Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer and more complete, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention, and based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art without creative efforts belong to the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present invention provides a hygienic device including a waist portion and an absorbent portion; wherein the waist portions include a front waist portion 31 and a rear waist portion 21;
a first end of the absorption part 23 is fixed at the rear waist part 21, and a second end of the absorption part 23 is connected with the front waist part 31 through a sticky buckle;
the absorption part 23 comprises a liquid-permeable surface layer 11, a leakage-proof protective enclosure 24, a bacteriostatic functional core 12, an absorption body and a bottom film 14;
the thread gluing comprises a first thread gluing 25 and a second thread gluing 34;
the first hook and loop fastener 25 is arranged outside the second end of the absorption part 23 and connected with the inner side of the front waist part 31;
the second hook and loop fastener 34 is disposed at the open end of the front waist portion 31 connected to the second end of the absorption part 23, and is connected to the outside of the absorption part 23.

In fig. 1 of the present invention, the structural layers are peeled off from each other in order to clearly show the positional relationship between the structural layers of the present invention, and it should be understood that the structural layers of the present invention are in fact in close and/or partial fit.
In the invention, preferably, the bacteriostatic functional core is a graphene functional core, which can effectively inhibit the breeding of bacteria; preferably, the first hook and loop fastener is connected to the inner side of the front waist portion, specifically, the first hook and loop fastener is a hook and loop fastener surface, and the inner side of the front waist portion is equivalent to a hook and loop fastener matte surface; the second thread gluing is connected to the outer side of the absorption part, specifically, the second thread gluing is a hook-and-loop surface, and the outer side of the absorption part is equivalent to a hook-and-loop surface; so through the design of two thread gluing play the dual fail-safe effect when using, simultaneously in order to change.
According to some preferred embodiments, the waist part is formed by connecting the front waist part and the back waist part by means of thermal compression bonding or ultrasonic compression bonding;
the front waist part and the rear waist part are both formed by compounding two layers of non-woven fabrics and spandex filaments; the spandex filaments are positioned between the two layers of the non-woven fabric;
the outer layer non-woven fabric of the back waist part extends forwards to be compounded with the absorption part through hot melt adhesive;
the non-woven fabric is spun-bonded non-woven fabric or hot-air non-woven fabric;
in the invention, the front waist part and the rear waist part are respectively provided with the plurality of spandex filaments, and the spandex filaments are bonded and fixed in the front waist part and the rear waist part through the adhesive or glue, so that the front waist part and the rear waist part can form a deformable structure with certain elasticity by virtue of automatic resilience of the spandex filaments, thereby being suitable for users with different waistlines and improving the use experience of the users.
According to some preferred embodiments, the liquid-permeable surface layer is a through-air nonwoven, a spunbond nonwoven or a spunlace nonwoven.
According to some preferred embodiments, the containment flaps are a nonwoven fabric containing at least 1 (e.g., 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5) spandex filament therein;
the leakage-proof enclosure is obtained by turning the folded edge outwards and is arranged on the liquid-permeable surface layer; wherein the height of the leakage-proof enclosure is 2-5cm (for example, 1cm, 2cm, 3cm, 4cm or 5 cm).
In the present invention, the leakage-proof enclosure is disposed on the liquid-permeable top sheet 2-5cm beyond the liquid-permeable top sheet, thereby functioning to prevent side leakage.
According to some preferred embodiments, the base film is formed by compounding a PE film and a non-woven fabric.
In the present invention, the base film serves to prevent the leakage of liquid.
According to some preferred embodiments, the absorbent body comprises super absorbent resin composite paper, a mixture of fluff pulp and super absorbent resin, and spunlace non-woven fabrics which are arranged from top to bottom in sequence;
the absorber is a closed package formed by the spunlace non-woven fabric which is turned upwards and the super absorbent resin composite paper.
