The braking device of the elevator is an important structure of the elevator, and relates to the safety of the elevator, the elevator is a manned vertical traffic tool, and the safe operation must be placed at the head. In order to ensure the safe operation of the elevator, the prevention of danger is fully considered from each link of design, manufacture, installation and the like, and a special safety device is arranged aiming at various possible dangers.

Preferably, the upper safety wheel is connected with a second brake assembly, and the second brake assembly comprises a second brake disc and a second brake caliper arranged on the edge of the second brake disc and used for stopping the rotation of the second brake disc.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. the invention relates to a home elevator car braking device, wherein at least one first traction wheel is connected with a first braking component, the first braking component comprises a first brake disc connected with the first traction wheel and a first brake caliper arranged on the edge of the first brake disc and used for stopping the first brake disc from rotating, the first traction wheel adopts a chain wheel, the first traction piece adopts a chain, when the first brake caliper clamps the first brake disc to stop the first brake disc from rotating, thereby preventing the first traction wheel from rotating, the first traction piece is clamped on the first traction wheel to reduce the speed of the lift car and the counterweight, thereby realizing braking, simple and compact structure, saving the internal space of the elevator shaft and the manufacturing cost, and the first braking component can be arranged at the top of the elevator shaft, being convenient for installation and maintenance, in addition, a plurality of first traction assemblies can be arranged according to needs, and a plurality of first brake assemblies are arranged, so that the safety of the braking device can be improved according to actual needs;

3. the upper safety wheel is connected with a second brake assembly, the second brake assembly comprises a second brake disc and a second brake caliper arranged on the edge of the second brake disc and used for stopping the second brake disc from rotating, the second brake assembly and the first brake assembly can synchronously act to enhance the braking effect, and the second brake assembly can perform multiple braking in addition to the braking effect of the first brake assembly to play a safety role.

