Detailed Description
The invention will be further understood by reference to the following detailed description of preferred embodiments of the invention and the examples included therein. When describing embodiments of the present application, the use of "preferred," "preferably," "more preferred," and the like, is meant to refer to embodiments of the invention that may provide certain benefits, under certain circumstances. However, other embodiments may be preferred, under the same or other circumstances. In addition, the recitation of one or more preferred embodiments does not imply that other embodiments are not useful, nor is it intended to exclude other embodiments from the scope of the invention.
It should be understood that other than in any operating examples, or where otherwise indicated, all numbers expressing, for example, quantities of ingredients used in the specification and claims are to be understood as being modified in all instances by the term "about". Accordingly, unless indicated to the contrary, the numerical parameters set forth in the following specification and attached claims are approximations that may vary depending upon the desired properties to be obtained by the present invention. At the very least, and not as an attempt to limit the application of the doctrine of equivalents to the scope of the claims, each numerical parameter should at least be construed in light of the number of reported significant digits and by applying ordinary rounding techniques.
Notwithstanding that the numerical ranges and parameters setting forth the broad scope of the invention are approximations, the numerical values set forth in the specific examples are reported as precisely as possible. Any numerical value, however, inherently contains certain errors necessarily resulting from the standard deviation found in their respective testing measurements.
The invention provides baby skin lotion, which is prepared from the raw materials of an emollient, a skin conditioner, an emulsifier and a solvent; the emollient comprises shea butter and corn germ oil; the skin care lotion comprises, by weight, 7-13 parts of an emollient, 0.5-1.5 parts of a skin conditioner, 5-10 parts of an emulsifier and 50-75 parts of a solvent.
Emollients of the present application are cosmetic ingredients that help maintain the soft, pliable, smooth appearance of skin. The function of emollients is to remain on the skin surface and to provide lubrication within the stratum corneum. The emollient of the present application includes at least shea butter and corn germ oil.
The shea butter is extracted from the fruit of the shea butter, contains rich unsaturated fatty acid, can enhance the moisture retention capacity of the skin, and can moisten dry skin, namely the skin with damaged cutin. Meanwhile, the fluidity of the product can be adjusted, the viscosity can be improved, and the sensory quality and the use skin feeling of the product can be improved.
The corn germ oil of the present application is an oil that is low temperature extracted from corn germ. The corn germ oil is rich in vitamin E and unsaturated fatty acid, such as linoleic acid and oleic acid, which are necessary for human body, and has certain effects on human cell division, solarization delay and the like.
In some preferred embodiments of the present invention, the ratio of the shea butter and corn germ oil content is 1: (0.8 to 1.2); further preferably, the contents of the shea butter and the corn germ oil are the same.
The applicant finds that the spreading of the skin lotion on the surface of the skin and the softness of the skin can be improved and the stability at high temperature can be improved to a great extent by regulating and controlling the proportion of the components of the shea butter and the maize germ oil, the content of isopropyl myristate and other factors. Probably, because the shea butter, the corn germ oil and the isopropyl myristate contain a large number of hydrophobic groups, the surface tension of the emollient is reduced, so that the emollient can be better spread on the surface of the skin and can permeate into the skin through pores on the surface of the skin, and the restoration of the micro environment of the skin is promoted. Meanwhile, the components are easily coated by micelles formed by the emulsifier in a water system under the synergistic action of the components, and the structure of the emollient components also contains a certain amount of hydrophilic groups to consolidate the liquid film thickness of the micelles to a certain degree, so that the phenomena of micelle breakage and instability caused by thinner micelle layer walls or dissolution at high temperature are avoided to a certain degree.
In some preferred embodiments of the present invention, the emollient further comprises olive oil; the content of the olive fruit oil is at least 1.2 times or more than that of the shea butter.
