The rod of claim 1, wherein the rod comprises: the hollow-out grooves (9) are through grooves arranged along the length direction of the cross rod (8), the length of the hollow-out grooves (9) is matched with the length of the cross-bar installation position on the cross rod (8), and the requirement that a plurality of traffic management devices can be simultaneously installed in the cross rod section where the same hollow-out groove is located is met.
