Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems in the prior art, embodiments of the present invention provide a passenger ship LED low-level lighting fixture that is configured with dual sets of driving and power supply systems for redundant configuration and intelligently selects the control logic of the entire low-level lighting system based on the status detection of the device.
The embodiment of the invention provides a passenger ship LED low-position lighting lamp, which comprises:
the LED lamps are distributed along the length direction of the channel and comprise at least one LED lamp bar;
the two driving units are respectively arranged at two ends of the LED lamp and used for driving the LED lamp;
two power supply units electrically connected to one driving unit, respectively;
a switch to control the opening and closing of the two power supply units;
the two driving units can respectively drive the LED lamp to display and indicate the escape direction in a first mode or display and indicate the escape direction in a second mode, and the escape direction displayed in the first mode is different from the escape direction displayed in the second mode.
In some embodiments of the invention, any one of the two driving units can drive the LED lamp to display and indicate the escape direction in a pre-configured mode, and the pre-configured mode is configured based on the terrain of an escape passage where the LED lamp is located.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the LED lamp displays an indication of an escape direction in a pre-configured manner, including:
the LED lamp displays in advance road section information of a position to be reached when the escape passage is evacuated along the indication escape direction, wherein the road section information comprises at least one of turning, ascending, descending, stairs and plane roads.
In some embodiments of the invention, the indication escape direction displayed by the LED lamp is displayed by all of the at least one LED light bar together, or each of the at least one LED light bar is displayed, and the LED light bar is provided with an LED light bar matrix.
In some embodiments of the present invention, if the indication of the escape direction displayed by the LED lamp is that each of the at least one LED light bar is displayed, then,
the content displayed by each LED light bar is a pattern display indication escape direction which is configured by the driving unit corresponding to each LED light bar based on the terrain of an escape channel where each LED light bar is located.
In some embodiments of the present invention, when the LED lamp displays the indication of the escape direction in the first manner and displays the indication of the escape direction in the second manner, the content displayed by the LED lamp at least includes an exit indication and a direction indication arrow.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the switch is a remote control switch or a manual switch, and the switch can control any one of the two driving units to be activated by a preset activation logic to drive the LED lamp to display the indication of the escape direction in a first manner or display the indication of the escape direction in a second manner.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the switches include a first switch disposed in a first area and a second switch disposed in a second area, wherein the first switch can control any one of the two driving units to drive the LED lamp to display an indication of an escape direction in a first manner, the first manner indicates that the first area points to the second area, the second switch can control any one of the two driving units to drive the LED lamp to display an indication of an escape direction in a second manner, and the second manner indicates that the escape direction points to the first area from the second area.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a control method of the passenger ship LED low-level lighting lamp, which is used for controlling the passenger ship LED low-level lighting lamp, and the control method comprises the following steps:
receiving a trigger signal, and switching on the power supply unit to enable the power supply unit to supply power;
controlling the driving unit to call a preset control logic based on the trigger signal to control the LED lamp to illuminate, wherein the preset control logic comprises: any one of the two driving units drives the LED lamp to display and indicate the escape direction in a first mode or display and indicate the escape direction in a second mode, and the escape direction displayed in the first mode and the escape direction displayed in the second mode are different.
Compared with the prior art, the passenger ship LED low-position lighting lamp provided by the embodiment of the invention has the beneficial effects that: the escape indication lighting system is provided with two sets of driving and power supply systems, two paths of low-level lighting power supplies and control equipment are provided, and the normal operation of the whole escape indication lighting function can still be kept under the condition that any one set of equipment fails due to an accident; the control logic of the whole low-level lighting system is intelligently selected based on the state detection of the equipment, and the selection of two sets of circuits can be manually performed by a manager in an emergency, so that the control flexibility is improved; in addition, because the space of mail steamer is complicated, emergency measures when the dangerous accident appears must accomplish high-efficiently, and in time, this scheme passes through the information of fleing that intelligent control instructed, has rapidly conveyed the circuit of fleing for the passenger, very big promotion manager's management validity and timeliness.