In the invention, the absorber is composed of three layers, the upper layer is made of high water absorption resin composite paper, the middle layer is made of a mixture of fluff pulp and high water absorption resin, the lower layer is made of spunlace non-woven fabric, the spunlace non-woven fabric is wrapped upwards and forms a closed package with the upper layer of high water absorption resin composite paper, and the high liquid absorption performance of the absorber is realized while material leakage is prevented.
According to some preferred embodiments, the super absorbent resin composite paper is made from fluff pulp and super absorbent resin by a wet process;
the gram weight of the super absorbent resin composite paper is 50-200g/m2(for example, it may be 50g/m2、80g/m2、120g/m2、150g/m2、180g/m2Or 200g/m2)。
According to some preferred embodiments, the mixture of fluff pulp and super absorbent resin is obtained by spreading super absorbent resin on fluff pulp;
the grammage of the fluff pulp is 5-30 g/sheet (for example, 5 g/sheet, 8 g/sheet, 12 g/sheet, 18 g/sheet, 20 g/sheet, 25 g/sheet, 28 g/sheet or 30 g/sheet can be achieved), and the grammage of the super absorbent resin is 5-20 g/sheet (for example, 5 g/sheet, 8 g/sheet, 12 g/sheet, 18 g/sheet or 20 g/sheet can be achieved).
According to some preferred embodiments, the first surface fastener has a width of 1-10cm (e.g., may be 1cm, 2cm, 4cm, 6cm, 8cm, or 10 cm); the length of the first thread gluing is the same as the width of the second end of the absorption part;
the width of the second thread gluing is 1-5cm (for example, 1cm, 2cm, 3cm, 4cm or 5cm), and the length is 5-20cm (for example, 5cm, 8cm, 12cm, 18cm or 20 cm);
the number of the second thread gluing is 1-10 (for example, 1, 2, 4, 6, 8 or 10 can be used).
According to some preferred embodiments, the absorbent part is formed by combining the liquid-permeable top sheet, the bacteriostatic functional core, the absorbent body and the base film in this order from top to bottom;
the bacteriostatic functional core is a graphene functional core; the graphene functional core is obtained by spraying graphene on the surface of a non-woven fabric.
In the invention, the graphene functional core effectively prevents bacterial breeding by mainly utilizing the antibacterial and bacteriostatic effects of graphene.
The size of the sanitary article and the length and thickness of each layer are not particularly limited, and the sanitary article can be made of the conventional size, length and thickness.
In order to more clearly illustrate the technical solutions and advantages of the present invention, the present invention is further described below with reference to the following embodiments.
Example 1
A sanitary product, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, comprises a front waist portion 31, a rear waist portion 21 and an absorbent portion 23;
the front waist portion 31 is connected with the rear waist portion 21 by a hook and loop fastener; the front waist part 31 and the rear waist part 21 are both formed by compounding two layers of spun-bonded non-woven fabrics and spandex filaments (front waist spandex filaments 32 and rear waist spandex filaments 22); the spandex filaments (front waist spandex filament 32 and rear waist spandex filament 22) are positioned between two layers of spunbonded nonwoven;
the outer layer of the spun-bonded non-woven fabric of the back waist part 21 extends forwards and is compounded with the absorption part 23 through hot melt adhesive;
a first end of the absorption part is fixed at the back waist part 21, and a second end of the absorption part 23 is connected with the front waist part 31 through a sticky buckle;
the absorption part 23 comprises a liquid permeable surface layer 11 (hot air non-woven fabric), and a leakage-proof enclosure 24 (the interior of the core comprises 5 spandex filaments with the height of 3cm), a bacteriostatic functional core 12 (a graphene functional core), an absorber and a bottom membrane 14 (formed by compounding a PE membrane and non-woven fabrics); wherein the absorber comprises super absorbent resin composite paper 15 (with a gram weight of 50 g/m) prepared by a wet method and arranged from top to bottom in sequence2) 13, 16, which is a mixture of fluff pulp (with the gram weight of 5 g/piece) and super absorbent resin (with the gram weight of 5 g/piece);
the thread gluing comprises a first thread gluing 25 (with the width of 10cm) and 3 second thread gluing 34 (with the width of 2cm and the length of 10 cm);
the first hook and loop fastener 25 is disposed outside the second end of the absorbent part 23 and connected to the inside of the front waist portion 31;
the second hook and loop fastener 34 is provided at the open end of the front waist portion 31 connected to the second end of the absorbent part 23, and is connected to the outside of the absorbent part 23.
