when the first gear-shifting input device and the brake pedal are received to step on signals, and the received speed signals indicate that the speed is greater than the preset speed but the movement direction signals of the vehicle are backward movement, the gear of the vehicle is switched from the manual gear to the reverse gear; in addition, if the first gear-shifting input device and the brake pedal are pressed, the received vehicle speed signal indicates that the vehicle speed is greater than the preset vehicle speed, and the vehicle moving direction signal indicates that the vehicle is moving forward, the vehicle speed will be changed too much relative to moving backward, so that the gear can not be shifted to the reverse gear, and the driver can be recommended to decelerate (for example, press the brake pedal).
Switching the gear of the vehicle from the manual gear to a neutral gear upon receiving a depression signal of the first shift input device, the second shift input device and the brake pedal;
and when the signals of the first gear shifting input device and the second gear shifting input device are received, the gear of the vehicle is switched from the manual gear to a forward gear.
In addition, during the manual gear, the up-down gear can be performed according to signals of the first gear shifting input device and the second gear shifting input device, for example, when the signal of the first gear shifting input device is received and the received movement direction signal of the vehicle is forward movement, the gear of the vehicle is switched to a gear with higher torque; and when the signal of the second gear shifting input device is received and the received signal of the moving direction of the vehicle is forward movement, the gear of the vehicle is switched to a gear with lower torque.
In order to be more intuitive, the invention also provides a comparison table of trigger conditions for switching from the current gear to the target gear, which is detailed in the following table:
fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an installation position of a shift paddle according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the first and second shift input devices are provided on a steering wheel of the vehicle. Of course, the first and second shift input devices may be disposed at other convenient locations, such as a steering column or an instrument panel, and the invention is not limited thereto. But rather is provided on the steering wheel only in a preferred location that is most convenient for the driver to operate.
Fig. 4 is a block diagram of a vehicle shift range switching device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the vehicle includes a first shift input device and a second shift input device, which provide signals for shifting gears and upshifting gears, the device comprising: the system comprises a detection unit 1 and a control unit 2, wherein the detection unit 1 is used for detecting the current gear of the vehicle; the control unit 2 is configured to control the gear of the vehicle to be switched from the current gear to a target gear according to the received signal of the first shift input device and/or the received signal of the second shift input device, and the auxiliary signal of the vehicle, based on the detected current gear.
Further, the first and second shift input devices are provided on a steering wheel of the vehicle.
The invention also provides a vehicle comprising the vehicle gear shifting device.
The vehicle gear shifting device and the vehicle are similar to the embodiment of the vehicle gear shifting method, and are not described again.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and should not be taken as limiting the scope of the present invention, which is intended to cover any modifications, equivalents, improvements, etc. within the spirit and scope of the present invention.
Claims (8)
1. A vehicle range switching method, characterized in that the vehicle includes a first shift input device and a second shift input device, the method comprising:
detecting a current gear of the vehicle;
controlling the gear of the vehicle to be switched from the current gear to a target gear according to the received signal of the first gear shift input device and/or the signal of the second gear shift input device and the auxiliary signal of the vehicle based on the detected current gear;
wherein the auxiliary signal comprises at least one of a signal of pressing a brake pedal of a vehicle, a signal of an electronic parking brake of the vehicle, a signal of a vehicle speed and a signal of a motion direction of the vehicle;
the auxiliary signal is a signal of pressing a brake pedal of the vehicle, a signal of an electronic parking brake of the vehicle, a signal of a vehicle speed and a signal of a motion direction of the vehicle;
controlling the gear of the vehicle to be switched from the current gear to a target gear according to the received signal of the first shift input device, the signal of the second shift input device and the auxiliary signal of the vehicle based on the detected current gear comprises:
in the case where the detected current gear is the forward gear,
when the signal that the electronic parking brake is pulled up is received and the received signal of the vehicle speed is that the vehicle speed is less than or equal to a preset vehicle speed, switching the gear of the vehicle from the forward gear to a parking gear;
switching the gear of the vehicle from the forward gear to a neutral gear upon receiving a depression signal of the first shift input device, the second shift input device, and the brake pedal;
when the first gear-shifting input device and the brake pedal are received and the received vehicle speed signal indicates that the vehicle speed is less than or equal to the preset vehicle speed, the gear of the vehicle is switched from the forward gear to the reverse gear;
when the first gear shifting input device and the brake pedal are received and the received speed signal is that the speed is greater than the preset speed but the movement direction signal of the vehicle is backward movement, the gear of the vehicle is switched from the forward gear to the reverse gear;
upon receiving the signals of the first and second shift input devices, switching the gear of the vehicle from the forward gear to a manual gear.
2. The vehicle range shifting method of claim 1,
the auxiliary signal is a brake pedal signal;
controlling the gear of the vehicle to be switched from the current gear to a target gear according to the received signal of the first shift input device, the signal of the second shift input device and the auxiliary signal of the vehicle based on the detected current gear comprises:
in the case where the detected current gear is the parking gear,
when the first gear shifting input device and the brake pedal are pressed down, the gear of the vehicle is switched from the parking gear to the reverse gear;
when the second gear-shifting input device and the brake pedal are pressed, the gear of the vehicle is switched from the parking gear to a forward gear;
and when the first gear shifting input device, the second gear shifting input device and the brake pedal are pressed down, the gear of the vehicle is switched from the parking gear to the neutral gear.