The embodiment of the invention provides a passenger ship LED low-position lighting lamp, as shown in figure 1, comprising:
the LED lamps are distributed along the length direction of the channel and comprise at least one LED lamp bar;
the two driving units are respectively arranged at two ends of the LED lamp and used for driving the LED lamp;
two power supply units electrically connected to one driving unit, respectively;
a switch to control the opening and closing of the two power supply units;
the two driving units can respectively drive the LED lamp to display and indicate the escape direction in a first mode or display and indicate the escape direction in a second mode, and the escape direction displayed in the first mode is different from the escape direction displayed in the second mode.
According to the technical scheme, the LED lamp is adopted as the low-level lighting lamp in the embodiment and comprises at least one LED lamp strip, the LED lamp strip comprises an LED lamp bead matrix, the length of the LED lamp can be determined according to the length of the escape channel, the modularized LED lamp strips are spliced to form a whole lamp loop, driving units (drivers) which are independently and intelligently driven are respectively configured at two ends of the lamp loop to drive the lamp to emit light, meanwhile, power supply units are respectively configured at two ends of the lamp loop to provide stable power supply, and finally, the power supply units are controlled through a switch. In this embodiment, the low-level lighting strip composed of the LED strips is powered and controlled by two sets of power supply devices (two power supply units) and a driving unit, and is electrically connected through a power supply cable and a communication cable. The activation of the low-level lighting lamp can be realized through a remote control switch, the switch can comprise an automatic mode and a manual mode (circuits 1&2), the system is intelligently started through a communication cable based on preset starting logic, and two sets of power supply systems (two power supply units) and a control system (two driving units) can independently and normally work when the other set of system fails, so that the system redundancy is realized.
In order to make the displayed content of the LED lamp more vivid and the indication more definite, in some embodiments of the present invention, any one of the two driving units can drive the LED lamp to display the indication of the escape direction in a pre-configured manner, wherein the pre-configured manner is configured based on the terrain of the escape route where the LED lamp is located. Specifically, the LED lamp displays an indication of an escape direction in a pre-configured pattern, including:
the LED lamp displays in advance road section information of a position to be reached when the escape passage is evacuated along the indication escape direction, wherein the road section information comprises at least one of turning, ascending, descending, stairs and plane roads. For example, when a person is escaping in the direction indicating escape, the LED lamp can indicate the direction in which the person needs to escape, and can also indicate the road section information of the position to be reached ahead when the person is traveling in the direction indicating escape, if there is a step in front of the LED lamp (corresponding to the direction indicating escape), then there can be displayed a step icon or a step character in the display content of the LED lamp, or the straight line part of the arrow indicating the direction is displayed in a step shape, if there is a step in front, then it is represented in an upward step shape, if there is a step in front, then it is represented in a downward step shape, if there is an upward slope, then it is represented in an upward arc, if there is a downward slope, then it is represented in a downward arc, on the other hand, if the front side is a flat road, the display may be also a straight line, or may be displayed by a graphic or a character of the corresponding link information, or may be displayed in combination with the display of the arrow portion.
Further, in this embodiment, the indication escaping direction displayed by the LED lamp is displayed by all of the at least one LED light bar together, or each of the at least one LED light bar is displayed, at this time, the displayed content of each LED light bar may be the same or different, and the LED light bar is provided with an LED light bar matrix. Specifically, if the indication is displayed through all the at least one LED light bar together, the escape direction indication may be displayed only once, and other indication contents such as road section information and the like which need to be identified are displayed simultaneously in the display contents, and if the indication is displayed through each of the at least one LED light bar, the escape direction indication may be displayed through each of the at least one LED light bar, that is, multiple times of display may be performed.