Example 2
A sanitary product, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, comprises a front waist portion 31, a rear waist portion 21 and an absorbent portion 23;
the front waist portion 31 is connected with the rear waist portion 21 by a hook and loop fastener; the front waist part 31 and the rear waist part 21 are both formed by compounding two layers of hot air non-woven fabrics and spandex yarns (the front waist part spandex yarn 32 and the rear waist part spandex yarn 22); the spandex filaments (the front waist spandex filament 32 and the rear waist spandex filament 22) are positioned between the two layers of the hot air non-woven fabric;
the outer layer hot air non-woven fabric of the back waist part 21 extends forwards and is compounded with the absorption part 23 through hot melt adhesive;
a first end of the absorption portion 23 is fixed at the rear waist portion 21, and a second end of the absorption portion 23 is connected with the front waist portion 31 by means of a hook and loop fastener;
the absorption part 23 comprises a liquid-permeable surface layer 11 (spunlace nonwoven fabric), a leakage-proof guard 24 (the inside comprises 3 spandex filaments with the height of 2cm), a bacteriostatic functional core 12 (graphene functional core), an absorption body and a bottom membrane 14 (formed by compounding a PE membrane and nonwoven fabric); wherein the absorber comprises super absorbent resin composite paper 15 (with a gram weight of 80 g/m) prepared by a wet method and arranged from top to bottom in sequence2) A mixture 13 of fluff pulp (with a gram weight of 10 g/piece) and super absorbent resin (with a gram weight of 10 g/piece), and a spunlace nonwoven fabric 16;
the thread gluing comprises a first thread gluing 25 (with the width of 10cm) and 5 second thread gluing 34 (with the width of 2cm and the length of 10 cm);
the first hook and loop fastener 25 is disposed outside the second end of the absorbent part 23 and connected to the inside of the front waist portion 31;
the second hook and loop fastener 34 is provided at the open end of the front waist portion 31 connected to the second end of the absorbent part 23, and is connected to the outside of the absorbent part 23.
Example 3
A sanitary product, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, comprises a front waist portion 31, a rear waist portion 21 and an absorbent portion 23;
the front waist part 31 and the rear waist part 21 are connected in a hot pressing or ultrasonic pressing mode; the front waist part 31 and the rear waist part 21 are both formed by compounding two layers of spun-bonded non-woven fabrics and spandex filaments (front waist spandex filaments 32 and rear waist spandex filaments 22); the spandex filaments (the front waist spandex filament 32 and the rear waist spandex filament 22) are positioned between the two layers of the hot air non-woven fabric;
the outer layer hot air non-woven fabric of the back waist part 21 extends forwards and is compounded with the absorption part 23 through hot melt adhesive;
a first end of the absorption portion 23 is fixed at the rear waist portion 21, and a second end of the absorption portion 23 is connected with the front waist portion 31 by means of a hook and loop fastener;
the absorption part 23 comprises a liquid permeable surface layer 11 (hot air non-woven fabric), a leakage-proof protective enclosure 24 (the inside comprises 5 spandex threads with the height of 2cm), a bacteriostatic functional core 12 (graphene functional core), an absorber and a bottom membrane 14 (formed by compounding a PE membrane and non-woven fabric); wherein the absorber comprises super absorbent resin composite paper 15 (with a gram weight of 100 g/m) prepared by a wet method and arranged from top to bottom in sequence2) 13, 16, which is a mixture of fluff pulp (with the gram weight of 15 g/piece) and super absorbent resin (with the gram weight of 12 g/piece);
the thread gluing comprises a first thread gluing 25 (with the width of 10cm) and 3 second thread gluing 34 (with the width of 2cm and the length of 10 cm);
the first hook and loop fastener 25 is disposed outside the second end of the absorbent part 23 and connected to the inside of the front waist portion 31;
the second hook and loop fastener 34 is provided at the open end of the front waist portion 31 connected to the second end of the absorbent part 23, and is connected to the outside of the absorbent part 23.
