4:1时,共毒系数均大于130,说明两者在该混配重量比范围内表现为明显增效。
室内实施例2

当fluchlordiniliprole与式(Ⅰ)化合物混配重量比为2:25~2:7时,共毒系数均大于150,说明两者在该混配重量比范围内表现为明显增效。

当fluchlordiniliprole与式(Ⅰ)化合物混配重量比在1:24~3:8时,共毒系数均大于130,说明两者混配在该重量比范围内表现为增效作用。
田间实施例1
田间试验防治粉虱
供试作物:番茄,
试验对象:粉虱[Bemisia tabaci(Gennadius)];
试验在山东省青岛市平度市李戈庄村温室大棚种植基地进行,试验田肥力中等,栽培条件一致。
试验共设5个混配处理,2个对照处理,4次重复,随机排列,小区面积40m2。试验于粉虱发生盛期进行施药,施药1次,用水量675kg/hm2。
施药时,先喷对照,并由低浓度向高浓度依次进行,采用常量喷雾法,按计算的步速,匀速均匀喷雾。更换不同药剂时,先清洗喷雾器三次,并将喷杆中的水全部喷出。
试验期间天气良好,施药当天,日平均气温为25℃,最高气温为32℃,最低气温为22℃,相对湿度70%。
调查方法:
施药前调查虫口基数,每小区定株挂牌5株,每株固定调查3片叶片;施药后3d、7d调查活虫数。
施药后3d、7d分别调查番茄生长发育情况及有无药害产生。
药效计算方法:

从实验结果表4分析可以看出,fluchlordiniliprole与式(Ⅰ)化合物混配对粉虱具有较好的防治效果,表现出较好的速效性和持效性。药后3d,18%fluchlordiniliprole·式(Ⅰ)化合物悬浮剂(1:8)、32%fluchlordiniliprole·式(Ⅰ)化合物悬浮剂(1:7)、40%fluchlordiniliprole·式(Ⅰ)化合物水分散粒剂(1:9)防效分别为89.53%、81.45%、82.81%;药后7d,防效增加,18%fluchlordiniliprole·式(Ⅰ)化合物悬浮剂(1:8)、32%fluchlordiniliprole·式(Ⅰ)化合物悬浮剂(1:7)、40%fluchlordiniliprole·式(Ⅰ)化合物水分散粒剂(1:9)防效分别为95.37%、92.08%、92.16%,防治效果呈现逐渐增大趋势。
药剂安全性:试验过程中,番茄生长正常,各处理药剂在供试浓度下均未对番茄植株造成药害。
田间实施例2
田间试验防治蓟马
供试作物:大葱,品种为大梧桐;
试验对象:葱蓟马(Thrips alliorum Priesner)
试验在山东省济南市章丘区彭家庄村大葱基地,土壤肥力中等,田间管理一致。
试验共设5个处理,2个对照处理,4次重复,随机排列,小区面积50m2。
试验选择在大葱蓟马盛发期进行。
试验与2020年6月20日进行试验,施药器械为WS-16D卫士电动喷雾器,喷头为单个扇形雾喷头,工作压力0.15-0.4Mpa,按照药剂用量要求,根据小区面积,准确量取用药量。试验施药当天为晴天,气温21℃~33℃。
调查方法:施药前每小区采用五点取样法,每点选取6根正常生长的葱管,统计蓟马活虫基数,并挂标记牌;施药后3d、7d分别在挂标记牌处调查各小区的活虫数,计算虫口减退率和防治效果。
施药后3d、7d分别调查大葱生长发育情况及有无药害产生。
药效计算方法:

从实验结果表5分析可以看出,fluchlordiniliprole与式(Ⅰ)化合物混配对蓟马具有较好的防治效果,表现出较好的速效性和持效性。药后3d,18%fluchlordiniliprole·式(Ⅰ)化合物悬浮剂(1:8)、32%fluchlordiniliprole·式(Ⅰ)化合物悬浮剂(1:7)、40%fluchlordiniliprole·式(Ⅰ)化合物水分散粒剂(1:9)防效分别为90.02%、82.16%、83.76%;药后7d,防效增加,18%fluchlordiniliprole·式(Ⅰ)化合物悬浮剂(1:8)、32%fluchlordiniliprole·式(Ⅰ)化合物悬浮剂(1:7)、40%fluchlordiniliprole·式(Ⅰ)化合物水分散粒剂(1:9)防效分别为96.43%、92.07%、92.95%,防治效果呈现逐渐增大趋势。
药剂安全性:试验过程中,大葱生长正常,各处理药剂在供试浓度下均未对大葱植株造成药害。

1.一种含fluchlordiniliprole的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,包含活性成分A和活性成分B,活性成分A为fluchlordiniliprole,活性成分B为式(Ⅰ)所示的化合物,结构式如下:
所述的活性成分A和活性成分B的质量比为1:36~20:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,所述的活性成分A和活性成分B的质量比为1:28~4:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,所述的活性成分A和活性成分B的质量比为1:24~2:3。
4.根据权利要求1中所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,以所述的杀虫组合物的总重量为100wt%计,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B在杀虫组合物中的含量之和为1~80wt%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,所述的杀虫组合物还包括辅助剂,所述的辅助剂选自润湿剂、分散剂、乳化剂、增稠剂、崩解剂、防冻剂、消泡剂、溶剂、稳定剂、渗透剂和载体中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,所述的杀虫组合物可加工成农业上可接受的任一剂型,所述的杀虫组合物的剂型包括可湿性粉剂、悬浮剂、可分散油悬浮剂、微乳剂、水乳剂。
7.如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的杀虫组合物在防治农业、林业或园艺植食性害虫中的应用。
8.如权利要求7所述的应用,其特征在于,所述的植食性害虫为咀嚼式、刺吸式或锉吸式口器害虫。
9.如权利要求8所述的应用,其特征在于,所述的咀嚼式口器害虫包括小菜蛾、甜菜夜蛾、斜纹夜蛾、草地贪夜蛾、二化螟、棉铃虫或菜青虫;
所述的刺吸式口器害虫包括蚜虫、粉虱或稻飞虱;
所述的锉吸式口器害虫包括烟蓟马、棕榈蓟马、花蓟马、西花蓟马或茶黄蓟马。
10.如权利要求7所述的应用,其特征在于,所述的杀虫组合物以有效剂量施用于需要控制的害虫或其生长的介质上。