In addition, in this embodiment, if the indication escape direction displayed by the LED lamp is displayed by each of the at least one LED light bar, the content displayed by each LED light bar is the indication escape direction displayed by the driving unit corresponding to each LED light bar in a pattern configured based on the terrain of the escape route in which each LED light bar is located, that is, the content displayed by each LED light bar may be different, and while the direction in which a person needs to escape can be indicated, the road section information of a position to be reached ahead when the person travels along the indication escape direction can also be indicated.
In some embodiments of the present invention, when the LED lamp displays and indicates the escape direction in the first manner and the LED lamp displays and indicates the escape direction in the second manner, the content displayed by the LED lamp at least includes an EXIT indication and a direction indication arrow, and the EXIT indication includes displaying "EXIT" or "EXIT", that is, the EXIT indication can display chinese characters and english characters, and can be displayed alternately, so as to improve the effectiveness of indication for the evacuee.
In this embodiment, the switch is a remote control switch or a manual switch, and the switch can control any one of the two driving units to be started by preset starting logic so as to drive the LED lamp to display and indicate the escape direction in a first manner or display and indicate the escape direction in a second manner.
Specifically, the switch includes a first switch disposed in a first area and a second switch disposed in a second area, where the first switch can control any one of the two driving units to drive the LED lamp to display and indicate an escape direction in a first manner, the first manner indicates that the escape direction is indicated by pointing the first area to the second area, the second switch can control any one of the two driving units to drive the LED lamp to display and indicate the escape direction in a second manner, and the second manner indicates that the escape direction is indicated by pointing the second area to the first area. As an example, as shown in fig. 2, when a fire or a dangerous accident occurs in the right B-zone (second zone) such that a person needs to get away and escape, the left power supply unit and the driving control unit are in an operating state and provide a correct visual signal for escape indication. In the figure, the relevant lamp beads are lighted in the LED lamp strip to display a direction arrow pointing to the escape area A (the first area) and a Chinese character 'exit'. The line logic can be automatically selected after being activated by an accident alarm signal and a low-order lighting signal provided by a mail steamer safety management network; the line can also be manually selected by a manager based on the actual situation based on the manual selection mode of the remote control switch. Similarly, when a fire or a dangerous accident occurs in the left a-area (first area) so that a person needs to get away and escape, as shown in fig. 3, the right power supply unit and the driving control unit are in an operating state and provide a correct visual signal for indicating escape. In the figure, the relevant lamp beads are lighted in the LED lamp strip to display a directional arrow pointing to the escape direction B area (second area) and Chinese exit characters.
According to the technical scheme, the passenger ship LED low-level lighting lamp provided by the embodiment of the invention is provided with the double sets of driving and power supply systems, and two paths of low-level lighting power supplies and control equipment are provided, so that the normal operation of the whole escape indication lighting function can still be kept under the condition that any set of equipment fails due to an accident; the control logic of the whole low-level lighting system is intelligently selected based on the state detection of the equipment, and the selection of two sets of circuits can be manually performed by a manager in an emergency, so that the control flexibility is improved; in addition, because the space of mail steamer is complicated, emergency measures when the dangerous accident appears must accomplish high-efficiently, and in time, this scheme passes through the information of fleing that intelligent control instructed, has rapidly conveyed the circuit of fleing for the passenger, very big promotion manager's management validity and timeliness.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a control method of the passenger ship LED low-level lighting lamp, which is used for controlling the passenger ship LED low-level lighting lamp, and the control method comprises the following steps:

controlling the driving unit to call a preset control logic based on the trigger signal to control the LED lamp to illuminate, wherein the preset control logic comprises: any one of the two driving units drives the LED lamp to display and indicate the escape direction in a first mode or display and indicate the escape direction in a second mode, and the escape direction displayed in the first mode and the escape direction displayed in the second mode are different.
In some embodiments of the invention, any one of the two driving units can drive the LED lamp to display and indicate the escape direction in a pre-configured mode, and the pre-configured mode is configured based on the terrain of an escape passage where the LED lamp is located.