The olive fruit oil is olive fruit residual oil which is a component obtained by carrying out chemical dissolution treatment on the rest part of olive fruits after all squeezing and extracting processes. The synergistic effect between the olive fruit oil and the shea butter and the corn germ oil in the application shows excellent ductility on the skin, and helps to deeply nourish the skin.
In some preferred embodiments of the invention, the olive fruit oil is present in an amount of at least 1.5 times or more the amount of the shea butter; further preferably, the content of the olive fruit oil is at least 2 times of the content of the shea butter.
In some preferred embodiments of the invention, the emollient further comprises isopropyl myristate; the content of the isopropyl myristate is not lower than the sum of the contents of the oleoresin, the maize germ oil and the olive fruit oil; further preferably, the emollient further comprises polydimethylsiloxane.
The emulsifier is a component which disperses water-insoluble components in a system to form a uniform and stable system, and a compound with hydrophilic performance and hydrophobic performance in the structure can be selected.
In some preferred embodiments of the invention, the emulsifier consists of cetearyl glucoside, sorbitan olivate, glyceryl stearate.
Preferably, the baby skin lotion further comprises an emulsion stabilizer, wherein the emulsion stabilizer consists of a main stabilizer and an auxiliary stabilizer; preferably, the main stabilizer is cetearyl alcohol, and the auxiliary stabilizer is xanthan gum; further preferably, the emulsion stabilizer is composed of 3-5 parts by weight of cetearyl alcohol and 0.1-0.5 part by weight of xanthan gum.
In the process of completing the application, in order to better disperse the olive oil, the shea butter, the corn germ oil, the honey extract and other components in water, the adopted emulsifier is further optimized, the emulsifier consisting of cetearyl glucoside, sorbitan olivate oleate and glyceryl stearate is adopted, and the proportion of the emulsifier is regulated and controlled to improve the dispersibility of the components to a certain extent, so that a uniform skin lotion product is obtained. Meanwhile, the applicant also unexpectedly found that when the ratio of the main emulsifier (cetearyl glucoside and sorbitan olive oleate) to the auxiliary emulsifier (glyceryl stearate) is 4:3, and the content of the main emulsifier in the lotion is 2% and 1.5%, respectively, an appropriate amount of an emulsion stabilizer consisting of the main stabilizer (cetearyl alcohol) and the auxiliary stabilizer (xanthan gum) is added, the dispersibility of the components of the lotion in the application is improved, and the storage stability of the product at high temperature and low temperature can be obviously improved. The applicant speculates that the emulsifier components cetearyl glucoside, sorbitan olive oleate and glyceryl stearate are dispersed in water, form oil-in-water micelles under the action of hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups on the structure, wrap the components which are difficult to dissolve in water in the system, such as olive oil, shea butter, corn germ oil and honey extract, and promote the dispersion under the action of the micelles. Meanwhile, the structure of the cetearyl alcohol and the xanthan gum also contains a certain content of hydrophilic groups and hydrophobic groups, and also contains a larger chain segment, so that a connecting bridge can be formed in water to connect a plurality of micelle particles in a system, so that the micelle particles absorb energy through the fracture and recombination of the connecting bridge when being subjected to external stimulation such as low temperature or high temperature, the effect of the micelle particles in the system is avoided, unstable factors such as fracture and the like occur, and unstable phenomena such as layering, thinning of the consistency of the system, discoloration and the like occur.
In some preferred embodiments of the invention, the skin conditioning agent comprises honey extract and allantoin.