a home elevator car braking device is disclosed, as shown in figure 1, having a mounting frame 1 arranged above a car 2 and a counterweight 3, the mounting frame 1 is provided with a first traction assembly 5, the first traction assembly 5 comprises at least one first traction wheel 51, the first traction wheel 51 is wound with a first traction member 52 capable of moving along with the rotation of the first traction member, one end of the first traction member 52 is connected with the car 2, the other end of the first traction member is connected with the counterweight 3 after winding around the first traction wheel 51 from the upper part, at least one first traction wheel 51 is connected with a first braking assembly 6, the first braking assembly 6 comprises a first brake disc 61 connected with the first traction wheel 51 and a first brake caliper 62 arranged on the edge of the first brake disc 61 for preventing the rotation of the first brake disc 61, the first traction wheel 51 adopts a chain wheel, the first traction member 52 adopts a chain, when the first brake caliper 62 clamps the first brake disc 61 to prevent the first brake disc 61 from rotating, the first traction member 52 is clamped on the first traction wheel 51 to decelerate the car 2 and the counterweight 3, so that braking is realized, the structure is simple, the internal space and the manufacturing cost of an elevator shaft are saved, and the first brake component can be arranged at the top of the elevator shaft, so that the installation and the maintenance are convenient;
a plurality of first traction assemblies 5 can be arranged according to needs, a plurality of first brake assemblies 6 are arranged, and therefore safety of the braking device can be improved according to actual needs.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the first brake assembly 6 includes a bearing seat 63 connected to the mounting frame 1, a rotating shaft 64 penetrates through the bearing seat 63, the first brake disc 61 and the corresponding first traction wheel 51 are connected to the rotating shaft 64 together, so that the first traction wheel 51 provided with the first brake disc 61 and the corresponding first brake disc 61 can rotate synchronously, and the first brake disc 61 is decelerated by resistance and is decelerated in cooperation with the first traction wheel 51.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the first brake caliper 62 includes a base 621, a caliper body 622 is disposed on the base 621, the caliper body 622 can slide back and forth relative to the base 621, a front friction plate 623 and a rear friction plate 624 are disposed in a jaw of the caliper body 622, the front friction plate 623 and the rear friction plate 624 are respectively disposed on front and rear sides of the first brake disc 61, a plurality of driving members 625 capable of pushing the rear friction plate 624 to move forward and abut against the first brake disc 61 are disposed on the caliper body 622, the front friction plate 623 is connected to a front portion of the caliper body 622, the rear friction plate 624 is connected to a front end of the driving members 625, since the first brake disc 61 is fixed, when the rear friction plate 624 moves forward and abuts against the first brake disc 61, the rear driving members 625 act on the caliper body 622 to slide back, and the caliper body 622 further pushes the front friction plate 623 to abut against the first brake disc 61, the structure is simple and reliable, only the worn parts can be replaced after the first brake disc 61, the front friction plate 623 or the rear friction plate 624 are worn, the later maintenance is convenient, and the maintenance cost is low.
As a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the mounting frame 1 is further provided with a second traction assembly 7, the second traction assembly 7 comprises at least one second traction wheel 7, a second traction member 72 capable of moving along with the rotation of the second traction wheel 7 is wound on the second traction wheel 7, one end of the second traction member 72 is connected with the car 2, and the other end of the second traction member 72 is connected with the counterweight 3 after winding the second traction wheel 7 from above, the first traction member 52 and the second traction member 72 are respectively connected to opposite sides of the top of the car 2, and when the first traction member 52 pulls the car 2 to ascend or descend, the weight force of the counterweight 3 acts on opposite sides of the car 2 via the first traction element 52 and the second traction element 72 respectively, the stress is balanced when the car 2 and the counterweight 3 move up and down, the stability of the car 2 and the counterweight 3 in the moving process is ensured, and the structure which is the same as that of the embodiment can refer to fig. 3 to 5.
In a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the same structure as the embodiment is shown, and the driving member 4 is a motor, and the motor is connected to one of the second traction wheels 7 and drives the second traction wheel 7 to rotate. Similarly, a motor may be coupled to the first traction wheel 51, and rotation of the first traction wheel 51 may also drive the first traction member 52 to move. Of course, the motor can also be connected with the first traction wheel 51 and the second traction wheel 7 through a transmission structure and drive the two wheels to rotate synchronously.
Preferably, the first traction wheel 51 and the second traction wheel 7 are both chain wheels, and the first traction element 52 and the second traction element 72 are both chains, so that the connection is firm and reliable, and the risk of slipping of the cable and the like can be avoided.
Example two:
a home elevator car braking device, as shown in fig. 2 to 6, the difference with the first embodiment is that an upper safety wheel 81 is arranged on the mounting frame 1, a third traction member 82 moving along with the rotation of the upper safety wheel 81 is wound on the upper safety wheel 81, one end of the third traction member 82 is connected with the car 2, the other end of the third traction member 82 is connected with the counterweight 3 after winding the upper safety wheel 81, a lower safety wheel 91 is arranged below the car 2 and the counterweight 3, namely a fourth traction member 92 moving along with the rotation of the lower safety wheel 91 is wound on the lower safety wheel 91 of the mounting frame 1a, one end of the fourth traction member 92 is connected with the car 2, the other end of the fourth traction member is connected with the counterweight 3 after winding the lower safety wheel 91 from below, a second braking component 9 is connected on the upper safety wheel 81, the second braking component 9 comprises a second brake disc 91 and a second brake caliper 92 arranged on the edge of the second brake disc 91 for stopping the rotation thereof, when the elevator works, when the car 2 moves in the up-down direction, the counterweight 3 moves in the opposite direction, when the car 2 descends rapidly due to a fault, the second brake caliper 92 clamps the second brake disc 91 to prevent the upper safety wheel 81 from rotating or force the upper safety wheel 81 to decelerate, the upper safety wheel 81 pulls the car 2 through the third traction piece 82, so that the descending speed of the car 2 is reduced or the car stops descending, and the risk that the car 2 descends due to the fact that the descending speed is too fast is avoided; since the third traction member 82 is connected with the car 2 and the counterweight 3 from the top and the fourth traction member 92 is connected with the car 2 and the counterweight 3 from the bottom, respectively, an annular conveying structure is formed, when the car 2 is rapidly lifted due to a fault, the second brake caliper 92 clamps the second brake disc 91 to prevent the upper safety wheel 81 from rotating or force the upper safety wheel 81 to decelerate, the upper safety wheel 81 pulls the counterweight 2 through the third traction member 82, and the counterweight 2 pulls the car 2 through the fourth traction member 92, so that the lifting speed of the car 2 is reduced or stopped to lift, and the risk of roof collision caused by the overhigh lifting speed of the car 2 is prevented; in addition, the car 2 and the counterweight 3 move back and forth on the annular conveying structure, so that the car and the counterweight are not easy to transversely swing in the moving process, and the car and the counterweight can run more stably in the ascending and descending processes. Similarly, the same effect can be achieved by connecting the lower traction assembly 52 with the first brake device 7.
Preferably, the upper safety wheel 81 and the lower safety wheel 91 are respectively provided with at least two side by side to increase the strength, meanwhile, the upper safety wheels 81 and the lower safety wheels 91 can be uniformly connected with the car 2 to play a role in balancing the stress, and the upper safety wheels 81 are respectively connected with the second brake disc 91.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the upper safety wheel 81 and the lower safety wheel 91 may employ a pulley, and the third traction member 82 and the fourth traction member 92 employ a cable; the upper safety wheel 81 and the lower safety wheel 91 can adopt chain wheels, and the third traction element 82 and the fourth traction element 92 adopt chains, so that the structure is firm and stable.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, the first traction assembly 5 and the second traction assembly 7 are arranged at least two side by side to increase the strength, and a plurality of first traction assemblies 5 and second traction assemblies 7 can be uniformly connected with the car 2 to play a role in balancing the stress.