Example 4
A sanitary product, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, comprises a front waist portion 31, a rear waist portion 21 and an absorbent portion 23;
the front waist part 31 and the rear waist part 21 are connected in a hot pressing or ultrasonic pressing mode; the front waist part 31 and the rear waist part 21 are both formed by compounding two layers of hot air non-woven fabrics and spandex filaments (the front waist spandex filament 32 and the rear waist spandex filament 22); the spandex filaments (the front waist spandex filament 32 and the rear waist spandex filament 22) are positioned between the two layers of the hot air non-woven fabric;
the outer layer hot air non-woven fabric of the back waist part 21 extends forwards and is compounded with the absorption part 23 through hot melt adhesive;
a first end of the absorption portion 23 is fixed at the rear waist portion 21, and a second end of the absorption portion 23 is connected with the front waist portion 31 by means of a hook and loop fastener;
the absorption part 23 comprises a liquid permeable surface layer 11 (spun lace non-woven fabric), a leakage-proof protection enclosure 24 (the inside of the leakage-proof protection enclosure contains 3 spandex yarns, the height of the leakage-proof protection enclosure is 3cm), an antibacterial functional core 12 (a graphene functional core), an absorber and a bottom membrane 14 (formed by compounding a PE membrane and non-woven fabric); wherein the absorber comprises super absorbent resin composite paper 15 (with a gram weight of 150 g/m) prepared by a wet method and arranged from top to bottom in sequence2) 13, 16, which is a mixture of fluff pulp (with the gram weight of 20 g/piece) and super absorbent resin (with the gram weight of 15 g/piece);
the thread gluing comprises a first thread gluing 25 (with the width of 10cm) and 5 second thread gluing 34 (with the width of 2cm and the length of 10 cm);
the first hook and loop fastener 25 is disposed outside the second end of the absorbent part 23 and connected to the inside of the front waist portion 31;
the second hook and loop fastener 34 is provided at the open end of the front waist portion 31 connected to the second end of the absorbent part 23, and is connected to the outside of the absorbent part 23.
Example 5
A sanitary product, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, comprises a front waist portion 31, a rear waist portion 21 and an absorbent portion 23;

the outer layer hot air non-woven fabric of the back waist part 21 extends forwards and is compounded with the absorption part 23 through hot melt adhesive;
a first end of the absorption portion 23 is fixed at the rear waist portion 21, and a second end of the absorption portion 23 is connected with the front waist portion 31 by means of a hook and loop fastener;
the absorption part 23 comprises a liquid-permeable surface layer 11 (spunlace nonwoven fabric), a leakage-proof guard 24 (the inside comprises 3 spandex filaments with the height of 3cm), a bacteriostatic functional core 12 (graphene functional core), an absorption body and a bottom membrane 14 (formed by compounding a PE membrane and nonwoven fabric); wherein the absorber comprises super absorbent resin composite paper 15 (with a gram weight of 200 g/m) prepared by a wet method and arranged from top to bottom in sequence2) A mixture 13 of fluff pulp (with a gram weight of 30 g/piece) and super absorbent resin (with a gram weight of 20 g/piece), and a spunlace nonwoven fabric 16;

Comparative example 1
Comparative example 1 differs from example 1 in that: the graphene functional core 12 is not provided.