The honey extract is honey extract brewed in honeycomb by using Italian bee Apis mellifera L, Chinese bee Apis cerana Fabricius and the like, which are insects of the family Apidae, and mainly contains components such as sugar, organic acid, enzymes and the like. Natural honey extract of Melhydran LS 9876 from Pasteur Germany can be used. The honey extract mainly acts on the horny layer of the skin, has good water regulating effect and hygroscopicity, is particularly suitable for dry, rough and skin lacking water-retaining substances, can supplement natural moisturizing factors lost by the skin, enhances the water absorption of the horny layer of the skin, and can still absorb water from the atmosphere under the condition of low humidity to supplement the water loss of the horny layer. Can effectively regulate the water balance in the skin, and control the water content to be 12-15 percent so as to ensure the optimal hydration rate of the stratum corneum. Can directly participate in the hydration of the stratum corneum, rapidly soften the dry and hardened stratum corneum, and recover elasticity and softness. The moisture-retaining agent has a long-acting moisture-retaining effect, can lock moisture and prevent moisture loss in skin, has a direct moisture-retaining effect of more than 24 hours, does not have a sealing effect, and does not influence normal breathing of the skin. Furthermore, the honey extract can act as a plasticizer in the skin stratum corneum structure, keeping the stratum corneum with the best water retention effect, indirectly locking water. It can penetrate into the brick-slurry structure of stratum corneum to make lipid keep liquid crystal structure and form skin protective layer.
Allantoin is named as N- (2, 5-dioxo-4-imidazolinyl) urea in the present application and has the molecular formula of C4H6N4O3Is a hydantoin derivative. Because the amphoteric group is contained in the structure of the shower gel, the shower gel has the effects of protecting tissues, being hydrophilic, absorbing water, preventing water from diffusing and the like, has a protective effect on hair, can ensure that the hair is not forked and continuously sends hair, and can also promote tissue growth, cell metabolism and soften cuticle protein.
In some preferred embodiments of the invention, the weight ratio of honey extract to allantoin is 1: (1-2); further preferably, the weight ratio of the honey extract to the allantoin is 2: 3.
In some preferred embodiments of the invention, the skin conditioning agent further comprises tocopherol acetate; preferably, the tocopherol acetate is present in an amount of at least 40 wt% and more of the skin conditioning agent.
The applicant finds that when the honey extract and the allantoin are adopted in the baby skin lotion, the mild type of the baby skin lotion is improved to a great extent, a series of sensitive problems such as rough skin, chapped skin, peeling, pruritus and the like caused by environments such as climate and the like can be effectively improved, and the problems such as allergy and the like caused by active ingredients such as preservatives and the like are reduced to a great extent. Probably due to the structural characteristics of the components, the components have better synergistic effect. The allantoin structure contains amphoteric groups, and can remarkably improve the state of the skin cuticle and soften the cuticle after being absorbed by the skin, meanwhile, the water absorption effect of the strong water absorption groups in the honey extract structure supplements enough water for the skin cuticle, so that the hardened cuticle has better water retention and softness, the skin has better lubricating elasticity, and the damages of allergy and the like caused by blocking pores by active ingredients in the system are avoided. In addition, the applicant also finds that the components and the proportion of the emulsifier, the emulsion stabilizer and the skin conditioner are regulated and controlled, so that the skin moistening effect of the skin lotion is improved, and meanwhile, due to the structural characteristics of the skin lotion, the skin lotion has obvious synergistic effect of mutual support in function, the strength of micelle particles is consolidated, and the stability of the skin lotion at high temperature and low temperature can be obviously improved.
The solvent is not particularly limited in the present invention, and a solvent that is conventional in the art, including but not limited to water, may be selected. In some embodiments of the invention, the raw materials for preparing the baby skin lotion further comprise a humectant, a preservative, an odor regulator, a chelating agent and the like. The specific choice of the humectant is not particularly limited in this application, and glycerin, butylene glycol, and other compounds may be selected. The preservative can be selected from various preservatives known to those skilled in the art, including but not limited to phenoxyethanol, ethylhexylglycerin, and the like. The chelating agent includes, but is not limited to, disodium EDTA. The odor modulators include, but are not limited to, perfumes.
The second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of the baby lotion, which comprises the following steps:
adding a solvent and the emulsifier into a reactor, stirring and mixing for 10-30 min, then adding the emollient, the skin conditioner and the rest raw materials, and stirring and mixing to obtain the skin care product.