3. The vehicle range shifting method of claim 1,
the auxiliary signal is a signal of pressing a brake pedal of the vehicle, a signal of an electronic parking brake of the vehicle, a signal of a vehicle speed and a signal of a motion direction of the vehicle;
controlling the gear of the vehicle to be switched from the current gear to a target gear according to the received signals of the first and second shift input devices and the auxiliary signal of the vehicle based on the detected current gear includes:
in the case where the detected current gear is the reverse gear,
when the signal that the electronic parking brake is pulled up is received and the received signal of the vehicle speed is that the vehicle speed is less than or equal to a preset vehicle speed, switching the gear of the vehicle from the reverse gear to a parking gear;
switching the gear of the vehicle from the reverse gear to a neutral gear upon receiving a depression signal of the first shift input device, the second shift input device and the brake pedal;
when the second gear shifting input device and the brake pedal are received and the received vehicle speed signal is that the vehicle speed is less than or equal to the preset vehicle speed, the gear of the vehicle is switched from the reverse gear to the forward gear;
and when the second gear shifting input device and the brake pedal are received and the received speed signal is that the speed is greater than the preset speed but the movement direction signal of the vehicle is forward movement, switching the gear of the vehicle from the reverse gear to the forward gear.
4. The vehicle range shifting method of claim 1,
the auxiliary signal is a signal of pressing a brake pedal of the vehicle, a signal of an electronic parking brake of the vehicle, a signal of a vehicle speed and a signal of a motion direction of the vehicle;
controlling the gear of the vehicle to be switched from the current gear to a target gear according to the received signal of the first shift input device, the signal of the second shift input device and the auxiliary signal of the vehicle based on the detected current gear comprises:
in the case where the detected current gear is neutral,
when the signal that the electronic parking brake is pulled up is received and the received signal of the vehicle speed is that the vehicle speed is less than or equal to a preset vehicle speed, switching the gear of the vehicle from the neutral gear to a parking gear;
when the first gear shifting input device and the brake pedal are received and the received vehicle speed signal indicates that the vehicle speed is less than or equal to the preset vehicle speed, the gear of the vehicle is switched from the neutral gear to the reverse gear;
when the first gear shifting input device and the brake pedal are received and the received speed signal is that the speed is greater than the preset speed but the movement direction signal of the vehicle is backward movement, the gear of the vehicle is switched from the neutral gear to the reverse gear;
when the second gear shifting input device and the brake pedal are received and the received vehicle speed signal is that the vehicle speed is less than or equal to the preset vehicle speed, the gear of the vehicle is switched from the neutral gear to a forward gear;
and when the second gear shifting input device and the brake pedal are received and the received speed signal is that the speed is greater than the preset speed but the movement direction signal of the vehicle is forward movement, switching the gear of the vehicle from the neutral gear to a forward gear.
5. The vehicle range shifting method of claim 1,
the auxiliary signal is a pressing signal of a brake pedal of the vehicle, a signal of an electronic parking brake of the vehicle, a signal of a vehicle speed and a motion direction signal of the vehicle;
controlling the gear of the vehicle to be switched from the current gear to a target gear according to the received signal of the first shift input device, the signal of the second shift input device and the auxiliary signal of the vehicle based on the detected current gear comprises:
in the case where the detected current gear is the manual gear,
when the signal that the electronic parking brake is pulled up is received and the received signal of the vehicle speed is that the vehicle speed is less than or equal to a preset vehicle speed, switching the gear of the vehicle from the manual gear to a parking gear;
when the first gear shifting input device and the brake pedal are received and the received vehicle speed signal is that the vehicle speed is less than or equal to the preset vehicle speed, switching the gear of the vehicle from the manual gear to a reverse gear;
when the first gear-shifting input device and the brake pedal are received to step on signals, and the received speed signals indicate that the speed is greater than the preset speed but the movement direction signals of the vehicle are backward movement, the gear of the vehicle is switched from the manual gear to the reverse gear;
switching the gear of the vehicle from the manual gear to a neutral gear upon receiving a depression signal of the first shift input device, the second shift input device and the brake pedal;
switching the gear of the vehicle from the manual gear to a forward gear upon receiving signals of the first and second shift input devices;
when the signal of the first gear shifting input device is received and the received signal of the moving direction of the vehicle is forward movement, the gear of the vehicle is switched to a gear with higher torque;
and when the signal of the second gear shifting input device is received and the received signal of the moving direction of the vehicle is forward movement, the gear of the vehicle is switched to a gear with lower torque.
6. The vehicle range shifting method of any one of claims 1-5, wherein the first shift input device and the second shift input device are disposed on a steering wheel or a steering column of the vehicle.
7. An apparatus for performing a shift of a vehicle according to a shift method of a vehicle according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the vehicle includes a first shift input device and a second shift input device, the first shift input device and the second shift input device providing signals for shifting and raising gears, the apparatus comprising:
a detection unit and a control unit, wherein,
the detection unit is used for detecting the current gear of the vehicle;
the control unit is used for controlling the gear of the vehicle to be switched from the current gear to a target gear according to the received signal of the first gear-shifting input device and/or the signal of the second gear-shifting input device and the auxiliary signal of the vehicle based on the detected current gear.
8. A vehicle, characterized in that it comprises a device according to claim 7.