Comparative example 2
Comparative example 2 differs from example 1 in that: the first end of the absorption part 23 is fixed at the back waist part 21, the second end of the absorption part 23 is fixed at the front waist part 31, and the first fastening button 25 and the second fastening button 34 are not arranged, so that the conventional common pants-type sanitary product is obtained.
Experiments prove that compared with the comparative example 1, the hygienic product has an antibacterial effect, can effectively prevent bacteria from breeding, and improves the use experience of users; compared with comparative example 2, the sanitary article of the present application is more convenient to wear because of the open end of the absorbent part.

1. A sanitary product, characterized in that:
the sanitary article comprises a waist part and an absorption part; wherein the waist comprises a front waist and a rear waist;
the first end of the absorption part is fixed at the back waist part, and the second end of the absorption part is connected with the front waist part through a sticky buckle;
the absorption part comprises a liquid-permeable surface layer, a leakage-proof protective enclosure, a bacteriostatic functional core, an absorber and a bottom membrane;
the thread gluing comprises a first thread gluing and a second thread gluing;
the first thread gluing is arranged on the outer side of the second end of the absorption part and is connected with the inner side of the front waist part;
the second hook and loop fastener is arranged at the open end of the front waist part connected with the second end of the absorption part and is connected with the outer side of the absorption part.
2. A sanitary product according to claim 1, wherein:
the waist part is formed by connecting the front waist part and the rear waist part in a hot pressing or ultrasonic pressing mode;
the front waist part and the rear waist part are both formed by compounding two layers of non-woven fabrics and spandex filaments; the spandex filaments are positioned between the two layers of the non-woven fabric;
the outer layer non-woven fabric of the rear waist part extends forwards and is compounded with the absorption part through hot melt adhesive;
the non-woven fabric is spun-bonded non-woven fabric or hot-air non-woven fabric.
3. A sanitary product according to claim 1, wherein:
the liquid-permeable surface layer is a hot air non-woven fabric, a spun-bonded non-woven fabric or a spunlace non-woven fabric.
4. A sanitary product according to claim 1, wherein:
the leakage-proof enclosure is a non-woven fabric containing at least 1 spandex filament inside;
the leakage-proof enclosure is obtained by turning the folded edge outwards and is arranged on the liquid-permeable surface layer; wherein, the height of the leakage-proof enclosure is 2-5 cm.
5. A sanitary product according to claim 1, wherein:
the basement membrane is formed by compounding a PE membrane and non-woven fabrics.
6. A sanitary product according to claim 1, wherein:
the absorber comprises super absorbent resin composite paper, a mixture of fluff pulp and super absorbent resin and spunlace non-woven fabrics which are arranged from top to bottom in sequence;
the absorber is a closed package formed by the spunlace non-woven fabric which is turned upwards and the super absorbent resin composite paper.
7. The sanitary product of claim 6, wherein:
the super absorbent resin composite paper is prepared from fluff pulp and super absorbent resin by a wet method;
the gram weight of the super absorbent resin composite paper is 50-200g/m2。
8. The sanitary product of claim 6, wherein:
the mixture of the fluff pulp and the super absorbent resin is obtained by broadcasting the super absorbent resin on the fluff pulp;
the gram weight of the fluff pulp is 5-30 g/piece, and the gram weight of the super absorbent resin is 5-20 g/piece.
9. A sanitary product according to claim 1, wherein:
the width of the first thread gluing is 1-10 cm; the length of the first thread gluing is the same as the width of the second end of the absorption part;
the width of the second thread gluing is 1-5cm, and the length is 5-20 cm; the number of the second thread gluing is 1-10.
10. A sanitary product according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein:
the absorption part is obtained by compounding the liquid-permeable surface layer, the bacteriostatic functional core, the absorber and the bottom film in sequence from top to bottom;
the bacteriostatic functional core is a graphene functional core; the graphene functional core is obtained by spraying graphene on the surface of a non-woven fabric.
